Brésil

I was in love with this perfume since I get to know the brand. Always flirting with buying it. When I finally bought it, I couldn't stop using it daily, great for signature perfume, but sometimes a little overwhelming- not bad, just complex-. Love the green notes, the spice and pink pepper and soft earthy tones. Get me a lot of compliments, even after hours using it. It's unisex but definitely female leaning, great for hot days, work places, study and casual days. Loccitane knew what they where doing when they branded themselves with this fragrance. As a Brazilian I have a special place for this fragrance in my collection.

I find this perfume very complex, there ́s something about the combination of greenness and sweetness that comes across as fruity. The coconut is rare, i dont get to feel it always, but it does smooth things out after the sharpness of the opening. I guess the drydown is okay, it gets you compliments, but i dont enjoy it personally. Coffee to me is non existent here, the rose is subtle, but layering with a rose perfume (such as one from L'occitane) really works.

This is such a classy perfume, is fresh and woody in the right amount. It's very unissex, but who is more used to sweet perfumes can perceive it as more masculine leaning. I wish it wasn't so hard to find outside Brazil. Edit: I'm just here to appeal to L'occitane au Brésil to please come to Portugal 🥹

When I first smelled this I was surprised there wasn't a fruit note to it. When I came to fragrantica I was happy to notice I wasn't the only one that had the same feeling. It is a very interesting scent - it feels very green and woody, but in a humid way. Like the scent of a terrarium that you managed to somehow grow a small fruit bonsai. What is surprising to me is that the mix of green, woody, musk and citrus actually reminded me of some very sweet fruit. Perhaps a guava? It feels very sweet, juicy and somehow tart and green. I came to write a review because walking through Zara the other day I found Brulante Violette which felt very similar to me, although that one has the Iris and feels more delicate and elegant. Brésil is somewhat intense, and that unexpected sweetness makes it a bit hard to wear on the hottest of days. Still, I enjoy it as a casual perfume for a rainy summer day, or for running errands. It has a very long duration and good sillage and projection for the concentration (eau de cologne or eau de toilette, Im not quite sure) especially being such a green scent. Im sure its woody facets help a lot.

Smells like I'm a guest in this super exquisite mansion and have to use their restroom. An elegant, sharp fragrance, but Not comfortable for me. This has a sharp green scent, with woody background

I have been wearing this since March 2023 and has become my signature scent! I will buy this until the day I die. Luckily, my husband is Brazilian and we go back often. I have a huge dent in this fragrance already. I love me my niche perfumes but damn, nothing makes me as happy as this fragrance. The woody dry down is to die for. It is perfection.

wow the notes sound very promising for a Brazil inspired fragrance; i hope the coffee, coconut, green notes and vanilla woods are prominent if so it's on my want list!

Não durou nem 30 minutos na pele. Cheiro cítrico amadeirado, gostoso, mas não dura nadinha!
