I am drunk off the fragrance of springtime in La Belle Époque Paris... Of course I bought this for the bottle, I love peacocks and am currently going through a Wildean fin de siècle phase at the moment. The notes transition to the next so seamlessly it’s very pleasant to me though I feel it could give a weaker nose a headache if huffed too long. At first I got a fresh, though synthetic, peachy smell which a few minutes later seamlessly morphed into orange blossom (or what I imagine orange blossom smells like, what I smelled was an orange citrus with light floral undertones). This orange blossom smell stuck around and honestly outlived this next note which is a woody amber that is trying to be sandalwood but fails. This woody amber smelled very nice and complimented the orange blossom which to my surprise actually seemed to outlive every other note. I love it and this will be my go-to springtime perfume.

A successful blind buy for me. When I've worn it for the first time I got two compliments straight away. People said it smelt amazing. And I agree! It's a very interesting perfume. I don't think it's a dupe of anything, I've never smelt similar before. Although I do find it difficult to describe. Afeef opens with pleasant fresh bergamot and pink pepper and then I get lots of jasmine, bit of tuberose and some sweetness from praline. I don't get much peach or patchouli in mine at all. It wears well in the spring and I think it'll completely fine in the summer too. Layers well many other fragrances. I like it especially with Alien. Perfomance is good - it stays on for hours and projects well. Bottle looks pretty, but the cap is huge and annoying. You could probably assasinate someone with those birds! I don't take it anywhere with me, so I can live with it as the juice matters more to me.

Out of the box this was fine - nothing special. Quite alcoholic and quiet. After a wee spray to start the party, followed by 3 months of maturation on my shelf (as opposed to maceration, which is part of the perfumer’s process 🤓🤓), it’s turned into a beautiful sparkly and sweet peachy floral. It’s not my usual preference but here I love it. I don’t get lots of distinct tuberose or jasmine notes, and I think the praline is harder to find (although others have said otherwise!). I am not overly sensitive to ambroxan so it could piss you off if you’re the opposite. Maybe this all means it’s a poorly-mixed blend but my untrained nose is a fan. It lasts a long time, I can smell it for hours - not bad for £30. I can’t complain. It’s not the most sophisticated, despite what the gaudy bottle promises. This is not high end...but tbh neither am I 💅🏻 That lid though...audacious.

Fresh out the box this is a beautiful scent! I’m actually shocked it’s this good! I was nervous because of the comparison to Valaya which I find to be screechy and headache inducing. This is very smooth without having to let it sit for months, the peach note is very photorealistic, the citrus tempers the sweetness, and the base is so deliciously creamy! I know this has been compared to an Erba Pura/Valaya hybrid, but I don’t get that at all. Let’s just hope that it isn’t what this scent eventually evolves into. I have both and can barely tolerate them, alone, so together sounds like a nightmare to me. The bottle and presentation are really beautiful , as well. I’m excited to see what the final form presents as after maturation. I’ll update in 3 months.

Ok, Ambergriz! I’m going to have to start listening to you more! I got this sample in part due to your review! I love it! I get the Erba Pura dna, but less heavy. This is a mood lifter just like the reviewer below said. It’s a golden, peachy, sparkling amber scent! I almost get a champagne effect! Ignore the hate online. I think it smells expensive and divine. There is a nostalgia here that takes me back to the 90’s, but the tuberose is not indolic! Btw peach often smells nasty on me, but not here. I haven’t had this much love for a perfume for a while. Thinking this will be a signature spring and summer scent!

Unlike most of the other Lataffa fragrances I've bought - this one was perfect straight out of the box. I tentatively sprayed it (as you do) then added more an hour later- now I'm afraid to use it too much because I will run out ! It gave me a slight Coco Mademoiselle vibe (its NOT a dupe - just a vibe) So feminine , quite strong and long lasting but still what I would call a gentle womanly fragrance. I would use this all year round, day and night. Its really perfect. My absolute favourite Lataffa.

