Tharwah Silver

After thoroughly reviewing this fragrance i find that the performance is pretty lackluster, in the heat this actually dies down really fast (30min) and becomes a skin scent after an hour, the total longevity is about 3-4 hours. This is strange as the first time i wore it i could detect it pretty well. I could just be going noseblind but idk i feel like my other fragrances just perform better. Also the sprayer is pretty puny so that could be contributing to it. This has some positives though, this smells pretty natural and the opening has no alcohol or screechy elements, so if you're into cheap, non offensive fragrances that are mass appealing this might be for you, i love this i just wish it was stronger as I'm already putting a big dent in it after just three weeks I've used around 10ml, in comparison my Yeah! Man from Maison alhambra (Y edp clone) performance is 1:1 with the original, i bought it around 2 months ago and it has the same dent or smaller than my tharwah silver, so yeah performance is weak with the tharwah, I'm thinkinf of letting it sit for longer but after almost a month I'm thinking it probably isn't gonna get any better, I'll update the results.

Very nice fragrance, my first experience with the house of lattafa and it makes a great remark on me while making my journey searching for the best freshie mint fragrance. Intial spray is very green, aromatic and citrussy from the bergamot and mint without smelling like a toothpaste, and then after 8-10 minutes becoming very herbalic, musky and lavender bomb, in the drydown there is a little bit of sweetness to it, somewhat smells like tonka bean, might be comes from the cedar notes i guess. Great for every occasion and times but be carefull with the spray, because the greennes is strong when you first spray it and it kinda love or hate for some people from my experience. Performance on skin is pretty great. Longevity is solid 7-8 hours, but on clothes surprisingly very long lasting, even 24 hours plus for me.

Goddammit this is right up my alley. I'm a sucker for those YSL Ys, Hawas, Valentino BIR and Invictus type deals, and this is in that same genre. I haven't smelled any of the Ralph's Club except Polo 67 and it's kinda similar too, yeah this is basic as hell but the kind of basic that is simple and ejoyable to wear anywhere anytime, daytime or nightime doesn't matter, though i see this as a fall, spring and summer centric scent, wouldn't wear it as much on winter. Performance is above average and projection is moderate but this has really okay sillage, im still wearing it right now so i can't say anything for longevity yet, though I'm getting big whiffs after 3 hours of applying 6 sprays. I'm in love with this scent tbh. 9/10 i only wished this had incense or something, that would take it up a notch.

One of my favorites in a collection of over 100 fragrances. It’s basic, don’t get me wrong, but everything is done so well. The mint is amazing. The citrus is amazing. You can actually smell the vetiver, and the lavender rounds everything out nicely. I don’t get much musk, but that’s probably a good thing. You don’t want a freshie like this becoming too powdery. There’s no fruit. There’s no smoke. Just a clean man’s scent. This is the dumbest of dumb reaches. You’ll always smell clean, sharp, and put together. 9.5/10

A really good earthy aromatic fragrance, I was pleasantly surprised the first time I tried it, it’s amazingly well done. It feels close to YSL Myself, but with a more earthy twist that gives it a unique character. Very easy to wear, versatile, and perfectly suited for summer, autumn, and spring days. Solid value for the price, and overall I’d rate it 8/10.

Just something about this fragrance is super enjoyable for me. Easy to wear, mass appealing. It reminds me of First Instinct Blue with a splash of Invictus. Decent performance. Amazing value for the money. It's not going to break any barriers, but I just keep reaching for it because it's so darn enjoyable to wear. Versatile spring summer fall.

Smelt this from a vendor, it reminds me of prada Luna Rosa edt, YSL MYSLF and BIR edt, it's that kind of aromatic fougere with a bubblegum accord. I liked it and it's on its way to my home :) I will drop a comment once I've tried it.

Sweet, fresh and playful. A combination of YSL Y EDP and Versace Eros. A sweet base similar to YSL Y or Invictus added to freshness from bergamot and mint; nice try from Lattafa which is best known for its sweet and woody fragrances.

Tested out the Ralph's Club Parfum at Sephora and immediately fell in love. I was about to buy it next for the collection but this one suddenly popped up and yeah get this instead. Pleasant scent.

Literally straight ralph club eau de parfum in a different bottle, don't want to pay ralph club price, get this. performance is on par with original.

To me this reminds me without a doubt of Ralph’s club EDP, side by side it’s a little off but it’s pretty obviously inspired by it.

If you're a fan of Invictus, Phantom, Hawas, Hayaati, or the colored Polos other than green, this will be both immediately familiar and new at once. It's easily recognizable as a "freshie" but then adds some nice aromatic fougere nuances to the formula. This is a good blend of sweet, citrus, herbal, floral, woody and musk aromas with aldehyde "soapy" notes. It's a great modern take on the fougere formula while appealing to a newer modern audience that likes the sweet and fresh style of fragrances. This is very pleasant and refreshing, crying out to be used in warmer weather during outdoor activities and a great intro to the fougere style for younger users. This is good for both older and younger users. Those who dislike sweet fragrances should stay away, as the slight bubble gum like note may displease them. For everyone. Performance is good and presentation is nice. For those who love freshies, this is a no-brainer. That said, Tharwah Silver has a ridiculously high amount of competitor lines in the freshie market. Y, Invictus, Phantom, Hawas, Polo (except the green, of course) and the list goes on. It does differentiate itself with the fougere notes. So if you're interested in trying a new style of freshie, this is for you. Recommended.

