Eternal Oud

smells like a sunday service worshipping a god of amber. a deep, rich, and resinous amber and vanilla combo that leans into all of the classic amber accord facets heavily to give a radiance of warmth. in the same way i would show somebody Erba Pura to teach them what musk smells like in perfumery, or Le Male for lavender, or Eros for apple, or DHI for iris, I would show somebody this DNA or Blonde Amber's to demonstrate what amber really smells like, as this is the one of the most beautiful and complete takes on amber (which is an extremely common accord/note) i have had the grace to put my nose on. Blonde Amber/Amber Empire, the only other bottle I have that I would say smells somewhat similar to this is still quite different, as that amber is a bit more masculine, and the DNA lacks the light fruity and floral notes that give Eternal Oud a sort of unisex appeal and effervescence that stops it from ever feeling TOO warm. this is also supremely close to the actual MFK Grand Soir, despite what other reviewers may have you believe. i have been to Nordstrom to get my nose on most of MFK's most popular offerings many times and have sampled Grand Soir itself multiple times. while there is a bit of deviation from the OG DNA with the added fruit and floral notes, the overall scent and rich amber accord that dominates it is pretty indistinguishable to the untrained nose. the main difference i pick up on is the added notes giving a sparkly, almost powdery quality that fits the heavy amber DNA splendidly. naturally, the higher quality of MFK's blending and lack of other notes gives the OG a slightly higher quality, and more expensive smelling richness, however considering the difference in price, the slight subjective difference in quality is practically nonexistent in the bigger picture. some people may even find the added notes improve the overall DNA. performance wise, you can expect an easy 8-10 hours minimum of being detectable on skin, i would estimate about a 6 foot projection bubble for around 3.5-4 hours before projection begins to draw itself in. to compare to the OG, i would say its about a 15% decrease in overall longevity and projection, but once again, when considering the massive price difference, it might as well be the exact same, especially because the DNA is a very well performing one in the first place. if you enjoy Grand Soir, this is a pretty safe blind buy imo. i would not blind buy this in general, as this is a pretty mature and unique profile, not exactly a dumb reach. i can see this being a good reach for date night, would also fit formal occasions very well with its rich and mature character. i would not wear this in warmer weather whatsoever though. i enjoyed my bottle out of the box immediately, but i also must note that after a few months, be it from maturation or my sense of smell changing, the juice definitely seemed to have a more refined quality with smoother performance. all in all I would rate this an 8/10, no disappointment at all for 30 bucks from Burlington, another testament to why Lattafa has so much dominance in the dupe market. (the oud is also very smooth and nigh indetectable for those who are scared of it)

An intoxicating fragrance. The bottle needs some time to macerate. I macerated mine for about 4 months, and the fragrance was COMPLETELY different than the first time I sprayed it. The first time I used the fragrance, it smelled like a strange crayon box that had been sitting in vanilla pot-pourri. After 4 months, the notes have emerged and the fragrance is delicious, sultry, sexy, and intoxicating. The grapefruit really only show up in the immediate opening, which lifts off the amber, vanilla, and plum from the skin and throws a smack-you-in-the-face-blast of these notes out into the room. Let it settle for a few minutes and revisit. Then you will notice the Tonka Bean, and Labdanum warming up to come out and play. The sweet plum adds an almost aquatic juicy base for this fragrance to lift itself from. After about 10-20 minutes the scent takes on the powdery almond quality of the heliotrope. This mixes in with the balsamic almost spicy take on benzoin that this fragrance posesses. The benzoin here almost smells as if it has been rolled in cinnamon and nutmeg. This is where the intoxicating nature of this scent hits. From about an arm's length aways, the scent has this fresh, juicy sillage. If you follow it to its source and move in for a deep, longing inhale, you are engulfed in a cloud of sultry, balsamic, spicy, depth bathed in a deep, woody, bourbon vanilla. And around the 30 minute to 1 hour mark, the oud makes itself known. Not a loud announcement . I imagine it entering the room silently, while all of the fragrance dances around the room. No one notices. He just joins the dance and before anyone realized he's there, his movements through the room have left a faint trail of his scent. Everyone opens their eyes to find him, but he has hidden in the shadows, leaving only the intoxicating woody aroma clinging to the fragrant air of the party. BEAUTIFUL scent. Projection is not quite BEAST mode, but it will slap someone in the face when you walk by just outside of arm's length. Performance is POWERFUL, as I can still smell this on my skin the next morning when I wake up, after applying it before a night out. Definitely worth the money... and you will smell like you didn't spare any expense on your fragrance choice when you walk in a room. 😉

