L.12.12 Eau de Parfum Blanc For Him

Very beautiful zesty/tangy fresh lime opening, and a definite feeling of crisp, cool mountain or forest air. The eucalyptus gives it that kind of minty green kick, white and green are the perfect colors to represent this one. Its got a crisp shiso vibe but also feels a bit aquatic sometimes, not oceanic though, but like a crisp stream running through the green forest. It’s synthetic AF, which is my biggest complaint, because if this had better quality ingredients and smelled more natural, it could easily be a masterpiece designer frag for me, I love the scent profile and the vibe it’s going for, but it just gives off too much of a synthetic/chemical/“designer-y” vibe to my nose. It’s still very good, approachable, more mature than the EDT, but also arguably a bit more basic and boring. Still it’s fairly unique because its refreshing green qualities take it in a different direction and makes it stand apart from the typical blue DNA we get way too much of these days. Nothing groundbreaking whatsoever, lacks dimension and depth, but at the end of the day, it’s a fairly unique take on a modern freshie and smells DAMN good if you aren’t averse to mediocre synthetic ingredients. Very enjoyable and mass appealing for an adventurous, outdoorsy, yet clean and composed vibe.

I knew only the EDT Blanc and when i tried this EDP offering: DAMN! This is a very nice scent! If the EDT is closer to an aromatic, leathery grapefruit soda, this is lemonade and pine needles or stuff. Naturally the citrus dominates the top, i feel some slight aromatic nuances to it as well, and the base is herbal, green, pine - forward, actually the drydown smells to me like a bouquet of pine needles and eucalyptus leaves, which i perceived mainly once with two of these trees together in a street on my city. This reminds me of that. Very nice. I haven't bought it but i think i will need to, hehe. Best regards!

Very nice and pleasant. After a year of mancerating this fragrance was a enjoyable experience ( not that it wasnt before it agged) on the hot summer days that I wore it. No complaints from me about it. It performs well, it's tropical with some much welcomed added depth improvements over the original making it feel less synthetic, green notes ( I love me some green notes), and it can be worn in all warm weather situations without offending anyone as long as you don't over spay. Overall, simply, great smelling stuff.

Coming back to this page after 1 year of usage, and me buying a second bottle. Trust me, smell it once before trusting any reviews. Visit your local mall, airport and sniff this. Beautiful summer citrusy fragrance and as Fragrantica states a 6 hour longevity - let me tell you, this stays on my clothes for an entire day! I keep getting hints of it and so do my friends. 10/10 recommend and blind buy safe only if you love soapy citruses 🔥 Absolute banger!!

Nice fragrance, I have the EDT and EDP of this fragrance and they are polar opposite. EDP is definitely more warm spicy at it's base notes. The projection and longevity of the EDP is very good! It's not as sweet as the EDT. The EDT has a strong grapefruit note at the beginning, EDP does not have that. Overall, I think the EDT smells better but the EDP has way better performance and a lot more long-lasting. Hope this helped!

Surprisingly this lasts long upto 7-8 hours on my clothes - humid Indian weather. Post 24 hours, i could still sense some sniffs of it on my jacket. On skin, maybe the fragrance lasts 5 hours tops. I do a 8 spray all over my body and 3 on my skin, which helps this to stay on me for 8 hours! Summer beast and perfect for a blind buy!

Had to come back to review this again. This is such a unique summer scent. It's fresh and uplifting without the traditional Citrus or Aquatic elements, it comes off as more Woody-Green-White Floral masculine scent. Performance is poor but for the price the quality and uniqueness of the scent this is such a good pick up for summer.

This is an extremely good fragrance for the price. Actually it’s an extremely good fragrance in general. It has a lot of white florals in it and it’s extremely fresh. Probably one of the best daily fragrances out there. Extremely fresh, extremely mass appealing and an amazing scent.

The GOAT freshie, dumb reach, but the only issue is it lasts around 4 to 6 hours while remaining a faint skin scent afterwards. Gets GOAT status just of scent alone imo.

