Edit 2: For those who want a Ganymede clone, check out the new Lattafa Pride Masa. It's a twist on the DNA, with an added mango note. That stuff is nuclear. Ta'weel sometimes appear metallic to me, but it's no Ganymede! Edit 1 (Review): This fragrance is so good. Why isn't this hyped??? I can't even praise this enough. It opens with a beautiful, vibrant BERGAMOT and grapefruit accord(more emphasis on bergamot), spiced and pierced by ginger, tempered with luscious green, herbal nuaces. My God! That first few seconds of juicy citruses...!! It develops further into a more sophisticated territory at the dry down. I also get leather that reminds me of Memo Irish leather and an amber accord. I really don't know what Lattafa was trying to go for here, but I freaking love it. This is a solid 9.0/10, and I don't even like freshies like that (well, this isn't a full freshie per say). Longevity is good. Solid 8hrs+ with a good sillage... First impression (Initial review): Opens up with a juicy, sour grapefruit and citrus accord and ginger. Then it settles to a herbal and green accord; then after it dries down to an ambery, slightly leathery kind of smell. I got 7hrs+ on longevity with a considerable moderate sillage. I think this fragrance is trying to clone LV L'immensite or maybe it's a twist of Tygar, cos Al Qiam Silver already clones Tygar. Well, they're all in the same family. But I really love the further intricacy of this one. It appear more interesting and sexy. To the reviewer under me, Andy; I recommend and advice that you try fragrances out before you mislead people. Don't just copy information out there just to make a "review". Reviews should be your own opinion out of experience. This isn't a Ganymede clone. Thanks.

This is a reinterpretation of a typical classy fougère fragrance of the 80s. My bottle dates 8/22 and I have had it for one year, without much use. Picked it up today, and it got a lot better than i remember it used to be earlier this year. The opening is less harsh and lost the metallic vibe i remember it had. Very earthy, green, and lightly (sweet-ish) citrusy. It settles into a sweeter vetiver and lavender accord, that's quite elegant. A truly good blend from the house of Lattafa, where all ingredients appear to have been dosed with the greatest accuracy. Unbelievably priced in the low 20s. The bottle is finely designed and boasts a metal cap. If you are in the fougère/vetiver/earthy sort of notes this is for you and it'll complement both formal and informal venues. The ambroxan boosts both longevity and projection which are both above the average, especially for such a bargain. Office safe if you watch your trigger.

Seriously this one if a banger, can't describe the feeling I felt when I smelled it but I knew that this one was worth a try, and my nose have smelled many fragrances so far. I bought it like 5 days ago and it's already 20% gone, would definitely buy again and keep buying it, it's a very solid identity scent. Good for summer, spring and even autumn purposes, very citrus with the bergamot and the ginger note just compliments it very smoothly. There is a passion fruit note that I detect as well but it's overpowered a little bit by the bergamot scent(I prefer it). The leather scent is very mild and probably sets up when the fragrance reaches its base notes. Price: 10/10 Sillage: 7.5/10 Smell: 9/10 Performance/ longevity: 6.5/10 Compliment factor: 9/10 Overall a solid 8.5/10 maybe even 9

Classy and gentlemanly fragrance. Calming and serene, very nice for the price. Opens with ginger, more fresh than soapy thanks to juniper & bergamot, then you get green tea & vetiver with a little patchouli and just a hint of suede. Ginger remains strong and central. Smooth, green drydown is grassy and slightly woody. Nicely blended - I agree that aside from the ginger no particular element stands out. More of a daytime fragrance for me, and while it lends itself to warmer weather, it works for Fall & Winter days too. After a few months, longevity is 5-6 hours (from double sprays) with 2 hours of fairly strong ambroxan projection. Leaves a very pleasant scent trail.

Interestingly simple fragrance that performs very well. I'm not getting the strong citrus from the bergamot, mostly a nice and calming tea with hints of citrus, leather and lavender - a clean gentleman scent, not overwhelming. Good one for when you don't want to scream too much for attention but still want to smell nice when up close. This scent is a winner with the young crowd in my house. Nice bottle design and presentation, it looks premium. Worth the blind buy if not expensive. The three guys bellow me had got the same batch probably, I can relate to them - maybe it's because our bottles have been macerating for months in a store storage.

at the beginning in the hot weather I didn't like it at all ,so i put it for sale, but yesterday late at night I decided to go for a walk in a 15 degrees but windy weather it was like 10 degrees outside ,i decided to give it a go again, and oh it was good , i couldn't stop smelling my hand where i put the perfume. I recommend to wear it in a little cool weather because the Ginger, Nutmeg,Ambroxan and Leather mix needs a little cold weather. decided to keep it.