When I bought this, I thought it was an original scent and I didn’t learn that it’s a dupe for Grand Soir until a few days ago. I never tried Grand Soir, so I can’t speak to how close it is to that. But I am surprised by what I am seeing with some of these reviews. Firstly, maybe my skin just loves this, but I do not have any issues with longevity as this stays on me for around 7 hrs before I start to notice that it’s fading. And secondly, I get no lavender, medicinal or otherwise, in this composition. I smell plum and along with a hint of dirty bitter grapefruit for sure. The plum is sweet, a little syrupy, and gives a dark and sensual vibe to the fragrance. Beyond that, I smell mainly amber and other resinous notes, but I do also get a bit of a cola like blast from Tonka I’m assuming. And the oud, though I don’t smell much, there is a slight smoky vibe, so I imagine that’s from the oud, and maybe a little from the labdanum as well. I do not smell any heliotrope here, I love that note and can usually always pick it up, but I don’t in eternal oud. The overall feel I get from this fragrance is a slightly masculine leaning unisex fragrance that is bold, refined, elegant, and a little sensual. But I don’t feel that it leans to far into masculine territory that I would have trouble wearing it. I love wearing it. It does give me the impression that it is fitted to being a special occasion fragrance because I can imagine it well at any event with a dress code. As far as the packaging goes, the bottle/cap are lovely and a joy to gaze upon. But the plastic dome that it comes in is cheap, tacky, and poor quality. Mine came chipped in two spots at the base, and apparently I’m not alone here. It doesn’t take away from the fragrance, but I usually keep full presentations for what I buy, and I definitely will not be for this one. But that bottle. Wow! Why did they cheapen it with the dome? Overall, I am incredibly pleased with the fragrance. And I would buy it again.

Got this today? What are people on this site smoking? They be saying “medicinal” and “old man smell”. Zero weirdness, zero medicine, zero annoying opening. This fragrance is likeable and inoffensive from first spray: sweet vanilla, amber, and I’d agree with the plum, in the best way possible. Sweet woods in the back bone, but not oudy at all. Although it’s nothing technically new, it’s a pretty unique DNA if you consider what others’ are currently wearing. Ignore the manly tendency on votes, if I smelled this on a girl I’d melt. Almost gourmandy but still smells like perfume, so not all the way there, perfect balance. If you like amber, vanilla, and something that not everyone wears, pull the trigger. Just smells great, after 2 hours it’s still very present on my skin, I’ll edit this post after a week or two to talk about performance / evolution although I don’t think this will change much. Update on performance: It's very good, on skin lasts easily 10 plus hours, projection seems to be at least an arms length bubble. I went for an 80 minute walk, drank 4 beers in a bar (which took me like 2 hours), and walked another 15 minutes to join some friends in another bar, and when I got there and sat at the table one of them complimented my fragrance, so even with me smoking cigarrettes, and air and sunlight hitting me from walking, I was still projecting 4 hours after applying. Self-perceived projection has varied for me, some days I smell it all day, other days I get the peekaboo effect.

