Cloud Candy

changing my review after months of consistent use: i do still think cloud candy lasts longer than YBM, and after drying down for a couple of hours they smell VERY close to each other. YBM has a spicier/warmer profile, and cloud candy is fruitier and sweeter. i lose the strawberry from YBM quickly, and the strawberry is there for the entire wear with cloud candy. the longer this one sits on my skin, the more it starts to smell like YBM. it takes around 30 minutes for me to not be able to tell much of a difference between the two besides coconut and strawberry being more prominent in cloud candy. i also still think this is worth a try for the price point.. kayali is $$$. if you’re walking past someone wearing either one of these, they probably wouldn’t be able to tell the difference between the two unless they had a keen sense of smell. YBM is a bit more refined and well blended versus cloud candy being sweeter and louder. they smell similar enough that i didn’t feel the need to buy a bigger bottle of YBM after trying cloud candy. i will be buying the 3.4oz of YBM at some point only due to the fact that i prefer the warmth in it over the fruitiness in cloud candy. not a perfect dupe, but it’s still pretty good! YBM gives me around hours 6 of wear, cloud candy lasts a full work day and was detectable as i was hopping into the shower.

This one is fun and addictive ! I own around 20 full bottles of perfume (niche/designer/arabian etc.) and I like every single scent profile. I just got this fragrance for myself after falling in love with YBM. I tried both Cloud candy and Marshmallow blush as samples. Marshmallow blush was indeed a bit too alcohol strong in the opening for me, just like other commenters suggest. However I found that it also smells minty, which kinda kills it for me as a gourmand. Cloud candy doesn't smell like alcohol in the opening. It's perfect from the get go. I wouldn't say it's long lasting though. However YBM isn't long lasting either... I think it's about 3/4 similar to YBM in that it does have the same scent profile and it does smell of the same things roughly, but it reminds me a bit more of a cookie with strawberries than of marshmallow. Do not get me wrong, you can smell the marshmallow and it remains a pretty airy, non cloying gourmand. I received a small YBM as a present. I still prefer Cloud Candy. Would probably bathe in it if i could but I use it sparingly as to not offend anyone. The bottle is the heaviest i've ever seen but it's pretty IMO

I've had both Cloud Candy and Marshmallow Blush for over 3 months now, and while I absolutely love them both, I prefer Marshmallow Blush. For one, it's closer to YMB in the dry down, in my opinion. And it's more of a "pink" fragrance.... it's sweeter and fruitier, and it's quite bright despite the powderiness (this makes it more wearable in warmer weather). The sillage and longevity are also much better. To my nose, Cloud Candy is much more creamy and powdery, and the musk is much more intense in the dry down. The whipped cream note (that Marshamallow Blush does not include) is very prominent. The tangerine is only present in the immediate opening, and the strawberry isn't very fruity - it's more like a strawberry milk. Basically, if they were colours, Marshmallow Blush would be a pastel pink, and Could Candy would be a dusty rose. I've had compliments on both fragrances, and most people can't seem to tell them apart in the dry down, but I personally definitely notice a difference. They're both very cute, girly and, in my opinion, quite juvenile - so basically perfect for me!

Here is my honest review. I really like this fragrance. Right away it smells just like YBM and honestly thats why I bought it and I didnt want to spend so much on the big bottle of YBM. There are some big differences though. YBM lasts more than 12 hrs on me and while I can still smell cloud candy on me (I am wearing it now, having sprayed 12 hours ago and no touch ups) it sits closer to the skin and YBM can still keep the same projection as when it was first sprayed. Also I think that after a long period of time cloud candy settles on my skin into a but more of a sugary strawberry marshmallow but YBM stays the same, but I do sort of like that. I for sure would reperchase cloud candy over YBM mainly because of the price but I do really like this fragrance, also take the sit closer to the skin part with a grain of salt because when I first sprayed it I literally could not smell anything... I went totally noseblind and I even tried holding my YBM up to my nose and I couldnt smell at all, long time after I can smell it a tiny bit on me but nothing like I would with the OG.

