Hayaati Gold Elixir

I've only worn this three times since i got it back in winter and left it to mature as it was sharp and chemical heavy on first use. Its faded and mellowed into a really decent unisex light pineapple with creamy smoky vanilla and a touch of subtle spicy leather combo. Projection and longevity are only average but thats not so bad for the low price point. Its definitely in the ballpark of the Paco Rabanne One Million DNA, but it's slick and light and not screechy. Its got a smooth vanilla and amber, darkened by a touch of leather and spice and lifted by some delicious citrus fruit without the unwanted sharpness of a lot of citrus scents. It doesn't do much, its not a complex or multi dimensional scent, its simple and linear and always pleasantly easy going. I really like this, though its nothing sparklingly original or awe inspiring. I would call it unisex and would find it just as good on a woman as it is on myself. Its just a scent that works, with nothing to dislike about it. I recommend leaving it for a minimum of 3 months or so to let it steep/mature. Its a good one for work or just heading up the shops/gym/post shower morning etc but I wouldn't wear it on my wedding day. I'm sick to death of vanilla and there's just an overload of it in just about everything these days...but this particular one works nice and i recommend it, especially for the budget friendly pricetag. 8/10 for me

I got a 5ml decant for this and I will be buying the full bottle soon! Im a fan of strong amber and musky scents that leans into masculine scent. This smells very amberish, leathery and bergamot to me. A beast mode fragrance as it projects well and has very good sillage. You can be smelled from afar. Consider yourself warned that it is a more of a men perfume but woman can wear it too if you're going for a non-floral perfume like me. A friend commented that this smells like Mancera's Royal Vanille. They do share almost the same base notes except that Mancera is much more warmer and stronger in its vanilla scent. The vanilla in this perfume is almost non-existent thankfully as I don't like to smell too sweet. The dry down of both are almost the same! But i'm loving Hayaati Gold Elixir more as i got the chance to compare both scents on my skin (sprayed on each wrist). My new favourite!!

Gold Elixir was a pleasantly welcomed surprise to the Hayaati collection. I don't know why it is not mentioned more, considering it's price and blend for the buck. The opening falls on the sweet side of citrus, but tones down to a leathery, peachy bliss. The saffron does find its way to the forefront in a nice way and the amber, though subtle, adds quality to it's vanilla favoring drydown. The performance is not as wonderful as one may desire, but I have experienced far worse at a much higher cost. It lasts for a modest 4-6 hours on my skin, but I have no problem reapplying if needed. It yields a moderate sillage, but is no master of projection. I don't know if it's supposed to be a clone of anything, but for me, it's a new scent profile that will be enjoyed for as long as it is available. This was a great find and I really like it~

This might be a leather forward scent, but I think it's one that you can wear year-round day or night and to any occasion. The top note is pretty standard citrus before getting to the heart of this fragrance which is leather. Very affordable for average performance. I got an interesting scent memory from this. Walk with me... you enter a modern barbershop and see a very long line of expensive plush leather chairs with guys getting their haircuts. It's finally your turn, and you get your haircut. At the end, the barber takes that wet wipe and sprays it with an alcohol-based spray before applying it to the back of your neck and around the hairline. It burns ever so slightly but smells clean, fresh and slightly sweet. For the rest of the day, nobody can tell you nothing! This is Hayaati Gold Elixir.

I really love it! I get the citrus, amber, vanilla and muskiness along with some powder notes. Luckily, the leather is not harsh! Man, I saw this at Burlington a few mos back and it was only $20 to $30, big regret! Haven’t seen it since! Luckily, the leather is not loud, it purrs, but doesn’t bite. I get a little peach, thank god there is no rubber or gasoline smell. I think I can get that from peach and leather on my skin. I think I need a full bottle, but be advised, I do not know how old this sample was, it may be well matured. The dry down is leaning slightly masculine, but I think the powdery notes keep it from veering too far into manliness for me. I think this is totally a hidden gem especially for the price.

I have to agree with @Thee Maestro's review below. This scent is unique on it's own. While I do pick up some sweetness and leather from One Million, I can't really detect any AC Profumo in it, no matter how hard I try to compare them side-by-side. I detect a generous amount of fruityness from the peach, a pronounced leather note throughout the life of the fragrance, and a slight aromatic nuance in the background. A woman can definitely rock this, and performance is definitely above average for me as I keep getting whiffs 7-8 hours after spraying. Great value and an underrated gem from Lattafa.

