Bursting Life wasn’t what everyone describes it to be – a soft, warm, gentle scent. At the start, it smells like freshly ironed baby clothes. The “iron” note is very realistic, though I actually didn’t notice it the first time. It took me a few tests to really catch that nuance. Unfortunately, the “iron” fades after about 30 minutes and gives way to a sharp smell reminiscent of wet baby wipes. That’s where the fragrance disappointed me. After a while it calms down and becomes softer – at times it even reminds me a little of Shalimar Souffle. At first I didn’t like the fragrance, but I kept testing it and gradually it started to grow on me. It’s not an absolute favorite, but it is nice, interesting, and definitely different.
