It's got very distinctive opening, mid and drydown stages that are all completely different from one another. The opening blast is all fresh citrus with a touch of vanilla and fresh herbs. This cedes to a strong mid full of fresh lavender and sweet vanilla. Then that gives way to a strong woody and incense drydown. By the time it reaches the drydown, you might even forget this had a citrus forward opening, the stages are that distinctly different. This acts as if you had layered three different fragrances yourself, except that all the work has been done for you. This is purported to be a clone of Valentino's Born In Roma Intense which is chronologically impossible as Valentino's fragrance came out a year after. If anything, it would be the reverse and the lack of a citrus note indicates that was not Valentino's intention. Regardless, I live near a Sephora and have sampled BIR Intense and Winners Trophy Silver is IMHO by far the better fragrance. That beautiful citrus note is what puts it over the competition. This is unisex, but the strong wood and incense notes in the drydown may throw off some users in general and female users in particular who are caught off guard by it. The strong lavender mid combined with the citrus may come off smelling like soap to some users as well. Citrus only fragrance lovers would be much better served by Lattafa's Pisa. The presentation is just beautiful, with a stylish curved black glass and metal bottle with a silver metallic cap that upon closer inspection is actually a globe of the world and not a disco ball. :) This comes in a clear plastic display dome. The same presentation was previous used for Lattafa's Eternal Oud but appears to be discontinued for that fragrance. Fortunately, they have kept it for their Winners Trophy line. This is good for all users of all ages in all occasions. Performance is strong and the price is good. Highly recommended as long as you're aware of the woody incense finish separating this from most citrus fragrances on the market.

To me, this seems like Lataffas attempt at a sporty fragrence. This is an original fragrence from Lataffa and is not trying to clone anything. Initial spray is a very sharp and pericing orange rind and frankincense. On the initial spray the oarnge is more bitter than juicy, but it does become sweeter as time goes on. It caught me off guard and was MUCH stronger than I was anticipating. The frankincense is not smokey, but more along the lines of pure frankincense oil which has subtle elements of pine and lemon. Soon after, it settles down and reveals this smooth and creamy vanilla that perfectly balances the resinous and citrus top notes. After a little while the vanilla is joined by a clean lavender note that gives this a fresh summertime feel. I do pick up an ever so slight spiciness from the cedar but it doesn't seem to be a main player. The far drydown is a pretty typical amboxan/wood scent. Mass pleasing. Orange vanilla lavender sherbert with resinous qualities. Somehow both fresh and creamy at the same time. More suited for spring and summer but could be used year round as a signature scent. This instantly became a favorite in my collection, but it is unique so someone looking for a cookie cutter plain old blue fragrence may not like it. UPDATE: @Vapor Trail I went to Ulta and tested Born In Roma Intense to compare. Same style but not at all the same. Winners trophy has a much sharper orange opening and dries down to be significantly creamier with lots more vanilla. Winners trophy also has much more pronounced resinous qualities. In my opinion Winners Trophy is by far the superior fragrence, but everyone has different tastes. I actually pretty strongly disliked BIRI, while I love Winners Trophy... So that shows how different they are.

My favourite from the pride line so far, very disctinct smell and I absolutely love it. I do not think this is comparable to Valentino BiR Coral Fantasy and definitely not a clone. This one is heavier and has a faint "incensy" touch to it owning to that olibanum note, whereas Valentino is fresher and more fruity. In any case, you might call it an inspired twist to that DNA. This is insanely versatile as it has the citrusy freshness at top-mid and that olibanum stays for the entire life of the scent so it does maintain a faint citrusy vibe to it. At the same time, the smokey-incensy undertouch of that olibanum and the woods with vanilla give it a nice heavy base. Performance is great, just shy of beast mode, lasts for 7-9 hours on skin and projects hard for the initial 2-3 hours. Has the tendency to stick to clothes for a long long time, I legit smelt it faintly on a washed shirt. Not a fan of that presentation, very weird and honestly quite tacky with that half globe as a cap. The quality by itself is decent as with all Lattafas. Overall, this is a great find, grew on me aggressively and will be a frontliner in my collection, it is signature scent worthy for sure.

Amazing scent- clone of Valentino - bottle/presentation is very tacky - comes in a big black box - there is a large plastic dome where the fragrance is standing in - beside the ridiculous presentation, the fragrance is very nice, lasts also a long time and projection is moderate

It's been a while since I reached for this and I forgot how much I enjoy it. The spice and lavender are popping off! Such a cool weather BANGER!! but also very versatile in it's own right, already 2 compliments in the office setting. (9/10)