Welcome to Lacoste Blanc 2.0! Lacoste Blanc EDP. I am a tennis fan so I had to buy this fragrance 😊 So many reviewers say this smells so “green”. It does not. In fact, I will agree with those few that have said it smells aquatic. Indeed it does. A light aquatic. But it smells wonderful. It’s just as good as the EDT but with less musk. It doesn’t smell as original as that one does but then again what does these days. The fragrance market is so oversaturated that it is beyond difficult to stand out these days. Almost every new creation these days smells like a carbon copy or a mish mosh of other fragrances that came before. Don’t let that deter you. This Lacoste EDP smells so clean and fresh. I definitely don’t get cardamom and almost no lime. I get sea notes with a ting of mint or perhaps the pine note...a light pine note. It does have a faint smell of the original which is odd considering the note breakdowns of both. Imagine being out at sea sailing wearing some nice boat shoes, clean pants, and a clean polo of course. That’s Lacoste EDP. Imagine going to play tennis wearing old school tennis wear and gear on a grass court facing the sea...and occasionally you get a sea breeze. That’s Lacoste EDP. Tthese are examples of where it transports me. One thing I want to mention about fragrances in general that not too many reviewers mention is that when a fragrance presentation...the box/ carton, the bottle design, the color of the bottle, the creative name given to the perfume...when all of these are in sync a perfume has the power to transport you to another place...before you even put on the perfume. That is such an amazing and powerful thing and more fragrance houses need to do this. All in all, if you are looking for a “greener” or “grassier” Lacoste fragrance look to Lacoste Blanc Eau Fraiche (this one smells youthful and so nice) or Lacoste Match Point Cologne (this one is the best of that line) which smells classy but modern. If you are looking for an office friendly fragrance that should not offend anyone with a tinge of aquatics this is it! It’s a definite safe blind buy. I would say this fragrance will complement clean jeans and a t-shirt/ polo as well as a suit. Its versatile that way. It leans more Spring and Summer but any season if you’re indoors. Will it get you compliments? Perhaps, but then again you should wear fragrances for you...because it energizes you, it makes you feel good, it makes you feel sexy, it compliments your wardrobe, and/ or it transports you to a different place. It’s amazing how some fragrances can get your imagination going! Now I am wearing this for the first time today and so not sure how long it will last. If it’s a true EDP it should last at least 1-2 hours more than the original. I know Lacoste fragrances don’t tend to last super long. That is my only negative with them. Lacoste EDP, a beautiful bottle and a great smell!

I had the EDT version which I loved, so i had to purchase the EDP version. The EDP is not really a stronger and better version of the EDT in my opinion. Yes it is slightly stronger but it also smells slightly different. The DNA of the EDT is still there, but think of it of a more mature version of the EDT. It still smells clean and fresh, something I spray on if I want to feel clean, fresh and ready for a sunny day out, but not as youthful or special as the EDT version. The EDT has a special, unique smell to it which i love, which was perfect for a sunny day out, but the EDP reminds me of walking through the woods in a cloudy day, yet at the same time it still has that DNA from the EDT. In my opinion the EDT version is better as it smells more special and unique compared to the EDP, but if you’ve smelt the EDT and thought to be too youthful for your liking, then maybe try this, however in my opinion the EDP version slightly smells like any other regular perfumes. Not a bad perfume, i would say an OK perfume, but I still like it as it still smells clean and good.

Does what it says on the tin. If there’s ever been a fragrance you could accurately smell in your imagination by simply looking at the notes pyramid, it’s this one. Soft, airy, sporty, light green. This literally smells like you’re sitting in the shade under a tree on a golf course, holding a lime. It isn’t listed, but I pick up bamboo as well. Fresh and pleasant, but not what I’d call sexy. And linear, no changes from start to finish. This is a good choice for a dummy grab on a breezy spring or summer day. Absolutely not a nighttime or date night wear, too leafy and youthful. While certainly not a bad green, as an enthusiast of greens, there are better green options even within the sporty subgenre, which is where this falls. Nevertheless, a solid choice for casual outings.

I underestimated it at first, but then it turned into an absolutely wonderful ALL YEAR ROUND freshie, because that strong menthol note could work in cold weather too. In cold weather, it smells like a forest during snowfall, which is pretty good. In hot weather, it turns into a good cheap freshie for the gym or other activities, but it smells pretty pleasing to me. I like it without any doubts. It smells really good and it's not a typical freshie. It has a bit of its own twist, and that's what I like about it. smell : 8,5 nothing crazy but it's so good sillage: 3/10 ,awful longevity: 5/10 just like other fresh ones overall: 7/10 it's wonderful choice if you like mint note but otherwise look out for something better

Don't be fooled, this and the L.12.12 blanc EDT are 2 different fragrances. I made that mistake when purchasing it, but I can say that I am not disappointed. To me it smells like a forest in cloudy, cold weather. I really like this type of scent. I don't see this as a summer scent, I find it's more for the cold weather. I am using this one when it's really cold outside. It really hits the nose when you smell it. I know some people don't like that. Here's my review: Scent: 8/10 Performance: 8 hours Sileage: popps off the skin. A person a meter away can sense it. Age Range: All ages can wear this. Overall: long lasting, unique forrest scent that is great for the cold winters.

