Zayaan Gold

This is an absolutely fantastic fragrance. I cannot comment on the similarity to the OG (elixir absolu), I never smelled it. I can only comment that it gives le male elixir vibes but creamier, richer, maybe sweeter. This was a successful blind buy for me, its way better than the price tag of 30$ i payed. The performance is great and the scent is evolving, as is the case with many khadlaj fragrances. This now has evolved to a much richer fragrance after 6 weeks since I started using it. If you like the le male elixir scent profile, you ll love this IMHO.

This fragrance is fantastic! I have smelled Le Male Elixir Absolu a few times but I haven't spent time with it or given it a proper ware as I do not own it but I can say they definitely are similar but the Zayaan Gold has to my nose what smells like the addition of an Iris accord that I never picked up from the original. As an Iris lover I'm actually inclined to prefer this fragrance over the JPG. It's quality and longevity are quite impressive for a sub $50 fragrance as well.

Vynikající vůně na zimní období. Vysoká kvalita, parádní projekce, bestiální výdrž. Je to návyková vůně, ihned nositelná, díky své vysoké kvalitě, aniž by bylo třeba ji nechávat odležet. Není vůbec těžká, je svěží, sexy, bude masivně přitažlivá, nositelná kamkoliv. Za málo peněz opravdu hodně muziky.

@arjhantamboli Neeb said that elixir absolu wasn't worth buying because of only added plum, and bumped up price tag. Zayaan gold also has iris in it, which is probably neebs favourite accord/note. Please clarify before hating on anyone.

Love at first sniff right out the bottle. I love this DNA and was afraid it was going to be too similar to other fragrances I have but the plum really steals the show. It adds with the spices so well. I am so pleased!

Better than LMEA, trust me bro. It feels like a hybrid between LMEA and DHI. If you like DHI or iris creaminess style, this one is a great choice. It is affordable and the juice is good quality, not harsh at all.

It's perfect! Out of the box 10+ hours Don't judge it at first spray! Wait 30 minutes and it's become more smooth beautiful fragrance! I highly recommend it!

First couple months pretty weak. Now after 6 months longevity is improved amazingly. Sprayed 14 hours ago and I can still smell it easily on my neck.

To be honest, I'm enjoying the scent profile even more than the OG Le Male Elixir Absolu. While Absolu is more fruity, and to be honest leans a bit feminine, Zayaan Gold makes it more masculine and interesting with an iris-y twist that blends beautifuly. At first the opening will hit with a very dry and dusty iris even so that initialy it has nothing to do with Elixir Absolu. After about 15 mins the magic happens, that plum starts to come out along with some lavander and also the iris becomes more creamy-ish. But keep in mind that if you are looking for a scent 1 on 1 with Elixir Absolu, you might be disappointed, this is not it. If it helps, imagine the Elixir Absolu combined with Givenchy Reserve Prive or Dior Homme Intense. It's a very beautiful combination, almost addictive. But, to my disappointment, the performance is very low with my bottle. I will have to wait and maybe the performance will improve over time, especially because my bottle is batch 12/25, basically it was literally made 2-3 weeks ago.

This only has a slight resemblance to 9PM Elixir. Zayaan Gold has a distinct plum note where 9PM Elixir has none. This also does not have that spicy/dusty note which I dislike in the Elixir. Zayaan Gold has iris, which is somehow not listed in the notes. Longevity was quite decent straight out of the box. Edit: I received Le Male Elixir Absolu as a birthday gift. This is VERY close and both having that iris accord

Don't get a note of plum in this at all, it's an iris forward perfume. Hopefully the plum kicks in after maceration.

Plum (a lot of plum), make-upy & powdery note, lavender, spices. I don't think this is a 1:1 clone of LMEA. It has its DNA somehow. Maybe 75-80% max in terms of similarities. Longevity is good. 7+ hours. Projection is not that great but still closely radiates around you. If and only if the make up accord is toned down a bit. Then I'll give this 8/10. But even after maceration it's still there. But still, this is 7/10 for me.

