Soleil Vibrant

A bright, sweet, zingy, citrus white floral with a sweet vanilla, subtlety woody base. Very beautiful and uplifting scent with moderate longevity and sillage. True to its name, it’s sunshine in a bottle! For the full retail price, it’s certainly not worth for me. I like it a lot, it’s a very mass appealing fragrance that follows the same old recipe to garnish instant like ability and popularity. Citrus, flowers, fruits, soft spices and creamy vanilla... Soleil Vibrant is a flanker that breaks with the OG Soleil direction, while remaining a sweet perfume. The original is more sweet in a confectionery style, nutty, gourmand leaning, while Soleil Vibrant is more white floral, fresher, citrus forward. In the same time, it’s not something that you and I don’t already have in our collection. We all have fragrances built around citrus, fruits, spices, a combination of white flowers and woods. Smells very feminine, floral and pretty! From my perspective, the standout notes in Soleil Vibrant are vanilla, ginger, clementine, jasmine and pear. The rest are rather supporting notes for the five stars of the juice. As a fan of original Soleil, (finished a 100 ml bottle and purchase a second one), I would not rush to get Soleil Vibrant because it’s expensive, FRP is 135 euros per bottle, for what it offers. And I am talking about longevity and projection, which are both on the moderate side. The scent is drop dead gorgeous, bright and zingy and I really enjoy it but it’s too watered down for my taste and I don’t live in the kind of country where it’s most time of the year warm weather to wear such a delicate scent! Also super underrated scent, I have heard very little from anyone on social media talking about Lalique fragrances in the last few years. On discounts websites, Lalique perfumes are fairly inexpensive and smell way better than one would expect judging by their price! Edit 10.05.25 Found a great deal online on Soleil Vibrant so I added this beauty to my collection. The packaging is nice, warm orange colouring to match the name, the bottle is very sunny, summery looking and comes with a necklace wrapped around bottle’s neck, which looks decent to wear, at least for a while, while it’s new. Doesn’t look like expensive jewellery... So, for what I’ve paid, I am really pleased with my purchase. Would recommend getting the scent for summer if you’re able to find it on sale! Edit 13.05.25 Changed my mind on the way Soleil Vibrant performs after owning a bottle and a full day wear. Far from being a beast mode perfume, I have sprayed it on clothes this morning before work and now, 14 hours later, it’s still there. I can smell it easily. So, it’s a long lasting perfume, but it’s moderate on sillage! What a nice surprise...

I might have to update this as I wear the perfume more, but from the times that I tested it from the store here's my thoughts so far. Gorgeous juicy and spicy clementine opening. Vanilla comes out more over time as it dries down. They wanted it to smell like sun kissed skin and they definitely achieved it. It becomes this slightly powdery and moderately sweet vanilla but it's more complex than that. My untrained nose is unable to detect which particular ingredients make it smell like this but basically - warm sweet vanilla, but it's more than vanilla. Amber? It just smells warm and comforting. Really like the sun. I don't get too much of the clementine besides in the opening and a bit in the middle, but if anything changes I will update my review. But even while it's present I don't get it in a gummy or candy vibe, just juicy. One thing to note is that this projects and lasts wonderfully. I sprayed it once or twice on my wrist (entirely the same spot though) and I kept getting whiffs of it during the day. This happened both times I've tested it in the same manner. It really is like sun kissed skin. It's not cloying or overbearing at all. I agree with one of the reviews - this can be worn all seasons. Whether it's sunny outside or not. Even if it's rainy and you just miss the sun. Day and night all seasons. And we can't forget the bottle, it's gorgeous. All in all, first time I've smelled it I liked it but it didn't blow my socks off. Still hasn't. BUT as I got whiffs of it during the day it grew on me more and more so I went to test it again and the same thing happened. It's just so comforting. It's crowd pleasing and not offensive yet still unique.

An absolute steal for the price! The opening isn't as bad as people claim. I can see where the ''synthetic'' impression comes with the fruits. It comes off less fruit more candied fruits I guess combined with less of the essence of ginger and just exclusively that ginger ''spicy burn''. But even if it came across as just synthetic It doesn't automatically make it bad. On the contrary, when it settled i was greeted with such a soothing, beautiful feminine vanilla with just the right amount of sweetness. I kept smelling this on my wrist over and over. And in the air on someone else I liked it even more. If the opening didn't sell you the rest for sure will. Opulent full jasmine with clean white orange blossom and a tiny bit of saffron spice that ties it all together. That saffron is the secret ingredient here, it gives it a lot of character. But for sure the main delight of this fragrance is that beautiful vanilla I mentioned. It also has a slight subtle woodiness that has a fresh effervescence to it while still remaining comfy, warm and creamy at the same time. Mostly linear but it's such a nice blend. I just think this is great to smell on someone. It might not have a total distinctiveness or uniqueness but this this type of non gourmand vanilla scent with clean florals that's just amazing on women. But I can understand it might not be totally satisfying to an experienced sniffer, but trust me. Sometimes you just need something cheap, well crafted that you and everyone around you likes as well. A solid dumb reach pretty much.

