Zeena

I've had mine for about a year, it's really developed into something lovely and lost all its sharp edges and I can really smell the peach. Smells like a boozy pina colada with a twist of peach and a slight bit of sunscreen which I like. The pachouli is very light and doesn't bug me.

Imagine a summery fresh edt version of Angel Fantasm. Where Angel Fantasm is sweeter and creamier, this is fresher and a bit more fruity. It's pineapple for sure, but not a sickly sweet pineapple. I don't particularly get a lot of coconut so this does not translate as Pina colada to me, maybe it's a bit more of a fresher coconut water instead. It certainly registers to me as having that Angel DNA. I have never smelled Angel Iced star, that this is supposed to dupe, so if it is spot on or not, I do not know. The notes do not list patchouli but I do sense it in this fragrance. I normally am not the biggest fan of that note, but in here it's lovely. I am not a fan of the Original Angel but I do love Angel Fantasm and Angel Muse edt. I could easily see this on any gender. This is a big big like for me.

The chocolate in this comes dark and bitter, bordering on black pepper. A bit unwanted. Fleshy coconut and its water with fleshy pineapple rings. More coconut than pineapple. The coconut gets slightly nutty in the deep dry down. Kind of boring but kind of comforting? I go back and forth with relating this to shampoo vs conditioner. That’s a scent profile that I do enjoy but this fragrance is pretty forgettable.

I was influenced by paulina&perfume on youtube (love her! not complaining about her) to buy this, she said it would smell like a realistic pina colada. to me though, it smells incredibly synthetic, like car or air freshener, waaayyyy too sweet and fake smelling. i can't exactly smell each note separately, but the coconut does stand out not as a gourmand, but a suntan lotion type smell. i do not detect chocolate at all. i had it for over a year, thinking after maceration maybe it'd be better, but it gave me such a strong headache, i decluttered it.

Blind bought this because everyone was claiming it was a dupe for my favorite Angel flanker, Angel Iced Star. This Zeena does not smell like Iced Star to me. In the opening it does smell like pineapple coconut, but it quickly devolves to something like a cheap leather car interior! Maybe it needs some time to sit and develop (macerate) more but as of right now I am a little disappointed it was an immediate scrub.

Unfortunately Zeena smells like men’s aftershave on me. My skin seems to amplify clean musks, powdery sweetness, and light and fresh florals into a sharp, cologne‐like profile. No fault of the fragrance - just skin chemistry that makes this fragrance a no-go for me.

Peach and tuberose are two of my favorite notes, so the combination here was destined to be something I liked. Mouth watering fruits and tropical coconut and florals makes this a perfect summer scent, but I think I could wear it in cold weather too, since the base notes should stand up to the cold. It's worth trying whether you want a dupe for Angel Iced Star or not. I don't get any leather, cheap or otherwise, and the sandalwood avoids smelling like pickles as so many do to my nose.

Right after opening, this is a juicy, yummy tropical fruit summer scent, I'm certain it will get stronger and develop in a few months. I don't know the original this clones, but to me it smells like Erba Pura should smell, it brings up that general vibe without being so screechy and unpleasant. I generally don't like sweet fruit scents much, but this tropical style is really great. A bit also similar to Miami Glow, but that turns a bit boring upon drydown.

I tried Zeena one summer and loved it, such a great tropical cocktail. Decided to buy the OG and didn’t love it enough, I really dislike the typical Angel patchouli dry down. So selling the OG to get full size Zeena instead 😅

This is absolutely stunning and sexy tropical scent! His ent tried the OG but own Fantasm and thinking if selling it and stock on this as it’s only £13 and similar notes! Sexy Beach must-have

No clue what the original smells like but this smells like a Pina Colada Air Freshener, I do not recommend and would not repurchase.
