Crystal Gardenia Citrus

Hello lovelies If your like me you’ve come to this section to decide weather or not to buy this or give this a miss.. i cat tell you what to do but I Can tell you what my experience with this fragrance has been. I recently have been unwell and had to go into hospital so as I packed for hospital I chucked in my bad a “ cheap perfume “ not going to wear my Maison Francis Kurkdjian to hospital... OMGOSH never have I been complimented or asked about a fragrance so much in my life ... Every single person I’ve encountered in hospital that has entered my room has said “you smell so good” , “ your room always smells so good” now the thruth is I was layering my fragrances KKW citrus with my bubblegum hello kitty and they were going bananas 🍌 over it I literally went through a whole bottle when the bottle finished so did the compliments safe to say I bought another bottle just now ... Oh yes people were also describing my room as sweet fresh green apples 🍎 🍏 So yeh if your wanting to smell citrusy not lemony this is what you’ll get lots and lots of compliments Best wishes

This smells amazing! It’s a wet floral, fresh tuberose gardenia scent. Smells like a fresh garden or a bouquet of flowers. I think it’s best for spring & summer because it’s a burst or freshness, citrus floral. It’s very unique, the only thing I can compare it to is Aerin Wild Geranium but they’re not exact dupes, similar vibe though. Kim, PLEASE bring this back! I had 3 bottles of this & gave 1 to my sister for her birthday, she’s hooked on it too, says it’s her all time fav perfume & she’s very picky.

I'm not a big fan of citrus fragrances. But this one BLOW ME AWAY! It's really amazing. It opens with freshness of citruses (but not overpowering) then settle down to soft and sweet white floral scent. Thia fragrance is very perfect for refreshing and lighting up your mood. I think Kim is very successful for this one and I want to try another fragrances from Crystal line. I know I'm too late but I will to try my best to get all of them. I sure they would smell amazing like this one. :D

Me and my mom recently received the KKW Crystal Gardenia Citrus from our friend from USA. And lo and behold, that fragrance smells amazing! Orange, lemon, pomelo, passionfruit and gardenia with tiare flowers is a great combination! I may not be the fan of the Kardashians (I, my mom and my sisters are serious Melanie Martinez fans and we love Melanie's fragrance which is Cry Baby) but the KKW Crystal Gardenia Citrus is now our 2nd favorite fragrance!

Still remains my favorite KKW Crystal Fragrance. Clean & fresh! It was my signature for a while. I went through 2 full size bottles of this and was so sad when it was discontinued. When Kim brought it back, I immediately bought it, still a little sad she only sold them in the smaller sizes:( I definitely use it sparingly considering she yet again, discontinued it! It still holds a special place in my heart!

Reminds me of a pleasant smelling shampoo! Clean, citrusy, floral and a bit sweet. Great for daytime and I think I would wear this all year round. Doesnt smell like other celebrity perfumes that are too generic or synthetic smelling. Beautiful packaging! gorgeous and classy! I am not a Kardasian fan but I think she did a great job!

My ultimate favourite scent from the KKW fragrance collection.An incredibly wonderful floral,citrus scent which lingers beautifully.An absolute pleasure to wear.Love this awesome perfume.Worth trying!

To me, it smells just like D&G The One, Rose. I can't add it though.

This perfume is great- my mom gave this one to me after I gave her a set of KKW fragrances for Christmas years ago. She's not a fan of this one on her- but I love it on me. When I wear this fragrance, I feel like a beautiful woman in Beverly Hills who wears fancy jewelry and a slicked back bun, haha. Sometimes, I also feel as though I have just stepped out of the shower with this one. I think the tuberose note reads sometimes as slightly soapy, especially in hot weather. The Gardenia is very pronounced, and on my skin, the citrus is also very pronounced. I love to layer this one with a Honeysuckle Grapefruit perfume that I bought at a local market. I also love to wear this one during hot days- sweating only makes this scent more intoxicating on me. Not really suitable for winter IMO. I find it to be a bit overpowering in the cold. Absolutely gutted that this one is discontinued. I have had a hard time finding a gardenia-centered fragrance that isn't totally overpowering or headache inducing. I will definitely be saving this one for special occasions.