Let me start by saying that I am blown away by Lalique perfumes. This brand is so underrated, I am shocked it does not get nearly enough love it deserves. My Lalique journey started with two perfumes: Soleil and Soleil Vibrant. Spoiler alert: I am obsessed with bot. But let’s talk about Soleil Vibrant today, because I just sprayed it and want to share my love. Like stated in website, it’s a sunshine, summer in a bottle. This fragrance is light, bright but also sweet and a little gourmand at same time. MAGIC! It opens up with sweetest pear and clementine. Then it progresses to white flowers and vanilla. Vanilla here is of highest quality. Smoothest one I ever smelled. This is amazing, it can be worn any weather, any season and any occasion. It is light, airy, sophisticated, youthful and just dreamy. Literally sunshine in a bottle. Honorable mention is a bottle. This is the MOST beautiful bottle I have ever seen. Lalique is glass maker so no doubt their perfume is encapsulated in separate work of art. When you hold the bottle you feel the value, it’s heavy and expensive. No plastic whatsoever, metal cup and heavy glass. I will repurchase this magic potion for ever! Must have for everyone!

So cozy, pretty and yummy. It ́s like a warm hug, but a refreshing one. Love the pear and clementine. The citrus opening makes this a great vanilla scent, it ́s different, so far the only vanilla forward fragrance I can really wear. Works well in spring, but will be perfect for autumn and winter too. Edit: all throughout spring I have been reaching for this, I just can ́t get enough, it ́s so addictive. I just wanna devour it, it ́s that delicious. Wanna see how far I can carry this into the summer, this might be an all seasons fragrance. Edit 2: it can be used in summer too, just not on heatwave days. Truly an all seasons signature worthy scent. Also if you like the citrus clementine vanilla vibe, Crème de Clementine from Nest is like the teenage sister to the adult Soleil Vibrant. Nest more fun and carefree, and not as complex, but they definitely have the same vibe, so if you like Soleil Vibrant you might wanna try the other one.

Sooo. I read about it and saw the campaign with the advertised scent notes and I was already hooked. Luckily there is a Lalique store near me and let me tell you, a first sprizz of Soleil Vibrant had me thinking of a sunny day, basking in the golden light of the afternoon. The scent notes i can heavily smell are vanilla, honey and i think saffron. Jasmine is very light. Apparently there are notes of pear and leather too, but i dont smell it as much. ☺️ it smell like a warm, soft, honeyglazed day, full of buttery yellow flowers. In my opinion it is not a gourmand scent though, as it does not conjure a sweet heavy dessert vibe. It rather is lighter, but still warm and not at all too sweet. It actually smells like the Twinings Camomile, Honey & Vanilla tea :-D In my eyes, a lush scent, perfect for summer and fall.

Not as exciting as I was hoping for. I wanted to smell the ginger and the floral notes, but all I got was vanilla and an amber smell that I assume is the "dream wood." It's nicely blended, but in a way that lost most of the white flowers and spice along the way. On the plus side, it does smell delicious, and if you love vanilla and very sweet mandarin, you'll like this a lot. A safe buy as a gift for a person who just likes to smell good and isn't looking for magic or pursuing a dream fragrance from the past. I'll wear it, but not buy the full bottle, although I'd love to have the bottle. I wouldn't mind having the hair fragrance, though. Would be wonderful on a warm summer night.

I have got Soleil Vibrant and I have to say that it is soo soo similar to another fragrance that I have- Roberto Cavalli Sweet ferocious (shaffron and woods in both) and Oscar de la Renta Alibi eau sensuelle (woods and spicy orchidea that smells similar shaffron). They all are almost identical..for me it is plus:) owning an extra bottle of type of fragrance which I love. P.S: with classical Soleil I would say nothing in common. Soleil vibrant is absolutely oriental and warm, spicy and woody scent as all the rest oriental scents that exists.

