Ra'ed Silver

This is unexpectedly so tropical and juicy !! Way lighter than what I expected. Ngl, the notes kinda scared me at first bc wdym spices, oud, cloves, and ambergris all in one perfume??? 😭 It’s got that aquatic masculine fragrance DNA that you’d find in Nautica, Versace Eros, and etc. Which is a scent profile I don’t wear at all, so I’ll be giving this one away to my brother. Initial spray has that kick of citrusy and spiced cider drink that you’d have at autumn but it instantly changes to a zesty and juicy pineapple !! As it dries down it reminds me a lot of mexican spiced fruits or idk what they’re called but basically pineapple with tajin and chamoy but please fear not !! It’s not a savory and pungent spice bomb !! It’s rlly marmalade-y, it has a candied fruitiness, and it has just the right pinch of warm spices !! It’s not rlly a problem for me but for people who are looking for more complex scents, I think you’d enjoy something else bc this is pretty linear. Ra’ed maintains its juicy cider-y spiced pineapple until the last hour of wear. No lemon biscuits, no vanilla, and no gourmand warmth to my nose (which i would’ve loved even more that way) Regardless if it doesn’t develop much, it’s still a nice fruity scent that everyone can enjoy as it’s super easy to wear. This is definitely best worn at beaches and sand dune escapades.

#388 in my "Tour de Fragrance" If you were almost a Paco Rabanne XS fan but didn't go for the chocolatey vibe (which along with its sad performance is why I gave my bottle away), you will certainly like this, but you have to give it a few minutes. What you smell at first is not what you'll smell in five minutes as the citrus mellows out. I don't know how some are reminded of Cedrat Boise by a scent with no cedar. Way better sillage and longevity than most scents, on which basis I decided a while back that no EDT was really worth keeping. This is 100% at least EDP, I would even say extrait in potency. Usually a top note of cinnamon would put this straight in the donation box for me, but it isn't prominent to the point of being repellant, just nice. I already have so many amber-vanilla scents that I'm going to pull them all back out with the goal of donating all but two or three, so I don't know if this is ultimately a keeper, but it's a great scent with great performance that isn't sickeningly sweet or offensive sprayed with single spritz restraint, so it's a top candidate for a place in the rotation. Casual wear only. Like most of these strong amber-vanillics, please don't inflict this on your carpool or wear in tight spaces. Probably best for casual dates. One spritz. You needn't spritz clothing either.

I'm a newbie to the fragrance world and this is my first ever review, so I just wanted to get that out of the way. I've been wearing Ra'ed Silver for 4 months now (fall - winter where I live) and it's very good. The scent is a bit gourmand - some kind of vanilla cookie aroma along with some spices to my nose. Not overly sweet, it is powdery and has a bit of complexity to it. I can smell a little smokiness in the drydown, but the scent remains fairly consistent. On clothes though, that smokiness is much more prominent in my experience. As for longevity it's solid, on skin it lasts very long. 3-4 sprays max with this one and the fragrance projects fine within first hour and a half: not overly loud, but definitely not unnoticeable. The best part is definitely its versatility; it can be worn both in colder autumn and winter periods, as well as spring. I personally wouldn't wear it during hot summer days though. I usually wear it during daytime, but I'd say it's suitable for nighttime as well. Overall, for around 30 euros for 100ml this is definitely a great buy and I highly recommend Lattafa Ra'ed Silver!

As mentioned by others, on arrival this smelled like a toxic mess. I only kept it because I was too lazy to throw it away. Took it out today (6 months later) to throw it away, and holy cow, it now smells good. While I get the comparison to Cedrat Boise, it’s not a clone. Or even that close unless CB defines all citrus and wood combos. CB is fruity and woody at its core. This is amber and vanilla at its core. While this opens with a citrus (orange), even the type of citrus is different from CB. I think people comparing on paper are getting too much of the top notes and hence calling it a clone. Also paper makes this misleadingly bright. Those top notes quickly tone down on skin. Moving beyond comparisons, the sweet vanilla and amber combo with hints of spice makes this a wonderful cool weather scent or perfect all year in AC environments. It’s comforting and totally unisex. Saffron and leather add a dry nuance to counterbalance the sweet but don’t define this scent. Phenomenal value and utility for the money. Just remember to not use it for a couple months...

