Emotion

It was my signature scent for more than two years, I used 3 big bottles. I guess I chose Emotion as a more grown-up sequel of Escada's Jardin de Soleil I had had before. They both are created by Sophie Labbe. And what's more, I liked the idea of its commercial. The scent is all about subtle femininity. A nice floral with a very light exotic touch. Wearing it you leave no trail but once smb gets into your personal space he tries instinctively to smell about, to get closer. The evolving depends on weather, sometimes it could sound a little bit synthetic and always goes unpleasantly sour on wool. Maybe, one day I will feel a kind of nostalgia, we spent so much time together, but now it feels like old clothes: better on your pictures than in your wardrobe.

This perfume has a very very strong sentimental value for me, I used up a 50ml bottle and still keep a few drops left in there just to have it. Again, its a great spring scent but it has a power of its own, something unique Id say even. I especially loved the sillage and also how it smelled on the clothes (obviously also on the skin) - mind blowing and so sexy. If I could find it in that original composition - Id totally buy it again. The stand out notes for me are certainly musk, lily of the valley, vetiver and may be a mango. Luckily not black current cause Im not a fan of it in perfumes. Love the name too, totally fits me :)

I love this lovely little perfume, it's so pretty and feminine, and the lily-of-the-valley is the gorgeous star of the show. She is the sweetest, freshest, loveliest flower! I love her, the darling. Always I can detect her in any perfume, and it's usually what makes a perfume special for me. I love her so much. And this perfume shows her off really well. It's a gorgeous perfume.

I love all Laura Biagiotti fragrances, the lady definitely knows what "feminine" means. Emotion fits daytime wear when you need something subtle but interesting to enhance your "daytime femininity". Beautiful floral fruity dry down with a nice spicy twist. It is not bold but neither unnoticed, easy to wear and yet sophisticated. Thumbs up Ms Biagiotti!

For my surprise, it has notes I absolutely hate; coconut, ylang-ylang and Iris. But it still smells amazing. Even after 20 years. Too bad I only have this one 30ml bottle with only half left 😅😅 I should have bought a backup. Love it❤️❤️❤️