I have been testing 3 perfumes with marshmallow/candy scents, because i LOVE too smell like sugary candy. Number 1 is Paris corner marshmallow blush, 2 is Khadlaj cloud candy and the 3 is Shams Al Emarat Pink Blush by Ard Al Zaafaran. 1. Paris Corner’s marshmallow blush has a HEAVY alcohol smell to it when you first spray it on you, dry’s down like hemp and vanilla, not marshmallows or strawberry. 2. Khadlaj cloud candy has almost no alcohol smell, and dry’s down like really fluffy candy, and last good. 3. Shams Al Emarat Pink Blush by Ard Al Zaafaran has a SLIGHT alcohol smell to it, and dry’s down like a faded version of cloud candy, and last good. So, if you have a slight reaction too alcohol like me, is Cloud Candy definitely the sweetest and best choice, with pink blush at a good number two. But that is just my opinion :)

I just received this and on first spray it’s SO strawberry milkshake! The marshmallow comes in a bit later and stays longer but at the moment the longevity and projection are fairly weak. I am expecting this to change as the perfume is allowed to sit for a while especially as it had a very rough ride to me courtesy of EVRI. For those wondering about weak performance or jumbled notes, all of the Arabian fragrances I have bought improved vastly on resting for a few weeks/months. I’m always in a rush to open and try on a new fragrance and I can’t wait for this one to truly bloom as it is such a cheerful, comforting scent! There’s no age limit for this either, enjoy strawberry milkshake with marshmallows whether you’re a teenager or in your 50s (which I am!) or more senior still 🌸🍓💖

I love this one (as well) It really is fluffy, sugary and yummy. Easy to choke on the Candy Cloud, though, but I just have to remember that, before I eagerly spray away. Lately I have pondered on my thing/fling with arabian perfumes, and have reached the conclusion that the price is what feels appealing. The scents are definately not bad at all, on the contrary, but there IS something bodyspray-ish about a lot of them; something synthetic and fleeting. Cloud Candy is one of them. I love and enjoy it still, but will also treasure my non arabian perfumes compared to these wonderful, affordable alternatives. There is room for every good smelling scent ❤️ And for the simple enjoyment of something really sweet and delicious smelling I recommend Cloud Candy

This smells incredible! I've only just received and tested it today so I can't give my full opinion get but I will definitely update this after a few weeks of wear tests. It's exactly what I expected it to be - but in the best way! It smells a lot like sweet tooth by Sabrina carpenter, so if you like that dna then you will LOVE this. Packaging is stunning, it's an Extrait so hopefully after sitting for a bit it will get even stronger. It smells like melted marshmallows, whipped cream and strawberries. It's super sweet but not headache inducing. It's very fluffy and airy. I'm hoping that as it settles it remains as creamy and comfortable as it is now. Definitely is already in my top 3 gourmands, and incredibly affordable too. I got it for £22!

**Picked this up at Burlington for $17 so keep your eyes open. Everywhere else sells for around $35.** Ok let's talk about Cloud Candy. This is a cozy creamy, velvety, mostly strawberry marshmallow. It starts off with strawberry with a slight touch of coconut cream. It gets creamy after a couple of minutes where you get the vanilla and whipped cream. The 2 hour mark full dry down on skin you loose almost all of the strawberry and fruity notes and left with homemade marshmallows (not the jet puff brand lol). I have smelled YBM and I think it is pretty close. But I have Burberry Her elixir which is more like a strawberry cream savers scent. Cloud Candy is that but with more marshmallow. The price was so good that I picked up 2 bottles.

This smells really good. Is it YBM? Honestly even though the notes are similar. I own both and can spot some major differences. I love the strawberry in this and how the marshmallow comes in. It's just divine. I also like how this isn't very coconut heavy. This lasts longer on my skin too and I find it stronger once it macerates. I really can't stop smelling my wrists. I feel like I want to own all the versions of YBM that they make. I honestly love each one in its own way. This one is excellent. Great longevity and it's so comforting. I really love this and the price is fantastic. Highly recommended if you're down the YBM scent profile rabbit hole. ;)

cloud candy is absolutely my favorite perfume as of right now, i genuinely wish i could drink it or inject it into my veins!! i kind of got a fruity cereal opening (like fruity pebbles & apple jacks) when i first got the bottle and sprayed this, but even though i was surprised, i genuinely enjoyed it! after letting the fragrance sit a bit, the scent only got better, sweeter, fluffier, and more marshmallowy. the touch of strawberry also helps keep the sweetness from being too powdery in my opinion! it's like floating on a cloud of sugar and whipped cream. would definitely recommend especially for those who love really sweet scents!

