Mallow Maddnes

Ok, so if you have marshmallow blush I feel like you dont necessarily need this one unless you are not a fan of that synthetic strawberry note in blush. In mallow madness the strawberry note isn't as synthetic and strong. I get more fluffy marshmallow with this one. Between the both I do like mallow madness a lot better and it lasts longer, and has more of a mature sweetness to it. I also feel like this is going to macerate beautifully into this yummy airy vanilla marshmallow 😍 this will probably be my go to this winter. Honestly to my nose this smells like cotton candy clouds from B&BW if it was a perfume and not a mist. So, if you're a fan of cotton candy clouds from bath & body works and looking for a "dupe" in perfume form, this is it right here. EDIT: ok, now that I have worn this a few times I think marshmallow blush and mellow madness are definitely different. Not drastically different, but different. Mallow madness is absolutely delicious, it has this mature sweetness in the dry down with a slight muskiness in the background, just a hint to balance out the sweetness. It turns into a sweet, fluffy, airy marshmallow skin scent 😍 its so yummy and perfect. I still think it smells like cotton candy clouds from bath & body works. I get a good 6-7 hours of wear, im hoping with maceration longer. Im even thinking about selling my marshmallow blush due to that synthetic strawberry note.

Omg I absolutely love this .. This is less sweet than yum boujee and therefore much more to my liking.. Unlike in yum boujee in this one I can really smell the raspberry. I mean it is fluffy Cream and strawberry/raspberry. .. what's not to like? Maybe more for warmer months Because it is fresh.. but also works for any season because its sweet and creamy. it begins as raspberry marshmallow and cream then it settles into vanilla and cream with slighter strawberry notes. I rarely dislike or hate a perfume but I didnt like yum boujee at all at first..it is too sweet.. I still use the decant sample i have and I learned to enjoy it after it dries and calms down but i never do more than one spray.. and I dont put my nose directly where I sprayed ..so that's how i learned to like yum boujee after a while but.... I said to myself, if only it was fruitier and creamier and less sweet.. Well this one is all those things. Look at the notes, they are simple.. just cream and marshmallow, no coconut to add sugar on top of sugar like in yum boujee..

I find it to be incredibly lovely and sweet. It does remind me of YBM and dupes, but I don’t find it to be a dupe on its own. Yes it’s very sweet and has the same type of DNA? Fluff? as those, but I only smell a little fruit and an incredible sweetness. My YBM dupes come off as more strawberry, tart raspberry and citrusy. I also don’t get ambroxan in this. It’s a very hard note for me to like generally and it comes off as metallic/seawater on my skin, and there’s none of that in this. I find that this is more linear sweet fluff like powdered sugar & marshmallow throughout, especially noticeable in the dry down compared to YBM etc. I was kinda afraid it would be another dupe, not that I don’t adore YBM and dupes, but I have a quite a lot of those. I find this very special and absolutely worth it!

this is my 2nd perfume i've gotten from this line- and my boyfriend likes it a lot! if you love sweet gourmand perfumes that are more so on the juvenile side i think anyone would like this perfume :) i will say- the fruit aspect of it does stand out much BUT the marshmallow definitely pulls through! it smells like raspberry/strawberry candy with marshmallows, it's a very sweet scent and very nice to wear in the spring. i definitely want more scents from this line! i've also heard good things about the cookie crave perfume that i want next <3 again, it's very on the sweet/juvenile side just so you're warned! i recommend buying this perfume and also the whipped pleasure. the silage wears off about 2-3 hours afterwards as well!

So first of all, yes, yes this is basically YBM. One thing i want to say is that somehow these cupcake bottles look much more cute online than in real life. In real life it kinda looks like a badly made toy to be honest and I was pretty excited for it. Now, this is the first day I got it, so I have to let it sit but it pretty much disappeared from my skin a few seconds after I sprayed it. I have 8 dupes plus the OG and this one has by far the worst longevity for now (similarly to Safa by Nusuk). I will post an update after a couple of months, hopefully this gets a bit stronger and a longer lasting.