Have you ever tried Wrigley's Extra sugarfree chewing gum "Fruit or Bubblegum flavor, the pink one"? if yes, then you already know what this fragrance smells like. It's mildly spicy, mildly sweet, with some freshness to it. It's an easily likable/wearable scent. I think it works anytime of year, except maybe for hot summer days. Performance is good, around 7 hours with mild projection. I understand the comparisons with Cedrat Boise but the saffron and cloves really stick out for me with Raed. So I think it's different enough and surely not a clone. It's a great fragrance on its own and a cheapie that's worth getting, imo.

Bought one recently.. gonna give a genuine review.... doesn't smell like cedrat boise at all, i have the intense though...maybe people assume it because of citrus ,vanilla, and Leather notes but trust me it's no where like Mancera....The Ra'ed silver has made me believe Lattafa can make Niche perfumes without making any dupes and I can't believe this is so cheap and affordable Luxury in my opinion.....I just Loved itt!!! Cant get enough of it!! I wish it lasted longer though..maybe i get nose blind because I'm an "oversprayer" but it's a 10/10 on my collection, I'm gonna buy another when this bottle finishes its THAT good

Cedrat Boise opening, then in 10minutes morphs into a complete copy of Paco Rabannes PureXS Night. That one is discontinued and I absolutely love it and bottle prices have already skyrocketed so I am very glad to have this one. I just would love to have that amazing, spicy ginseng opening of the Paco Rabanne that this one trades for the fruity/citrus opening of Cedrat Boise. Oh well, until a better clone comes out this one is great after 10 minutes. It just like it wants to be a full blown freshie on the opening but a full blown winter fragrance after the opening. Kinda odd to me.

This fragrance boasts an amazing scent that’s versatile enough for any weather. The presentation is also quite appealing. It opens with a burst of citrus, featuring mandarin orange, before transitioning into a sweet blend of cloves, saffron, and vanilla, with a hint of ambroxan. The scent profile reminds me of a cross between Aventus and 1 Million Lucky, combining masculine and sweet notes perfectly. Performance: Longevity: Excellent, lasting over 7 hours. Projection: Moderate, with a reach of about half an arm’s length.

A mi nariz es una fragancia que tiene un grado de complejidad. Abre con notas florales aunque no estén declaradas. A como va pasando el tiempo se va convirtiendo en una vainilla con un toque de canela y en el fondo se siente una patada cítrica muy agradable. Lo he estado probando ya por más de 10 días y me ha sorprendido, si lo que buscas es un perfume que agrade a todos. Busca en otro perfume. Éste considero que no es para todos, pero... debo confesar que de los árabes que he comprado es de los que más me han gustado.

Very warm and creamy pineapple/peach/orange citruses at the opening, almost smells like a pineapple sorbet which is great imo. You start to get those vanilla, amber and oudy notes as it dries down but it keeps the creamy mandarin orange characteristics. The longevity and sillage is great. I can still smell it in my arm after 6hrs with just one spray. With 4 sprays it projects to around an arms length, maybe even more. I still havent macerated it however im still very pleased with the performance as it is right now 👍

It's incredible, crowd pleaser scent, that starts with pineapple and yellow melon, and heart of Spices, and base notes composed of incense, amber, musk, and oud. The performance is amazing, and I prefer it more than Raed lux, and also the price is fantastic. Compared to Raed lux it's less fresh, less fruity, and more ambery and oud scent, and performs better than Raed lux. The presentation and the smell are premium quality, for me it's masculine fragrance. Another gem from lattafa.

I find this scent surprisingly original while remaining incredibly versatile for everyday wear. It carries that typical designer-level quality I’ve come to expect from Lattafa’s better releases. My only gripe is the performance; I really wish it projected a bit more and lasted longer on my skin. That being said, for the price, it’s a solid addition if you want something that stands out from the usual "blue" fragrances without being polarizing.

I certainly get the CB comparison. I would say this is like if Aventus or CB had a love child with BR 540. It smells amazing and gets me compliments all the time! Back up bottle worthy 100%. The first handful of sprays had a funky cigarette smell in the background. But when those first sprays were gone and it sat for a week this became magical. My lady literally asked if I mixed my Aventus and BR540 because she couldn't stop sniffing me.

I ordered this kind of on a whim and boy was I glad. It was also so cheap too. This is a true unisex scent. It is spicy, fresh, sweet, but not cloying or too feminine leaning. This can be worn all year round, a true signature scent. It's got enough depth to where its not too basic. This is a vanillic, oudy, spicy scent with a nice citrus note that gives it a freshness. as a woman wearing it, i feel very classy and confident.