With so many reviewers across the world saying this is a clone of Ganymede or Bois Imperial, I’d love to know whether there’s two batches of this stuff. I own all three and my bottle of Ta’Weel isn’t anywhere near Ganymede or BI. Still, on its own, this is a banger. Top draw. Lasts a good 6-7 hours with 3-4 sprays. Fresh, invigorating, easy wear. Spring and summer vibes.

Humble and pleasing fragrance, smells like a tea and somehow I catch a little bit hint of mint. It's great for formal occasions, to me the scent profile is more pleasing than Emir Celestial and even Armaf Sillage. Not loud but pretty strong sillage as I ask my office partners, sprays on my skin lasts 6 hours maximum and 8+ hours on my clothes in the office environment.

Nice scent, easy to wear. Unlike what some said online, this is not a clone of Ganymede. It smells like LV L’Immensité (or rather Alhambra Immortal) with an added herbal/vegetal note that makes a little more mature. That extra note maybe off-putting for some so keep that in mind. Decent performance and price as most Lattafas are.

Starts as a turathi blue drydown, man i just love this tygar DNA, and it has a slight twist of leather and vetiver as it dries down which makes it elegant, this is a pretty versatile scent that gets me compliments, and its cheap as well Longevity and projection are average but i don't have a problem with reapplying this gem on me

Got it on a 40% discount sale for 10 dollars. Zero expectations, total surprise: fresh, classy, high quality, no harsh chemicals detected, maybe already macerated. I have Rue Broca and I don't see the similarities. Rue Broca is sweeter than this, and candy like. This is nicer. I consider it backup bottle worthy.

This smell is so sophisticated in a good looking-cheap material bottle as the price justifies. Definitely a mood changer and thinking of making it my everyday wear and it will probably suit nights out very well too.

Great compliment getting fragrance but not similar to Ganymede, this one have little similarities to Fleur narcotique and turathi blue

Layer one spray of this with one spray of Rue Broca Theoreme -- literal 10/10 summer freshie, holy cow!

This hidden gem is a LV l’immensity twist, which is Tygar’s woody ambroxan and plus some green aromatics. The main change is it’s a bit less zesty and has a bit of that Lattafa creamy amber note. Maybe that’s a different musk in base or the leather note or just less ginger. The creaminess also means it’s a bit less watery and a bit more soapy. But these are all changes on the edge that require smelling these two back to back on my skin. Otherwise shockingly good and reveals just how much LV is ripping everyone off. You still get some of what you pay for, as this isn’t a super long lasting fragrance. The Alexandria clone is much brighter, longer lasting, & 3x the price. So get that if you want something closer to the genuine LV and aren’t on a super tight budget. —- And seriously people, stop saying this smells like Ganymede. All scents with metallic edges aren’t the same. This also doesn’t smell like Chrome or Platinum Egoiste.

Beautiful scent. Opens with juicy citrus and spicy ginger before changing into something greener and more herbal. There's something that smells a bit tea-like as well. Regardless, the combination is very pleasant and a bit unique. It's not Ganymede (Masa) and it isn't quite Bvlgari Tygar either. Smells like someone had a dream, got some inspiration and then created this lovely scent. Most people won't smell it and consider it a clone of another established fragrance. Excellent longevity and projection - used at 6am this morning and I am still surrounded by a scent bubble at almost 1pm without needing to put my nose against my shirt. More a daytime scent for me but great for spring, summer and air-conditioned environments.

I bought Ta'weel mainly out of curiosity because I’m a big fan of Lattafa’s Sherif. While the bottle design is similar, Ta'weel swaps the matte metal for polished chrome and a black front plate. But of course, it’s the juice that matters. Ta'weel opens very fresh with a prominent ginger note and an immediate sense of mystery. As it dries down, a very smooth, soft leather emerges. Being a long-time fan of Fahrenheit, I find the comparison interesting: where Fahrenheit is floral and feels more like a classic 'perfume,' Ta'weel feels rugged and more masculine. It’s an absolute recommendation for me. Very versatile, suitable for all seasons and works just as well for casual wear as it does in a business setting.

