Cosmic Kylie Jenner

I first tried Cosmic by Kylie Jenner at the Milan airport duty-free. I was in a rush before my flight, quickly sprayed it, and immediately liked it. It felt soft, clean, and very pleasant. Nothing sharp, nothing extra - just an easy, nice scent that gives good emotions. I’m not a big fan of celebrity perfumes, but I like testing them out of curiosity. This one really surprised me. When I left the duty-free, I instantly regretted not buying it, and when I got home, I couldn’t stop thinking about it. Even though it was more expensive in my country, I still ordered it and I don’t regret it at all. Now it’s one of my favorite perfumes in my collection, which is surprising because it’s not my usual style. I normally prefer warm, oriental, gourmand scents with vanilla, amber, and tonka. I’m very sensitive to perfumes, and many fresh or floral fragrances give me headaches or feel overwhelming. Cosmic doesn’t. It’s soft, balanced, and never makes me feel sick or tired of the smell. The opening is orange, but not sharp or sour. It’s sweet, juicy, soft and bright, giving strong summer vibes — very Mediterranean, like Italy or Greece, sun and sea. Then you get peony, which is delicate, feminine, and gentle, not loud at all. Jasmine is also very soft and clean, not chemical. Everything smells smooth and well blended. The vanilla and amber come later in the base. They’re subtle, warm, and not too sweet, just adding depth. The scent feels airy and light rather than too fresh. It reminds me a little of Carolina Herrera Good Girl, which I used to love, but Cosmic feels like a lighter, softer, more airy version. Less heavy, more gentle. The bottle matches the fragrance perfectly - soft, minimal, and feminine. The spray is also amazing: very soft, wide, and cloud-like, which makes application really pleasant. The longevity isn’t very strong, but I don’t mind it. I apply it quite generously on skin, clothes, and hair, as it doesn’t last very long on my skin. It becomes a close, intimate scent, and I actually like that it’s not loud or overpowering. Overall, Cosmic is gentle, feminine, and very well balanced. It surprised me in the best way, especially knowing my taste and how sensitive I am to perfumes. I really enjoy wearing it and would definitely recommend it. The only thing I wish for is a more interesting dry-down. After an hour, once it settles, the scent becomes a bit too familiar and generic. It’s still nice I just wish it felt more unique/warm. Let me start by saying, the discourse online regarding this fragrance has been annoying. The reviews are either sponsored and saying it's the most amazing scent to ever exist, or people being salty and crying about not wanting to give billionaires more money (in which case I have devastating news about literally every other large corporation). Trying this and liking it has almost felt embarrassing. But, removing all that noise...It's nice. It opens with a juicy, fresh note to it. The notes list blood orange, but to me it has a plum-y vibe. The jasmine is prominent, followed by the vanilla which softens the brightness of the jasmine, rounding it out to become fluffy and a bit powdery. The dry down is pure amber and musk. The scent lasted all day, but it became fully a skin scent after two hours. When sprayed on clothes, I can still smell it the next day. It's not a loud scent and everyone in a room won't be able to smell you. I enjoy the price point and that the bottle is refillable. The bottle is also a weighty glass and the sprayer on it gives a very fine mist. Whether or not you like the bottle design is up to you, but the quality itself is good. What the perfume is not, is ground-breaking. It smells like many perfumes you've smelled before. But overall, it's lovely. I see it selling well and going into my personal daily rotation. I'm not opposed to celebrity fragrances or smelling "basic" if I like something. My personal tastes are simple. It could be redundant if you have a large perfume collection, so I'd encourage testing it before making a decision. If you're in the market for a slightly floral, vanilla/amber skin scent and don't want to spend a ton, give it a whirl. **After seeing the comparisons to Flowerbomb, I definitely get it... But respectfully, Flowerbomb is better. This doesn't have the magic of that tea note nor the longevity. But it's hovering right around the same vibe and costs significantly less. It's very pretty, especially if you're looking for something a bit more understated. *** The more I wore it, the deeper I fell in love with it. I have 40+ fragrances and this is the one I want to wear all the time. A real compliment getter as well. While it could be considered "generic" there's something here that's really special.

