Vanille Eau de Parfum

the perfect simple vanilla frag !! i cannot get enough of this- it's sweet but not too sweet, and it has a rich, lactonic/creamy base thanks to sandalwood, musk and amber. the heliotrope adds a light floral, almost "fluffy" character to it- very similar to ABC by Marissa Zappas. i agree with the thought that the Vanille DNA is very similar to hypnotic poison- it definitely carries that gourmand nuttiness, but is a lot more delicate. i am very satisfied with the projection and longevity!! I got over 7 hrs which i think is great compared to some of the other straightforward vanillas that i've tried. i will for sure be getting my use out of this during the fall and winter, but i think this would be great year-round! for lovers of warm vanilla sugar who have been looking for a grown-up/classier version, this is all you!!

So stunning. It has a plastic smell to it that reminds me of playdoh, that sounds bizarre but I just love it. Its a very addictive vanilla, that odd plastic note is so complimentary to the vanilla and is intriguing. Its a very simple fragrance. Its super feminine, borders between young and old. Not great projection though. Lasts longer if its sprayed onto clothes, particularly knitted. (I know, i shouldn't spray wools, sue me). To give it a bit of a kick, I sometimes spray lightly a tobacco scent first like Tobacco D’feu. That smells like pure unlit cigars but lightly sprayed under Vanille, just seems to amplify it and project it out more without compromising the vanilla.

This is the newest perfume in my collection and has immediately become part of my top 5! It's just a simple, pure vanilla that is soft and feminine. It's not a juvenile sugar bomb, nor is it an over complicated obnoxious piece of art. It's just a simple, classy vanilla that is perfect for any occasion. It's such an easy wear and you would be hard pushed to find someone who hated it. It's such a snuggly fragrance and my 5 year old son adores it on me. I can be quite picky with sweet fragrances but this is perfect!

I'm shocked, this is beautiful! Seriously did not expect to enjoy this as much as I did. It's a true, smooth, pretty, everyday vanilla. It's not as deep as Ambre Vanille from this brand or other popular vanilla perfumes I've tried, but I like that even more about this, it's light yet so sweet. True vanilla scent. Doesn't feel like a cheap body mist vanilla too. Lasted 6 hours on my skin and clothes. Huge win from Laura Mercier

I have not tried the original eau de toilet to compare but this is absolutely gorgeous and the new bottle looks very cute. It is a sweet fluffy vanilla, to me smells a little like butter biscuits and orchid. It slightly reminds me of sol de janeiro 71 in the dry down. It sits quite close to the skin but the longevity is not so bad for the price at around 5hours.

This is probably the closest thing I have to a signature scent. I love this as it is sweet and light vanilla but in a more mature way. I find it is great in all seasons and layers well with anything (especially dedcool milk in the winter, taunt in the summer). It is the kind of scent that I can't help but smell my wrist when I'm wearing it!

THE BEST and smoothest vanilla I have ever tried. I am very picky about vanillas. I used to have the EDT Gourmand version but decided to give this a try; it smells like the gourmand one only even smoother, and better! It's the perfect soft vanilla and it just smells heavenly. I will repurchase as long as they make this.

Why even make it so weak? I am quite upset. Edit: It is absolutely gorgeous, though. The cleanest, daintiest, classiest vanilla, very princess, very demure.

This is a nice floral vanilla with a floaty musky slightly woody drydown. The "orchid" fantasy floral accord is really pretty. It's kind of like a very toned down version of Dior's Addict. It's relatively straightforward and linear, and nice for something like bedtime or an occasion where you want to give off the vibe of a nicely scented lotion vs. wearing a perfume. In fact the sprayer is pretty generous and I apply this as more of a body spray, though it lasts like an eau de toilette. I like this a lot but right now I'm looking for simple things. Others who want something a bit more luxe or complicated might want to look elsewhere.