In love with this blind buy! This smells super elegant to me, with no undertones of old lady whatsoever. Whenever I’m not sure what perfume to wear I always reach for this one, as it works for so many different occasions. Back in college I would get compliments for wearing it all of the time. One of my favorites for sure. I like layering different perfumes with it to change the mood from time to time, but it works as a standalone perfectly as well. If you’re a fan of bold perfumes like not a perfume, then you’ll enjoy this one. Definitely is a unisex scent, which I actually prefer sometimes.

My number 1 complimented fragrance ever. Such an underestimated fragrance, first of all the price is ridiculously low got mine for about 19$. Depth It's not a complex fragrance yet it's so dimensional. In the first spray you'll get alot of that Vanilla slap your face and it's sweet as you'd expect it to be, about 10 minutes in the star of the show appears Leather note) and it's not your standard animalic heavy leather. No this leather is creamy and refined almost to the point where you can touch it. All year around, all occasions, dress up and down This is what I'd class a GEM🧊🧊

Candied & fruity vanilla-forward leather. Smells amazing, and yes, quite similar to Armani Code Profumo. I also see the comparison to Khamrah, but this is not similar. That being said, it would make a great layering accoutrement to Khamrah and other scents in the same family. Strictly cool/cold weather, I would avoid this in the blistering heat. Long-lasting; sprayed my arm 5 hours ago and it's still projecting and very present. I imagine it will be eternal once it's further macerated. Great Lattafa offering.

Three years ago i would've said this is feminine leaning, but most modern designers for men (BIR Intense, MYSLF, One Million Elixir) give the same kind of vibe. This is not a detractor, in fact i just sprayed this on my skin for the first time and I've fallen in love. This is amazing, the quality is too, the opening is truly bad though, but it goes away quickly. This is a must buy, even if it was $50 like other lattafas, but i got it for $18. Unbeatable for the price.

This stuff is so good! I smell it as unisex. The leather note is unreal, with the vanilla and peach and spicy saffron. it's such a delicious scent. Very bold. Perfect for a hot summer's night - ideally on someone's yacht in the Mediterannean. Bottle and presentation is stunning. I got mine for $35aud on fragrancenet. 100% recommend! update: macerated for 2+ years into the most sexy sweet syrupy peaches smashed all over a golden leather couch.

I was a little scare at first mind you this was a blind buy so I had no clue on the notes when I saw leather I was like yup I know I ain’t going to to like this so I was a bit scared . But o g this is very pretty yes you get a hint on leather but on me it doesn’t last then you get the saffron a little peach the vanilla and the musk. I am so happy that the leather fades out and that I have this one a chance because it’s beautiful.

I really like it. On my skin it's sweet vanilla with subtle amber/leather in the background, it's not smooth but I love the way it's smells. Definitely my winter day-to-day scent. Longevity around 6 hours. Sillage - nonexisting, I have to put my nose really close to my skin to notice it, so I wear it only for myself, during the day when I don't want to worry my day scent will interfere with my nighttime scent.

I love this fragrance now, makes me want to get the og! When I first got it the opening was harsh and a little off putting but the drydown was totally different and so much better, after letting it sit (macerate) for a few months its gotten alot smoother and simply better overall. Its a warm powdery leather scent thats not overpowering. This is a great frag especially for the price

Hayaati Gold Elixir what a creamy leather-vanilla combo. Warm,addictive and seductive. i got Khamra by Lattafa as the initial spray, with the heavy vanilla and all, but it transformed quickly into this lovely leather scent. Geared towards 🍂❄️ this piece of gem is a massive crowd pleaser! Longevity: 9/10 Sillage: 8/10 Scent: 9/10 Overall: 9/10 A lovely scent.

i had to let my opinion on this sit and after testing out florence i can say i will be purchasing this as well. it doesn't have that car seat(tf: ombre leather) note, this is genuinely a leather jacket scent. i hate leather scents but that's mainly because tom ford have some of the worst leather scents i have ever smelled but THIS, this is gorgeous.

