Khalta Blend Of Lattafa

This is my first foray into rose fragrances as a male, and I am hooked and already looking for others with a similar rose note. It opens up with a smokey, slightly spicy tart rose accord that projects loudly for roughly 1–2 hours on me, then dies down to an intimate tart rose scent that's neither sweet nor tart for the next 2ish hours. Then it becomes this extremely masculine woody/leathery skin scent on my skin that is intoxicating to me that makes me want to keep smelling myself (haha). This scent alone has turned me away from the freshy summer scents to try and broaden my horizons to try and find that one scent that is unique for me for the summer. I've been wearing this in the Souther USA Heat and the scent is not cloying nor does it die out superfast. I'd say this is the perfect scent for the gentlemen that aren't scared to wear something different that isn't soapy or hyper feminine.

One of the most beautiful rose fragrances I have ever tasted, in harmonious coexistence with soft vanilla, incense and sandalwood. Shortly afterwards, the scent of orange blossom appears to cool this creamy blend that stars a lovely rose throughout the evolution of the fragrance. Subtle doses of cinnamon and oud balance the whole composition. The duration of the fragrance ranges between 6 and 8 hours, with at least 3 sprays, with the first few hours to be quite intense but later it tones down. On my clothes it smells great for many days. I find the bottle beautiful and the atomizer is pretty good. It is my second perfume from Lattafa and I am really impressed by the composition and the quality of it! Delicious aromatic saffron with bergamot, rose, smoky oud and a little leather. I can never quite place what this smells like as it's skillfully blended with so many notes, it's like an aromatic treat, only if you concentrate can you discern the notes. Above all it smells really expensive in the way that Ombre Nomad does, it's crazy value for money and very underrated. It's versatile, unisex, both day and night except in very hot days. Fresh enough to wear and feel fresh right after a shower and it dries down to a sweeter vanillic amber oud. It's one of my favourite fragrances and layers very well with rose or vanilla scents. This says extrait and I can believe it, it's stronger than most of my EDPs

Stunned by this one, truly. I noticed it on the shelf at Burlington, and for $20 I figured I'd give it a try. Beautiful right out of the box. Huge blast of saffron and lavender off the top. The leather is immediately present, as is the smoky sweetness of the incense. Then the Rose shines through. It's not a sweet or cloying rose scent. It's definitely on the spicy side, but it surprised me with how well-blended and smooth it is. I can see this not being everyone's cup of tea, but in my opinion it's a gem.

Finally... this gem has been added to Fragrantica. It's a heavenly scent that isn't talked about much. Notes above aside, it opens up with a boozy tart apple accord, then transitions into a classy spicy floral woody amber scent. It's unisex and works year round except for hot summer days. Performance is great! Lasts on my skin for around 8 hours (even longer on clothes) and projects quite nicely. I tried around 80 Lattafa fragrances so far and this one has to be in my top 10.