Really really good. I am so surprised that I like this as much as I do since I typically am disappointed in perfumes released by celebrities. However, It’s perfect for everyday and so easy to reach for. It’s so feminine and light and it does smell “perfumey” but in a good way. I typically hate musks in perfumes so I’m surprised that I even like this. I can definitely see this being a compliment getter. I also appreciate that the price point of this perfume is affordable. If I had to explain the smell it’s sort of a good in between of jimmy choo I want choo and viva la juicy gold couture. If you like those perfumes definitely look into getting this. I’ll update later on longevity and projection once I begin wearing my bottle more. Edit: After wearing this more I can say the projection and longevity is decent. I’ve noticed a con about it which is why this has moved from a love to a like, which is that on my skin it dries a little bit too peppery which bothers me. I’ll definitely still use the bottle since I like the initial hour of it on my skin. Edit: ONCE AGAIN I changed my opinion. This is beautiful and amazing, if paired with a vanilla body lotion and body mist it becomes so creamy and the peppery note I get from before goes away. I love it. It also layers so well with other perfumes. In almost three months I’m halfway through my 1.7 oz bottle.

All 3 cosmics have recently been added to my collection and I cant believe it took me this long. I love perfume and I have probably close to 200 different perfumes with only 3 brands that I want to collect most from (clean reserve, jhag, dedcool) and now shockingly kylie. The first cosmic is just so beautiful, sweet, musky, clean, and it fills up the room. My favorite is cosmic intense but they are both very similar. The Kyle perfumes last on me all day until I shower. I have sprayed them on my jacket and I could smell it for 2 days. These are some of the strongest perfumes I have ever owned and I woukd never expect that from a celebrity perfume. They smell better than a lot of my high end perfumes, right now at the moment..cosmic and intense are at the top of my list ...im actually obsessed. Cosmic 2 is my least favorite because it is missing the sweetness but I would wear it more so as an everyday running errands perfume. Imo cosmic is blind buy safe if u like strong perfumey sweet musky scents. Can't compare it to anything else really because to me, this is very unique and i have nothing else that smells similar. If i was forced to compare...maybe I can say something a long the lines of LVEB type of pefumes ...more so vanilla nude tho.

Pleasantly surprised by how much i like this. it has a familiar ambery/vanilla department store fragrance dna that slightly reminds me of YSL Libre or Carolina Herrera's Good Girl, but is a lot lighter, more fresh, and not nearly as mature. The opening is very similar to Paul Mitchell hairspray, but i think can attribute that to the alcohol in the initial spray. The drydown is giving expensive musky floral and in the words of my mom, "it's VERY 90's." I think Cosmic categorically lies somewhere in between a skin scent like Glossier's You and a sexy crowd-pleaser like Good Girl, and it accomplishes both of those things very well. It works so nicely with my skin chemistry, but as a niche fragrance girly, i wish there was something in here that made it more interesting and weird, but perhaps that's a good opportunity to experiment with layering. this will be a go-to after i shower and whenever i'm not sure what to wear. the scent trail it leaves is classy af, and i can still smell it on myself after several hours. great for all occasions and seasons, and it makes me feel like a hot girl lol. it was gifted to me by my amazing and perfect grandma, but i could totally see myself rebuying the full bottle with a price point like that.

Went to Ulta on a whim just to walk around and smell some perfumes. Didn’t plan on actually purchasing anything, and definitely not this bottle. When it first launched I loved the bottle, the design of it is gorgeous and sleek. The fragrance itself actually surprised me. I sprayed it on a tester and walked around smelling other fragrances but just kept coming back to this one. So easy and light and very feminine. When I picture the type of woman wearing this, I picture a woman in a white fitted button up shirt and big blowout bouncy curls. It is glamorous and clean and fresh without being too much of anything. I would say it’s a nice balance of musky, sweet and floral. A lot of people say it’s quite powdery but I don’t pick up on the powder element, for me it’s a fruity musky smell. On my arm it’s a sweet cloudy smell and it lingers quite well for me. I find it to actually be a little bit sexy, like it would be nice for a dinner date or night out. I could see this working well in most seasons, where I live gets very hot in the summer and that may be the only time I wouldn’t reach for this. Overall I like this a lot for an easy every day or night scent.