Starts with a little harsh, leathery saffron. Soon after small particles of clementine can be detected, no pear though. What the Soleil Vibrant is after short while, and this stage lasts to the base, is a really enchanting vanilla. Not too sweet, much more unisex than expected, and closer to niche fragrance than mainstream. It's a big upgrade comparing to the first Soleil. Which was nice enough, but little too plain.

My mom and I were offered this perfume when we went to a mall dept store and immediately fell in love with it, especially my mom. It smells so fresh, sweet and elegant perfect for everyday use. I bought the 50 ml for me and my mom the 100 ml one. Gonna use it to uni every week and possibly gonna keep repurchasing it when I ran out🥰 P.s: The perfume has such a good value perfect for me as a uni student

This really surprised me! I bought it mostly for the Lalique bottle, but was intrigued by the notes. The bottle is just stunning! Like an art piece- but the juice - oh my - gorgeous!! I love citrus vanilla scents so this is my jam. It’s orange, pear, ginger, orange blossom with a vanilla and woody base - all expertly blended. Tons of projection- Just so good!!

this is soooooooo sexy omg when i was describing this to my best friend i defined it as: "she'd walk past you on the street in the early evening and she's going to like lavelle or something like she's going to have a wild king street weekend and you'd say excuse me maam not so fast one second can I Eat it From The Back" and that's exactly it!

My newest love! The spicy citrus opening is so happy & lively while remaining smooth. Then the florals kick in for an uber feminine accord with soft, tasty warm vanilla & wood at the base. It's like a warm, loving hug from the life of the party, and I am HERE for it! All weather day time scent, though I think I'll stick to spring/summer use.

Resembles very much YSL "Black opium". Here note of saffron makes effect of coffee. Feminine, sunny, juicy scent. There is no patchouli here or any down to earth notes.

Anyone getting poison vibe from this? Regardless I liked it and will buy because it makes me happy 😊

At first I was getting cola and Mugler Alien, but it's really taken on its own quality now that it's had a chance to aerate after the initial sprays. I've worn this a few times, and I've decided that I really like it! The pear that I smell in the opening is very reminiscent of Anna Sui Sky (which is great because that perfume makes me sneeze and I can't wear it, even though it's lovely.) This perfume is beautiful in its own right, just give it a chance to open up~ To me this fragrance evokes summer in a different way from the original. The original Soleil smelled like fruit punch, hot summer days in the park and hot summer nights at the club. Soleil Vibrant evokes midday beaches and orange sunsets! Suntan lotion, frangipani flowers, coconuts and pina coladas. It's the type of fragrance to spray when you're missing summer, or in the midst of it. The original smelled like an active day of heat and fun, but this one smells like relaxation while listening to salt water waves. The fragrance is sweet and powdery, a bit ethereal and dreamlike, especially when sprayed generously you get so much more than just vanilla. And it's like french vanilla bean rather than vanilla icing, or like a sweet pina colada. Intoxocating. It would make a lovely date night perfume. I'm loving the way this fragrance is transporting me to another place! It would be a nice treat to sniff inside of a winter fur coat when you're wondering why you still live where it snows. I'm really glad that I snatched it up when I saw it for a good price. It just might be second bottle worthy.

Sweet citrus on a spicy vanilla base. Clementine is the standout note to me, it's so juicy and fruity. And sweet unlike any other citrus note. Honestly, it kind of reminds me of an orange gummy bear, but in a good way. The pear might help with this, but it's subtle, I don't smell that much pear here. The saffron is quite recognizable, especially when you know it's there. This is not the metallic kind of saffron you find in many modern niche fragrances (think BR540 and the likes or some oud/rose scents), it's closer to the way baked goods with saffron smell naturally. Due to the slight sharpness of the saffron, and also the bright white florals in this, the scent as a whole smells interesting and well-blended, despite the gummy candy effect of the clementine and the strong vanilla. It's sweet and delicious, but also fizzy and spicy. I sense some similarity to the original Soleil, both have that warm, fruity, bittersweet vibe, so I think this works quite well as a more citrusy, lighter and sweeter flanker. It definitely feels sunny and vibrant, very aptly named. In my opinion this could be worn either in the sun or when you miss the sun, so basically year round.