Nose Note #939 Not really Tygar. It's something between Tygar and Imagination, or better: a Tygar-adjacent fragrance. Maybe I'm biased, but it has a Lattafa feeling about it and it's not really a pro. Something about it smells a bit cheap to me. Comparing to Ex Nihilo Hedonist or even the cheaper Rue Broca Theoreme and even Lattafa's Al Qiam Silver. I'm also a bit tired of Tygar DNA at that point. It does have an interesting green herbaceous touch to it that Tygar doesn't have, but this touch is maybe what makes it smell not so sophisticated. For men. Moderate at everything. Nothing impressive. Inoffensive, fresh, ambroxan heavy thing. 7/10, the most disappointing thing is probably the performance

i don't understand how people compare this to Al Qiam Silver or other Tygar DNA. the green note in Ta'weel is quite pronounced, it's not just a subtle new tingle, it's a whole twist. the green note reminds of a robust green tea with bergamot: juicy, semi-sweet citruses outlined by deep, somewhat bitter herbal/grassy note, so essentially it's a citrus/grass scent. i pressed my nose but don't get any leather.. neither ginger.. no aquatic. to me it's unisex. it's gone after 2 hours, so longevity is rather bad. UPDATE after few months longevity did improve. also, the ambroxan note which i couldn't notice before now became quite pronounced.

It may be me, but opening smells like artificial sugary grape juice, later on, that smell shifts and unfolds into nice and mellow aromatic composition. What gives me that grape vibe may be the juniper. I dont know how old my decant is but that grapiness may be toned down after a while, which, personally, would be a good thing. I have a strong feeling that Ta'weel is not a summer fragrance, not for a hot weather of +25C, as its too aromatic but nice spring and fall weather? Sign me in.

Ta'weel is a formal occasion citrus, aromatic and woody fragrance, nice for office and everyday use. The citrus top note fades after some minutes, then the ginger goes up and after that you are left with the aromatic woody medicinal base. 2 hours of projection and 5 hours of longevity. Projection distance is 1 meter. I was in a store and saw the $18 price tag, so I couldn't resist. The bottle and packaging looks very nice. This is almost the same as Turathi Blue by Afnan.

Classic, masculine, green, earthy. If you like Terre d'Hermes (edt and parfum) and Creed Original Vetiver, this scent is for you. It is way better than Lattafa Al Qiam silver and Maison al hambra Bronzite, although the three have the same DNA. This scent is more Fougere, stronger, balder, more mature. Really well blended scent, I did not expect something within this price range to be this good. Truly A Master Piece By Lattafa.

I enjoy the scent, elegant, sophisticated but playful. For me, it seems to have a very mild projection although it lasts a good long time (8 hours or more). It's a warm weather scent to my nose for either day or night and is perfect for my purposes (although it's Fall here, I'm going on a Carribean cruise) so it should be comfortable to wear, smell good but not overpowering and shouldn't clash with everyone else.

This is a shockingly amazing fragrance. At first spray its very green and soapy with a nice ambroxan vibe. But the dry down is where its at. A nice even soft green, with a bit of spice, ginger and ambroxan. The sillage is fantastic and you leave an amazing scent trail. I got compliments from strangers the first day i wore this. Well worth the very inexpensive price.

One of the best discoveries I made this year. This is long lasting. I even washed my hands twice so far and it is still blasting off my skin. An aromatic freshie reminding me of Mercedes Benz Intense but more herbal / greener. And the bottle ? Absolute work of art especially the cap. One of the best $19 spent ever.

Such an interesting classy scent, green floral and i get a mild oriental spicy note with the citrus and the leather I thought it might be saffron but i guess not. Highly recommend it, doesn’t smell cheap at all, quality is on point with this one, longevity is good as well 6-7 hours with 2 hours of solid projection.

This is a really nice fresh scent! I love the citrus opening - it's bright and uplifting. The lavender and orange blossom in the middle make it a bit softer, and then it dries down to this warm, woody smell with a hint of leather. It's definitely unisex, and lasts a good while on my skin.

Honestly I'm baffled to see people comparing this one to Bvlgari Tygar, Afnan 9AM, Turathi Blue etc. All those are much fresher and 'blue' as this one is way more aromatic and green, at least on my skin / to my nose. Definitely 'green tea' vibes even though nothing similar is listed in the notes or anywhere else. The comparisons in most of the previous comments seem to be made either by people who are just spamming randomly without having any idea or they never smelt any of the other fragrances and are just jumping on a troll train. Be aware to avoid being disappointed thinking this is a very fresh and blue scent which is not. It's too green for me, too 'teaish' and not my cup of (green) tea.

I have L'immensite and have tried Tygar multiple times,I promise you this is not even close AT ALL. Very harsh opening and the lavender is very heavy it almost smells powdery and/or Medicinal. If you're looking for something very similar to L'immensite just get the Jean Lowe or L'immensite itself.

