Scent of Liu Jo

My favourite scent! I've smelled the EDP, but I prefer this one since it is less sweet (even though I love sweet scents) and more suitable as an everyday fragrance. Even though it's an EDT, it lasts up to a whole day. I've gotten a lot of compliments while wearing it as well! The fragrance is perfect for all ages (although maybe not for the very young crowd) and is simply perfect in my eyes.

I sense it as light and fresh, everyday type of scent. I wouldn't say it's very sweet, maybe just a little bit. I think of lemon and jasmine when I smell it, but there's also a hint of lily of the valley, fig and violet leaf. Freshness with some spices. A nice thing, but not a must-have.

EDT is a lot lighter and better than very sweet EDP. I can smell nice citrus & floral bouquet on creamy base. It's truly nice. Quite sweet though so better for cold season. No amber in notes! It's vanilla, according to Liu Jo brand sales official page.

Goth and Wave had their heyday in the 80s - that's what this scent reminds me of. It's dark, with a fruity afterthought. Back in the 80s I would have loved this... today I'm not so sure.

lots of whiffs all day long. Even the dry down which is better, gets me many generous whiffs. Simple and uncomplicated.

Hi. This is not a review but a kind request to other people who had the chance to smell this perfume. I found a good web offer on this perfume but I am a little bit anxious/worried about the cardamom and the fig. Does it have any peppery finish/result or in general terms it is a balanced floralfruity and maybe fresh? fragrance? What about its duration? I would appreciate any opinions. Liu Jo is an Italian fashion company created for the younger crowd but still very classy. I have the EDP which I find exquisite but too heavy for summer so the other day I had the chance to try this EDT and I am really impressed with it it is fresh and sweet with fig and vanilla and a bit floral from the violet great sillage and moderate longevity.All in all a very good summer scent it leaves a lovely classy trail

The opening of this is incredibly generic to me. Not offensive, but I literally rolled my eyes in boredom at it — it’s that predictable. But the drydown is very nice. The fig is pretty, not aggressive. A neutered version of Womanity. Unfortunately, I don’t get any cardamom, at all. Over all very pretty, and well blended, but not particularly interesting.

"A few drops of the new fragrance will be sufficient that a woman wins over the man of her dreams forever." A man applying a bit of sensual intensity onto him could spark the attention of a woman, who is strong enough not to be scared by it, just as much.

Yummy fig and lemon. Deliciously fresh and a sweet. Nice! close to the skin but pretty good longevity. Get sweeter in the dry down.

Sweet and green; not unpleasant, but very boring. Smells like a cheapie, I would've probably loved this as a teenager.

IMO, the design is more JLO than Liu JO !