A fruit basket on a bed of sweet, vanillic jasmine. Definitely not the fresh, airy type of scent, though - every note here is sweetened, so it almost gives an impression that there should be something like honey or syrup in the pyramid. The orange blossom and the slight spiciness of ginger are also quite distinct to me, and when combined, make for an association with something dessert-y like baklava or turkish delight. It is a "sunny" scent, but not the typical summery kind. If worn in summer, probably more fitting for nighttime, or at least for when it's not scorching hot. Also doesn't smell boring, but it feels like it's missing something - personally, I'd add something to it that would be in contrast to the overall composition - like a more masculine kind of spice note, or a greener flowery note. Not bad at all!

First spray was ‘oh nice’ but on wearing a while I revisited and thought it smelled like ‘perfume’, that is, the idea of what traditional perfume smells like. I grew up in the 80’s so have some big hitters in my memory as defining what ‘perfume’ is to me. It’s retro in that way. Evocative of the impact of wearing anything as diverse in profile as Fendi, Red Door, Paris. So it does not smell like them but they are all Perfume with a capital P. I liked the memory but sadly won’t be purchasing full size. Shame as the quality is very good and I understand the price point is also good. If you like radiant sweet floral in a very old school form, you may well love it. It’s a try before buy and I’m glad I did. Later got a bit of a headache from the Jasmin note I think. More than average projection and longevity.

Vanillary fruity with a nice woody/vanilla drydown. Easy to wear, but, there's something in the opening notes that bothers those-who-are-offended-by-perfume (sounds like he-who-shall-not-be-named ha!) I got two compliments on this, both from men, who liked the vanilla I suppose? The two people who did not like it were my mum and aunt. To me it's a bit 'meh', but the other day I dabbed on some 'leather' by Swiss Arabian and hey presto this perfume was transformed. My husband was actually quite blown away. I think the birch tar notes cut through the vanilla and it begins to smell (amazingly) like Cuir de Lancome. Impressive. The perfume by itself definitely has a lovely vanilla in drydown. I'll be wearing this with a dab of Swiss Arabian's 'Leather' though!

This is the second day of wearing Soleil Vibrant, but it puzzles me rather than wows me. The initial fragrance seems a little off to me. For instance I get more of a woody note from the get go, rather than the clementine, but it's a slightly acrid note and it stays this way for a while. I do get ginger but that slightly burnt wood scent rather detracts from its fizzyness. After 2-3 hours it eventually dried down to the sweet vanilla scent and stayed like that pretty much until I went to bed and I did not overspray it. To me it seems confused, neither particularly ambery or citrusy and in the end just a pleasant sweet scent.

This is the first fragrance that has really defined the concept of Amber for my nose. It’s not vanilla, or caramel, or sugar... it’s amber. I don’t get much of the bright notes of pear or ginger, just a warm, golden smell. I think the packaging perfectly encapsulates the smell. Obviously the idea here is “sunshine in a bottle” but it’s a sunset whereas the original is the sun at noon... bright, zingy, sparkling. I see this as a really luxe beach smell. But I’ve also been reaching for it here in early autumn because it’s warming. Maybe not a safe blind buy, but a really great fragrance IMO.

Sweet vanilla is the most dominant smell. It kinda leans “old lady” at first spray due to the sweetness and there’s something that reminds me of root beer? I guess that’s the ginger. But, the dry down turns vanilla ice cream on me and is quite pretty. I like this as a fall or spring scent, I found it to be a little too much in the hot summer weather. Maybe it would pair nicely with a deeper smoky or wood scent.

Citrus ones are not very smelling there and the scent becomes creamy relatively quickly. It is soft, pleasant. But it is not exceptional. For me is too Classy...if anyone is interested in 50 ml contact me within the EU...I'm selling this fragrance :(

I don’t detect the declared citrus and vanilla notes—it’s not a typical gourmand at all. To me, it’s more of a creamy, floral summer version of the classic Soleil. It lasts for several hours with an intimate projection.

Lalique Soleil Vibrant is a lovely floral fragrance. It is soft and rich with just a hint of spice from the ginger and cedar. Very elegant and appropriate for those over 25. I am glad I bought it.

This is the marriage between cosy and sunny, a warm enveloping sunscreeny warm vanillic summer in a bottle scent.

Smells like orange icing on cupcakes. Simple gourmand good for everyday.