Ignore the “this perfume reminds me of” for this, it’s all completely wrong. I have Jean Lowe Immortal and Ta’Weel is nothing like it, nor Shuhrah elixir. What Ta’Weel actually is, and I’m stuck with a full bottle of it, is a fairly green Arabian take on a barbershop fragrance. I remember some Al-Rehab roll ons smelling similar. Ignore the notes because that’s just not what comes across, the soapy green vibe overpowers everything else. To me it’s quite different from but in the same wheelhouse as G.I.T. It’s mature for sure, tweed jacket and old Mercedes saloon, well off but not wealthy, understated yet strong....in Bahrain or similar.

Just Recently purchased I have Both a Sample of Limmensite, and Alexandria’s version of LV. TaWeel Smells nothing like it leans almost grassy smell with a hint of spicy Lemon. I would only use this as gym scent maybe not even that. THIS IS NOT a Clone of LV or Bulgari not even in the slightest. It resembles barbershop talcum powder.

I dont like this, i dont know how to describe it but it smells like some sort of cheap candles and incense from the corner store.

I just found a tester bottle at a random store and gave myself a few sprays. You never see tester bottles of Lattafa, LOL I'm surprised no one mentioned a tea note, as on my skin this is displaying a green / black tea accord sitting on top of some woods. It's not mentioned in the note pyramid either. This is manly, classy, gentlemanly, and evokes seriousness-ness. Some undeniable age factor here. Not a lot of sweetness here - there is some to counter-balance what I perceive as green / tea accords, yet overall, to give an example, something like TdH feels notably sweeter on my skin (different scents altogether, yes - only giving an example with a well-known profile). This one starts out fresher and over time the green / tea accords become more subdued and now mix with the base, here listed as vetiver, patchouli, ambroxan, and leather. These all seem to be mixed pretty well in a way where no particular element is popping out. The dry-down feels nice and rounded, and quite classy. Nothing smelling screechy, synthetic, or low-quality here! Someone mentioned herbal quality - not the first that came to mind, but I can see that. I'm also beyond surprised at comparisons to Turathi Blue and Tygar DNA - to me, this has nothing in common! /edit: OK, I washed my hands at some point and what's left was an ambroxany/woods combo that's indeed close the the dry-down stage of TB or Theoreme, but its still a touch green/herbal. If you're after the Tyger DNA my advice is that this is not it. A very long time ago I had a sample of "Armani - Eau de Cèdre". From memory, this feels like it could be a distant cousin :) Eau de Cèdre had a grown-up, calming quality to it in the dry-down, and I find this achieves something similar. This is more heavy on the woods. This is not for me, although I can definitely appreciate it. Also, this is $20 in my country and the quality is SERIOUSLY punching above its class. How did they manage to pull this off ?! 😳😳😳 No, really... I can't stress this enough. If this was a designer or something we're looking at $100 easily.

So, im really not interested in freshies nor i find fragrance openings to matter but THIS opening is out of this world. I wouldnt say i hate citruses albeit im really not a citrus person. But what i found here really educated me, super smooth, super juicy, green but never bitter nondescrit citrus juice squeezed right in front of you with utmost care and mixed with herbs someone found in the woods while searching for edible mushrooms. So elegantly but corporately masculine, as if you were to meet the nicest most kind-hearted attorney ever. Dont think ill buy a full bottle but ill give it some wears. Longevity is solid with mild projection.

What an interesting fragrance. It starts off with a fresh yet sweet opening then turns pretty quickly to a soapy, lavender type mid. This lasts quite a long time, and is actually quite pleasing and calming. The base has smooth spices, and it lasts a decent amount of time thanks to the Ambroxan. Good fragrance, if you can find it, get it. A great sub for Jean Lowe Immortal which has become tricky to get.

I'm definitely sensing the Tygar/L'Immensite DNA vibe with the citrusy ginger notes, but I'm also detecting, and I'm surprised no one has mentioned this yet, the drydown of Aventus. I'm not sure if it's the leather note creating that olfactory illusion, but to me, this is essentially a Tygar/Aventus mashup. Considering the price point, this fragrance is an absolute winner in my opinion!

Citrus teases you in, lavender & orange blossom pull you closer, then warm woods & leather seal the deal. Every note is precisely balanced. Smooth, unisex, office-safe & projects like a boss. Lasts all day. All that for $20. Your wallet will thank you!

just got mine, currently comparing it to Turathi Blue. they are indeed quite similar. this one has that quite-dominant ginger note though.