Could not work out what this reminded me of but loved it - came here and seen ASAD and immediately it clicked. Definitely in the same realm as ASAD - I think where it differs is the citrus notes, feels like a summer version of ASAD (Savage Elixir). Very enjoyable, looking forward to this changing after a few weeks. —————— Edit: Too similar to ASAD/Sauvage Elixir, if you have ASAD you don’t need this and vice versa.

To me, the opening is the best part. It reminds me of orange juice. Mid and dry are a bit more sophisticated and classy. It doesnt seem to last long before becoming a skin scent on my skin. Ive never smelled Pure XS Night, or Cedrat Boise, so I must judge it as a stand alone fragrance. It is very nice, and I love it. Wear it anywhere, anytime, any season. Go as heavy as you want. Definitely blind buy worthy.

Try layering this with lattafa oud for glory. Was messing around with some crazy fragrances and did this combo and went to the gas station and got 3 compliments once I got off the car and 2 more while pumping gas. Plus it's giving me like 8-10 hour on skin and 24 hours minimum on clothes

Hindu Kush by Mancera, that is exactly what it smells like. Almost one for one! Do not be mistaken this is a green vanilla in a great way! A nice fragrance that is different from most green freshies. Unisex and easily worn by all ages, don't sleep on this one.

Very interesting fragrance. I personally liked it at first... I like specific notes and I like these changes in the scent from opening to closing 😄 Maybe it's not for everyone, but in my opinion it's definitely for dominant men who have self-confidence.

Lattafa Raed Silver100ml EDP is a very nice Cedrat Boise type fragrance that's near 75% similar and lasts around 7 hrs it comes in a presentation box with a lovely bottle design and great value at £15...Also a Marco 4 U Perfumes and Glam finds fav.

Great cheap scent, fruity, fresh and airy, in the similar vain to Cedrat Boise and Armaf CDNIM with a little bit more spices and smoke. It is 60% Cedrat Boise 20% CDNIM and 20% Baco Rabbane XS. Very versatile and mass pleasing.

Excetptional fragrance. After maceration even more potent. A very high quality fragrance that can rival any designer house. Masculine, warm, fresh, focused and confident ,for men who know what they want in life. 10/10

I love this one, i can feel a clean and premium notes, the only bad thing about it is the projection, too weak sillage and only lasts for 30 min. 8.5/10

All the right ingredients for me.... I do get a bit of Aventus vibe from it but soften out into very nice frag. Will enjoy this all year round.

Sweet, creamy oranges with a little vanilla and saffron. It’s nice, definitely a summer scent for me, when I’m tired of airy freshies.

Opens with the same sweet, syrupy pineapple note found in Qaed Al Fursan. However, in Ra'ed Silver that note is joined by a sprinkling of citrus and spices. I found that the spices became more prominent as time wore on. Comes across as a unisex scent with year-round suitability - not too cloying for summer but sweet and substantial enough for the colder seasons of the year. Compared it side by side with Qaed Al Fursan and its performance in terms of longevity/projection is not as good. This has good rather than great longevity with moderate projection. Strikes me more as a daytime rather than a nighttime scent as it's good for grooming but not very alluring. Not a particularly complex scent so may not impress fragrance aficionados. All in all, a decent fragrance - nothing mind blowing but does a good job for the price. Edit 7 months later, this is a different beast. Still going strong 4hrs after initial spray with a decent scent bubble. The leather note isn't loud in the drydown for me - more of a whisper. I can't smell any oud at all. So this is now a citrus/pineapple fragrance that has a spicy feel with very good performance. I would still class it as a multi-season fragrance with minimal complexity but the jump in the performance is significant. I'll stop posting reviews on Lattafa/Middle Eastern fragrances until I've let the fragrances sit for a few months after the first use.

It's got a distinctly fruity opening, a floral and herbal middle and lastly a creamy and spicy vanilla and sandalwood drydown. Prominent notes you'll be able to pick up are watermelon fruit, vanilla, sandalwood, musk and lavender. This is great for all ages and can be used in all seasons. It's marketed as unisex though some women may find it leans too masculine in the drydown. Quality is designer level offered at a discounter price. Deserves a lot more publicity than it gets this is very underrated and underappreciated. Very good stuff. Recommended.