I am a 59 year old woman. I have over 300 fragrances. This scent doesnt suit me as it is too masculine for my taste. Wasn't my thing. Told my hub to wear it tonight! OMG!!! This is my favorite scent on him. It smells delicious on a man. Total panty dropper. Yasssssss! I will def be buying him a BUB of this one!! 💋❤️💋❤️

When I first tried it it was a nice boozy peach cream. After a lengthy maceration its a well blended creamy leather with uplifting citrus, peach fruit sweetness and its addicting. It lasts over 8 hours and 15 hours later my skin still holds a very nice scent. 1000/10.

i didn't check this page when sniffed this cologne. I knew it's armani code profumo dupe because I have that one too. Definitely will buy a full bottle. and I hope Lattafa one day makes this to be better than armani code profumo in term of scent and SPL.

The review below says it all. Gold Elixir is a cross between Armani Code Profumo and The One EDP. Very pleasant scent. Sillage wise not the best but just counter with overspray. I’ll go at least 10 sprays to get good longevity.

This is such an expensive smelling scent, I have two more Armani code type DNA fragrances, but this one right here is on another level. I love it, Sweet, yet masculine and leathery. Signature scent worthy for sure!

I absolutely love this fragrance. I love leather scents, but they tend to be too strong for daily use, this is not. It's a fresh and upbeat take on leather with a twist of peach. I'm obsessed.

Based on the reviews here, this fragrance smells like magazine ink, lemon cleaner, plastic, Khamrah, Sapil Bound, Qaa’ed, The One, Erba Pura and Profumo. Very interesting mash up fragrance.

Husband and I both love this! Many asks what perfume he's wearing when he's wearing this. Truly a gem! Buying our 2nd bottle. Fresh & leathery!

Totally unisex imo. My husband and I both wear this fragrance and love it. I'm obsessed with it on me and on him. A steal for the price.

A sweeter, bolder, beast mode version of Armani Code Profumo for $17. 10/10

For 8 dls is a great clean fragrance.

I was hesitant to blind buy this due to the mixed reviews on this frag. Lately my blind buys have been let downs but something made me super curious so I went for it and it's a good thing I did . Straight out of the box this smells good. Very elegant,smooth and pleasant. I'm not sure how to describe it but it's a cozy smooth frag that deserves a much higher score than it has at the moment. There are some scents that I bought that don't deserve the score they have in my opinion. This one deserves higher. The closest scent in my collection is Lattafa Ishq Al shuyukh silver with the difference being that it's not as sweet as the before mentioned. Although a very pleasant scent in it self and very well worth the price. It's borderline hidden gem status on this frag I would say. In conclusion: I find this to be an underrated scent with a very low score that doesn't do it justice. The negative thing is that it's weak. It becomes a skin scent almost immediately. Hopefully it will improve in strength. Scent wise is very good straight out of the box. If the scent also improves with time than it's a double bonus.

When I received this fragrance I opened it and I sprayed it to clear the tube and then sprayed on my skin and I hated it! It was a strong leather note very prominent that is all I could smell then I smelled a sweet but tart fruit as it sat on my skin after 30 min. I couldn’t make out the notes and immediately was ready to return it to Jomashop. Then I realized it would cost more to send back than what I paid for it. Fast forward a month later, I went back to it and the leather note is still there and prominent but the sweetness and the smell of the peach and fruitiness has blended much better. It is a bit more masculine leaning but it is still suitable for a woman. I’m going to wait until the fall/winter and wear it and I hope it gets even better. I actually like it now and glad I kept it.

I was convinced to purchase this online as I saw many women praising it saying it was the best scent. Also Lattafa is one of the favourite perfume brands so I thought I would love this. Unfortunately it is has an extremely overpowering scent of leather and smells very masculine to me there is nothing feminine about this in my opinion. This fragrance would suit those who enjoy unisex scents that are more masculine leaning. I don’t find the scent unlikeable don’t get me wrong it’s a good scent it’s just too manly for me. I might try layering it with a sweet perfume and see if I prefer it that way.

When I first sprayed it after receiving it, it had a very synthetic/chemical and like a nose burning scent to it. So I sprayed it a few times and just let it be in my cupboard and just 2 weeks later it has significantly improved. A definite blind buy, safe to wear, inoffensive scent. Great value for it's price as well. It's also an easy to wear everyday kinda perfume. I am pretty sure this is one of those that only gets better with time. And while it is more on the masculine side, I would say it is completely suitable for women too.