Opening has this kind of medicinal cinnamon-fruit(maybe plum?) smell, but at the background, the Amber and vanilla is present. Doesn’t take time to notice what this fragrance is similar to... MFK GRAND SOIR!! But hold up, it’s not done. The Oud then introduces itself, but as a backbone to the ambery accord, this makes it darker than Grand soir. . Lattafa has now passed the stage of being called a clone house, they now do twists of fragrances like Mancera. Speaking of mancera, some people mention this being a clone of Red tobacco or PDM Carlisle, I understand why... the style of the whole composition—from the Oud, to cinnamon, to vanilla, to that fruit—gives a very slight vibe of Mancera Red Tobacco. But just a little. . The deep dry down familiarized me with a new note—Benzoin. That’s what really connects this fragrance to the deep dry down of another fragrance from Lattafa called Asad, and I checked, they have similar base notes, tho. . In summary, I love it. At times, when I sniff the atomizer, I get a very realistic vanilla and Amber smell... very sexy! The presentation is off the chart for the price. . Longevity is not bad. I’m getting 8-10hrs or more. Projection is smooth, not loud or soft, just a bit above moderate. Quality is excellent, that smooth vanilla smell got me impressed. . Rating- 8.5/10 . I think Lattafa deserves the BRAND OF THE YEAR award, sentiments aside.

Man I wish I tried this sooner. This is by far my favorite Lattafa fragrance. I put off trying this for the longest time since I generally don't think of plum as a note I like in a fragrance, nor do I generally gravitate towards syrupy sweet fragrances. Khamrah was a letdown for me despite all the hype it got. Turns out I don't like angels share. This lives up to everything I had hoped Angel's Share and Khamrah would be based on the hype that got. Now I absolutely need to try Grand Soir. This doesn't smell like Christmas, but it smells like the happy childhood memories of a Christmas/New Year's party. This works for anyone, man or woman, 27 or 72. I will say it's probably best to reserve it as a "night out" scent during warmer weather, but this can totally be a daily wear in the cold or in A/C. Despite the name, there is no oud, nor is the fragrance eternal. Your perception will be that this fragrance disappears after 3 or 4 hours. Others will certainly smell it on you for longer. It is very mass appealing as a special occasion fragrance, while still being unique and unlike most anything else on the mass market. You'll probably like this, even if you don't usually like sweet fragrances. On the off chance you don't absolutely love it though, you'll probably hate it. Seems like there's not much in between.

I have eternal oud on my left wrist and grand soir on my right wrist as I’m writing this review. First things first this is not a 1:1, they certainly have the same amber heavy DNA and honestly when they’re in the air i don’t think anybody would be able to tell a difference and you can certainly get away with saying you’re wearing grand soir with this fragrance. But on a deeper level I would say eternal oud is more linear and smells the same from beginning to end, it’s a much sweeter and richer vanilla/amber than grand soir. Grand soir has a very Smokey opening that i am not a fan of and in my opinion i don’t get enough vanilla from it even in the dry down. All in all, i can confidently say that as im smelling both of them side by side at this very moment, i genuinely like eternal oud better. Eternal oud smells like what I thought Grand soir would smell like before i actually got it and was able to try it. Final conclusion is, they have the same DNA but it is certainly not a 1:1, but in my personal opinion eternal oud is better and I’m not glazing I could not be more genuine. (DISCLAIMER) my eternal oud has been macerating for atleast 8 months now, it smelled like absolute dogshit and i contemplated throwing it away for the first 2 months lmao

I received several free Lattafa samples with a recent Lattafa "Queen of Roses" box set. One sample was "Eternal Oud." I reviewed tons of social media hyping this fragrance, so I was excited to see the 20ml sample enclosed in my box set!! Out of the four samples and Queen of Roses, I must say Eternal Oud is the stand out! I really really like Eternal Oud a whole lot! And while EO might share a few distant similarities with MFK "Grand Soir," I would not consider Eternal Oud a dupe, or clone of Grand Soir. But Eternal Oud is nice! To my nose, Eternal Oud is a pleasant, powdery, gently floral, soft amber fragrance. I love amber fragrances. I own a few. For many women, amber can wear quite masculine. But the heliotrope in EO adds powderiness and the fantasy orchid note adds a floral-ness that makes this fragrance pleasant and feminine. And the customary base notes (benzoin, vanilla, labdanum, tonka) anchor the fragrance in a likable and predictable way. And FWIW, I detect zero oud in this perfume. If I didn't already own (and love) Maitre Parfumeur et Gantier "Ambre Precieux," and Profumum Roma "Ambra Aurea," I would consider a full bottle purchase of EO. Eternal Oud! I like it!

