Pearl

This is a budget but very versatility perfume. Recommend it to everyone! For a budget use perfume to avoid use expensive perfume waste for other purpose. This smell very shampoo fresh out of shower. Is fresh tea and crystal clear clean shampoo scents. This is a worth blind buy and I used this perfume to spray on the cloth after BBQ party and smoke that left on your cloth. Or after a big sweat exercise and you want to smell fresh. This scent can cover the Smoke/BBQ/Sweaty/Stuffy smell on your fabric, especially jacket that you don't wash often. Jacket or Cardigan that wear just a short travel hours, when you reach home spray it on them the jacket weird odor smell will disappear and the next wear the fresh scent is still THERE! Your fabric smell clean and fresh and bad odor smell will gone immediately. This perfume is useful. I carry this in refill bottle and bring them any where in my luggage or my bag will have this refill bottle for spraying all the fabric that smell weird. Pearl La Rive smell is great and aromatic, everyone can accept even thought is generic but people around me said something smell great. Mean is public acceptance. Longevity is GOOD! Coverage BAD odor also good. I am very satisfied that I found a perfume that for other purpose of use.

I'm not sure what this is supposed to smell like. The bottle and name bear a passing resemblance to Avon's Rare Pearls, but owning both, I can say they are completely different. One note: while the bottle certainly looks nice, I hate the texture of the frosted matte glass in-hand. I would wear this every day, except the feeling of the bottle is so horrid I can hardly bear picking it up. The scent itself? Lovely fruits and cream, but with a spicy muskiness underneath that keeps it interesting. Something in it smells bubbly, like a sparkling wine. The top notes fade quickly but the base is there for hours.

I got this of ebay, I'm very happy with it. Until now I never realized it smells like mexx woman, I think it reminds me of the bruno banani woman myself. Both perfumes I used in the early 2000's. Bruno Banani was affordable and I would be able to pick it up at Etos or kruitvat (drugstores). I love it for the nostalgia of those first nice perfumes I bought being independent in life. It is a friendly, not overly sweet summer scent. Edit: After smelling it all day I have to conclude it is the mexx perfume over the bruno B. one. Very nice .

to me this fragrance is definitely herbal and aromatic with fresh citrus notes but the smell also reminds me of a lot of cannabis essential oils. I would say this is an alternative to gucci memoire on a budget but it is not a dupe.

I'm normally not a person that likes too sophisticated perfumes but this.. Omg I just love it. It's just perfect. It's for the women that are mysterios,serious,sophisticated and silet boss babes.

It’s exactly like Mexx woman on yellow bottle from my teenages! It was so unique and charming back then. For me, uplifting, bringing full nostalgia.. Not bad for the price at all even this day.

The combo of fruits come across as apple juice to me. I got this as a recommendation from the yt channel Sarah Mayes beauty, I asked for perfumes for a new mom with a newly sensitive sense of smell and obviously a new baby who I don’t want to overwhelm or irritate. This has been a favorite of the recommendations she shared. I love wearing it to bed, or as a little pick me up during the day, as the lasting power is very brief, but in this case that’s exactly what I want. The opening is light and pretty and clean, very uplifting, it gets sweeter as it warms on the skin, and then it’s pretty much gone within an hour or two. I think there’s something to be said for effervescent scents, not every situation calls for “beast mode”. This is $8 for 100ml, and that’s exactly what it should be.

I really like this one, but I haven't smelled the original so I can't compare. On my it smells like fresh, bright citrus-y soap. You'd think that's a bad thing but honestly I really like it and it's an uplifting scent that makes me want to lay out in the sun in a white dress. I wish the longevity was better (I get around 3 hours out of it on the skin) but for the price, it's definitely worth it.

Nice and fresh floral that stands out in the La Rive line. Actually the only La Rive perfume I've considered buy worthy. Very delicate, pleasant, refreshing, slightly sweet. Too bad the fresh fruityness doesnt last long and it develop into a mild musk in the deep drydown. Absolutely worth testing, not many will be offended by this one.

I wasn't planning to buy this because it didn't sound like anything special, but I tried this on in the store and ended up loving it. It's inoffensive and would work for any occasion, absolutely delightful in that low key way. Pearl is a very fitting name I think, it's dewy and beautiful.