Ok. Strap in for story time. So someone had brought a bag of fragrances to work that they didn’t care for and left them in the women’s restroom for all of us to choose from. This fragrance was in there and I just grabbed it because I thought it looked cool. 🤷🏻♀️ I sprayed it on my wrists that day and absolutely hated it upon first spray. I remember thinking that it smelled like cheap perfume. So I just tossed it into a tote of mine and forgot about it until I found it today and sprayed it on myself again. I’m not usually into fresh/clean smelling perfumes but I let it sit on my skin for a few minutes then took a whiff...And I absolutely loved it! I’d just gotten home from work! I work a pretty physically demanding job which means I sweat a bunch. Soooo when I sprayed this and it smelled like I’d just gotten out of the shower?! Swoon! I decided to look up the fragrance since the name was on the bottom on the bottle and discovered it was from KKW. So here we are. LOVE IT. Would recommend.

i like this. however, the citrus is really weak compared to the white florals. almost immediately after first spray, i can't notice any of the citrus, but the gardenia is incredibly intense on drydown. given that i tend to gravitate towards citrus in perfume (orange and bergamot specifically) i was disappointed with the lack thereof in this one. at $35 USD for 30mL, i would call this a decent deal. it has decent sillage and lasting power; it is a good skin scent and i can consistently smell it on myself hours after applying. be warned, though, too much of this can be overwhelming! regardless, this scent is nice for a pleasant day out; i will wear it when i want to feel clean and elegant.

Surprised by how much I enjoy this; usually fragrances with tuberose aren't my cup of tea as it overtakes everything else, but here it is perfectly balanced with the gardenia and tiare flowers. The orange, lemon and passionfruit liven the fragrance up and add a drop of clean & fresh sweetness, whilst the woody notes gives everything some depth. The only downside scent-wise is that the fragrance is quite linear. The fragrance lasts between 6 and 7 hours on me, and it goes close to the skin quickly. Not the best, but I think it's pretty good for the price [£38 for 30ml - including international postage & custom tax]. An impulsive buy that I don't regret.

This smells so fresh and clean without overdoing it. The citrus really stands out but I don’t hate it. It’s not even sweet but I’m liking it. Crystal Gardenia Citrus smells nothing like the original Crystal Gardenia. The Crystal Gardenia doesn’t smell good on my skin while this does. Like everyone else was saying, this is a fresh out of the shower smell. The user Oldleather mentioned that the notes on the KKW site differed from what is posted on here. I must agree. I smell notes that don’t match to what I see above on this page.

A modern white floral to break the stranglehold of the sweet candy fruitchoulis and gourmand entries in the market. Opens with a citrus that doesnt sway bitter and the gardenia presence is a subtle blu cheese gardenia. I agree it gives off a clean shampoo vibe but its more than that and worth a try. Modern, clean, not the big femme fatale, but the every day girl next door floral to smell pretty and fresh. One of the better celeb scents to hit the market.

I love this scent. It's a sweet floral smell. It's very bright and fruity and dries down to more of a floral scent. It sits close to the skin very fast, a bit too fast for my liking. Within 30 mins I can only smell it if I sniff my skin. I love the scent but I would not buy this again because of how short it lasts.

I find it's a bit much for my day-to-day life as it is VERY white floral. But it is my go-to for special events. It's my only tuberose scent and I think it gives it a 'money' vibe. I see why Kim would enjoy it and that's why it's great for black dress events edit: SO nice in the crazy summer heat, actually!

Smells ~identical~ to BBW Gardenia & Fresh Rain! The notes are very similar too. I spent so long trying to figure out what shampoo it reminded me of and then I realized I was actually thinking of my BBW shower gel lol but definitely get the shampoo reference in general! Very much a freshly showered scent!