Disclaimer: I think perfumes are personal and reacts differently to a person's body chemistry My review: I absolutely love this! It totalyy gives off a scent that screams my personality. It's fresh and gourmand yet has this lingering oomph yummy smell on me which I absolutely love. The bottle too is a big YAYYY!! Well done Lattafa! Scents like these are the reason I now go for Arabic perfumes..because I don't want to smell "commercial" like everyone else on the shelf. Big love!

Update: I love this more and more. Yes it was wearable straight out of the box, but as time has gone by it has more depth and lasts even longer. I decant into a 10ml bottle to travel with and two sprays last me for the whole day. Lost count of the compliments ! Rich and creamy, not overly hard core floral - I cant quite catch the exact notes that it is I'm loving - all together just SO beautiful.

I bought in a few days ago on holiday. Just love it! Find it a bit soft on the sillage, but it is more on the soft side with decent longevity. My better half was not so fan of the bottle, and found it a bit tacky, but I love it! It is different from my other Lattafas, not so loud, but it is fruity and sweet, with some candyvibe...and I cant help myself from spraying it on..several times a day

I purchased a sample six months ago and it was too strong. I tested it again a couple of weeks ago and fell head over heals in love. It smoothed out nicely and became almost creamy. I just got my full bottle and she will be maturing for quite a while. I hope this sample lasts a long time. I LOVE this one and the bottle is so cute on my highest shelf!

lovely. a bit too peachy in my opinion but after it settles down and becomes a bit more floral it becomes even better, i wouldnt say its a winter perfume because it doesnt stand out as much as it might in spring or fall. i bought yesterday and im letting it macerate for a week or so, hoping to become more sweet than peachy.

Buy this one! If u don't mind with the bottle. For me personally this is the Best Blind buy Arabians Perfume. Love the bottle love the juice! 10/10 for me

This is my favorite Lattafa out of 5 that I now own. A little sweeter and more feminine leaning than some of the others. Real nice actually.

I’m not really into gourmands but huh, I like this. It reminds me of something.... Something MUCH more expensive, and niche... which I say with full certainty because whatever it’s reminding me of I have a decant of, and I only bother with decants that are niche. Possibly im thinking of a Gritti Fragrance? I’m thinking this is quite reminiscent of Gossip Night...[EDIT, DOES NOT SMELL LIKE GOSSPIC NIGHT] I’m sorry, but is this not at least giving some level of Greenwich Village by Bond no9 vibe??? [EDIT, THIS DOES INDEED SMELL LIKE GREENWICH VILLAGE ON STEROIDS] Maybe, maybe not. This review isn’t super helpful until I figure it out WHAT this is smelling similar to [GREENWICH VILLAGE BOND NO9], but I assure you that I will, and will come back. I don’t think this was released as a “clone”, I’m pretty sure if it were I would know (being the one that made that giant spreadsheet on Reddit lol) (feel free to message me If you want the link to the google sheet)... but I’m telling you, it’s definitely inspired by something. [I'M KIND OF SHOOK THIS ISN'T BEING TALKED ABOUT AS A CLONE, IT'S BETTER THAN THE ADVERTISED CLONES OF THE OG, just saying] I will go WRIST BY WRIST, side by side, until the answer is found! If you don’t care about this mystery fragrance I’m going to search for, overall it just smells really good. Easy reach. Feminine. To me this is a spring fragrance. Maybe fine for cooler summer days, but it just screams spring. This is full blown feminine IMO, something is off with your nostrils if you’re rating this unisex! That said, I believe we can and should wear WHATEVER we want, so in practice ALL fragrance is unisex... however, as far as the scent profile, it is a feminine scent profile no doubt. I really like the bottle in concept but the top being plastic kinda ruined it for me haha. IMO, this perfume deserves more hype!! If I had to guess, the bottle is probably a “love or hate” situation and that’s why it isn’t more viral.... But on scent profile alone, I think it deserves praise!! EDIT: I did one wrist with Afeef and the other with Greenwich Village, I asked my friends (not big fragrance people but still people other than myself) to smell both - neither could tell a difference. I don't have the most refined nose ever, but to an average person, the two are very similar.

