Kashan

Might just be one of my favourite fragrances yet! It opens sweet and spicy but quickly gives way to something more cozy! It feels like being wrapped in a pashmina scarf while eating a tangerine lol. @/Ambergriz mentioned that it reminds him of a man’s ta1nt (recently showered) and lowkey... I see it, or smell it, rather. There is this slight animalic nature to it which isn’t quite reflected by the notes so beware if that’s something you aren’t into. It projects very nicely although I wish it had a tad bit more longevity, but maybe letting it sit on the shelf for a while will help. I’ve smelled a decent amount of Lattafa and this is hands down my favourite. Smells like a high-end perfume even though it costs a fraction of the price. Love love love, when people think of me as a smell this is what I’d like it to be! Gonna be using the hell out of this for the next few months.

Delightful fruity fresh opening with orange and raspberry, spiked with a bit of pepper and smoothed out with clary sage. Smells very high quality. The fruity top notes fade predictably quite soon, leaving a clean musky, woody base with vetiver whilst somehow maintaining much of the freshness of the opening. This is quite the departure for a Lattafa; there’s a lovely lightness to it, it’s a little unusual, very interesting and to me every bit as good as a niche fragrance. Highly adaptable, suitable for wear in any situation during spring and summer - you might want something heavier in cold weather. Totally unisex, this could easily become someone’s go to signature scent for everyday use. Entirely office safe but at the same time a little bit different. Well worth trying out, recommended even if you don’t like Lattafa’s usual frags.

Might be my favorite perfume from lattafa dethroning teriaq intense which i know might be a very unpopular opinion but the cozyness of this fragrance is simply outstanding, its not in anyone’s face but its still there camly and softly it starts like a cloudy sunny afternoon ur window is open and you had just peeled an orange while wrapped in a cashmere blanket , its fresh and woody with a slight powderyness into a warm familiar blanket i say this is a super safe pick up but if you haven’t smelled black pepper in a fragrance this may not be ur cup of tea it also changes the direction its going depending on the temperature youre wearing it great for al seasons

Nose Note #540 This is an incredible creation. It's a very sweet, but not cloying, orange scent. I don't know the note of cashmeran, but there's something about the scent that's warm and cozy, still being rather fresh. It's creamy, sweet, warm, yet fresh - this warm yet fresh orange vibe is similar to Lattafa Art of Wood (PdM Perseus). I'll keep it short. This is very original and memorable. Easy to wear and easy to like. All year round. If it has the star coverage of Dior Sauvage Lattafa would have a worldwide hit on their hands and make history. Because this is a stunner. 9.5/10, perhaps one of the best fragrances of all time

This is INCREDIBLE. I am obsessed, I am amazed, I am in love. To me, this is definitelyy leaning feminine because of the raspberry-clary sage-cashmeran combo. It is an aromatic fruity fragrance, extremely cozy, great for everyday no matter the season (though I have not tested it in torrid summers yet, but that might be a little challenging because of the muskiness of the cashmere) great signature scent, might just become that for me. It lasts on my skin for 12h+, I never stop smelling it on me, I have absolutely nothing bad to say about this and it is the perfect balance of unique but familiar for me. 11/10.

Wow, finally something from Lattafa that is not packed with sugar. Lately its been sugar, cinnamon, vanilla etc in everything they been doing. Same old arab musks and powders, totaly boring.. But this! Very well done. Opening is fantastic with orange and clary sage, in the dry down the magic happens. Clean, aromatic and almost creamy cozyness. Just the perfect amount of sweetness. The orange plays in the background together with the cashmere, a hint of sandalwood and clean musk. No hard edges and blended very smoothly. I am in love.

I grabbed a few decants and as it turns out I had both Angel Dust fragrances and Kashan at the same time. I was pleasantly surprised to find that this smells like Angel Dust extrait...not identical but very, very close. I love this dusty, peppery, soft, and slightly sweet DNA. Kashan is more punchy and not as smooth but of course, these Lattafa's round out after maturing, so I look forward to how great this will wear in the months ahead. The full bottle is already in my collection.

I can not believe it that noone said it is a clone of Zadig&Voltaire Just Rock! for Him (with elements of Zadig Just Rock! For Her), this fluffy lemony chalkiness on the cloud of non-sticky dry sweetness. Yes, listed notes are different, but I had full 100 ml bottles of both black and white Just Rock! and will not be mistaken such a striking similarity! Great substitute for me, as Just Rock is not available anywhere, and I miss it dearly. Full bottle worthy for me for sure.

