Nuha Vanilla Pearl

I can see why people compare this to yara candy but also it's still quite different.. when I first sprayed it I immediately recognized it to resemble yara candy however there are some big differences.. this one doesn't have the really strong candied strawberry note opening, the fruits in this one are more subtle and elegant and they blend much more cohesively with the sweetness and creaminess and powderiness and the base notes. It's more elegant and refined in my opinion. Yara candy seems to have two different things going on that make it confusing to me to smell. You have your strong strawberry candy fizz, and then you have your vanilla sandalwood and I feel like they almost conflict with each other, like it's trying to be a fun girly cute fragrance and at the same time trying to be grown up and I feel like it should have picked one or the other.. whereas this one everything is blended to make sense and while it is sophisticated it's still quite an ageless fragrance anyone could wear it. It's very elegant powdery sweet and fruity and it's really beautiful I'm actually super happy as it was a blind by buy.

I don’t get the Yara Candy comparison, this is soft powdery, very sweet and fluffy. Like a marshmallow cloud with a bite of ripe juicy fruit and cashmeran? I decided to read up on what the ME sites sell this as “inspired by” and I found Yum Boujee Marshmallow, and Yum Boujee Marshmallow + Vanilla Candy Rock Sugar, like a mix of both. I’ve no idea how accurate that is, as I’ve never smelled either (I do have a dupe of VCRS though and I do find some similarity with the cashmeran I think). But I’ve just gone with my impression, and this is such a delight! After the first while I start to get a hint of fresh raspberry and the fluffy sweetness is to die for. How is there not a marshmallow note in this? It’s so powdery! I don’t really get caramel, or moss? I’m a bit confused. My bottle is from 01/25 so it’s really new. I have incredibly high hopes for maceration/maturation, it does seem to be somewhat light, but I have a lot of cheap perfumes to compare to and I don’t think it’s weak. I also tried layering it with Khair Felicity and ~ It. Is. So. Good.

I LOVE this fragrance, right out of the gate, it's beautiful. I don't feel it is similar to any other fragrance I own and I don't agree with any of the, "this reminds me of" choices. I pick up a strong berry opening with something like a mild incense back. Perhaps it is the cashmere wood(most likely), or oak moss, that I am detecting. But, my nose translates it as an "incense" note. There is also a hit of vanilla that blends well with the other notes. This is an absolutely beautiful fragrance and I can't wait to see if it evolves or stays as is. Definitely one of my favorites. I just realized, there is a mild resemblance to old school Gucci Rush(as if they're cousins), that I am picking up. The fruity note is the same type of fruit and that back up "incense" note is there. Nice.

I can’t believe I haven’t posted on this scent as yet. I have had vanilla pearl for 6-7months now. And it just keeps getting better and better. It’s a blast of fruit and vanilla. If you don’t like strong projecting fragrances-keep walking. It projects in a good way. I love it! I’m glad it a part of my collection. For some reason, I have been wearing my Nuha’s in the dead of winter. Makes me feel like an edible dessert. I think of this scent as a blueberry/blackcurrent Yum Yum Boujee. Think of mixing KA Yum Yum and Arabiyat’s Blueberry Musk...you get Nuha Vanilla Pearl, in my opinion. I love it. But with any scent, smell and test for yourself ❤️

I don’t agree with the reviews that say it smells like Yara Candy. I have both and this one is much more elegant, softer, clean. I love strawberry and vanilla and this is a beautiful blend that’s not juvenile with the touches of cashmeran wood and magnolia. After more time for maceration I’m sure it will be even more beautiful. Update October 2025: it got soooo much stronger. Very strawberry (in a natural type of way, but still sweet because of the vanilla). I did not think it would mature so much, it’s like a strong one now. But still kind of fruity and so rounded. Very very nice!

Oh Nuha you are a pearl really. To me this is what laundry clean girl scent would be like. Not aggressive citrusy musk. I have never had a softener or soap that smelled annoyingly clean. This is soft, fruity and cozy in the best way. This is what my laundry would smell like if it lasted. I feel like it is now maturing ,a week after I got it ,it became more full bodied smelling , as if all the notes amplified and is now more and more evolving to a clean sexy vanilla for all year around. I love it and I don't have anything like it. Oh and such a beautiful bottle.

I love this scent. I purchased a sample and from the first sniff I knew I needed to purchased a full size bottle. As a matter of fact I will be looking to go ahead and purchase a second so I will have it on hand before I empty the first bottle LOL. It's a girly beautiful candied floral perfume. The silage for me is awesome and longevity just as awesome for me as well!

