Donna

Wearing it currently. Sprayed it around 17.00, it's almost midnight, I can still smell it. It's very similar to Light Blue and if you over spray it a bit it lasts a lot longer than LB....well, on me at least..LB has been my favourite scent for a long time but it's pretty expensive for an eau de toilette and it doesn't last long. I didn't expect much from Donna when I first tried it, but it sure was a pleasant surprise. Totally worth the money and I'm probably not buying another LB again. I payed less than 10€ for 100ml...I can afford to over spray or to spray over and over again if it begins to fade during the day 😁

Smells very pleasant, and, for this price, is a very good alternative to Light Blue! Not so great performance, but, for a summer fragrance, is ok. Makes you feel better in the hell-ish heat.

Happy and bright Italian style lemon, with apple. Fresh and a bit sweet. Very similar to Dolce & Gabbana Light Blue pour Femme, and Light Blue eau Intense pour Femme. Armaf makes a great dupe also, called Tag Her, which introduces some creaminess to the mix. But this La Rive is half the price. A unisex fragrance, in my opinion. Easy, simple and rather safe. The longevity is up to 12h which is unexpected and nice. The projection is very close to skin. Contrary to many other La Rive fragrances, with an aggressive but short projection and sub-par longevity. All things considered the pricing is great! it's 100ml for ~12 EUR.

I picked up a 90ml bottle for 8€ at a local store expecting nothing, but it's 95% similar to Light Blue: lemon, green apple, wood. If I had been blindfolded, I wouldn't be able to tell it's a clone. It lasts for a good 4-5 hours on my skin. It's not as smooth as the original, but it's also much cheaper. No complaints. Perfect pick-me-up for hot days at the beach or to wear to the gym. I recommend it. 🍋🍏 EDIT: On the drydown, someone told me I smell "like a piano", "or maybe a violin". Never gotten that one before.

Literal dupe of Light Blue, worth picking up if you don`t want to commit to the OG and spend extra money. As a teenager I used to drench myself in this in the summer, it`s really good, but i can`t smell anything after 1h. It`s really light, lacks complexity and there is no ''velvety'' aspect that you would smell in Light Blue intense. If you are really sensitive to perfume this might be for you

This is a cheap version of D&G Light Blue. Smells good. But it lasts very short time and to my surprise, I found from the package later that it had a best before date written on the bottom! That was something new for a fragrance, at least to me. Then I realised that maybe it lasts so short because I've had it too long already, over the BB date.

Its good and smells like light blue but i think you should try a Arabian perfume that is called Tag Her by Armaf. It has better projection and longevity. You will pay a little more but much more less than D&G Light Blue.

É o mesmo cheiro do Light Blue, porém a fixação é ruim. Em mim fixa umas 4-5 horas. Tem um cheiro de limão bem gostoso, é ótimo para dias quentes. Eu paguei 6 euros e pouco em berlin.

I like it but too bad it doesn't last more than half hour... 😕

It smells nice but the scent is gone after 10 minutes. And the smell isn't so unique or lovely that I would buy Light Blue based on this alone. I smell juicy, spicy citrus, nothing aquatic. Surely there are better performing affordable scents in this category.

This is ok BUT not close to DG LB, maybe 30%, so this time La Rive is fail to clone...

The note of hyacinth seemed harsh to me. There is no such piercing floral note in Light Blue. That's why Donna didn't replace the Light Blue for me.

A great dupe of D&G Light Blue. I'd say 95% similar. The 5% difference is in the note of citrus, which is less obvious in Donna. It is replaced by more musk, not at all animalic, imo. It has a little bit of harsh, synthetic opening, but it doesn't bother me at all. I own both Light Blue and Donna, I compared them a few times on skin and clothes, and believe me after 30 min., there is hardly any difference. Actually my husband complimented Donna, saying it smells cleaner and more feminine. Longevity of Donna is about 4 hours, that of Light Blue, doesn't exceed 2 hours on me. I also consider the bottle very nice. If I do the math, Donna is worth every cent of the 4 euros that I paid for!

It was probably meant to be a dupe for Light Blue and in a way it is - it has the awful animalic base notes that the original has and it lacks the freshness. The lemon is present but it does not seem to balance the musk. Still, it is not as long lasting as D&G and enthusiasts of the original will not be fully satisfied. However, if you are into this citrus/amber category, you should try this - it isn't bad, it quite nice actually, but not a good replacement. BUT if you dislike this one, don't go for Light Blue - NO WAY!!!:)

I am trying out a lot of the summer versions of D&G LB right now and went for this one from Poland because it is so inexpensive, about $15 shipped for 90ml. Very close to the original but more like a light body spray, which has its use, I guess. Bottle is not subtle about copying either, nice size. Spray it on your sheets and towels without guilt. This brand has a lot of interesting dupes that pique my interest. I wish I could resist!

A fresh summer fragrance. Even though it smells cheap, it’s still pleasant. On my skin, it’s a sweet citrusy scent. Reminded me of Eclat d‘Arpege. I know it is supposed to be a dupe of Light Blue, but i like this one better. If you’re looking for an inoffensive and inexpensive warm fragrance, try this. Final note: 7/10

I have just blindly bought D&G Light Blue Intense and I was so surprised to smell my Donna la rive. They are not exactly the same but very very similar. If I knew that they are so similar, I wouldn't buy the Light Blue Intense. The price gap is way to big. Well, it happens.

I bought it yesterday for 3,90 euros. It's just like "Light Blue". An exact dupe. Nice citrusy top notes and when it dries down it's a nice powdery but fresh smell. Not so great sillage, about 2 hours maximum. But, when it's that cheap who cares...

Nice scent, I really like the smell. LB double, obviously. But extremely bad performance. And the drydown...well, there isn't any. By the time I left the store (it was definitely less than 30 mins), it was completely gone...poof!

This is the weirdest perfume I have ever smelled in my life. It smells EXACTLY like Ciorbă Rădăuțeană, a traditional romanian soup. The only listed note I smell is lemon. Other than that, all I can smell is lovage.

This was a blind buy. I wanted have something fresh and easy to wear to the gym, but it just makes me feel sick. It smells very synthetic and sweet lemon. I need to try wear it more to see If i really dislike it..

Very good dupe of Light Blue. 99 percent similar. Lacks the performance, but so does the original. LB has that something masculine from cedar. It is less present in Donna

Stronger lemon notes than DG. Lasts about the same amount of time for much less money. I can spray more often if needed. I prefer it over the product it’s duping.

Strong lemon notes. It is safe to say that lemon overpowers every single note. The drydown smells like woody lemon.

Really nice light spring/summer fragrance, but sadly only lasts about 2 hours.

I don't know if the tester was old/broken, but it smelled like metal to me

15 minutes and it is gone. Like all La Rive perfumes.
