Oud Afgano

Oud Afgano by Khalis is a distinctive, unisex fragrance designed for special occasions rather than everyday wear. Seems I’m the only one to smell a chocolate note in this. I need train my nose: that s probably the tobacco note the others refer to. But if I m to relate it to tobacco then it’s not the dark smoky and little pungent one, rather the warming, round, sweet and “vanilla” one of some cigars or grandpas pipe, that non smokers can tolerate and even appreciate. So if your nose is untrained like mine, “dark chocolate oud” can probably help you picture this. Or wood+Easter egg unboxing :) Like it a lot, so soothing and relaxing. Great price point (barely 15€ in a Dubai mall - regret not buying more!). Lasts maybe not a lot but no complains.

Just bought this. After finishing a bottle of mystery tobacco and amouage Interlude. I would say it's about in the middle. You get the initial hit of tobacco like a softer version of red tobacco. Then the oud, spice and smoky incense status playing in the background. Personally it's right up my street. Quite dark and heavy but not too old man. Definitely recommend Edit: Although it's a very well balanced fragrance. Unfortunately the longevity is very poor. Barely 1 hour. Such a shame considering the standard of the fragrance

I blind bought this one after being intrigued by the name and description. Hardly any info/reviews online and after being really disappointed with a previous blind buy where the jasmine was way too strong, I was concerned about the jasmine/rose notes mentioned. But when Oud Afgano arrived I was very pleased. Smooth, smokey, woody, and the florals are very subtle. If you like Ameer Al Oud Intense Oud or Raghba Wood Intense, you'll probably like this one.

this is a rum-spices-tobacco and sandalwood fragrance, a hint of sweetness that holds the roughness of the tobacco and pushes high the deep boozy note of the rum, it smells elegant, high pedegree with an opulent status, the longevity in my skin is 7 hours and even after a shower I can smell the rum of this wonderful fragrance, I really like it and I am happy I bought it.