So good! It does have Burberry Her vibes. Very fruity, sweet. The wood breaks a bit the sweetness and make it more grown up. But it is still sparkly, girly, fruity, playful. If you like Ariana Grande perfumes or Burberry Her you might really like this one.

Eventually I will buy a full bottle of this one. It somehow smells very similar to burberry her intense on me but more fruity and sweet. Lasts a decent amount of time and I noticed it throughout the day!

This is just such a lovely fragrance. It’s soft sweet and a lady in her soft girl era. It’s effortlessly girly, classy and sweet

Just received it and it’s not exactly what i was expecting based of the notes. In the opening its berry blast with some tartness, after 5 min. I start feeling magnolia, which stays in the centre of the composition, other notes surrounding magnolia. The next phase comes in about 45 -1 h. mark when vanilla, caramel and woody notes become prominent and magnolia is still there but not as prominent. For now it’s a like not love, but i will let it maturate and i’ll update my review. Now this scent doesn’t remind me of anything from ,,remind me of “ section , it reminds me a bit Haya from Lattafa or Gucci flora Gardenia and also gives me a vibe of what Marc Jacobs Daisy or Juicy Couture flanker could be smelling like :) Upd: so this scent didn’t change with maceration but i now clearly feel what it’s duping :) It’s 2 Kayalis - Boujee Marshmallow + Candy Rocksugar plus Khadlaj added more berries which gives more tartness.

This is one of those scents that isn’t for everyone. In my case, a friend of mine had an air freshener in his car that smelled exactly like this. It is driving me crazy because it smells so good but I can’t get that comparison out of my head. I like it as a sweet summery vibe perfume, it is nice and I think it would even be lovely if I didn’t previously smell an air freshener with the same exact scent. I’m just getting into perfumes but personally it’s a 7/10, my friend rated it as a 9/10 and really liked how it smelled after it dried down. In terms of longevity I’d say it’s over 12 hours. I wore it for an entire day and the morning after I could still smell it.

I can see why people says that this smells similar to Yara Candy. I tried both but i think this one is a mature version and more elegant. Its like her big sister. Nuha vanilla pearls smells like a sweet red berries and strawberry smoothy, candy like and vanilla. This is not as juvenile as yara candy too. smells sweet, soft and delicate. I like it, the scent is good but i expected more because the proyection is very low, i feel it like a strawberry body mist. Very skin scent. and the longevity is weak too

A strawberry-forward fruity floral pretending to be a vanilla gourmand. Loud berries, a clean magnolia core, and vanilla that only shows up once the chaos settles. Basically Kayali candy DNA with extra tartness. Not the pearl it claims to be.

Reminds me of a more airy PureXS for Her. Caramel with fruit but not thick...light. So many perfumes are like this DNA. I got a sample from Hyggescent so I'm glad I didn't blind buy a full bottle. It's nice but I have others.

Surprised there is no musk listed as this is distinctly in the soapy musk category. Smells like a simple fruity candied soapy musk in the best way. Very pretty effervescent and girly.

Agree with the bellow, it does smell like Yara Candy! Haven’t had it long enough to say about projection or longevity. Definitely a synthetic sweetie smell to it.