I tried MFK's Grand Soir because I was curious with Illusion D'Un soir by FOMO, and to have a reference, as if I would like the profile. To my surprise I really liked Grand Soir. A month later I found a middle eastern fragrances store in Spain and tried Eternal Oud, expecting it to have a lot of Oud notes and just smell dark and smokey and dirty. I was so shocked that it was not only without any Oud smell, but that it was sweet and very likeable. Then I discovered it was in the same ballpark as Grand Soir, so that's why I feel I liked it! Just bought it from a local shop and I really really like it! It has a touch of a type of sweet that isn't like Khamrah/Angel's Share or Million, more of like a mature sweetness. Maybe because of the plum note, I find it really really enjoyable. It definitely reminds me of something mature and kind of old style but not really. My girlfriend likes it a lot as well so for me, this is a banger! Plus it is strong! @Blazntrax I would risk it if I can get it for 30€/$ because it is worth the risk. If you do not like it at that point you can gift it to someone or even resell it and get back some of the cost, but I feel like this is a great one.

Received a sample of this with another order about a year ago. Sniffed, wrinkled my nose, and dismissed. Never thought about it again. Last week, I went to check for a sample and when I opened the box, an amazing scent wafted. This had upended and leaked a bit. Decided to give it a proper assessment, still no idea it was inspired by GS (which I adore). I think the plum threw me off, and plum is not one of my favorite notes, but in this it's quite soft and good with the other notes. The dry down gets deeper and deeper vanilla with something else - someone mentioned a root beer float, which I wouldn't have come up with but is spot on. It will never take the place of GS, but it's got its own good thing going on. It gives a certain something that sometimes patchouli gives. Unique. Not for every occasion, but just right when it is. I can see this on a cold, gray fall day. It's really grown on me, and I'll definitely get a FB. This appears to require a fair amount of shelf time to shine - give it that before you discard it.

This is one of my favorite fragrances, mainly because it works so well on my skin, but also because the notes fuse together really well. In the opening, I don't actually get as much plum as most other people claim to get, but this is more of an upside for me. Amber and Benzoin are very prominent notes, and overall the fragrance is heavy on warm ambers. I feel a nice spice in the fragrance as well, not overpowering but not subtle either, which typically lasts well over 12hrs into the drydown. Of course, it's more of a skin scent at that point, but it remains a pleasant one at that. My only real caveat is that it's not as close to MFK GS as I'd hoped, even though it's pretty damn close. It feels slightly less refined of a scent and more strong/bold, comparatively speaking. I'd recommend trying this one out before buying it, but it was definitely a successful blind buy on my end. Aside from the annoying-ass cap that never fully clicks on, this is overall really positive and earns a solid 8.5/10.

Lovely fragrance. Very rich Amber oriented scent. I'm a big fan of Amber note, I think it makes a perfume more elegant, classy and the richest scent in the world. My favourite frag in the Amber genre is MFK Grand Soir, because of its high quality blend of pure Amber and Vanilla. Surely it is a linear scent with no development, but it's still a work of art. I didn't compare it side to side, but Eternal Oud without any doubt reminds me of MFK GS and they are quite similar. It is not as strong and sharp as MFK GS, but it still has got a solid performance and considering its low price, it won't be a problem for anyone to overspray it. To sum up, for me it's one of the greatest dupe fragrances of all time, not because of the similarity with the original, but because of the perfume itself. P.S EU Regulations will likely push amber fragrances out of the European market. Hopefully, the Middle East will continue releasing this kind of masterpieces.

