Terre de Lumiere Sparkling Edition In Oil

Absolutely beautiful and divine. Like warm luxurious cashmere on a cold autumn night. It’s gentle, being in oil helps soften it and make it more intimate. I am absolutely besotted with this right now. It’s got so much depth and the notes all work together really well. I will edit this after more wear but let me tell you... I am already contemplating buying more to stock up on as L’Occitane discontinue products and it’s hard finding perfumes in oil. IF they smell this good I’d rather they all be in oil. I finding the alcohol perfumes distorted and too heady for me. TO counter that and soften in future I will purchase L’Occitane’s almond supple skin oil and use that in conjunction with the almond bath oil which I have but not yet used as almond goes superbly with these warm, luxury gourmand scents. I really feel good in this. It’s simply beautiful. Edit: I know Loccitane have already discontinued this but I’m surprised this hasn’t got anymore reviews as it is sooo beautiful. I have bought terre de lumiere months ago sealed. I haven’t unsealed it as not sure about the honey note. I don’t know if it can beat this too. This is so luxurious, soft and warm. Loccitane made a real special fragrance here what a shame they have discontinued this. It would be amazing if they could release this very Christmas.

Such a beautiful perfume! It’s sweet but not sickly, warm but not heady, very sexy. It sparkles with the citrus opening which calms to a floral, warm, edible heart which is beautifully sensual. The oil definitely helps the balance of the perfume and the blend is spot on. I completely agree with the other review, this is a special find and is to be cherished.