Only just received today but very impressed so far. Giving me big 2787 Genetic Bliss vibes which I really enjoy (but don’t wear very often due to the hefty price tag), so this could be a great everyday alternative. Seems like it will last pretty well as I can still smell it on my wrist around 8 hours later. Unisex but leans more masculine. Good stuff and highly recommended.

Blind bought it from ebay and no regrets. Absolutely amazing fragrance, definitely unisex. I’ve got over 200 fragrances in my collection and that one is so unique. No idea if it’s duping anything as I don’t have any similar fragrances. Wore it to work today and 2 of my colleagues complimented me and asked for a fragrance name. I could smell it full day on me.

The dry down on this perfume is just something else. The cashmere is just beautiful. Sprayed on a hoodie, 24 hours later it was still there and just as strong. I bought originally as part of a miniatures box but have since purchased the full size as it is just gorgeous. The bottle isn’t pretty to me, but the box is gorgeous so it can stay in there!

This was marketed by an Australian retailer as being a dupe of the $1,800 LV Pur Santal (with some extra notes thrown in). I haven't smelt Pur Santal but to me this is a dupe of Frapin Isle of Man (which I love) and Hermes Vetiver Tonka. Orange creamsicle, praline, vetiver, maybe some sandalwood. Very nice and good compliment getter.

Such an amazing and versatile scent. Maybe id avoid it in high heat, but only because i can barely tolerate anything once temperatures reach 27°C and up. Great for neutral weather too, especially since I find that kinda perfumes hard to find. Like a cozy blanket that's not too warm, just right. Almost neutral, but defo not invisible

Wore three sprays today to take my daughter to the playground, and a lady next to me was highly interested in what I was wearing. She thought it was niche until I told her what it was. That neverrrr happens and I own a lot of good fragrances. This is definitely different and in its own league.

a smooth, peppery, slightly sweet/citrusy fragrance with a bit of a woody edge. This is an easy reach for Spring/Summer but versatile enough to be worn year round. Great longevity and the sandalwood in this is just soooo smooth. Great addition to the collection!

I did not know what to expect with this fragrance after reading the incredibly mixed reviews. I was shocked by how much I loved it at first sniff. Very fresh but also creamy. Smells incredibly niche and far more expensive than what it is!

Spicy, aromatic a little bit dark. Have small bottle, will get full size eventually. If you are pink sweet perfumes girly this is not for you-total opposite. Don't have anything that smells like it and it's pretty strong.

I was scratching my head thinking this reminded me of something - its in the same vein as Bait al Bakhoor Khashab al Oud, very polite polished clean pepper and sandalwood.

Spicy fruity pebbles with creamy woods. Airy aromatic and light. Hopefully it gets stronger with time but the scent is lovely

I've finally found what this smells like. Reef 33 White. Red berries at the top, cahmeran scent mid- end.

The dry down is cashmere bliss and it lasts on clothes for days. Solid love. Backups inevitable.

This smells incredibly unique. I don’t think it’s mass appealing or blind buy safe unless you know you like woody scents. This starts off with that orange and sage but quickly dries down to a nice woody scent reminiscent of pencil shavings. Mixed with the cashmeran, it creates this weird but cozy, sweet, pencil shavings bubble mixed with alittle sweetness from the raspberry and slight creamy undertone. Imagine you’re wearing a cashmere scarf infused with pencil shavings and sandalwood all while eating raspberries and oranges. That’s what this is. Very unique, pretty good. Only thing that throws me off is the sandalwood, but I’m not a huge fan in general. Not bad though.

This is cashmeran, black pepper, and sage in that order. Maybe the ambroxan is meandering in between the stars, but it's a shadow by comparison. Everything else is an idea. That's on my skin, mind you. My husband only smells musk. I now understand what makes cashmeran so interesting. This is the perfect perfume for layering when you want that extra something. Blend this with a jasmine perfume, and you've created Alien by Mugler. It's fascinating and fun. I would say of all of my Lattafa, this is one of the weaker formulas, lasting 5 hours. For a Lattafa, that's weak, but for most designer, that's what they strive for, so I can't complain. Solid 8.5/10.