Dare I say... better than YBM?! Cloud candy is stronger, lasts longer, and the projection is honestly impressive. It opens with a juicy burst of strawberries and raspberries, immediately giving that mouthwatering, candy-like vibe. Then the heart kicks in with fluffy marshmallows and whipped cream that’s sweet, airy, and delicious!! The vanilla and musk add just enough depth to balance the sweetness, keeping it from feeling overly girly while still staying super feminine and sensual. Even with the sweet notes, it’s light, clean, and airy - just like Sweet Tooth which has very similar DNA. Can’t wait to wear it this spring!!

This is wonderful! I may grab a back up. I sprayed while inside the car and almost died, but totally worth it! It filled that small space quickly, but I was able to get my window down very fast and live to tell the tale. I went about my day and received compliments as well! She is sweet, fluffy, milky, dreamy, creamy goodness! I will add it’s in the 50’s today where I live and I think she performs better in the cooler temps, but I will try out when the warmer weather comes back around! I layered it with My Way Intense ( I hate that one, but missed the return window) and it makes it so much more tolerable!

WOW! This is so good. It is sweet but not cloying. I can't imagine anyone hating this. It is 10/10. It is not a complex fragrance. Sweet, creamy, fresh with a hint of citrus. Strawberry & raspberry juice in coconut cream with marshmallow toppings, with citrus at the side of the glass as decoration. It lasts all day and projects for like 4 to 5 hours at arm's length. Suitable for all seasons, for everyone. However, it needs atleast 3 weeks maceration. Also, you can sometimes smell the gasoline. I ordered the Kayali version too because of this perfume. Totally love Cloud Candy ❤️🍓🥥🍹

Sweet but not nauseating or cloying. Soft. Cozy. Airy. Beautiful. I enjoyed wearing this. it gets attention. A real compliment getter. Great longevity. Great sillage. Like you’re surrounded in a cotton candy cloud! Whenever I stand by my jacket I notice something airy sweet and uplifting and wonder what it is (forgetting I sprayed my jacket) and it’s always cloud candy in the air! Very few fragrances in my 100+ bottle collection project like this! I did purchase a bottle after finishing my samples but sold it since I have so many other gems at the moment.

I LOVE this perfume!! Reminds me of strawberry milk candy, (Strawberries and cream Chupa Chup for the aussies). Smells just like YBM. Got complimented the first time I wore it. Unlike perfumes by Lattafa and Paris Corner, I find Khadlaj to make better quality perfumes all round. Although this has candy notes, it is in no way a synthetic mess. If you love YBM, you will love this. (Saw a comment below about it being in similar vein to Victoria, to me this is nothing like Victoria, which has harsh synthetic notes.)

I have both Cloud Candy and Yum Boujee Marshmallow and honestly they’re about 99% alike. Cloud Candy is just a touch sweeter but if you wear them on different wrists it’s hard to tell them apart. The projection of Cloud Candy is slightly better though not by much. Both fragrances last well on the skin and the dry down is identical for me. Considering the price, I’d definitely go with Cloud Candy and I’ll repurchase it for sure. I love them both though.

I'm in love with this fragrance, better a 1000 times than Kayali Yum Boujee marshmallow, this one last on me the entire day, lots of compliments when i wear it, projects an arm length for about 1 hour then it becomes an airy skin scent. When it's windy people can smell it, that's why i got so many compliments when i wear it outdoors. The price is pennies compared to Kayali and im telling you much better than OG, go grab it.

I’m a Bianco Latte DNA fan, but I was looking for something a little sweeter and brighter for the upcoming spring. This is really nice. I do not spray much at all though because I just want a very light scent. That said, the strawberry is not too thick. It’s kind of like a strawberry lemonade with the citrus notes. It’s really nice. I think I’ll enjoy this one in the warmer weather.

Light, fluffy and sweet. All the notes peek through at some point. Can be used to layer or stand alone only if you overspray. Update- I wore it some days ago and let me tell you, people were sniffing me and strangers were smiling at me. After almost 7 hours, my friend was asking about what I was wearing. Needless to say it performed really well considering the weather.