The scent is gorgeous but it's definitely "basic". It's uniquely generic. Although this smells extremely familiar to something that I can't quite work out. The best comparison I can give is Dove body wash but if it was perfumed and stronger... and even that's not accurate enough. It's perfect as a very mature skin scent without reading strongly as a "mom" scent to me. The scent is really weird but in a fascinating way... it's like a glamorous blend of musky flowers, clean laundry, dove body wash and baby wipes but although that sounds awful it weirdly doesn't smell bad and it actually works? This is what I imagine fancy glamorous people wearing shiny silver would smell like. I'll probably edit this when I can more accurately describe this beacuse it's a struggle but would totally recommend it! I have to say, this does NOT last long at all, 2 and a half to 3 hours or so and I couldn't smell it anymore but it seems super versatile, could work in any season and in a huge range of settings. After 30-60 minutes it also goes a bit more sweet, very light and soft whilst still smelling similar to it's opening.

the most perfume perfume i have ever smelled. it's a super simple and linear scent that is super pleasing to the nose. it's a sexy and sultry intimate floral amber fragrance. it's modern and very youthful and what i believe to be quite fitting of kylies brand. the vanilla gives it a super nice warmth. an amazing perfume if you're looking to get into fragrances or are getting a gift for someone. cheap to buy and also has refills meaning its worth it in the long run. the sillage is okay and the longevity is fine, i do find it doesnt last as long as most fragrances, but considering its price point i don't mind reapplying. a super general sexy perfume i think anybody would like. i believe it would work in most seasons and is perfect for work during the day, nighttime dates, it's super versatile and can be worn for anything. with it not being a super overpowering fragrance, it will work well in most weather. a good signature all year round scent

I don't know why people consider this to be a generic or boring or smells cheap fragrance. To me, this is a 'Your skin but better' fragrance. It smells clean and fresh floral. I can wear this anywhere. To the office, a romantic date, nightclub, family picnic or even a sunday afternoon to meet up with besties. It also can be worn across all four seasons. This fragrance is inoffensive and it definitely smells expensive and is cheaper than what it is worth. Anyone that walks past you will think its a $100 plus fragrance. I would not classify this under smelling niche but its one of the best celebrity fragrances of recent times. I only got the travel sized one but its coming to an end and I am considering to get the full sized bottle now. I did smell the 2.0 version at the duty free in Singapore Airport, but I was not impressed. It just smelled like Cloud 2.0's cousin. If you have cloud 2.0, you can skip Cosmic 2.0.

There’s no words to describe this smell, I’m obsessed with it lmao I bought it with the disappointment that I had fallen to the traps of a kardashian after I vowed never to buy anything from them but alas here we are This scent is beautiful it’s truly so pretty and hard to pin down, like a butterfly, so many scents come into play and they compliment each other very dashingly, this is so femmenine and beautiful I’m never one to enjoy true florals like peonies but this perfume changed my mind it comes with a punch and isn’t ready to back down, it ties everything so well creating this lovely almost whimsical back drop The only idea I can give u on how it smells like is a girl with long dark hair who enthralls you the minute u meet her and when you’re in the heat of the moment, you kiss her neck to smell the most gorgeous perfume and you can’t stop smelling and kissing it Overall extremely gorgeous I’m in love

Cosmic is one of those fragrances that's just really easy to wear. It's a clean, slightly creamy scent that's soft, feminine and very pretty. It's not the most complex perfume out there, but I don't think it's trying to be. Performance is pretty average across the board. The sillage, projection and longevity are all decent without being anything amazing, so don't expect it to fill a room or last all day. For me, this is an easy-reach fragrance. I mostly wear it around the house or at the weekend when I'm popping out to run errands. It's effortless, comforting and never feels too much. If you're looking for a soft, clean, feminine fragrance that's easy to throw on without thinking, Cosmic is definitely worth a try. Just don't go into it expecting huge performance or lots of complexity.