Ra'ed silver is a good blind-buy for the price. My wife says it smells very nice. I think both men and women can wear this but wifey disagrees, she says it leans masculine, especially as it goes into the dry-down. Very inexpensive for the quality you get. Be aware that it is a little on the fruity-sweet side on the opening (compared to Armaf CDNIM, for example). Don't overspray... if you are heavy on the trigger, you may choke people out, especially in humid, high-heat conditions — more of a Spring and Fall scent. I get the similarity with Cedrat Boisé (maybe 70%) but the Lattafa is softer and may be more wearable given that it has a little less of that "ashtray" note compared to Cedrat (although it's still there). Both are very good imo but the Lattafa is a better buy considering the price difference. I get the bubblegum comparison (from another reviewer) but that dissipates rather quickly. The ashtray dry-down is a tad musty, but I don't find it unpleasant. Nicely done Lattafa. Recommended if you like Cedrat-like fragrances. A solid "like" for me but not a "love". I will probably not be buying another bottle after I finish the one I have.

This checks a lot of boxes: compliments, longevity, projection, and price. Starts off as a syrupy pineapple as a dominant accord, but you do detect leather and saffron and a hint of synthetic oud to give it that "Middle eastern" kick. Certainly get the Cedrat Boise vibe throughout the life of the fragrance, but would not call this a "clone". Saffron and Oud combination is similar to that found in Oud for Greatness; Saffron is similar to that found in BR540. It was a "love" at first and it is now just a "like"; my perception to this fragrance really depends on the mood I have it on the day. That said, I think this will be a versatile, casual fragrance, that I have been wearing when I don't know what to wear for the day.

I bought a 100 ml bottle from Fragrance X last month, got the package after 3 weeks. The fragrance presentation is good, thick bottle with good atomizer, the fragrance is a sweet pineapple scent with decent projection that last for about 3 hours on skin before becoming a faint scent but since our country is hot and humid almost all year round and by this time it is summer fragrance fades easily. But this scent is good, better in performance than the previous ones I purchased. I know when my purchase is good because my boys will wear it all the time and this one with Nautica Voyage, Guess 1981 Los Angeles, Sculpture, 50 scent Power, and Poker Face gets the most wearing.

This is completely unisex. The notes listed here are spot on. I can smell the citruses, spices, cinnamon, amber and vanilla for 4 hours. It's creamy, soft, pleasant, light, sweet, inoffensive. It's part gourmand part freshie kind of fragrance. Very versatile scent. But I won't use this in super high heat as there is obvious leather & oud notes in the base which along the vanilla makes it lean towards the "cooler" summer days or summer nights. There is definitely leather and oud in the base which comes out subtle yet very detectable after 3 hours. Lasts around 6-7 hours on my skin.

This is a nice gourmand vanilla citrus scent. It's not complex and to my nose doesn't smell exactly one to one like any mainstream fragrance. Im not that experienced with xs Paco Rabanne so can't compare. I could see younger people not liking this however. It's nothing like an Aventus type scent. The citrus is very creamy gourmand style like what you may smell from a freshly made vanilla cake. Some very mild oudiness kicks in come dry down. People mid thirties and up would take to this scent style much quicker.

I personally enjoy this scent. At first it reminded me of afnan 9pm, it goes towards that fruity bubble gum kinda fresh DNA, but they aren't too similar. I find this to go perfect in the spring both day and night, but especially evenings. It lasts about 6-8 hours with moderate-good projection and sillage It is made for the younger fragrance lovers and It is mass appealing For the price you get more than enough and the scent is very unique, as I said best suited for spring Overall: 7.5/10 I would repurchase

My god, this is the most maturely, scrumptious/sexy scent belonging to the Cedrat Boise family. To me this smells like a sensual, super masculine lemon vanilla ice cream biscuit with smoky / woody base notes. The fragrance quality rivals niche, it's that amazing. Be warned though, this is NOT A SCENT FOR TEENAGERS. It has a very mature composition - maybe for 35-40+. It's definitely a 'come hither' sort of fragrance. Mature, velvety, classy and just plain sexy! (I said it twice lol).

Being honest, I did not care much for this fragrance when I first got it. The notes all blended together right from the rip and came across messy. Now that this has had time to sit in the penalty box for a few months it has become a great fragrance. The orange and spice at the opening work well together and then the vanilla and cinnamon start to shine through. Perfect for the cooler months. Performance and projection are above average. (8.5/10)

To my nose I do detect the Cedrat Boise vibe, but this leans a little bit more sweet and feminine, almost as if there's a bit of BR540 candy sweet on the opening. It does die down a bit but stays more feminine leaning than Cedrat Boise in my opinion. For $20, it certainly smells better than many things at that price. Nothing mind blowing, but the quality is very good for a cheapie and it's a very versatile unisex scent.

A sweet wafer biscuit type fragrance, on clothes it remains for days... Good projection and sillage.... But i almost finished the bottle.... But i don't think i will buy it again..... For me it's too sweet Edited on 30 june 2205: I think i fell in love with this fragrance.... Because after one year it got macerated and became a bomb,, what a performance and longevity....

