I bought a Laubahn discovery set, and this is the one I was least looking forward to since apricot and peach are historically very low on my list of preferred notes. But this is a really pretty summer scent, balancing ripe fruit and florals (mostly neroli) in an invocation of a perfect spring day. I think the addition of basil, geranium, and violet leaf make the difference for me, elevating what might otherwise be a cloyingly "youthful" scent and contributing added depth and genuine outdoorsy freshness and life. The story behind this brand is a bit confusing. It's helmed by Stacey Bresnahan, who, I think, creates scents under the name Sassy AyR. The scents are also inspired by - or have inspired - a scented sci-fi book by Sassy AyR. I'm not sure how well the brand is served by its elaborate fancifulness, but the scents are solid.
