Arabia Inter Rouge

So similar to L’Interdit Rouge, almost an exact dupe IMO. I actually like it better - there is a lovely soft musky vanilla present all the way through but gets pronounced as time goes on, making the drydown much nicer than the drydown of L’Interdit Rouge. It’s pretty strong with decent sillage and lasts hours. I got 100ml for about £24 on Ebay a while ago , blind buy as a result of a recommendation on the page for L’I Rouge. Bargain.

Wow I'm amazed at how close this is to L'Interdit Eau de Parfum by Givenchy. That's what my nose smells, smell is subjective so it's good to know the range. Despite what the reviewer said above me. This is only slightly less woody, I wished I smelled the blood orange more. I do get some ginger, and the blood orange vaguely reminds me of the Original scandal by JPG. Very clean and expensive smelling! I removed the cap to the bottle, looks much better without it.

@mrfraguk Sadly the Le Chameau imperial 50/50 notes on the website are wrong, i bought it and it smells nothing like these notes, in fact i believe it smells exactly like the og emper 50/50 .These are the notes for the OG 50/50; Top notes are Citruses and Bergamot; middle notes are Sea Notes and Watery Notes; base notes are Patchouli and Spicy Notes. Very masculine leaning Invictus dupe. I will try this one and comeback for a review.

Emper have created an additional clone of the L'Interdit Rouge fragrance under their Le Chameau line. It has the exact same notes, but the bottle design appears to be more unisex/masculine focused? It's called IMPERIAL 50/50. If you can't get hold of Arabia Inter Rouge, just look for Imperial 50/50.

Almost identical to L'Interdit Rouge (not L'Interdit EDP like someone wrote below). It is very gourmand, sweet and spicy and not "clean" at all. Not similar to Scandal either. I tested it on paper 2 days ago, it's still there. I will have to try it on my skin next time I visit the Emper counter.