Not to echo the numerous comments saying the same thing below, but... I'm honestly surprised by how much I enjoy this fragrance? On paper, it was very "meh," but on skin, it transforms into something beautiful. I don't typically swoon over this kind of scent (as maybe.melody stated, it's quite department store), but something about it is speaking to me. Fluffy, airy, sweet, clean, and soapy fresh all at once. The peony note in this is stunning. It's a playful fragrance, but that cedary musk adds a depth to it that makes me happy anytime I catch a whiff of it. Makes it a bit sophisticated, so you aren't stuck with outright blatant sweetness. It's quite lovely! It's a very good, safe reach for when I'm not sure what to wear for the day. Will buy a full size soon.

i own the full cosmic collection. my favorite setting to wear this one is when i am out shopping or to a small gathering. it totally gives ‘pretty girl who is put together’ vibes. i RAN though this fragrance last summer & i receive compliments almost every time i wear it! it is sweet, floral, & enticing. to me i associate this with the warmer months but it really can be an all year round fragrance. very versatile and maybe the most versatile out of the 3. ♡ i also love the packaging. it is chic + minimal in the best way. this fragrance works beautifully on the right body chemistry. i don’t think it is as basic as some others describe it to be. don’t sleep on her!!

I'm going to be brave and say something here... I think a lot more people would like this if it were made by a niche fragrance house instead of Kylie Jenner. With that said, I absolutely adore Cosmic. I find the Cosmic ad campaign of Kylie to be gorgeous. Warm amber, cozy vanilla, clean orange, and blooming jasmine are the main notes I get. It lasts 4 hours on my skin (I layer it on top of cocoa butter Vaseline) and it lasts all day on my clothes. I get compliments on it, but as soon as I tell them it is by Kylie Jenner they lose interest. You can love the scent and separate it from the celeb! Anyway, I love my fellow fragranticans, please don't come after me XD

This smells SO nice! I'm surprised by just how much I love this. My expectations weren't high, with it being a celebrity fragrance. They can be very hit and miss. For me, I get a very fresh, clean smell, something that reminds me of how you'd want to smell after getting out of the shower. It feels like an all-occasion/every season type of fragrance. A work-horse if you will. A scent that has the potential to get a lot of wear out of it. It's blended well and is smooth, a little floral and a little sweet. It makes me happy and because of that, I plan on upgrading my travel spray to a full bottle soon!

This is an amazing smelling perfume. Its so gentle, soft, warm and comforting. Its just heavenly. Because of its softness i mostly wear it in the home at night. I think Some might mistake soft with weak. No this isnt beastmode by any means but i dont think it was meant to be. I am not very familiar with miss jenner but I read somewhere she isnt much of a perfume girl bc she is quite sensitive and could do with just a Victoria secret bodymist. With that in mind I understand what she was creating Here. Anyway. This is just absolutely gorgeous and perfect for those not looking for something loud.

The best way I can describe this is that it’s your typical familiar perfumey designer DNA made into more of a soft “skin scent”. Overall this is sweet, floral, perfumey, musky, powdery, soft with some creaminess. Very feminine pretty and simple. It smells very familiar bc of that perfumey jasmine thats in everything, but it’s done in a gentler way (not overlyy syrupy or heavy) although if you’re sensitive to jasmine you could easily not like this. A Very generic scent but I kinda like that it’s a generic designer dna made into more of a “”skin scent”” bc I’ve never seen that before lol.

This was first love at first sniff for me, this scent to me is very warm, musky, ambery, sweet, floral I was taken aback that i liked this so much i purchased it right away, i’ve been wearing it for a while now and it smells to me like a woman who has her life together, it reminds me of an early 2000s cool mom with big sunglasses on if u can understand what im trying to say lmao, just warm and chic. i notice it doesn’t last too long on me unfortunately but this has become an instant signature scent for me and i can’t wait to get more use out of it this upcoming cold season 🩵

Girly everyday scent. I blind bought this and it’s one of the few times I didn’t hate it or get a massive headache. Sure it’s not unique like the top designer brands, idc! It’s a simple, but lovable feminine everyday scent. I don’t care about Kylie or any of them, but I’ll defend this bottle. It’s a little musky with a ‘clean girl skin scent vibe’, but again prettier (in a non super floral or gourmand way). I wanted to love so many everyday, non offensive, skin scent recommendations, but it was ALWAYS just musky. It’s a good price, it lasts at least 5 hours on me, worth.

I got a bottle for an amazing price and my expectations were very low. I am really glad I scooped it up. First off, I really like the bottle, it’s odd to have something that I just plain like holding but this really does feel good in my hand. And I feel like the fragrance is really well balanced for a perfume that claims to be a take on a skin scent. Happy accident that I applied this over eos fresh and cozy lotion because those two combined is really nice. I could easily see I as a frequent wear for me since I’m in an office.