Other reviews said this was a safe blind buy, so I found a deal, bought it, and can't agree more. L.12.12 Blanc EdP is fresh, clean, and fairly unobjectionable. It does have a synthetic sharpness to it as it dries down. Masculine green florals and citrus come through strong, then it mellows into the fresh forest woodiness. As the name suggests, it's got the feel of pairing well with fresh white clothing. Sporty, preppy, and easygoing. I've only had it for a week, but it seems very versatile and comes at a great value. I know this will be an easy go-to fragrance for both of those reasons.

Definitely eucalyptus. It smells very herbal. When I first smelled it I just thought of herbs and tea. When I then saw the notes it immediately made sense. If you like the smell of eucalyptus and herbs then this is a pretty safe blind buy because it doesn't actually smell like a cologne, but rather just straight up herbs. Performance is pretty bad tho. It projects quite nicely for maybe 30min or so, but after 1-2h the scent is gone.

I left a pretty negative review on this a little while ago but ive since deleted it because it has grown on me quite a lot. I used to think this smelled like celery and thought it was super abrasive and bitter, but now i think its very fresh and pleasant. Smells like fresh linen or a new tube of tennis balls (in a good way) but doesnt smell synthetic or cheap. Needless to say, this is a very sporty fragrance. 7/10 👍

Very good, fresh, smells like clean nature, I happen to grow up in a place with a lot of Eucalyptus and pine trees so is kinda nostalgical without smelling old fashioned, excelent for a daily use for going to go shooping alone, or do something mundane, or after-shower, not strong but really nice for everything else :), definitively one of my favorites, not suitable at all for winter or night

Good scent, never had the EDT before but did sample it in stores. The EDP is different then the EDT in a sense of more maturity, less on the sweet side. It’s embarquing on stronger pine and wood notes compared to the citrus dominate EDT. A good fresh summer smell nonetheless, the above notes aren’t overpowering which is why I could easily wear this on a hot summer day.

Very nice fragrance. On skin it does have some similarities to ysl Y edp. Fresh enough for summer and spring. I like it. It’s nothing groundbreaking. it still has that beautiful floral dna like the edt version but is still masculine. Has some similarities to the edt version but the pine and eucalyptus make it different enough that it’s not redundant to own both.

This is a bold, svezdy and caustic scent. It's almost a splash of cold soda. I've hardly encountered any similar ones in the luxury segment. With its pine, it's a bit reminiscent of the original Kenzo. Overall, it smells like freshly cut grass in the forest. If it had better characteristics, it would be a star.

A less harsh version of Y EDP but with hand soap. A real magician! If you want to smell nice for the pizza delivery driver but dont want a scent messing with the flavor of your pizza when you eat it 5 minutes later, then this is the frag for you. This is a step above 4711 EDC.

I got a sample and am very pleased with the fragrance overall, it's not your typical summer scent, fresh a bit of citrus a bit of zinginess a bit of aromatic a bit of woodyness a bit of floral, it's green, lush and vibrant nothing wow but yet pleasant casual scent

Usava pra ir pra escola, ganhei de presente, cheira a banho bem tomado, é um pouco levemente doce e na época me lembrava côco mas não tem cheiro de côco, teria denovo pra usar no dia a dia se não fosse tão caro, queria um contratipo dele mais barato um pouco.

It's zesty sporty green fragrance just literally shown by its bottle. Smells out of shower fresh, lime soap with nice woody touch .Works well with your disgusting morning breath, sweat and testosterone.

This is a classic men's scent... very clean and fresh. Not extraordinary... but good. I feel I've smelled this a thousand times in other perfumes... but that said it's a safe buy. Very nice still.

A nice clean gym scent or office scent. I wouldn’t want it to be how I smell as a signature scent, but it’s not a bad smell. It’s very aquatic and clean and refreshing.