Not sure if I quickly go nose blind to this but I can't smell it after 20 minutes. My family on the other hand say i leave a scent trail. It's a not-too-sweet vanilla which I prefer, it doesn't end up smelling juvenile. I don't detect too many facets to the smell during the day, it seems a little linear (maybe because of nose blindness?) I think I'll let this one sit for a while so the vanilla has time to develop in the bottle.

This perfume is in keeping with Laura Mercier’s makeup-less makeup look. To enhance one’s natural beauty rather than mask it. This dainty, feminine and beautiful vanilla perfume won’t overwhelm. It’s not too sweet, a bit powdery with moderate performance. This is an easy reach and not beast mode. Strangers won’t stop to ask you what you’re wearing. LOL. However, I’ve received several compliments from friends and family.

Basic. Beige. Boring. Not boozy, not musky, not floral. Plain vanilla. For the price it’s not interesting or long lasting enough. Better off getting warm vanilla sugar by BBW.

Like more elegant than philosophy’s warm cashmere fresh cream and at a way better price point. Long lasting cozy cocoon.

Very cozy, clean-skin vanilla scent that's inviting but also very overpriced. It is a rather delicate scent that doesn't project much, and I feel you need to spray it a lot of times to barely get satisfied, and for €96 for 50 ml, that is just disappointing. I like the scent; it's great for everyday use, but I think you can get better quality and longevity from other brands, especially since you can find vanilla perfumes everywhere.

I purchased this because I loved the Ambre Vanille perfume from the same brand but should have stopped with it this is pure sandalwood on me I cannot get any vanilla, I will be sticking this in a dark corner of my closet to macerate; hopefully then the vanilla notes will come through. Kinda disappointed wanted another nice vanilla scent😔

I was recommended online that it was a summer powdery vanilla scent, Unfortunately, after I splurged on it, it turns out it’s the most heavy fragrance in my collection. To me, it smells like hypotonic poison By Dior Maybe it’s the Amber and vanilla mix, But it’s straight up vanilla ( The heavy kind ) With just Amber, Barely powdery/Musky Not bad Quality for the price. Definitely a winter scent 😅 شفت توصية أونلاين إنه عطر فانيلا باودري صيفي، بس للأسف بعد ما شريته طلع أثقل عطر عندي! بالنسبة لي ريحته تشبه هيبنوتيك بويزن من ديور، يمكن لأنه فيه مزيج العنبر والفانيلا، بس صراحة هو فانيلا ثقيلة مرة مع شوية عنبر، وما فيه ذاك الإحساس الباودري أو المسكي. مو سيء بالنسبة لسعره، بس الاكيد انه عطر شتوي! 😅

I just got mine today after eyeing this product forever and must say i am quite diappointed. I was expecting a very refined lux smelling vanilla perfume but honestly is smells exactly like the Soap&Glory smoothie star body mist, which is much cheaper and kinda gives me a headache. If i had a chance to smell it before having to purchase the product to try it i probaly would not have bought it. That being said i am selling mine as i already have the dupe. Located in Denmark, pb for more info! :)

Such a lovely soft, clean girl vanilla! Reminds me of a sweet vanilla bubble bath which I love for when I’m not wearing a true gourmand which is 9 times out of 10 😅 doesn’t last super long on the skin and the silage is soft, just a skin scent to me! Blind buy success!

I was excited to come across a lone bottle of this at TJ Maxx for $24. Unfortunately, it wasn't my type of vanilla. It does have the musk and heliotrope in the notes, which feel too fluffy and almost nutty to my nose. I had to sell this one for the next vanilla lover!

It's okay. I get a slightly powdery vanilla with some floral notes. It's not different enough for me to keep it and it's a tiny bit too powdery.

Such an underrated perfume. To me this is a soft warm vanilla ,it gives a cosy vibe Not gourmand and not sweet Slightly floral I like it alot

This is literally Hypnotic poison but way softer and more delicate. more bearable, I prefer it from Hypnotic

linear, beautiful warm, vanilla. very cozy and good for colder months, and for layering. love love love.