My first impression was that it is not a very masculine perfume, it is more feminine leaning. It reminded me a bit of the feeling when I first tried Amber oud gold edition, but that does not mean it resembles the erba pura DNA, is not the same. It is very fruity and sweet, I hardly felt any leather. I liked it and I would wear it, but it is not a fragrance that I recommend for gentlemen. I find it not masculine enough to be a men's fragrance, previous reviewers found it not feminine enough to be a women's fragrance.

This was not one of my favorites from this series when I smelled them at the store. Bought a 35ml and sprayed it and I love it. The citrus opening is not sharp, and quickly dries down to a leathery peach scent. I love it, but then again I've been attracted to scents that are more predominantly male. The scent is not offensive and can be worn in an office environment without offending, but still projecting the freshness and cleanliness. Lovely scent don't know why I hadn't purchased before.

You got to let this one sit if all you’re getting is leather. Wow! What a difference two months made. And I genuinely think it can mature more. I get peaches today and gentle amber and vanilla blending with a soft leather. When I tell you the first time I sprayed this I nearly choked out of gasoline, chemicals and leather. How?! So pleased I tried again. Great silage and the longevity is a good 8 hours.

After Maceration this definitely performs far better. It's a great fragrance to wear alone or to use as a layering combo. Be patient because this one takes about 6 months or more to get better. The peach, leather and amber notes are most prominent to my nose. For the price this is definitely a good fragrance for a starter pack or just for someone on a smart budget.

The first sniff caught me off guard. I caught the leather, vanilla and hints of peach right away. I felt it was too masculine but then found myself going back for a sniff every few minutes and loving it. As it develops, the leather takes the lead to then settle and leave a nice sweet vanilla lingering. I feel like the sexiest woman on earth whenever I use it.

Lovely, light clean leather scent. There’s a peach note which really brightens up the composition. Smells sophisticated. Quite a chilled out, easy going vibe. More unisex than feminine. Performance is good. It’s very pleasant, quite understated for an Arabic perfume, but it’s excellent value for money and certainly good enough to be someone’s signature scent.

I paid around $13 bucks and it performs great for that. The price point makes it a ball splasher IMHO. Reminds me of one million elixir. Not exactly and a little less quality , not as well defined , but it is still good stuff here . Heck I wear stuff like this around the house. It’s a good choice to Save on the expensive stuff .

Had in my collection for a few months. Super strong leather note but it’s not unpleasant at all. I do feel that it makes it lean more on the masculine side but I’m sure I can layer this with a sweeter fragrance to soften it up. Definitely a cooler/cold weather fragrance. Definitely a successful blind buy.

i blind bought this thinking it's gonna be more masculine but i think it's a little more feminine, i don't mind though i love it and i am def gonna be wearing it. I am just gonna say that it smells interesting, it's addictive in a weird way, it's a banger compared to it's price.

Wow, this perfume is unique! The leather note is definitely dominant, but it's softened by the fruity and sweet notes. It lasts a long time and I get compliments whenever I wear it. Not for the faint of heart though, it's quite powerful!

A nice cheap vanilla/leather mix, you get what you pay for. Was able to snag this off amazon for $17 and it didn't disappoint. Sure it's not as good as other more expensive scents but it does the job. Solid projection and longevity too.

Just got this in the mail. Sweet woodsie opening, a little fruity. Familiar smell and to my nose the opening is very similar to the white Ana Abiyedh, widely known as Erba Pura dup. Got a very good deal on my bottle.

It's pretty good, has good layering potential as I don't have any other scents with this mixture of notes, if you would enjoy a lower price pointed bittersweet fruity leather accord then this is worth checking out!

I love it. STRONG LEATHER. Unisex but masculine leaning, i love wearing it as a woman. It is strong at first but subsided after a few minutes. For me, it is a fall/winter scent for sure

Upon first sniff, all I got was Khamrah. Thereafter comes the leather and citrus notes, then dries down to a warm amber vanilla scent. Overall this is a really good fragrance.

Good citrus vanilla , leather note almost non-existent , needs 6 months of maceration , versatile for all seasons , signature scent worthy , good projection and sillage .

I'd say unisex, but leaning more "masculine"... it's sexy and earthy. But, as a woman.... it's too "leathery" on me. On a guy..... ohhhh yesss!

I must say that I did not get leather, but lots of peach and bergamont. Leans on the femine side. It was a blind buy without regrets.

I like this one; it feels a bit plain, but the leather notes are good enough, and it's good to layer with other sweet perfumes.