Yeah, this thing LASTS and LASTS, it stayed on my skin for 12+ hours and on my t-shirt (I put it in the laundry box) for two days. Still getting a very weird clean but slightly detergent-y smell, my gf says it smells "clean, fresh, minty but also of wild mushrooms (???)" and she REALLY likes it, my mom asked me if I smoked weed when I wore it, I guess different people get totally different vibes from it. It's not bad, it is possible to wear it year round but it's incredibly odd as a smell, I fail to convey words to describe it.

I agree with @semyonsemyoff about it being a stunner and very very unique, but it's not even remotely similar to Art of Wood or Perseus as a vibe, totally different smells. I don't get any orange either. By the way, I moved my scoring from an "ok" to a "like", it's very artistic, I can't be neutral towards art, even though it still probably is a clone of something ultra niche, just know, for instance, that Khadlaj clones "Fleur de Tabac" by Attar Al Has and probably not even the perfumer's mom knows about it.

Very unique, i like it. to my nose, cashmeran and rasberry are prominent. its a clean scent but also not boring which is often the case with clean dnas. this one also has some sweetness and playfulness given by rasberry. im quite happy, this is uplifting and playful fragrance. opens citrucy but quickly dries down to clean and a bit bubble-gummy

Good for year round wear; leans feminine, but still wearable for a male. To me this smells way diffrent on skin than it does on clothing - it also improves on the drydown. For the price its an excellent pick. 7.1/10

On my skin it smells earthy. Can smell the pepper and something sweet I can’t decipher. Smells like I’m walking in the woods and can smell nature.

Very weak performance, can barely smell it even when oversprayed, but the scent is decent

Lattafa Kashan starts off promising, with a vibrant burst of raspberry that catches your attention right away. Sadly, that fruity note disappears within 5-6 mins leaving behind a scent that’s more reminiscent of a generic soap than anything special. It turns musky and powdery pretty quickly, so if you were hoping for a lasting fruity vibe, this might be a letdown. Projection is strong, so it does linger in the air, longevity is above average too. Overall, it’s just an average scent that doesn’t quite have that WOW factor for me. To me this would be more fitted as a room spray rather than a fragrance. If you're really curious how this smells like just pop by your local Boots and ask to smell Invictus Parfum, lots of similarities here. Rating: Scent: 5/10 Projection: 9/10 Longevity: 8/10

Let me break it down for you. PEPPER! then a soft cashmere and peppery sandalwood. Theres no fruity anything. The "fruitiness" people are referencing is like a soft orange juice backdrop that seems almost moot compared to the pepper bomb. The pepper stays through the whole duration and it isnt subtly. Its ground peppercorns and sandalwood. Its lovely, but not a safe blindbuy. Edit: an hour in it has settled into the lost evil twin sister of VS Tease Creme Cloud. She's still peppery but instead of a warm vanilla base, orange juice. Edit for "compliment" factor: I was told I smell like Tajin. :/ Cozy, but I think im going to layer with a caramel scent to add some depth.

Well... , there's nothing new here at the initial spray very beautiful fruity opening and i which it stays like that the hole time but at the dry down it has been done a lot of times in middle eastern perfumes that woody spicy smell and about the medicine smell yeah i get that only on paper not on my skin after all it's not that bad rating 5/10. Update! After couple months of having it i hate more than before it's so much potent even after washing my clothes i can still smell it ,definitely not safe for closed places I'm not sure about these new comments they are delusional it smells like an middle eastern man in a tent that is carpeted

یک عطر تند و تیز و سرکش در ابتدا بوی مرکبات و گل آدم رو جذب می کنه آما بعد 5 دقیقه بوی فلفل و ادویه جات شما رو از باغ مرکبات بیرون میاره و میبره در بازار شهر کاشان ، اونجا شما حضور یک خانم رو حس می کنید که باوقار داره راه میره و فضا رو به سمت موشک حیوانی و ویتیور سنگین میکنه در کل یک عطر زنانه با وقار برای تمام فصول سال، هیچ مشابهی نداره و شما رو منحصر بفرد نشان میده. عطر محیط اداری نیست بیشتر برای جلب توجه خوبه

This one is ok for me. But awesome on my husband. Don’t know if it’s his chemistry or that leans more masculine in my opinion. Good balance between wood and fruitiness. Cozy and sensual at the same time.

