Tamina disappointed me straight off the bat. I wasn't aware of the aging process and the release of the alcohols that need to happen before giving a final verdict. I pumped the sprayer and thought ok I'll just use it as a bathroom spray lol and put it in my cabinet. It was literally so watery, aquatic ozonic watermelon with ZERO punch. Now after 2 months WHOA it has changed to something beautiful and downright elegant. It is a SUMMER scent, the watermelon accord is there on the opening on the dry down it lingers dancing in a light sweet way in the background as the white musk rounds it out. The dry down is fluffy not stuffy. I really did NOT want a masculine frag, I hate masculine frags on me its gross. For the price if I need to reapply who cares!! :D People said it was a dupe , I'd love to get my nose on the dupe too. You really have to let lataffa frags sit note to self. I would recommend it if you are looking for a burst of ethereal fruit then an elegant dry down in the hot heat you can also layer get it. It works great with strawberry scents so I imagine it would work with other tropical scents coconuts and vanilla scents. Great price great buy.

When building my collection and researching Summer fragrances, this kept making many list. I had gotten Alhambra’s interpretation of this dna. The Alhambra needed some sit time, but I was ready to wear. So I got this to pair with it. I wore both together over Layali Rouge or a watermelon oil. Now both can carry themselves. This scent profile is perfect for our humidity, great projection, never cloying. This is fruity, sweet, with a little contrast from the pepper, and a woody dry down. This is my go to scent profile for Summer, it is easy, very beautiful, fresh, and feminine. Fantastic for our sticky hot Summer heat, I smell good while pouring sweat. I wore this to outdoor parties in the day. I wore for nights out. Tamina withstood the heat & sweat. It stayed on clothes until I washed them. It lingered in my bedroom until the next day. Very beautiful fragrance with good performance that I look forward to be able to wear again come mid Spring. 100/10

Nose Note #591 It's a very good impression of L'Imperatrice, but I'm getting something slightly more tropical than it should be... One time it's just like the OG, the other time it has this tropical aspect that shouldn't be there are it spoils the blend. The tropical nuisance goes away after 5-10 minutes, thankfully! I don't know. I had really high hopes for this. L'Imperatrice is one of my most favourite on a woman and it's been some time since I've smelled the OG, but from memory this is not 100% there. Maybe 90%, sure, but I naively expected 100%. It's still L'Imperatrice that I love though. Kudos. And the presentation, oh my... This is 10 times better than the OG. Simple, fruity, bubblegummy, aquatic, not overly sweet. It screams "summer". 8.5/10, to me this is one of a kind DNA.

This is a great summer scent with all those tropical fruit notes. I can barely smell the rhubarb which is good because I'm not a fan of that note. Sweet that doesn't go overboard it's nauseating. Poor longevity, though. But I don't mind since I can spray again once the scent fades. This is such a steal with its price point. It's clearly a dupe of L'Imperatrice and I'm glad there's Tamima so I'll stick to this gorgeous cheapie.

I don't understand why this fragrance doesn't get more love. I think it's fantastic. I like it because it isn't overly sweet or juvenile like so many fruit forward perfumes, especially those with watermelon. It makes me think of sipping a fancy fruit cooler at a high end spa. It's sophisticated and really unisex in my opinion despite being listed as a women's fragrance.

Perfect beachy melon scent for summer. This is more like shaved ice/granitas than jolly rancher or sweet fruit syrup. Perfect watery, ozonic, juicy fruit scent! The melon is beautiful!

Had D&G l'imperatice before, but will never go back after buying this absolutely AMAZING beauty! Better longevity, better price, better everything. Love, love, love, love, love.

First impressions.. I lovvve this bottle it is so solid and the lid is wood and I got this for less than $32 on Amazon in Canada which is crazy for Canadian prices I don't even know how they do the packaging for that price .. Okay but I know people don't care so much about the bottle.. the scent itself is an aquatic fresh watermelon forward fragrance. It's very dewy and light and pretty and feminine if you don't like melon fragrance you won't like this though. Pretty safe buy if you like l'imperatice, I haven't compared them side by side so I can't speak for that.. it's smooth and nothing sharp at all which is something I worry about with middle Eastern fragrances. This isn't going to be a beast mode fragrance however it seems to be sticking well to my skin and isn't going to fade away anytime soon, I'm guessing it'll last maybe 4 hours on well moisturized skin, but it's an intimate sillage. You'll probably need to spray on clothes a bit. Also did I mention how solid this bottle is? It really doesn't look like how the juice smells however it's going to look great on my shelf.. I will update this with more information on longevity once it macerates some more since it's a new bottle. If it increases in strength I will update!