When I first got Lattafa Afeef, it was a very potent flower bomb and headache-inducing. Months later, the florals are no longer as harsh but they are still the dominant influence. A word of caution, just don't over spray. It becomes too much. Less is more with this perfume. Lattafa Afeef is what a peach orchard would smell like. It's a very delicate scent. It brings to mind what a fresh fuzzy peach would smell like. However, the blossoms on the tree still contribute to the overall aroma of everything smelt. This perfume is perfect for the person that loves flowers with a touch of fruitiness. This is the perfect scent for spring and when entering peach season. The bottle design is spectacular. Lattafa definitely outdid themselves with this bottle concept. It's extravagant and it has a presence to it. I have always loved Lattafa's elegant designs and I just think this is a beautiful work of art. The lid to this is just amazing with all of it's detail - especially adorned with the jewels!

When I first received it back in early Dec, after it dried down there was a note in it that lingered and I did not like. I think it was the patchouli. I’m not against patchouli in a fragrance at all, but it kind of overpowered the sweet, fruitiness that I’m a fan of. Fast forward to today, I just sprayed it and the screechiness has completely mellowed out and is so much softer and more refined. I love that the top notes don’t dissipate completely, they just soften and round out the base notes on the dry down. It’s a great all-weather scent. Some folks opine that the bottle is gaudy, and that’s fair. I personally think it’s so perfectly extra. I like the pretty plastic birds lol. A lovely addition on my vanity.

I was reluctant to buy this due to the bottle which is incredibly tacky but somehow spectacular at the same time, in its massive box which looks like a mini wardrobe...but I was also intrigued by the ugliness of the bottle and kept reading about this fragrance... based on the notes listed here and the reviews, I decided to blind buy it. It is a surprisingly delightful and sweet and creamy fruity perfume, the peach is sweet, like canned peach, then the white flowers come through, and then the praline appears, creating a delicious and comforting sweet and creamy perfume. It doesn't project but creates a decent personal scent bubble which lasts most of the day. A lovely surprise! 💚

The bottle itself is glass. The top part, from the rim up, is a plastic cap, covering the glass. The glass must be very thick as the bottle is heavy and the emblem is imbedded IN the bottle. It is just stunning. The scent: it’s quite different from the usual scents I know from this brand. It’s not bad, but it’s not WOW! At first I did get the peach then I also think I detect some pineapple, a little rose and some sweetness, amber and now some pepper. I must say it’s almost like those ever changing colour candy balls: the scent keeps changing all the time. Many layers appear in 1/2 hour.

I bought it coz of the bottle as and wasn't sure what to expect. I could say I wasn't disappointed but also not wowed. It is a little different to the other Lattafa fragrances I own and I think this is a safe scent. I don't seem to get the peach from it but to me the notes blend beautifully as it dries down. Lasted on my skin 8+ hrs and on my clothes overnight. This is a safe buy for someone who is into sweet but done in a more grown up way that's a little warm too.

This reminds me of Qimmah but (mercifully) without the fruity shampoo/detergent opening--it's dry, sweet, toasty, nutty. I honestly bought it for the cool bottle, but it's a pretty sound perfume; not terribly intriguing, but very pleasant. On its own, it's almost toeing the line of being too sweet, but it layers very nicely with anything spicy, dark chocolatey, or tea-scented.

