Chemise Blanche

I love this perfume so much. It smells exactly as the name suggests: like a white shirt. This embodies a woman in spring or summer in a fresh clean white linen suit, Mediterranean breeze in the air. Even though it is a common profile (musky, soapy, clean), it's extremely well done. Musk can come off as screechy to me, but not here, so smooth and almost lotion like (not lactonic though, me and lactonic scents don't get along). It's an expensive fragrance for this scent profile but I would repurchase if my bottle runs out (I do have the old version though, so I'd first want to test a new bottle). I find it indeed reminiscent of chanel no 5 l'eau or 1957 (more so l'eau, 1957 is much more soapy than chemise blanche). I generally love this scent profile so for me this is a stunner. I love to wear it also in winter, to give my nose a break/reset from the heavy gourmand/vanilla/amber scents. It's simply gorgeous.

Wow, what a heautiful scent. I have already Sensual Orchid from LM and I thought there is no better. Well, Chemise Blanche is amazing!! It is a little sweet-clean playful perfume, can't stop sniffing the air around me! :)

Freshly washed and pressed linen shirt, clean and musky with hints of powdery and soapy florals. Perfect for summer days. Lasts all day on my clothes, though it sits right around arms' length.

Chemise Blanche, a name not stolen, is a fragrance that is very suitable for office. It starts with a very fresh citrus-like sent (bergamot)and dries down to a soapy musky/amber soft scent, very close to the skin. The whole day I can smell it on my skin but only if I stick my wrist wright under my nose. It's a not offensive nice scent.

This smells like an expensive, clean body lotion but not for this price. I would rather go for something else if I want this scent profile

Il nulla in bottiglia. Sulla mia pelle inizia con qualche nota fresca e agrumata, dà qualche accenno di iris ma poi finisce tutto lì, e resta un vago sentore di colonia, fresco e pulito, ma senza grande significato o originalità. Dopo un paio di ore scompare completamente.

Promising opening. Very abstract with a massive dose of what to me smell like aldehydes and fizzy citruses. It dries down to an unbearably soapy / laundry detergent mess. MEH. 5/10

If no 5 Eau premiere had an extrait with more musk,softer tones and less sweet florals.More sensual and starchy. If you liked one, you’ll like the other. If you also like l’eau, you’ll love this. This makes me feel like I’m trailing through a room with, silk hung from the ceiling, in a maze like pattern. Black silk and clean hair smell(not shampoo smell),powdery, white flower petals mashed into lemon peels, bubbly aldehydes and steam. So sexy

Very fresh and has good projection. It reminds me of Italian ladies at their summer homes wearing all white linen and having perfectly coiffed blow outs. Smells effortless and expensive. Reminiscent of all the “muschio Bianco” body wash scents in Italy. I love it