Just bought this in form of a gift set and I'm actually impressed by how expensive the packaging is for the gift set , as an example I ordered a gift set from Versace and things didn't come as neatly packaged and as with that much interest as this . But talking about the fragrance this thing smells divine and mature I got it as a gift for my father and he loves it longevity on this thing is crazy as I get past the 8 hour mark with this and it still smells on my hand so not only does it last but it also projects like crazy . For the gender of this fragrance i don't think this is as unisex as other people put it but that's just my opinion . For the blind buy safety of this I would say it depends on your age if you are more mature then I think this is a great fragrance to have but if you are a bit more young then it really depends on your tastes but I wouldn't recommend it

This is good fragrance for those just starting to wear oud scents, as it is very light on the oud, in fact the oud accord is an afterthought here. The first blast of this scent seemed very retro to me, and reminded me of some frags from the 80s. Once that retro vibe chilled out, you could really smell the heady plum with some citrus, mixed with some floral and ambery woody notes. This scent is on the sweeter side, that’s probably due to the florals and the plum. All in all I think this is a good fragrance, a great beginner oud fragrance. The longevity is decent at around six hours and the silage is a little more than arms distance for a couple of hours. I think this leans more towards a cooler weather type of fragrance, but I think there’s some wiggle room here as I believe some can pull this off anytime of year. I like this fragrance and I will be wearing it.

I enjoy this one, it feels more clean than sweet to me. Some people mention that this has a mature, even classic smell going on. That it's sweet, but not Kamarah sweet. I agree with these assessments. But I swear I get a touch of lavender here and even some rose, like an oriental take on a classic men's fragrance, but still modernized. I also swear I detect one similar note in this and in MFK Oud (the clean fresh aspect, but not much else). When comparing it to something like Amber Empire, Eternal Oud smells cleaner and fresher. It has a dusty ambroxan vibe and some nice spices. My intuition tells me its high quality but I'm not sure men in their 20s will want to wear this. I quite enjoy it--wouldn't likely have many occasions to wear it though, I think. Also, like most Middle Eastern frags, they're best smelled in the air rather than up close on the skin.

Yet another fragrance with “oud” in the name but nowhere in the actual composition — but hey, that’s the trend these days. On my skin, I only get a faint touch of plum right at the opening, paired with a slightly boozy vibe, but both fade away within a few minutes. There isn’t much in terms of complexity or development, but honestly, I find this Eternal Oud very enjoyable. The dominant note is clearly a warm, enveloping amber — smooth and refined, not cloying at all. Alongside it, I pick up a touch of tonka bean and a hint of vanilla in the background. Projection is moderate, nothing beastly, and longevity on skin goes past 6 hours, staying consistently pleasant within the scent bubble. Overall, to my nose it does come across a bit on the generic side, but still very much worth owning — especially given the solid quality-to-price ratio.

This is a very interesting and very niche fragrance. Art first spray is incredibly amber forward. It's rich, spicy, smells like you'd expect something ancient and divine to smell like with the richness of it and the musk and woody oud. It's juuuuust the right amount of vanilla and plum. This is a man that is very confident, very sexy in a quiet dommy old money kind of way. He's not loud and he's very, very memorable. This fragrance has an INCREDIBLE amount of projection and staying power. Not blind buy safe, 100% waiting for a specific kind of mature male, but an amazing cold weather and nighttime scent. If a woman is wearing this, she's a baddie. 10/10 confident sophisticated, look but don't touch. It's ultimate black cat energy in a bottle.