Much better than the original Soleil which is extremely sweet

This perfume really varies over the course of wearing it. I would say that I've had it on for around 6 hours at this point and it completely transformed. When I first sprayed it the ginger and saffron really came through stronger than everything else, giving it a really bitter scent. Tbh the top notes don't feel true, it smells like synthetic fruit and very strong bitterness. BUT! Around an hour or two into wearing it, it suddenly became the most beautiful and subtle woody vanilla smell. I have not been able to stop smelling my wrist, but it really does not have any projection when dried down. If you're willing to tolerate a strong spicy beginning, you will find the most beautiful summer vanilla by the end.

an average perfume, the vanilla is very dominant, barely smells any pear, strong citrusy smell, there's also some woody smell lingering, agree with the review below, it's a safe blind buy, pretty bottle, longevity and sillage is just average 17/09 edit: finally got some sweet pear at the opening citrusy and warm reminds me of Lolitaland, but a different vibe Lolitaland, tho very vanilla-ry, it's more sparkling like a sparkling wine This is more on the woody side

Ok, so not bad. I am wearing it today with Chanel No. 5 eau premiere. Interesting combo. Soleil Vibrant is a non offensive white floral with very little to no vanilla that I can detect anyway. I agree with other reviewers calling this a 'meh' perfume. I was happy to spritz it on after my morning shower, but I'm not dying to reapply it either.

This scent is so lovely. It's feminine, sunny, and bright! My only con is it gave me a headache within 30 minutes.

Sweet but grounded vanilla with a whisper of white floral. No citrus on my skin. Unisex until the drydown.

The ginger note makes this smell very medicinal on me. I don't hate it, but it's just not something I want to smell like. I will try this again in colder weather to see if my opinion changes. At least the bottle is lovely. Edit: I ended up giving my bottle to my sister in law. Everyone I've let smell this loves it except for me, so maybe I'm the weird one lol. I'm glad everyone else can enjoy it.

I was excited about getting this fragrance. It was a blind buy as my country does not stock it. I first sprayed out about 5 sprays and could not get any scent at all. It is extremely light almost watered down and cheap smelling. Very disappointed as I like the original.

I guess it's classy and elegant. I just don't like this for some reason, can't put my finger on it. I probably won't finish it. It's giving vieja cuchi🙃

Can't pick our any of the notes that are in there. O just smell strong old lady department store that gets in my mouth.

I am so surprised with the scent profile what this does with my skin's chemistry. I thought for sure this would be a spring - summer scent as it is described but after the first 1 to 2 minutes only the bourbon vanilla and the woody notes remain. There is almost a cacao note for me. It smells like a cool weather scent on my skin, period. I'm a little disappointed since this is the 1st day I'm wearing it and it's going to be 88°! But I will try it again and if it does the same thing then it is going in my fall - winter collection although I certainly enjoy the scent.

Both perfumes of this line are very underwhelming but this is simply unfortunate. Something about it is just not well blended and not harmonious and I smell the clementine way too much. The bottle is pretty on them both and it’s essentially the only reason to own them. It sort of reminds me of this children vitamin gummy bears, but as a scent. I think this would be a nice gift for a non perfume enthusiast though, since it’s very pretty and very acceptable.

Woody floral, with a big sandalwood (dreamwood) base and juicy fruity peachy (mandarin smells so peachy here to me) top and heart. I wish stayed more in the fruity part, because I am not a big fan of woody fragrances, but the base is nice warm beautiful (a bit monotonous), so if you like woody notes, you might like the whole thing. The bottle is a piece of art, stunning!

Opened a little bit L'air du Temps crossed with Avon Far Away Bella then it died & I got a bit of a headache. Tbf to it, I have had a headache for 2 days anyway, it just ressurected it, but am def not wowed. It was quite flat on me, no spice at all. Soleil Wan. Soleil Peaky. Soleil Died in it's Sleep.

Same here - I love Soleil, one of my favorites at the moment, so really stoked to get to know this one, too! In case you haven't read it in the according article's comment section: It will be available in April or May, depending on the country you're living in.

This is blended so well. The initial citrus goes away. I get slight floral but more bourbon vanilla. This is done uniquely. Summer but in a summer night sunset way. This is still slight more winter time perfume. The spice is nice.

I so need to try this . The advertising campaign has caught my eye aswel as that bottle and the ingredients. (Milky wood , jasmine and spice sounds heavenly ) I shall have to pop to Harrods in May.

Better than Soleil, but still nothing too unique, but it's easy reach for sure. Jasmine tea note is very prominent, so if you like it - you will enjoy this fragrance :)

Soft skin scent sweet but with a little floral touch pear and clementine are nice and creamy , Price was very reasonable. And it’s perfect for sunny days

It is really a beautiful sweet bright scent! It is too strong for me personally (might be the florals) but would recommend to others, definitely.
