Maahir Honor

Nose Note #984 I've run out of Voux Zingy, so I'll only be comparing this to Platine Blanc. And I'll say right away - I like Platine Blanc more. I'm smelling them side by side and PB definately has more realistic mint, like freshly squeezed mint leaves. Maahir Honor is more like an impression of what Platine Blanc is. It doesn't smell as photorealistic, not as pushing right from the start. It feels more subdued. Of course, if you don't compare them side by side I don't think anyone would feel any difference. But if you try to get to the core of it, Platine Blanc is hands down better quality. There is no difference in performance. The rating here tells you "long lasting", well, this is a very generous overstatement. Just like Platine Blanc this is a moderate performer. It's a purely summer scent, you can't expect it to be a powerhouse. Confidently unisex. Moderate performance, or, I'd rather say the performance is just enough for what it is. Resemblance to Luna Rossa? Well, this has no lavender, which is central to Luna Rossa, but otherwise very distantly - yes. It has similar effervescent summer nature. 8.5/10, it still deserves praise and a high score. If I had to pick, I'd choose Platine Blanc

I’ve got ADP Buongiorno, Platine Blanc and this. The Maahir is mintier, the Platine Blanc is a closer clone to Buongiorno but doesn’t feel as high quality. Never smelt the Torino so can’t compare to that. This is not very long lasting, it has some lavender to accompany the mint which is my favourite note in anything. There are some reminiscences of Prada Luna Rossa early on in there and it’s very much in the citrus aromatic ballpark, like LV Imagination along with its clones. Imagine the citrus element from any of the Armani ADG line, parfum or EDT. On first spray you’ll get a mint bomb, followed by lime soda or fizzy cordial, then the florals come out and it settles into a beautiful scent that is only moderate lasting and with only very moderate sillage. Ideal for summer, hot conditions, humidity etc. Then 3hrs after spraying it becomes a skin scent and smells exactly like Bvlgari Rain Essence. I know it’s insane but I own a few bottles of that and that’s all you get from this.

It didn't blown you away at first because of being too lemon forward and probably smelling like babywipes in the drydown? Wear it 3-4 times and LET IT SIT! Got my bottle about 4 weeks ago and had THE EXACT SAME ISSUE but now after wearing it and putting a bit of a dent in the bottle this one smells exactly like a herbal ice-cooling mojito in the first hours and dries down into a clean sheets/clothes soft smell which is nothing i have thought of and even considered Torino21 DNA as being trash but hell nah man right now this one is one of my favorite summer freshies as it cuts even through humid tropical days. Absolutely fucking amazing fragrance, saw the lady behind me complaining but i'm guessing she didn't let it sit at all which is understandable but experienced this notes mumble with many fragrances already to know it's gonna become way better with a little bit of both time and sprays, cheers!

I paid $31 for this one while Platine Blanc is $56 where I live. Whatever difference in quality there is between Platine Blanc and this one, it's not enough to justify paying almost double the price, hell, not even half more. Is Platine Blanc 2x better? Fuck no. I see that the hype and attention has gotten to French Avenue management's head. Fragrance world, wake the fuck up and put a leash on your prices because at this moment Lattafa and other brands are wiping the floor with you and hype alone won't carry you through the market in the long run. Later edit: Out of the rip this smelled incredible. Nothing funky or weird from the first sprays. Quality is exceptional considering the modest price. I've sprayed this last night on my t-shirt at around 2-3 AM and now, after 12 hours I can still smell it from the t-shirt. The dude above me is spot on with his description.

There's something interesting the talk about- majority of the reviews get the more citrus oriented smell out of this, but to me it smells much more like a green tea oriented fragrance. Smells like a freshly brewed cup of green tea, fresh tea leaves with a touch of mintiness (not mint, just the mintiness) and a splash of sweet citrus. It's not like a screechy, powerful bergamot opening. More like a sweet, slightly watered down lemonade type of citrus. And probably because of the bottle- I get the vision of a teacup made out of white porcelain, filled to the brim with green ice tea with white/pink flower petals on it. Overall, really enjoyable, really smooth, really elegant fragrance.