This is an interesting one! Up close it comes across super smoky, but catching a whiff from afar, there's a part of it that comes across without the oud and tonka... it's the heliotrope, benzoin and vanilla together. It actually smells a lot like Simply Belle in that regard (they both share those 3 notes, and it smells like they used the same 3 exact ingredients). That part is just super clean and soapy on the top. Underneath that though, it's super smoky, sweet, woody, a bit of a spiced apple pie on charred wood smell. Very interesting, and very good! Update: The clean soapy heliotrope/benzoin accord seems to last the entire life of the fragrance. Sweetness starts to die down and the smoky scent remains underneath.

Despite the name there is no Oud in this fragrance, this is a very similar clone to Grand Soir with its own twist. The opening has a very prominent plum note with amber and vanilla. After about 2-3 hours the plum note disappears and then it essentially turns into Grand Soir your left with amber, vanilla and benzoin with a slight hint of labdanum and tonka bean. Very good performance and longevity for the price, I don’t think grand soir is worth the price for how linear the scent is (not saying it’s not amazing) but this is a better option for the money IMO. Definitely a winter/fall or date night fragrance, I love this and will definitely buy another bottle 9.1/10

Been wanting this fragrance for over a year now and finally pulled the trigger. This is ambery-vanilla scent and smells way above its price point. I asked my Mrs to blind sniff and she thought ir smelt expensive and reminds her of something we smelt in selfridges (she is not a fragrance head like me). I’ve been put off buying it due to the oud as I have a lot of oud fragrances and haven’t been in the market for another. Don’t get me wrong, the oud is there but it’s more of woody accord than strong oud. There is nothing medicinal about this thing. Pleasantly surprised, just don’t expect beast mode sillage or projection. It’s more intimate like the original.

Eternal Oud unfolds like candlelight against velvet. The amber glowing warm and immediate, rich with a golden depth. From the first moment, it feels enveloping and indulgent, as if the night has just begun. As the fragrance deepens, benzoin and vanilla melt seamlessly into the amber, creating a smooth, balsamic warmth that feels both comforting and undeniably seductive. There is no sharpness here, only slow, deliberate richness. In the dry down, soft labdanum and resinous woods linger on the skin, leaving a trail that feels intimate, elegant, and timeless. A fragrance made for evening elegance, it is opulent, glowing, and endlessly refined.

I did not like it at first. BUT...!!!!! This have to grow on you. After only one month i was OBSESSED. Seriously. Even my father did not like it from the beginning but i had to give it him because he got hooked real bad xdd its much more suitable for older or lets say mature men and women but you can rock it safely in your mid tweties. It starts with fresh grapefruit and i dunno what else, but, dry down is such a beautiful scent. It fills rooms real easy with that sweet like benzoin and vanilla. also the scent trail is really cozy and inviting. best for date nights and hugs if you know what i mean *wink wink. use it with caution :)

The scent profile difference is extremely nuanced. Decent performance for 6hrs. 10/10 banger if you like Grand soir. //The difference in scent profile is this is a bit more fruity and vanillic, mass pleasing which is actually good. Grand soir has slightly more Labdanum which gives a bit more serious vibe. All of this is just 5%. Remaining 95% its grand soir profile wise.// //Performance wise Grand soir is a beast in 1-2hrs, medium projection 3-4hrs, 10+hrs solid skin scent. This one gives a medium projection for 4hrs and skin scent for 6+hrs which is perfect for the price.//

Outstanding alternative to Grand Soir. Can notice the plum note, which makes it a bit more of a twist that a 1:1, and makes slightly fresher for me. Ofc is not as good quality as the original, but its better than most designers (and its good quality in general). Has gotten me a bunch of compliments, even outside where projection becomes hard. Cozy, like a cafe date during autumn wearing wool sweaters with someone you love. Very ambery and resinous, with a delicious vanilla note. I love it. Makes me want to have a high end pastry with coffee while listening to lofi.