Nuha Vanilla Pearl does not behave like a typical vanilla. It is mildly annoying that this has been incorrectly classified as a gourmand, because it gives us certain expectations. Forget your expectations where this fragrance is concerned. Fragrantica appear to have shoved any fragrance with vanilla+caramel into the gourmand bucket, even if it smells nothing like food. It's a structural tagging system, not a sensory analysis. It's the same reason for why they classify Commodity Milk as an Oriental Woody fragrance, which is absurd, it contains no oriental structure and no woody dominance. It's like calling Mugler Aura a "citrus cologne" or Dior Poison a "fresh floral" - it's nonsense tagging and categorising. It happens because they have nowhere else to put a lactonic, musky, marshmallow skin scent like Commodity Milk. There is no lactonic skin musk category, so it gets misfiled. Same with this fragrance, calling Nuha Vanilla Pearl a gourmand is database logic only. In real life it's a lactonic vanilla-musk with creamy warmth and soft-focus sweetness, a luminous skin-vanilla. There’s a floral whisper that gives the opening a clean, skin-like lift. At the heart there is a lactonic glow as the fragrance settles into its true identity, a milky vanilla cloud with a pearl sheen. The vanilla is creamy, not sugary, it's lactonic, not edible and is skin-warm, not room-filling. The caramel note comes across as a cream sweetness. It's the soft, rounded sweetness of condensed milk before sugar is added, and the moss note is not green or forest like, but clean, like a powdery grounding. It keeps this fragrance from collapsing into body lotion territory. I think this could be the part where people will say "where is the vanilla?" possibly because they expect gourmand due to the notes. The vanilla is there, but this vanilla is just wearing silk. The dry-down is something like a "your skin but better" type of vanilla and the final phase is a vanilla-musk skin aura. It's not a projection monster and it's not a statement piece. It's the kind of scent that makes people lean in and think that you smell warm, soft, and that you probably sleep in expensive bed sheets. This is a fragrance that stays close because that’s the point; a soft, creamy, milky vanilla musk with a pearl-like glow. It’s a texture fragrance, a skin aura, a warm light. If you want drama, this is not your protagonist. If you want comfort, softness, and a creamy vanilla that never shouts - this might be your girl. It's ideal environment is where the air is cool enough to let that glow sit close to the skin without being swallowed by heat or drowned by cold. How odd. My tester might have the wrong label, as the first note i smelled was water - none of the fruity sweetness listed here. Its also extremely intimate, i can barely smell it when waving my hand around. No strawberry or vanilla, maybe some magnolia and freesia? Strange. After a while it turns into Mayar Natural Intense, but more delicate and light. Disappeared quickly and became a skin scent. Edit a week later: I tried it again with a generous spray, but it just smells like toilet cleaner. As a super sweet gourmand fruity floral girl, this is totally not what i expected judging by the reviews and notes...

This is bad, this smells like cheap air freshner. The fruit smell is so artificial. I felt like I just left public restroom and used a lot of freshener. If you dont like artificial fruit scents, save your money or try to find a sample first.

Smells like a cheap, strawberry bubblegum candle.

To me, this definitely grew on me! I was actually looking to buy pink sugar as I am such a sucker for sweet perfumes but a sales assistant showed me this one and honestly I love!!! at first it kind of gave me air freshener vibes but as it grows on me it smells like a bigger version of soft (al rehab) but less citrusy? It's beautiful and sickeningly sweet which I personally love! I think for those who are picky with sweet smells this might not be the one as it gave me the vibe that if you smell it too much it would give you a headache, but that's what i love! I sprayed it on about 6 hours ago and the scent is only fading now so might not be the best for those who like perfumes that stay on for a long time. Other than that I think this is being added onto a list of affordable sweet scents I'll definitely be buying again!

What is this? Vanilla where? Smh. I don’t mind fruity but I didn’t intended to buy a fruity perfume. It clearly states vanilla & I got a fruity bomb with no vanilla insight! The OG Nuha is stunning & more of a vanilla than this! Nuha OG, clean girl, powdery soft vanilla. If you want vanilla get Nuha the OG not a flanker. I’ll try to make it work by layering with a good body spray, but even as a lover of good fruity perfume, this so far sucks, I’m sorry. Which is sad because it has lovely scent notes that are right up my alley.

A screaming, high-pitched mess. It's nothing like the Kayali Vanilla Rock Sugar or Lattafa Yara Candy, both of which are wonderful. This perfume smells like a toxic, all-purpose chemical-laden house cleaner. Plus, where's the vanilla or sweeter notes? I smell extremely sharp fruits and piercing florals. I love a good fruity floral but this is far from that. This is not well-blended at all. A real miss for me.

I expected more from this perfume. It smells like lattafa Yara candy and many other generic sweet strawberry body mists. However, the biggest con is its zero longevity and projection. It performs just like a body spray, too. Edit. It has become better now, well rounded and a lil creamy but still underwhelming.

This was literally love at first sniff for me.. it’s a beautiful vanilla masterpiece very pleasant and a crowd pleaser. I would assume this is going to need time to develop but it’s preforming well from the get go which is a good sign I’m in love with this already and it was a blind buy so I’m well pleased

This is truly pretty at first spray! Sweet fruity floral! Dries down deeper and the woody vanilla cashmerean appears. Perfect for summer and almost rvery day occation. Needs no maturing. Really affordable and I dont get the car freshener. Its a versatible pretty perfume.

Definitely not Her or Raspberry ripple, it's soft just the right amount of fruit and floral, it's a masterpiece to me! Very inoffensive. Perfect for Spring, meeting friends or going to brunch. For me, it's special occasioned, not date night.