This is awful to my nose. First 5 seconds raspberry and then only pencil shavings plus BR540. Pure feminine btw, unless you think BR540 is unisex. Definitely not bottle or blind buy worthy! I gave it to my sister who found it acceptable

Many woody vetivery fragrances can create a cozy or intriguing atmosphere, but this one is simply boring.

I am a huge ambroxan, musk and pepper lover and the notes were speaking to me so I decided to blind by it thinking it would be a safe bb because I like everything that’s in there but when I got it, I sprayed only once and I couldn’t get the scent out of my nose. It was so bad. I really tried liking it but it’s SO vomit inducing. Maybe it needed something sweet to balance this big cloud of musk and pepper but I didn’t even want to play around with it and layer it up because I just couldn’t get around smelling it again

One of the worst blind buys I have bought. Remember in middle school when a sick kid would puke all over the floor and the janitor would open a spill kit and pour it over the puke ... yeah kashan smells like that spill kit

Kashan opens with a prominent black pepper note. I find this smell to be quite realistic as it smells very similar to how whole black peppercorns smell when freshly ground in a mortar and pestle. It's not as potent as the real thing, but it's the same type of smell. There is a freshness and fruitiness to the pepper, it's not heavy at all but definitely noticable. This freshness combined with the clary sage, raspberry, musk and cashmerean makes for a sweet, soft, comforting smell -- it's definitely a very unique fragrance in the Lattafa catalogue. It's very much unisex, possibly leaning a bit feminine. It's not a loud or hard-to-wear fragrance but I would still sample this first before buying. The bottle design is beautiful -- the detailed rug motif is raised from the bottle, protruding outwards. I love it. Anything less would have been insulting to its name, as Kashan is a city known for its production of beautiful, hand knotted rugs. Lattafa delivered on all fronts, including scent, bottle and price. If Lattafa continue like this -- they're due for a global takeover. Designer brands just won't be able to compete anymore.

Smells niche! Definitely stood out at Beauty Base where I like to go and have a good sniff around for all the less expensive stuff on offer. This is great value for money and the pepper and cashmeran make it feel really high end - plus the sage element gives it kind of an herbal feel. I felt a lot of vetiver on the drydown and it was good quality too. I also love the image on the bottle - I thought it was a kaftan but it's actually a rug - I have a scarf that looks exactly like that. Anyhow this one stood out as a niche amongst all the other cheapies - I love a cheapie but often they are sickly sweet / fleeting / synthetic and all the rest of it this felt more luxurious. I'll have to test it more but one to try in store for anyone who loves a good quality cheapie! It does lean a bit masculine but nothing a bit of estrogen can't sweeten up and make for a lovely niche nonbinary scent.

I waited for 1 month to let it breath a little. I will tell you that this is one of the only frags I have (300+) that doesn't smell like any other, and I love it for that. The scent itself is also great if you like incense, pepper and the smell of pine needles. It may be the combination of the cashmeran and Clary sage that provides the pine smell? If you love the smell of Christmas pine, Black pepper spices but also airy with a touch of sweetness, you will love this. It's not a summer wear, but fall and winter will help this shine and cut through the cold air. I rate it a 8/10 for smell, a 8/10 for Projection and Longevity and 10/10 for uniqueness. 100% Unisex. Smelt this at an expo today, came hear to give my thoughts and before I did I read some of the other comments. It's a very mixed bunch on this one. Surprising because I didn't take this to be a lovely it or hate it fragrance. I thought it was nice, pleasant, couple more sniffs and trying to make out the notes. Yeah it was doing it for me, nothing offensive or out of placed. Yh if the price is good, I'll pick this up. Longevity and strength looks like it'll last all day, easy pick up for the right price.

As an Iranian this instantly peaked my interest considering it's named after my fav city. The notes were quite surprising? I imagined it would have rose in it considering that's what the city is very known for as well. But unfortunately even after buying this it was kind of a let down. It's really just...meh? Longevity is decent around 6h. Lowkey reminds me of those sore throat drops. The base notes are basically non existent and even after hours this seems very linear.

Smells like you just showered and you have the cleanest fresh skin scent. This is something you wear when you don’t even want to wear cologne, just want to smell naturally clean. This smells nothing like Prada lhomme but it’s just as safe or even safer to wear this imo. Unisex for sure. Very neutral scent. You could probably even use this as a layer to enhance other fragrances tbh. I like it and will be keeping it