Nose Note #561 More complex than FW Barakkat Ambre Eve, but I think I like Ambre Eve more. This, just like another Grand Soir dupe - Floraiku Sound of a Ricochet has something piercing about the smell that I don't like, something slightly medicinal. All in all, just like Ambre Eve - amazing and unique scent. Ambre Eve reminds me more of coca-cola, this - not so much. Is buying both redundant - yes, absolutely. They are still so close to each other that you might as well miss out on those details I've mentioned. 9/10, this scent will definately make an evening grand

This is one of the most beautiful scents i own, a beautiful warm, inviting, amber vanilla is the best way i can describe this, with my only complaints being the projection to me isn't insane, it is still good just not mind blowing, and with a scent like this i want everyone to smell me. And also the opening is slightly screechy and sharp which i think comes from the plum which gives it slightly a gasoline smell (not very prominent though and still smells good). Extremely slept on and close interpretation of grand soir in my opinion, 9/10

I blind bought this. When I first sprayed it I was like “Ok, interesting” it was definitely different than anything else I own. The opening reminded me of a classy man scent, which I like. The mid was starting to lose me just a tad with a hint of cigar ash. However, the dry down is super nice! I am a fan for sure. It may not be a daily around the house scent but definitely a date night scent. I would say it’s office safe too if you don’t go to heavy. Depends on your work environment. It was definitely a safe blind buy for me.

I received this as a Christmas gift that I had chosen for myself, but I was initially disappointed. It was excessively sweet and had a synthetic, almost a bathroom cleaner, scent. However, after five months of maceration, I’ve come to appreciate it. The spice is now present, and the overall profile has become quite balanced. It’s a powerful fragrance that you won’t go nose blind to. Something that I will enjoy wearing occasionally. Two sprays max, will last me a decade.

Absolutely stunning! This heavily reminds me of Amber Labdanum Cologne Intense by Jo Malone, a fragrance I have sought after for some time. The vanilla is very subtle on my skin however the labdanum and benzoin are incredibly prominent and I adore it. Kinda reminds me of sitting in dusty leather chair while a wax vanilla candle is lit. The oud in the title is not present at all so I am a little confused as to why they called it as such but oh well, I love it.

This is nice scent but not long lasting. It is sweet, pleasant, vanilla scent. More sweet and amber than vanilla though. I can’t smell fruit, maybe if i try really hard. I like this. I like eternal vanille better, but that one is definitely not for everyone. I also think they should call this perfume Eternal Vanille and the other, black one Eternal Oud. Maybe someone mixed the names so now the damage is done, lol. Both perfumes are nice.

I'm always getting compliments on this one, and it's my favorite fragrance at the moment in my small but growing collection. Perfectly unisex, and it lasts a long time on the skin/whatever you happen to be wearing. I think up close and personal, you get more of the smoky oud smell, but the passerby is catching a bit more of the vanilla and sweetness. Absolutely 100% worth it and will remain in my rotation for life, probably.

Gorgeous. I wouldn't even call this a clone of Grand Soir, It's better! It smells fantastic with a beautiful vanilla, tobacco, slightly oudy fragrance with incredible depth because of the benzoin, Tonka and woody base notes. I've smelt this and grand soir and they are almost the same. This is a very safe blind buy if you like Gourmand fragrances. For the price, it's unreal.

I'm starting to believe that this perfume is different for each batch since mine is mostly plum/citrus/oudy instead of amber/vanillic like Grand Soir. It almost has a leather feel to it. So I guess most people that love this fragrance got it with the amber/vanilla profile, and those who hate it got the plum/oud profile since it definitely is less wearable and more nuanced

One of my cheapest yet most complimented fragrances. does it smell EXACTLY like grand soir? well for 20% of the price no, but if you like grand soir you would like, this and is a way better idea than spending around 200 euros on grand soir. my girlfriend loves it so much that she uses it at every opportunity and wants to buy her own. also the bottle is super cool.

Typically, when I buy a clone fragrance and spray it, I am immediately recalled to that original fragrance, right from the opening. This was not the case for Eternal Oud--it did not transport me immediately to the wearing experience of Grand Soir. Instead, it reminds me of a mix of different things, and i still think it's a good frag. I did a full review below.