As far as I’m concerned it’s not a dupe of anything, it’s just hopping on the marshmallow train like so many do. Lord knows I tried practically all of them, from high end to dupes, but they were just not my taste, all too sweet and juvenile. But this one is just absolutely lovely. Not too sweet, really soft and creamy, fluffy if you want to use that word, just the right freshness, and not too much strawberry. I don’t know where the ‘madness’ would come in, because this is so wearable and friendly. Well done miss Nanako! PS please Fragrantica, fix the typo.

I understand being upset with repetition, but If we could improve on something, like DRAMATICALLY, why not?? I only just received my bottle, but I can easily tell you this is absolutely my one of my favorite renditions of the scent profile, very reminiscent of ‘Cotton Clouds’ by Oakcha. ‘Mallow Madness’ and the aforementioned Oakcha release are much bolder and fruit forward, like if there was a YBM intense/elixir. 🥰

Edit: A month later and she’s already my signature scent lol. It is a sweet but not cloying berry marshmallow that is fresh at the same time. The dry down for me is similar to Éclaire but with berries instead. Thee spring IT girl. She’s sweet in a fruity fresh way, not a gourmand way. Definitely a spring girly. I’ve yet to pick on the marshmallow note tho. Needs time to macerate.

I get a little bit of strawberry but overall I smell a well done fluffy sweet marshmallow. If the word marshmallow was a scent - that's how it smells. It is one of my favorites in the collection. I love the Give Me Gourmand Series - everything. The pretty striped bakery boxes, the cupcakes, and each unique scent. They're so fun and playful in design and I am all for it!

I adore this perfume. Sure, it’s a total YBM knockoff. Guilty as charged. Does it lean a little heavier on raspberry? Yep. Is the packaging way too cutesy for my age? Absolutely. Am I still 100% here for it? You bet. I’ll probably grow out of my marshmallow phase eventually, but for now, I’m just going to enjoy the sugar rush.

kinda smells like a lighter version of strawberry snowflakes BBW, i love this fragrance it lasts all day on me and smells so creamy and girly 🩷🩷🧘♀️

It’s one of the best marshmallow fragrances and the raspberry note is delicious. It also lasts pretty good about 6-8hours.

I hate spending a lot of money of perfume, and I bought this hoping it would satisfy my craving for YBM and it did!!

I was hoping this was going to give more of Kyse Delizia di Marshmallow, but instead it's yet another dupe of Kayali's Yum Boujee Marshmallow. How many dupes of that do we need? It smells good, but I am def disappointed. I see people in their feelings in the comments saying it doesn't have all the same notes therefore suggesting this is not a dupe...1. notes posted are not accurate most of the time, and 2. this is clearly imitating Yum BM. I have both of them on test strips and side by side they are pretty much the same thing just like the other dupes. I would say the difference between the two is this is a smidge stronger, and has a more potent marshmallow/vanilla note in the dry down. Still though, even then, going back and forth with them they smell way too similar to own both. The bottle is def cute, so it has that going for it, but I was expecting so much more from this.

I definitely smell the marshmallow but I feel like it gets overpowered by the muddled scent of synthetic strawberry and the faintest raspberry. The longer this sits on me the stronger the musk gets which drowns everything else out. It's sweet and does what it says but I wish the fruity notes weren't so plastic-y and musk so strong. The freesia note goes very well with the sweetness. Edit: If you let this sit for 30 minutes the marshmallow and whip cream finally take over and the scent is beautifully creamy, it's like the musk and fruit evaporated. This one needs some time but I've decided I do enjoy this :)

This is another ybm dupe, still a good one if you like it. Like 98% similar, like chocolate from two different brands. I do find this less cloying than marshmellow blush was, I gave that one to my mom because I found a sythetic note whenever i oversprayed it. This had less of that sythetic note, which I guess is the strawberry? Because the original has it also. I Think this Will layer better with other fragrances as Well.

