Reminds me of hospitals or dentist rooms and old grandmothers. Smells very clean and sanitary, almost like cleaning supplies at first, but later it tones it down to a woody smell. You can definitely smell the rose, but smells very old lady-like and soapy. You have to spray it liberally, lasts a long time on clothes.

Rose Oud by Les Senteurs Gourmandes is very nice spicy-floral scent. The oud note is more prominent at first 30-40 minutes, but later the rose note is becoming the real king of the composition. The interesting thing is that there is some spicy character - saffron is not listed here, but I think there is saffron in Rose Oud. This lovely spice makes the whole composition a lot easier to like, because it keeps it kind of fresh and alive. The rose note is not thick or too creamy, in fact it's rather sparkling and green, but I think it's more feminine than masculine. Verdict - Rose Oud is kind of fresh and happy spicy-floral type of the famous rose-oud combo, so I can give it a positive mark :))