a very lovely sweet fruity floral perfume, as a man it accents me when I wear this because of my skin chemistry and just radiates off of my skin. Got this for free as a gift from somebody who didn’t want it and I couldn’t help but love it. Performance is very nice, which I wasn’t expecting. Bottle is too much for me though lol. This reminds me of Ana Abiyedh (white) but layered with something fruity and sweet (but I can’t figure out exactly what). I like it a lot but it’s redundant for my collection. I may end up collecting it for the bottle anyhow 🦚 but the full bottle can wait for now. Update: got the full bottle 🦚

I feel like I got slightly catfished - this bottle is not playing around. Two golden peacocks rise from the cap like they’re about to perform Swan Lake at Versailles. It looks like a Fabergé egg and a Las Vegas showgirl had a very shiny baby. If perfume awards were given for sheer architectural audacity, Afeef wins Best Supporting Flamboyance. You crack it open expecting the olfactory equivalent of Beyoncé performing at the Taj Mahal... and you get: fruity floral mush. Not bad. Not weird. Just... fine. It’s a breezy blend of peach and florals. It’s like being promised a five-course meal and getting an attractive fruit cup. It does have the same vibe as Valaya and Erba Pura, which is to say it floats somewhere in that luxury shampoo category. It probably wants to be gourmand with praline in the base, but it gets cold feet and backs out mid-date. The creamy sweetness is more of a cameo than a performance. So the bottle slays, the scent stays... safe. If the fragrance matched the peacock-glam exterior, we'd be talking masterpiece. As is, it’s kind of like storing chamomile tea in a champagne bottle.

Review is based on a purchased sample from a shop (hence not sure about degree of maturation) I either got a different product or it's body chemistry, but am not getting any peach.I get tons of pepper, soapy white flowers and musk. I suspect nonetheless, that this may be the right frag, as I had similar experience with Erba pura, no fun, straight to piercing detergent-like experience mixed in with something woody. For now, I'll resist just to buy it for the bottle.

Anyone remember when the company that made Lip Smacker started making a line of fragrances called Bottled Emotion? Well Afeef reminds me exactly of Flirty from that line! Overall it's a decent champagne-like fruity floral, not synthetic or overly sweet, but the pink pepper and patchouli is very "staticky". The bottle is beautiful though and looks like something out of Raqib Shaw's "Paradise Lost" paintings. I might buy this just for the double dose of nostalgia.

This smells great and has a powerful sillage. It leans slightly feminine but I enjoy the unisex appeal. Like most Lattafa's, I can see this being very cloying in hotter temperatures. Unfortunately, the cap itself weighs a couple pounds and it broke the atomizer the third time I opened it. So, it's just filling room in my closet until I find a way to transfer the juice to a working bottle.

I really wanted to like this. I'm usually a floral or Gourmand girl and I was really into the top notes of this, but I have come to realize I am not a sandalwood girl and on the dry down I smell it so strongly. I also don't think I'm a patchouli girl as it reminds me of hippy parents in in the early 90's

On my skin this one is minimum unisex, but rather for men. I should learn now, after countless perfumes with bergamott, that this note smells very masculine on me. So... I let it macerate and hope that the light floral, sweet notes will dominate with time and bergamott goes away...

Gorgeous Tuberose-Jasmine forward fragrance. This bottle and fragrance exudes class and elegance. I get none of the base notes. The brightness and juiciness of the peach along with the Tuberóse are front and center throughout the entire journey. Simply beautiful.

A spicy citrus floral with an earthy base. Can definitely smell the bergamot and the white flowers but the patchouli in this is not something I like, and it gets more prominent as it dries down. Not totally unpleasant but I would have liked it without.

I don’t *hate* this, but I decluttered it. I think it’s the tuberose and pink pepper. Just seemed a little bit too “grown” even for my 43-year old self. Plus, the bottle takes up way too much precious real estate on my dresser.

Top notes were gone in a flash. Definitely settled into the tuberose, praline, and orange blossom notes. Wears well, but reminds me of other things in my collection such as Afnaan Supremacy. Not bad, has decent longevity.

