Moonlight Lady

I really love this. I've never smelled D&G The one so this isn't a comparison to that. This gives me vibes of D&G Garden. They don't smell the same but, it's floral with a sweetness. Perfumes never last long on me but, I feel like this lasts as long as a regular EDP. Idk how sillage is because we are in a pandemic, I don't go anywhere and we are all required to wear masks when going out. However, I really feel beautiful in this perfume. It's not complex, but sometimes I wanna be basic and enjoy basic, beautiful, feminine things.

The peach and bergamot show up first to me, very nicely. Then the jasmine and ylang-ylang, two things I don’t like the scent of on their own. Together here, with the musk blooming underneath it’s quite lovely. This is a unique fragrance to me, and different from what I’m usually drawn to, but I really like this one and am glad I took a chance on it.

A very clean fresh woody floral similar to Vera Wang's Lovestruck Floral Rush but without the pink pepper note and the heavier notes(champagne, passion flower) so it is lighter, same vibe. Alittle sour/green at first, I can smell the Bergamot. Then gets softer more powdery floral. One of those dreamy calming scents, theyre purple in my mind. I imagine a quiet room with white furniture in spring time, doors open breeze coming in transfering the garden's scents and some blue/purple/white floral curtains flowing. I can sense the violet, and the peach adds some sweeteness. It does stay alittle green/sour on my skin and I detect the deepness of the black currant abit later. Overall its well balanced. I dont know if its an exact dupe of Boss' Nuit which I also like, but ill be back to update. Update: Identical copy of Boss Nuit, makes you feel robbed seriously. A 15 bux juice priced so high smh.

On me this is just like Red Jeans. I love R.J. and it belongs to my collection, it is stronger than this. i was wondering before, should I buy this without testing. Then I had a chance to test this, immediately R.J. came to my mind, so no need to get this. I have Beauty by La Rive, it's very good dupe to Si and it is longlasting with decent sillage.

Nice scent. Very gentle and fresh, slightly sweet, feminine. I notice mostly peach and flowers. Sillage and longevity are moderate.

I think I will have to let this one chill a bit. Its current performance reminds me of other affordable online buys I had in the past, where you get such a weak scent it barely registers as the fragrance it was meant to be. I sprayed directly after arrival, so that wasn't real fair to Moonlight Lady Prestige. I'll update in a few weeks. For now. First impressions: meh. Apparently this is a Hugo Boss Nuit Pour Femme dupe - most mentioned when reading/ listening to reviews - though some mention D&G The One. I can't support either one, so will base my opinions purely on the La Rive. The bottle, a very heavy square bottle with a crystal, cursive gold writing and a relief on the bottom, really gives the idea of a luxury perfume, the name "Prestige" adds to that. I therefore expected a lot from this fragrance, already having been very pleasantly surprised by Taste of Kiss and River of Love. What I get is a super, super weak scent that initially seemed like neroli and lightly seeped tea. Where both come from, I have no clue. Neither note is in the pyramid. I think it's a combination of the pear and bergamot that's giving me neroli probably & perhaps the tea comes from the black currant, moss and aldehydes. One thing is clear: I do not get any clearly defined notes, nor accords and on top of that it is also very soft. I can barely smell it to begin with (2 test sprays on top of my hand) and what I dó smell is gone in 30 minutes with another 30 min of a rather vague "rest scent" - as in: something was there, but what exactly? Based on the reviews here I might stay disappointed. Pretty much everyone says the projection is on the weaker side. However, the *stats* show something different, with the most votes on moderate, strong and enormous sillage + moderate & lasting longevity. We will have to see what it'll be for me after Moonlight Lady Prestige has macerated and chilled a bit. Overall the softer impression seems to fit the scent profile I can start to expect as peach is mentioned as one of the stronger notes, then flowers. I'm surprised - with that in mind - that the seasons of Winter and Fall are voted on so often. Equal to Summer, with Spring even less. I'm guessing this is actually more of a Springtime and summer scent. Nothing wrong with that, but it would've been smarter had I kept it foiled instead of opened. Based on what I smell now a possible (What I'm assuming it is going to be) extrapolation will be a citrusy opening of Bergamot and Peach mixed up in aldehydes, maybe a touch of black currant, giving me a summery fresh fruity tea, that flows into a heart that loses the black currant and tea hint, but keeps the peach and adds ylang-ylang and a bit of clean powder from the Violet. Thereby becoming slightly sweeter but also softer. The moss & musk create a grassy green base, resulting in an end result that's a soft, semi-fresh, slightly floral laundry scent. Ideal for the office and on days where the temperature hits 18 degrees or more. To be honest, it sounds a bit boring and not at all what the name and the bottle promise me. The scent pyramid can go either way. It depends on the blend and skin chemistry. As said earlier: the 1st impression was no good. A weird, majorly weak unrecognisable fragrance that I wouldn't even use as a toilet freshener or to sweeten lingerie drawers or wardrobes. My second impression, based on its maceration and several days of use will follow. Honestly? I expect it to end up on my To Sell/To Gift pile.

Not at all like The one by D&G. Peach is definitelly there but in more funny fruity girly way, not as in The one. And even tho it is a nice scent (nothing special just nice) and I really appreciate La rive brand, this is very weak. I can smell it on my hand for hour, even that only when I stick my nose close to my skin and then it is gone. Very weak performance but on the other hand it is a perfume you can wear everyday to work or school. You gonna smell nice but you don't offend anyone :)

Can’t quite pinpoint the notes in this just yet but I will say that on the initial sprays it reminded me immediately of Ferragamo Incanto. To me this fragrance is just ok. I rehomed it as it wasn't for me.