Decent sporty gym fragrance just lacks staying power and projection but that’s always what your looking for and for the purpose I think it does the job good.

Bros, you can pass on this one. Get the EDT instead. That EDT has better projection, it is a very original and unique scent, and it just plain smells better. The EDP has a bit of the original DNA, but it doesn’t do it enough justice and it seems a bit weaker. There is like a lemony piney overtone and a slightly creamy and darker undertone. They add ambroxan to give it more lift, but they really could have done without that. If you’re a fan of the OG, then this will probably be a bit of a disappointment. It doesn’t really smell bad, but it doesn’t smell as good as the OG and it just kind of clashes a little bit. It’s like they tried to take this in a direction that it just couldn’t go in very well.

This is a really nice spring/summer fragrance that doesn't last at all. Might be due to my skin, but I find it lasts 4-6 hours tops before it fades into nothing which is really annoying as this limits its potential. The lime I find to be inadequate as it fades after a hour which is really disappointing as when you spray it, it punches you in the face with its presence which is why I bought it as the EDT didn't really give me that citrus smell that I was looking for at the time. It is just a shame that the performance is just lacking with this fragrance, as if it just lasted longer I would definitely give it more praise.

Nose Note #826 Just today I realised I had Blanc for Him on my hands, and not White version... And all this time I was wondering, damn it, why does it smell so different from Lacoste White I remember. White was amazing, soft, somewhat sweet, unique. This one has a cucumber smell to it instead of this ylang-ylang+grapefruit. It's like a lousy dupe of White. So yeah, this one is like half White half the new Lacoste Original. Performance is barely moderate. Dissapointing. Beware!!! Two different bottles, two different fragrances!!! 6.5/10, kind of OK.

I bought this with very high hopes, but I am disappointed with its longevity. What's the point if the scent evaporates within half an hour? This too with the EDP version. I have no complaints about the fragrance itself; its woody and citrus notes are very charming for regular office wear.

Such an amazing scent, very fresh, clean. But unfortunately, it lasts about 2,5 hours and it’s gone, i cant even smell base woody notes. Not going to even talk about projection Would be 8.5/10 if lasted at least 5-6 hours but it’s like a 4/10

#260 in my "Tour de Fragrance" Camphor to me is a medicine for treating burns, abrasions and irritations. In teaching Red Cross 1st Aid I've made a point of highlighting its efficacy over Vaseline for those uses. Camphor as a fragrance component never occurred to me, and I don't think it should have occurred to anyone else. I feel the same with Tea Tree Oil and Menthol, and for me, Conifer always calls forth the specter of Pino Silvestre. I am quite certain if the madman in the "Saw" movies has a fragrance, it's Pino. There's something diabolical going on with a human who wants to smell like a Christmas tree. Getting serious, the existence of this scent is just puzzling to me. It reminds me of the toxic petrochemicals I've worked with. Like I got gasoline on my clothes pulling out the nozzle at the pump. I don't hate it with a white-hot hatred like I do Pino, but it's nothing I want to smell or smell like. It reminds me of none of the scents others have listed, most of which I own. But if you added some vanilla to this, you'd have Dior Fahrenheit, and it performs similarly. I dislike Fahrenheit for the same reason, i.e., that same hint of petrochemicals it gives off. It feels like it's left a numbing chemical coating on my tongue just breathing it. I can't imagine getting compliments for it from any woman I know, and I won't be finding out. For me this is a total scrubber.

I've got both the EDT and EDP. The EDT is a lot sweeter than the EDP which is the main difference. However, when it comes to performance, the eau de parfum definitely comes out on top. The opening note of the eau de parfum is somewhat alcoholic and doesn't smell too nice but once it dries it gets a lot better.

It is a very soft, light, elegant green with a very limited, subtle sweet note, which is really good for heat and humidity, 80-plus-degree summer weather. However, like other reviews mentioned, max 2 hours on the skin. It is a must-have for summer, I would say. Smells really nice and inoffensive.

This is what a summer fragrance should smell like. I absolutely loved it when I first smelled it about 10 years ago. Still, this is my favorite summer scent of all time. Though, sillage and projection are quite weak. Cant even smell it on my skin after 2 hours max.

Disappointing. Less sweet and less interesting than the EDT. Also, I would never have guessed this was an EDP. It's not deeper or stronger than the EDT to my nose. Just the most basic citrus you can imagine. Dior Cologne is similar but better.