I can't decide if I like this or not. It's very generic when I first spray it. I keep getting whiffs of it from my wrists after 5-10 minutes and it's so good! Subtle, fresh, feminine and just a hint of citrus.

Got it today. Happily surprised. Nice white floral mix without the tuber rose taking over as it can. Almost like a hair spray smell when first sprayed. However still feminine and good to wear whenever.

Not bad and not super good. It’s a safe, pretty, shampoo-y scent. I’ll definitely wear it, but won’t repurchase.

Smells like generic designer floral fragrance. The gardenia smells too mature on me.

I had originally purchased this scent because I loved the Original Crystal Gardenia and figured this would be a lighter, airier composition of the original. I was intrigued so I ordered it. When it came in the mail, at first sniff I was pleasantly surprised- it is a very happy light uplifting scent. This scent is completely different from KKW Crystal Gardenia. The website HAD listed the notes as: TOP: orange oil, lemon, pomelo, passionfruit and pink pepper MIDDLE: gardenia, tiare flower and tuberose BASE: musk, white cedar extract, amber and australian sandalwood. Based on the original notes listed, this scent should smell very similar to KKW Crystal Gardenia, since the middle and base notes are almost identical (minus the white cedar extract). When I received this scent I was baffled at how the notes could be so similar but the perfumes could smell so different. None the less, I thought the scent was very pleasant and it reminded me of Jennifer Aniston's Beachscape/ Dolce and Gabanna Light Blue. About a year later, the ingredients list was updated to this: TOP: Orange Oil Brazil, Italian Lemon Orpur, Tahitian Pomello, Purple Passionfruit Scentrek, Baies Rose Orpur MIDDLE: Pink Jasmin, Blue Iris Scentrek, Yellow Nectarine, Purple Peony, Apple Blossom BASE: Serenolide and Silvanone Supra Musk,White Cedarwood, Sensual Amber, Sustainable Sandalwood Australia, Musk The UPDATED list makes much more sense and is an accurate description of what the fragrance smells like. The updated list also mimics Jennifer Anniston's Beachscape rather closely, which also makes sense. Moving on, you can definitely smell the purple peony, pink jasmine and apple blossom. Theres definitely no gardenia or tuberose in this so I'm not sure why this is called "KKW Crystal Gardenia Citrus." Overall, the marketing was good, but more importantly, it was inaccurate. KKW NEEDS to do a better job of not making these kinds of mistakes/ misleading her customers with a false ingredients list. The updated list is exactly what the fragrance smells like. It is a lovely scent that smells very pretty, uplifting and fresh. Very citrusy and fruity, very light and airy. It doesn't last very long and definitely performs more like a body splash than an EDP. I would recommend KKW Crystal Gardenia over the Citrus, but you can't really go wrong with either.

I love this perfume so much, I hope she restocks it. For me personally this is one of the best perfumes she has released to date, that's including her original perfumes with Lighthouse Beauty. Crystal Gardenia Citrus is a perfect perfume, and I just can't get enough of it, and I am afraid I will run out. Celebrity perfumes in the past few years, have died down it's just not the same as it was in the early 2010's. Kim took over the celebrity perfume world, and I am glad that she did. The one thing I would like to see is matching body lotions for her perfumes. I am glad that Kim took perfume into her own hands without having a deal with a company. I can see why she is very successful. I have always been A Kardashian / Jenner fan, when I was 16 KUWTK First aired, and I have been a fan since then. I am so proud of what they accomplished with the platform they were given, and have done something with it. I know a lot of people don't like them, and many feel like they are famous for no reason, but they made something out of it, and that's something to be happy about, a positive, not a negative the way people see them, I am tired of all the hate for them.

This came in a trio with the other Crystal Gardenias in her collection. First off, the juice is purple colored in mine? So I was actually confused when I got it because I thought it was Crystal Violet Musk but it's actually marked as Crystal Citrus Gardenia in the box. It has a beautiful opening, the dry down is more citrusy than floral. Wish it stayed within that opening note, it's heavenly. It's a nice, pretty, fresh out the shower scent, I often reach for it then and I don't usually wear it out. I like it the best out of all the Crystal Gardenias. I hate the bottom of the bottle, the design is unique but impractical to me and I wish I could have it stand with the rest of my perfumes.