Lasts over 12h on my skin, I sprayed some around 6pm yesterday and it's still there as a skin scent at 2pm next day. The drydown reminds me a lot of Sauvage Elixir and Asad. I don't identify much vanilla but it's a nice and pleasant fragrance :) The bottle if horrible tho, looks cheap with the sticker, ribbon and plastic cap. It's still heavy so that's nice.

To me this is a slightly citrusy and fruitier version of asad, where the spices are a tiny bit softer. Both interesting and wearable. If you like asad and cedrat boisee you will most likely enjoy this as well. Performance is above average on my skin. Excellent value. Bottle also looks and feels nice.

Definitely worth the money. It's around 10 pound. Nice fragrance! Citrus notes in the opening is refreshing and nice and spices are make it even better. After it's cozy warm slightly sweet. I recommend it.

It has similarities with Lattafa Ramz silver and Afnan 9pm. Kind of in the same ballpark. It's a Moderate performer and remember to not use this frag in high heat. Else can go all year round.

Very nice masculine leaning vanilla, citrus and spice combo. Warm and refined. Unbelievable value for the money, between scent, bottle and presentation. Lattafa rule.

I'm a huge lover of Cedrat Boise (I wear it most days) and was looking for something matching it or being similar to it for a really cheap price as a rough throw on. Sadly what I got was a fragrance that upon smelling it instantly snapped me back to the school gym changing rooms at 14 again. The citruses and spices give me that sharp bite to the nose you get when get a nose of aerosol and alcohol from a deodorant spray mist floating in the air of a men's changing room, and the musks at the base come across as very sweat-like. It's actually frighteningly uncanny just how accurately this smells like my old school gym changing room. It smells of sweaty bodies, body odour and Lynx Africa. Sadly that memory is not a positive one for me. I remember the smell making me want to gag as a teenager and it's having that same effect on me whilst sniffing this. The packaging looks up-market, the bottle is very weighty and feels premium with the nice textured label (although the lid is a bit lightweight and plasticy). So in terms of gift giving this one has a really good initial experience and it feels like it should cost more than it does so a good gift option for a man looking for a generic every day fragrance. I'd say this would make a great gift for a teenage boy looking to get his first bottle of perfume. However if you are looking at this as someone who loves Cedrat Boise and want a cheaper option, seriously look elsewhere. Hell just get a clone from a clone house. Perfume Parlour's Cedrat Boise is like a fruity flanker of the original and is great value so just go for that instead.

So I previously wrote a review on this that was quite scathing. Months later, letting is macerate in a box in a drawer, I've taken it back out to smell again. The opening now is now a lot more Cedrat Boise-esque (in that it's a citrus blend with a touch of spice), so I now see why people say it's similar, but do not get confused by this, as they smell nothing alike. It's a nice pleasant opening that is not too cloying or overly sweet and does have a fresh and clean vibe to it. The opening to me is quite nice, and if it wasn't for what comes next I'd probably start wearing it. After a few minutes, the underlying notes that I was picking up before start to come back out, and this is where it sways away from Cedrat Boise. It completely flips the summery vibe of the opening on it's head and gets spicier, warmer and more vanilla heavy, but all held together with heavy amounts of ambroxan and other dense musks, in quantities that I associate with cost-conscious perfumery. It absolutely does not smell niche at all despite what someone else has said below. It may smell slightly different to what other companies may offer as it's not a blue fragrance or an Aventus clone, but that doesn't mean it smells like it would come from a niche house. It smells like a designer fragrance with middle-eastern influences. The price this costs sits exactly where it should be quite honestly, especially considering it's presentation that I'd still say is good and makes this an easy buy for a gift for someone.

Someone called this a citrusy Asad as well as a less horrible shagaf men, both the analogies are apt. Opens up with pineapple sure but it comes off as pungent for some reason, along the lines of gummy bears, atleast to my nose. Something here doesn't quite mix and feels off place; tried to be more accepting but could not bring myself to like it because of that opening and mid. Dries down to a soothing fruity vanillic pleaser that is quite verstaile and pleasant. That being said, there is nothing creamy in this whatsoever, it is spicy vanilla with added fruitiness. Performance is quite good, lasts decent 5-6 hours on my skin with good projection for the first couple hours. It is advisible to try it before buying, which I did, and it did save me my money. I expected something different and this is not something I can see myself wearing. Its a bit too unpolished and haywire for my liking, even for Lattafa. This is a pass for me.