When I first smelled Mallow Madness, it didn't strike me as 'delicious' as the other scents in the Give Me Gourmand series. However, as I started wearing it, I absolutely fell in love! Even if it doesn't smell tasty at first sniff, after a while, it turns into a literal strawberry milkshake on your skin and clothes. It’s also the most intense and long-lasting fragrance in the entire collection!

Paper test: Why the heck is musk in everything?! I get creamy berries and maybe some light florals but that musk undertone just ruins an otherwise lovely experience. I love the bottles and now I have the whole set so I'm not sad I bought it but geez, enough with the musk!

Agree that this within same family like KBM or Paris corner Marshmallow blush. I don’t think it was aim to be a dupe. Its a marshmallow, strawberry cloud of sweetness. Comparing to those two I find this to be airiest.

The first few minutes are... unpleasant, to put it nicely. Then it turns sweet, but also a little suffocating (especially in hot and humid weather). About four hours later, the fragrance transforms into something much more enjoyable. I can still smell it clearly, but it's now creamy, smooth, and far less intense. It fades beautifully, making me feel like I'm sitting in an Indian teahouse, waiting for my masala chai. I don't know why, but it also reminds me of bubble tea.

I don’t think this is a dupe for YBM, as I don’t really get any of the fruit notes present in YBM or any of the well-known dupes. This just smells like a straight marshmallow scent. Not photorealistic, but sweet and perfectly enjoyable, if not a little weak. It’s not a bad scent, but there are a lot of better alternatives available for the same or less amount of money. I plan to give it some time to mature a bit and then revisit to see if it gets any richer.

Literally no marshmallow scent. So tired of everything projecting strawberry. Zero silliage or longevity. Such a disappointment

I have NOT had the opportunity to sniff this yet. I wish ppl would not jump to conclusions & make assumptions & then take them here & put them down as reviews. Ppl use REVIEWS as a tool to help them make decisions about a fragrance or to get an idea of what a fragrance gives. You can’t give a true, genuine & honest REVIEW of a fragrance you haven’t even smelled. A REVIEW is an opinion & perspective given about something you actually have experienced, NOT an assumption or presumption you have about something. 🙄😑

Got mine at Burlington. Very disappointed. This smells very pleasant. Like pink sugar but no spicy black licorice note. Where it disappoints is the strength and longevity. This is definitely cologne strength and not the eau de Parfum its labeled. Disappears literally after 10 minutes. Barely detectable as you are dousing yourself in it, waiting for the magic to happen. It doesn’t. Try others in the line.

I agree with people who say this is YBM with less strawberry! And I also get a little bit of lemon zest in the opening! The dry down someone mentioned perfume version of cotton candy clouds by BBW, I absolutely agree! I blind bought this based on reviews and it didn’t disappoint! It is what it is said to be! Not sure about longevity but sillage is strong.

Just because something has similar notes doesn't mean it's a dupe. There are only so many notes... I've been on the hunt for YEARS for the perfect strawberry perfume & literally none of them that I've come across smell same. Has anyone actually smelled this? The notes don't even say coconut, so I don't see how you can even call it a dupe.

So exhausted of Kaylai Bougie Marshmallow dupes. They’re everywhere. And the once special Bianco Latte! I just use my Kayali travel size, enough Bougie for me, lol. As for the bottles? Not my jam but I have a coworker (Karomi fanatic) who’d love this.

3 words. Yet another “Yum Boujee Marshmallow” Inspo. Something we literally don’t need more of. It’s slightly creamier and doesn’t last as long on my skin. Not a fan of the bottle as well. I display my collection and bottles matter to me

I was really hoping for a pure marshmallow scent but for me the strawberry is very present. It smells exactly like YBM but stronger. I am happy to have a strongwr YBM? Yes. But I wanted a pure marshmallow scent.

To me this isn’t boujee marshmallow , I own both. This is a weird medicine smell i think it’s the raspberries. It’s a no from me. That’s #39 out of 114 I’m trying to use before I buy anymore

Maybe its just the one i got, but when i compared it to ybm it was nothing alike. sweet marshmallow vibes, yes but im not really seeing the similarities. Also a so/so one from the GMG line