This gives Zara to me. Immediately as I opened it, it was stronger than I had expected or hoped for. The pink pepper immediately came through, while the sweeter notes were more “shy” I am disappointed because it isn’t the white floral, sweet fragrance that was promised. It’s woody and spicy with maybe a hint of freshness and peach that dissapears within the first 15 minutes and doesn’t stick on skin at allll. It’s very synthetic and to me smells like the cheapest of the cheapest. It almost gives those body sprays that some fast-fashion clothing brands will sell on the side. If you’re looking for something like that, might as well buy it for half of the price you’ll pay for Afeef. As said, it gives Zara. Like, actually. The opening reminded me of “fields at nightfall” and then the rest was identical to “red temptation” which was weird, since red temptation is described to be very woody, earthy, musky and bitter and this perfume is supposedly none of that. If you’re into a bitter, strong fragrance, or like red temptation, go for it, but if you hate those, or have a sensitive nose like me, definitely steer clear. I can mess with a lot of scents, but my one wish is that it isn’t completely synthetic and headachy and this one sadly didn’t deliver. I was hoping for 🕊️🪷🫧☀️🍑🧚 And unfortunately it gave 🪵🌶️🌫️🤧 I’m hoping it will macerate🤞but with a screechy scent like this it usually doesn’t help

I traded Afeef a while back, so I can’t describe it in detail, but all I remember thinking, is how GORGEOUS this fragrance would have been without that synthetic candy peach note slapped on top of the elegant fall/winter fragrance underneath. It smells like a high end niche fragrance with Kimberly Sweet Peach from 5 Below slapped on top. Not blended. SLAPPED. ON. TOP.

Afeef perfume, although it comes in a beautiful bottle and has promising scent notes, was a bit of a disappointment for me. In the opening, I mostly smell bergamot. The first phase is really pleasant, but as it develops, the fragrance becomes overwhelming. I’d recommend trying a sample before deciding to buy the full bottle.

Leans to masculine to me and the alcohol scent. Not sure as I am new in my fragrance journey what is turning me off if it is the bergamont or the tuberose. I got a decent so I can't say if maceration would change my mind. I tend to link a lighter sweeter and feminine fragrance so I can't see this morphing into that.

This is an ambroxan atomic bomb and needs time to mature. Probably for a very long time if my experience with other Lattafa ambroxan bombs is anything to go by. It has potential though. I'll update in a few months. I do love the flamboyant kitschy bottle and lid though.

Sour underripe peach over white florals with a side of sneeze worthy pink pepper and patchouli. It’s not common for me to dislike a fragrance, I am open to a lot of scent profiles, but this one does it 😖

Total feminin not unisex at all. The peach in the top notes very good. but dissapear very early and after that the perfum just give a cheap dry down effect for hours. Not recommended.

Not noticed, but contains ambroxan! Not my cup of tea...

This is the only perfume that has ever made me angry but one whiff and I'm enraged. I gave it to my daughter and then had to ask her to stop wearing it because I hated smelling it so much. It has enormous sillage and longevity - it literally hangs in the air, filling any room with its smooth, suffocating, nutty blandness. I don't know what ro do with the tester I have so it just sits in my collection like a snake and sometimes I make people smell it so that they csn share my outrage

Burn rubber and white florals. The open is so plastic it's just not worth it. I'm glad I bought a decant first. Awful.

Horrible farty patchouli bomb. How very dare they. Atomic. Will never leave your skin.