Lattafa does it again. I really like this stuff. It's masculine, woody, oudy enough with the right amount of vanilla... To be honest, I'm going to let it sit for a while to help with its performance. REALLY a nice fragrance (and I think I paid around $25 or so.) This is the sort of bottle that makes fragrance collecting fun! Overall rating: 7.8 / 10.0

the performance, the scent and the presentation for this is definitely a 10/10. smells really similar to mfk grand soir for a tenth of the price. perfect for colder weather. its a basic smell in my opinion, but sometimes basic is better! its a classy smell, and if you like vanilla and amber fragrances, chances are you'll like this!

Úristen! Ez az illat annyira OLD. Nem tudom milyen gyerekkori emlékemből jött elő ez az illat. Véleményem szerint a 30 évvel ezelőtti old spice aftershave illata van, amikor a betekerhető pengés borotvát penge nélkül odaadta nagyapám és borotválkozósat játszozttam utána bekentem az arcom vele. I have a full 200ml bottle of the original Grand Soir, one of my favorite amber scents ever. I didn’t have any hopes regarding this scent, mainly cause of the weird note list. But it does come quite close to the original! Not as sophisticated and strong, but for the price, it’s actually an amazing pick!

Simply amazing! another home run by Lattafa. These people don't play when it comes to cloning a fragrance and this is no exception, you're getting MFK Grand Soir for cheap it's 90% close and in the air no fragrance nose will be able to tell them apart unless you're a walking Gas Chromatography Machine.

I have MFK Grand Soir, and I have to say I really like Eternal Oud. In the opening, you can definitely tell a difference, but after an hour or so, the lemony hints fade into something that I would say is 90-95% of Grand Soir. Beautiful scent, great value for money, and lasts a long time.

Grand Soir is more gentle,warm and refined. This is a bit spicy in the opening and more fresh. After that it's getting close enough to Grand Soir that it really worth to give it a chance. After an hour all I can smell is Grand Soir. I also tested them side by side so I could be sure...

I smell no oud - just a softer, less lavender Grand Soir. If you didn’t have them side by side you could easily mistake it for the real deal. The bottle is heavy and better looking in real life too. I’m usually anti dupes but MFK doesn’t need my money. This is MAGNIFICENT. Just get it.

Took some time to macerate. Amber and plum gives the middle eastern feel. added vanilla sweetness and little incense. Skin scent. sits for long. Sillage as you move you catch whiffs of it within arm range. At home, happy mood scent for evenings. 9/10. One of my all time keepers.

Have over 180 frags, had ~20 more, and this smell is in absolute top tier (from 32 yr old man's perspective). Just got it so can't comment if it indeed sits very close to the skin, which could be the only thing that would make me rate it at 4,5 instead of full 5/5. Will see

For how much it is, this is a steal. I'm not into vanilla fragrances that much but this one got me. I also found out after getting my bottle that this is apparently a Grand Soir dupe, which is a plus. I tried checking Grand Soir and wow this is very similar to that indeed.

I think this fragrance is warm and cosy and I love wearing it on on cold winter days, it layers really well too with other boozy scents and a favourite pairing is with stronger with you original. On its own it’s beautiful and long lasting but it’s also very versatile

Wow! Eternal Oud is truly deserving of its name. The oud is rich and intoxicating, perfectly balanced by the sweetness of vanilla and amber. It lasts forever on my skin - seriously, I could still smell it faintly after a shower the next day. Definitely a head turner!

The first time I sprayed this, all I got was 10 hours of unpleasantly medicinal grapefruit and plum. Now, two days later, and it's the most gorgeous plum and benzoin I may have ever smelt. Edit: the dry down is reminding me of Cocoa Morado. I am really liking this!

mostly everything is in the base. i think this is way more benzoin resinous and oud smoky up close than the original but from a distance its identical to grand soir with the vanilla and amber projecting better. if you like grand soir this is a safe blind buy.