I am reviewing this after 2 months of use. The performance has improved in 2 months but not to a level it can be directly compared to LMEA. It’s enjoyable for a couple of hrs after which all you will smell is a cheap quality tonka!! If you want the scent to last, it’s better to go for LMEA, if your need is for the scent to last only for a couple of hours this will work .. !!!

100000% Lies. Dont fall for dupe peddlers. I have gone through 2 bottles of Le Male Elixir and 1 bottle of Absolu. This Stuff is about as close Le Male as a Volkswagen Bettle is close to Porsche 911 Turbo R. "they both have 4 wheels and seats and a steering wheel". Not actually a lie, but not the truth either. I have literally DOZENS of Iris frags- its my fav note. This isnt iris; This smells like baby powder. It doesnt have any of the effervescence or sweetness of the original LME. None of the Magic that makes it AMAZING. Afnan 9PM Elixir is very similar; although much better Zayaan- but still miles away LME. Afnan also last much longer (12hr) projects much more -- what it projects isnt great but still. This isnt Liquid Brun Level dupe. I give the OG Le Male Elixir a 10/10, The Elixir Absolu is also a 10/10. Zayaan is a 4/10 despite a similar DNA. Consider this, If Le Male had come out with Zayaan juice in the bottle - you would have never heard of it! Dont waste your money.

Smells just like wet wipes. I feel like it's trying to be like dior homme parfum or givenchy gentelman reserve privee but it just fails and has that wet wipes smell to it from top to bottom.

SKIP the negative reviews below. This is one seriously beautiful BANGER!! I got this in 2 months ago and after sitting, the projection, longevity AND scent quality are phenomenal! I’m getting bold, beautiful spices, vibrant, mesmerizing lavender and although it isn’t listed in the notes, I’m definitely getting a gorgeous, slightly powdery blooming iris. Benzoin and tonka bean add a delightful, warm ambery aspect and labdanum gives it a bit of a leathery nuance. Altogether, it’s blended well and the scent experience is amazing from start to finish! I pulled this out a few days ago and I was blown away at how much more amazing it’s become. It was good when it came in, but it’s great now! Patience always pays off with middle eastern fragrances. I can’t say what this is a “dupe” of and I don’t care to. If you’re looking for a beautiful, sweet , vibrant, spiced lavender and iris perfume, here you have it. I’m definitely loving every bit of this one!

Zayaan Gold is a big twist on LMEA, which is something I knew going into this fragrance. And it's a twist alright. It adds a very prominent and strong iris accord (or a floral blend in general), although not listed, it's undeniable. These new floral notes (read: the iris) feel a bit shoehorned in doesn't carry that sensual or 'airy' floral feeling that would have been right for this scent profile, instead being very heavy and cheap smelling, overpowering all the other aromatic notes. It especially kills the lavender, it's totally gone. In theory, this should smell more masculine and upscale than the original -- but it totally falls flat and I'm generally a big fan of literally all the notes listed here in this fragrance. A real disappointment.

To arjhantamboli below ⬇️ i agree some of these reviewers do get a kick back from these clone houses ie; Ross from TLTG always hyping up the ever disappointing Paris Corner. But with clone brands its not like its easy to go to your local Sefora or Ulta to sample these brands. That's why most of us have to watch these reviewers otherwise you're taking a shot in the dark with looking at the smells like section here on Fragrantica (we know how that looks) and blind buying a ton of frags you have no clue what they smell like.

I'm glad to see others mention an Iris accord in this one, I'm definitely picking it up strongly in the first 30 minutes or so.Though its not in the listed notes, it certainly smells like it's in there. it's a banger for me, probably not eveyones cuppa tea, but I prefer it over LME Absolut

I just ordered this and I hope it smells like JPG Absolute not the elixir.