Does not WOW me, smells generic, not bad though. Not long lasting, but great price so i dont mind reapplying

I like to buy La Rive, not as dupes, but for themselves. So I never try to compare to anything, just decide if I like them or not. And I like most of them because they are often well done and softer than the usual brands. Easier. This is one of those I don’t like. Some of the notes are great, but the synthetic lily of the valley ruins it for me. Lotv is always synthetic, but the point is I shouldn’t get it that way; Moreover, cashmere wood and sandalwood enhance the semi-warm effect, giving no chance at all to the fresh opening. To me, there is no connection to a sweet lemonade at all (what I was looking for) If you’re looking for a good citrusy and fresh woody La Rive, give Aqua Bella a try, I really love it.

Too synthetic. Smells like detergent.

I hate HATE HATEE this perfume. The bottle is amazing and the Swarovski Crystal too but it’s smells like fake sour plastic. It gave me a headache when I wore it for the whole day. I got it for 7€ tho so that’s a win.

La Rive Pearl is supposed to be a duplicate of the lovely: "Bruno Banani for Women" {created by Thierry Wasser}. I've never tried or smelled Bruno Banani for Women. So, I cannot attest to weather or not this is a good clone. From what reviews I've read and seen, It is. However, I will say Pearl is lovely. A nice spring/summer perfüme. It REMINDS me of the Versace " *Lemon-Lime" line. *Vanitas, Versence,& Eros (I mentioned all three because they all smell so similar). I know there's no lime in pearl. However, the lemon/Bergamot/Petigrain with the L.O.T.V gives that illusion of linden blossom tucked in there somewhere. However, IMHO, Pearl smells nothing like Poison. They may have characteristics. Pearl really doesn't smell like CD, Poison.I guess I can understand the character maybe. Interestingly enough, it seems that whenever this "TYPE" of perfume comes up especially when it's from a perfume clone house. The first thing the young or perfume provincial ones say is, "OMG, It smells like Poison". I'm not bashing Poison or the people who love it.. But, the perfüme universe doesn't revolve around the Poison Family. Actually Pearl REMINDS me more of Eros, Versense, Vanitas than anything else. Pearl is a very, very nice clean, feminine, springtime-summer scent. It has great longevity and it smells much more expensive than it actually is. Honestly, For under $15 usd a quality perfume that's a doppleganger for Bruno Banani Women, and in the fragrance/scent line of Versace Vercense/Vanitas. You really can't go wrong. Pearl also has decent silage and great longevity. Then factor in that summer is approaching. I would say to definitely invest in a bottle. The bottle itself, by-the-way is very pretty also. A good perfume and value all the way around.

I really like how this perfume smells. It’s citrus, clean and very well balanced. It’s perfect for any weather, but for summer I can 100% see this being perfect. Unfortunately I want to say that this does not last. It’s very cheap, so I can’t be too mad. I would use this to layer with a floral or something, but definitely layer, since it’s lasting power is so weak. I do still love the perfume, because it’s just so clean.

This perfume reminds me of a cold marble bathroom. It’s a pretty simple fragrance, but it still smells great. It has this breezy herbal aura and is perfect for a warm spring day. Very clean and fresh, yet sharp. The bottle matches perfectly with how this smells :P

Spicy spa shampoo. I have noticed that this works well layered with vanilla, so if I use it before bedtime, I’ll spray on my even cheaper Bi-Es La Vanille and tadaa, I have a comfy, more expensive feeling night scent. Lovely bottle and great price.

Smells very feminin...at first a bit citrussy, but after a short while starts to develop in a more warm scent, not sure what note though. Not very long-lasting, a few hours in and you have to re-apply.

Bought it for the swarovski crystal on the bottle but I like the fragrance. Kind of a high end clean and fresh shampoo with a spicy twist. Low sillage and lasting power but it's decent for 12 bucks. ✨

This smells beautiful in the opening- The dry down on skin is something undesirable. The musk is not clean here- not sure but something is OFF. I wish the opening stayed forever. Disappointed.

Smells like shampoo or sour soap to me on my skin. Might just be my chemistry. I ended up giving it away as it just didn’t smell right on me.

I expected more from this perfume. It's a great everyday scent, smells like a nice shampoo or more precisely like wet wipes.