Hello, i had torino 21 and i wanna compare them side by side. First, torino 21 is more refined more luxury in smell and developement on skin, maahir honor is 80% similar which is good but it's not exactly the same. In the opening you get a fresh lime then the drydown is getting a bit of a twisted torino21 due to the moringa note . If your looking for a torino 21 clone, i think this is close but it could be better, performance is around 6 hours with 2 hours of moderate projection. It's a bang your buck in my opinion, blindbuy safe if you like citrusy fragrances and if u like unisex fragrances. Personally i find it truly unisex

Usually I don't give reviews on a clone fragrance that I just got out of the box, unless it's really good even from the first sprays. If this is the worst it will ever be (because didn't macerate yet), it's actually crazy that it will get even better, just like every other fragrance clone I own. This is the most photorealistic mint I found so far, with slight lemon tint. It has that fresh spicy bite that you can feel when you pick up mint from your garden. Very nice so far. I will come back with an update after 3 months, if I don't finish it until then.

As a chef trained in Modern French cuisine, the initial spray reminded me of breaking rosemary off a fresh stalk and squeezing it between my fingers with a touch of mint. It’s fresh, herbaceous, aquatic and aromatic with a blast of citrus. Amazing fragrance and extremely close to Torino 21, I’d say this has just a touch less lemon / sweetness. The dry down reminds me of dried vanilla noten Santal Greenery. I’m not saying it smells exactly like that, just similar accords PS it smells nothing like piss

Whatever you do don't buy Palatine Blanc. This is so so so much better and lasts longer with much more projection. Is even cheaper to. Absolute no brainer

Smells incredible overall,like a minty aromatic soap,it lasts a good 4-5 hours on me and projects for 2 , at the 3 hours mark it becomes a skin scent

This perfume smells like a refreshing mojito. Starts with a burst of lemon and tons of lime mixed with mint. So refreshing! Perfect for the beach, pool parties or just any hot summer day. After some time it settles into a fresh grass and citrus scent. Also very pleasant and refreshing! Ideal summer perfume. In dry down distantly reminds me of one of my favorite green scents “green tea” from Elizabeth Arden. Also I think it’s good straight from the first use. I’m sure it’s gonna get better after some time but I enjoy using it from day one. Very much unisex.

Hmmm. This is a good dupe. I like the scent better than bamboo reflection, but the performance is pretty bad. I get a good projection for like 2-3 hours then suddenly... it disappears. It has his nice soft soapy smell that I like in the opening, but then when it dries down it smells pretty feminine. Idk if the DNA is feminine but this and bamboo are pretty feminine to me. At least for the dry down for this but bamboo is feminine during its whole duration

Menta, menta e mais menta. Depois vem um cheiro super agradável de limão. Fixação muito boa. Gostei bastante desse perfume mas ainda prefiro o maahir Legacy

found this and torino 21 in the mall, sprayed both on skin. Both smell the same the first 10 minutes then one starts smelling like ye old xerjoff and the other one like STRAIGHT UP PISS. Im so upset I never wanna see a good review about this. And for those not satisfied with my review, it was the kind of piss thats hella pungent like after a long night of drinking spirits....horrible, i hate tha maahir line with a passion. Bottle texture is kinda cool tho I wont lie

This legitimately smells like a citronella candle. I've tried wearing it twice and both times disliked it. Very citrus forward but not in a good way.

Secret Tech: if you want to know what this or the Torino21 DNA smells like in general, but don't want to/can't get a hold of a sample or decant, go to your local grocery store and find the Arm and Hammer Rosemary Lavender Aluminum-Free Deodorant. Obviously, this and Torino has more depth and nuance than the deodorant, but I was aghast at how similar they are. All in all, its a lovely scent, the citrus and aromatic accords are staples in summer scents, but they're executed pretty uniquely in this DNA. The citrus is nice and fizzy, while never feeling too sharp. The aromatic facets feel natural, relaxing, and herbal while never feeling vegetal. Shout out to the rosemary though, its presence is noticeable, unique and I believe that's what elevates this DNA into something great rather than another green aromatic and citrus freshie. solid performance, can pick up on skin for 8ish hours, moderate projection for 3ish hours before it falls off. (premasturbation) shouts out to lattafa for improving the atomizer on this too, i LOVE my bottle of Maahir Legacy, but its bottom 5 atomizers out of my 80+ collection. this is a newer release so as of the review, its hard to find at a decent price, but you should be able to find this cheaper than other Torino dupes. 8/10, nice scent, good performance, but doesn't blow me out of the water. EDIT: after this masturbated a little, I feel remiss every comparing this to any sort of deodorant. ts is HEAVENLY. truly beautiful scent, i understand the Torino21 hype now, another high quality Lattafa effort.