This is a perfect dupe for D&G L’imperatrice. I had previously tried L’imperatrice at Ulta and really enjoyed it, but I heard that it has poor performance. Fortunately, I found Lattafa’s version, which smells very similar, and it has decent longevity, about 5-6 hours. The scent is beautiful and mild, like a fresh fruit smoothie or luxurious feminine shampoo- appropriate for everyday wear. The notes are blended together very nicely and it isn’t too sweet. It’s a beautiful and modest daytime wear for women.

This perfume is a fruity fresh scent that reminds me of watermelon Lip Smackers with an aquatic, linen-fresh undertone. It’s also a dupe for L'Impératrice by Dolce & Gabbana. The musk and jasmine give it the fresh, aquatic vibe similar to Ocean di Gioia by Giorgio Armani. However, there's a slight "sweaty" note that might not be for everyone, but for me, that means it's a designated summer scent. Overall, I'd rate it a 5/10.

Light fruity and fresh. Bringing back the 1990's with this one. Do you remember Cucumber Mellon? Tamima smell just like that. It is also pretty spot on the the D&G its inspired by. I wouldn't say its a dated perfume. Its perfect for everyday wear in the spring and summer to run errands. Just an overall fresh out of the shower clean non offensive perfume.

I love fruity perfumes and this is very much something I like. Very fresh and fruity opening and that is the scent that captures your attention with the pepper making it a bit more interesting. Then the woody note gives it some depth and makes it more long-lasting. I enjoyed it, I think if the notes are something you like, a good blind buy.

According to Lattafa’s website these notes are incorrect. However for me the melon is what I smell. I’m wearing it for the first time today. Notes are Top Notes: Strawberry, Pineapple, Raspberry, Black Currant, Rhubarb, Orange, Lemon Middle Notes: Melon, Peach, Violet, Orange Blossom, Rose Base Notes: Caramel, Vanilla, Musk, Sandalwood

I hope this develops more because right now it smells remarkably similar to Bath and Body Works Apple spray. I know it is supposed to be watermelon, but it smells like apple shampoo to me. Hopefully time will develop this more.

I like it !!! It’s fruity, easy to wear, leaves a beautiful dry down on the skin , it’s one of my favorites for summer spring , I can see men wearing this on a happy spring day as well

I picked this up yesterday and it smells like fresh cut grass to me, at least for now. My son tried it and said it smelled like water, in a good way.

tart musky ozonic gorgeousness. this is my kind of summer scent, tart juicy skin like. this reminds me so much of my highschool days. love love love.

What a nice fruity citrus perfume. Very enjoyable and non offensive. I gave it to a friend because i prefer floral, but still liked it.

I smell the fruits in this fregrance and it is very light and sweet. However the projection is very weak.

wet & juicy honeydew scent. no "tang", so very alkaline but still fresh and watery

I lovvvvve this scent. However, I can't smell it on my hair or clothes 1/2 hour after I spray it. I hate that. None of my coworkers can smell it either. I sprayed like 20 sprays. Nothing. I don't know if I got a bad batch or what. It has been macerating for 2 months now and no change on longevity.😭😱

Watermelon overload. If you enjoy fruity florals, she’s your cup of tea for sure.

The kiwi is way too sharp and overpowering to my nose. The rhubarb too. The acidic fruity tartness is just not my thing at all. The bottle is beautiful but does not match the scent at all. Why put a bright fruity scent in a black and gold wood bottle? Strange choice.

Nice nd shower gel fresh, i will say i get a lot of peach mixed in there though its not listed, smells a lot like iconic by paris hilton in a way. Its woodsy at the bottom making it a little sexier. I get a lot of rhubarb in a nice way it just smells green and fresh and tart. I will say the perfume hits the top of the bottle a lil bit wgen spraying and thats my biggest issue so far. It does sit a littlee bit closer to the skin but its still a very punchy smell and it lasts very long on me regardless so i think it preforms very well for this kind of scent.

This is literally 1 of the worst fragrance purchases I have ever made! It stinks so bad & I let it macerate for months thinking maybe it would get better but no it didn't maybe this just isn't my type of scent hopefully it's just my nose & nobody else wastes their money.

I don't have this , but I have the OG , for people who complain about the longevity of this , the OG disappear after about 30 minutes, so I don't blame this if it doesn't lasts.

A much, much better made L'Imperatrice by DG. Lacks the overwhelming balmy musk that comes out as compact cosmetic makeup powder.

I don’t dislike it as much as I did originally. I wonder if anyone has any layering ideas so it’s not a complete waste?