I don't know what it is about this that I find so addictive, but I can't stop wearing it and sniffing it. I suspect it may be the tuberose - a note that, for many years, I have written off before realizing how much I love it thanks to an SDJ body spray I started using as a room spray. (87, I think? The bright yellow, coconut-tuberose-sand one.) Ironically, I had also written off Afeef for many years because the bottle just looks so ridiculous that even my kitsch-loving ass wasn't convinced the juice could be any good! Thankfully I was wrong. I would characterize this scent as a fun-loving, slightly daffy, slutty Southern belle. Think Blanche Devereaux from The Golden Girls, or the drag queen Alyssa Edwards. She has good manners, a different date for every night of the week, and sees nothing wrong with celebrating whatever passes by. The peach up top is mostly evident when first sprayed, though it lingers longer on clothes; I don't get a lot of pink pepper (yet), just a burst of juicy citrus followed by the vivacious, bubblegummy tuberose and jasmine heart. I am an orange blossom LOVER (D&G Devotion is an all-time favorite for me), but that doesn't come through as much in this as I expected - it really is the tuberose's show to steal, and none of the other notes manage it. Good longevity on this, and not at all headache-inducing. The dry-down stays floral all the way through, but the amber and patchouli put the bass in its walk. I have always been someone who prefers my florals grounded in a more fruity or gourmand experience, but this particular fragrance might be changing that for me. I think this will be lovely in the summer - I get the feeling that it carries beautifully on a warm breeze when you're sipping sweet tea out on the veranda with a gentleman caller, a freshly-picked flower tucked behind your ear.

I JUST got this in the mail, and I know I should let it mature a bit before speaking on it. The mail always shakes things up a bit. However! This is beautiful! The box alone, then add the extravagance of the bottle leaves the imagination rolling in anticipation! It’s a scene for sure! Lattafa can be wonderfully cloying like Badee Honor & Glory, or it can be very faint and chic like Yara, and be gone with the next gust of wind. THIS perfume IS A woman! She is a BEAST! I’d categorize her as a BEAST spicy floral. I usually do t like patchouli. But this patchouli tho very front, is only an enhancer to the deep fruits. I’d think this was peach, plum, the same gardenia as in Baciami, and patchouli of course, and in the dry down mixed with amber, jasmine & a deep vanilla cream. It’s blended really well, but I know after it relaxes more from its venture here, it will only smooth out more. I’m very happy I purchased this. :) OH! And NOT a good blind buy! If you’re sensitive to cloying scents, patchouli, or deep frags in general, I believe you’ll hate this. I however love all the above besides I am picky Abby patchouli lol!

I was excited to see Peach + Tuberose but they are not the stars here... This is a woody white floral with pink pepper, in a nutshell. The florals feel quite bleached of any life. The peach is too peppery to be juicy. This is a dehydrated peach. This whole perfume is lacking LIFE! I wish the florals were full and vibrant, but they're more like forgotten pressed flowers in a vintage book. The pink pepper is drying everything out, and the combination with the patchouli doesn't help. I wish there was some something to sweeten this up more. The praline isn't doing it. God this is a depressing fragrance. Who would actually want to smell this on themselves and choose it out of the sea of perfumes available? HARD PASS.

Omg, this is stunning! I was not really interested on this, the bottle is a bit too much for me and I'm kind of tired of the innumerous Erba Pura DNA's. I earned a decant of this in a promo and once I sniffed, I could totally understand the hype; the opening is very smooth and soft, but with a dominant and very beautiful peach. Except for the hard fruity appeal, I don't see the Erba Pura DNA, which is good imo. Feels very night out and seductive, in the summer might be a bit too much.

Tsk tsk.. Lattafa doesnt fail. When i sampled this i scoffed and said “Erba Pura + Valaya!” - then it bit me around the tail and the peach toned down. Somebody down below commented about its nuttiness and yes, it does develop and it carves space on the peach (thankfully). The bottle and the box are as bougie as can be but its a nice ballance, not too cheap looking but definitely not 1kg like Sehr.

I don't know about performance because I haven't extensively tested it yet, but if you like a designer fruity floral this will be up your alley. It's a peachy white floral with some tangy notes. Is it original? No. But if you like a clean girl floral that's appropriate for a date and also the office, this is decent. If that sounds like your thing, I would say this is blind buy safe.