Fresh Clean Sweet Aquatic Soapy Woody off the bat very similar to invictus, just not as screechy or sweet & more powdery (though not majorly powdery); has that syrupy/candied fruity sweetness, can't detect any particular fruit and doesn't have that authentic fruit smell; after about 10-15 mins, the fruitiness turns down, as clean-musk appears with a mild vanillic like creaminess + mild lavender, clary sage and vetitver, don't really detect mint; the dry-down gets more denser & deeper, kind of ambroxan(y) but not real fuzzy or brash, while maintaining fresh-cleanliness (though the aquaticness fades). After the invictus like opening, the dry-down is similar to YSL Y Le Parfum but a little brighter/fresher. when fully dry the cedar comes to the forefront, and the scent becomes intimate. Also, very similar to another Lattafa, Sheikh Shuyukh Final Edition (a supposed, Y EdP Clone), Tharwah Silver is basically the same fragrance with different fruit notes but Sheikh Shuyukh Final Edition is sweeter; Versatile, 'dumb reach', anytime, any season, any age. Only thing unisex about Tharwah Silver is the sweetness (and it ain't even that sweet), the vetiver keeps it masculine leaning (it's more masculine than Y EdP); Projection/Sillage' is MILD, radiates within arm length w/ scent trail good for the 1st hr, but mainly intimate. Performance/Longevity is GREAT, last 10+ hours (on fabric).

One of the better ones from Lattafa Pride line. Smells fresh and minty but herbal, in the same ballpark as barbershop clean shaving foam frags. Have to disagree with the "smells like" suggestions though as I think this is quite original but if I have to put a finger on something, then I think this is like an inspiration of Eros with added vetiver; but the nose works in mysterious ways for everyone. That vertiver note is something that doesn't sit right with me in this as I am not a vetiver fan myself and it ruins the overall airiness in the scent profile, making it heavy but not particularly in a creamy way. Will happily finish my 20ml samples but I do not see myself buying the full bottle. Performance is decent, slightly above average, lasts 6-8 hours on skin and projects good for the first couple hours. Overall a decent freshie, can be blind bought if you dont mind vetiver as note in a freshie (not a vertiver heavy frag in any sense but more like an nuanced accord), pretty pleasant with a cool vibe and slightly heavy so it can be rocked anytime except winters. Good buy for anyone who enjoys this profile but for me its a skip for the presence of better options.

Nice fresh fragrance, I dont see as many similarities to YSL Y as others do though. It seems like every fresh fragrance on here smells like YSL Y to you guys. I get it, bergamot and sage are pretty popular fresh notes, but they are vastly different imo. This reeks of Ralph Lauren DNA, nearly every Ralph Lauren scent I have ever tried has had this same base. YSL Y EDP is a bit more airy than this. This smells like a polo shirt and straight jeans. Really enjoy it, but I dont pick up much YSL Y in this outside of some of the sage. The apple is the big thing missing here. It does dry down a bit bubblegumy, so maybe thats also pushing people to say its similar to YSL Y. Very mass appealing freshie, good for summer days. Reminds me a lot of the colored polos.

Fresh and aromatic. A little green and a little sweet. Slight woodiness in the dry down. Musky but not powdery. This smells like a contemporary masculine freshie. Invictus, YSL Y, Valentino Born in Roma, that sort of DNA. But all those other ones I just mentioned are a more interesting and complex version of this. However, for the price of 30 USD or below, this fragrance is not bad at all. It's fresh, smooth, and pretty linear. Versatile and an easy dumb reach. Nothing extraordinary or out of the box. Very safe and inoffensive. This is a fragrance I would buy as a gift for a younger man that doesn't have any fragrances or only 1 other fragrance. If male NPCs wore fragrance, this is what they would wear.

@Marshzcents Yeah man is not a 1:1 clone of y edp. I'll admit the opening is identical, but after 2 minutes you start to smell the differences, it's significantly cheaper smelling, the aromatic accord are not recreate properly and and it's very apparent that it's a clone. This is the case with all the cloves I've tried. If you are strapped for cash and really wanna smell like y edp there are clubs that aren't terrible, but otherwise don't bother, just get the real deal. This (tharwa) on the other hand is very good, price, quality, proximity to og. This is very good. I'd say save you some money and just buy this over the og

This came as part of a bundle deal with another "YSL inspired" fragrance that I'd been after. But I'm pleasantly surprised by it! It's in the same vein as some barbershop fragrances. I get mint over everything else, and lavender sitting just behind. It begins to sweeten just slightly as it dries. Not really picking up the bergamot or any citrus for that matter, but I don't care. It's just a really pleasant aromatic to my nose. I'm in bed right now smelling my hand and feeling calmed by the scent. I think I'll likely wear this at home, on errands, and at work on occasion. Good stuff, really glad it found it's way to me!

Not familiar with many mens perfumes so I can't really give any comparisons and I couldn't find any potential dupe info.Tested from a free sample pocket perfume. Its fresh, a little minty, herbal in the opening in the same way I found Blazing to be. After that it goes in a very Summery direction. It's giving Greek Island vacation vibes. Perfectly pleasant , I imagine easy to wear for a guy, definitely masculine leaning, can't imagine many women pulling this one off. I passed it on to one of my 20 something sons, he seems to like it. Longevity 6-7 hrs from my two spray sample.