Just received my bottle today, no doubt it smells pretty, feminine bright floral with a hint of creamy citrus, it lingers nicely on the skin, but unfortunately, it smells like shampoo to my nose, ok, in the nicest way, but it isn't as good as I thought it would be..I feel I paid too much for what it is..it is kind of similar to the JLo fragrances,...plus longevity isn't good, it really turns quiet very fast...I will add that the bottle looks nice, but there are better celebrity fragrances out there..the gardenia and tiare are non existent., tuberose !? No, animalic, no.....it has a cheap fruity vibe too..kind of disappointed with that one,..might go to swap.

I immediately ordered this after seeing is described as "shower fresh." While its clean with some citrus freshness, I definitely get a gardenia dry-down, making it clean and very feminine, floral. I really wish they had some sort of body lotion in this scent, but for a long time I mixed it with B&BW Apple Blossom and Lavender lotion. This was the perfect floral-clean combo and really gave it some lasting power. It can be a bit strong for me when I'm getting ready in the AM or on a hot day, so I've been wearing it far less, but still a nice fragrance for sure.

I am so happy I picked this up. I actually wish I had purchased the larger bottle. It smells like Pantene shampoo and conditioner in the very best way. The Orange oil in the opening is so realistic and beautiful. This is a white floral, but not nauseatingly so. Fresh, dewey, clean and sunny. The silage is not huge, but longevity is definitely longer than average. I can absolutely tell that there are quite a few natural ingredients used here. I know this was a limited release, but I really hope KKW and her team keep it around for a while so I can stock up!

To me this just smells like another Mary Kay perfume and it is easily replaceable. I didn't detect any passionfruit, lemon, orange oil or pink pepper as mentioned in the list of top notes, it's more of juicy pears and apples to my nose. It is a little synthetic but not a huge deal breaker, I don't like it on myself but I do enjoy using it as my room spray. The drydown is lovely, especially in colder climate.

This one is definitely the most wearable of the Gardenia line — it's shampooey, clean, fresh, citrusy. I can't imagine anyone being annoyed or repulsed by this, it's just a very calming and clean scent. It's perfect for any occasion, and very enjoyable. I love wearing my favorite home clothes after a shower and spraying this on. It makes me feel fresh and sexy, the perfect pick me up fragrance.

Mix Burberry Brit Sheer and a dab of Bright Crystal by Versace, add a tad bit more zingy citrus (just so it's not a completely flat citrus like Brit Sheer) tame it a bit so it's not headache inducing like the aforementioned Versace frag and this is what you come up with...

This is a nice fresh, out of the shower citrusy sweet scent. nothing groundbreaking, I would say you can find many celebrity scents that smell similar or even better for half the price. overall still a nice fragrance when you want to feel fresh and nothing too dramatic.

I wore this today, first time wearing it in the winter.. and it lasted all day. So strange. During the summer it doesn’t seem to last long at all. I ordered another bottle on Poshmark (sold out on kkwfrag) - definitely a very clean, office safe fragrance

smells like hairspray. not saying that's entirely bad... i just feel like you can find this scent anywhere. nothing unique or ground breaking. if you like the "fresh out of the shower" smell, this one's for you. sadly i'll be selling this on mercari.

Gorgeous bottle and packaging, the little crystals are such a nice touch! The fragrance itself is tart and sweet to begin with, drying down to a very clean just out of the shower vibe.

This is my least favorite of the Crystal Gardenia line. It must be the citrus that puts me off, because I really love the other two fragrances in this line but in this one , no.

Not a fresh citrus.... Along the lines of Burberry Brit Sheer. Don't care for this one as much as Vibes and Body II which I love.

bought all 3 & really love them !!! the gardenia citrus is a sparkly floral.....very zesty & clean but yet floral :)
