Esencia Loewe Sport

I got it at a Loewe's clearance event for dirt cheap. Im into fresh/ somewhat citrus fragrances and to my surprise is excellent and very very long lasting in my skin, gives me a good 6-8 hours performance and my wife loves it. Unfortunately I can't find it anywhere and I need a back up bottle itd just that amazing.

Interesting one. It starts with a citrus blast which in combination with other notes smells like grapefruit. This hard opening reminds me of 'Le Roy Soleil Homme' by Salvador Dali (actually the notes are very similar - both share bergamot, geranium heart, and amber in the base). Quite soon after, the heart develops as intended with spicy pepper up close, and geranium from more of a distance. The pepper reminds me of Bentley Infinite - it's a dark and genuinely spicy pepper. * Of note, this is very well designed for Sports - when you exercise, the heart notes really project with the heat. The black pepper is perfect for this. Amber warms and sweetens the concoction subtly from below. Something from the DNA of the original remains - I suspect there are unlisted notes because I get an impression of pine needles just as with Esencia PH. This is an absolutely masculine fragrance - slightly harsher than the original but still elegant. Smells serious and organised, and hard for the duration - if you don't want to be messed with, this is a good fragrance to pick. Not your usual tat for a sport flanker. This genuinely smells like masculine competitiveness.

After the initial ambroxan explosion it calms down and looks like similar to Benetton United Dreams Men Aim High Yohji Yamamoto Yohji Yamamoto His Love Story Dilis Parfum Atlantica Odyssey only more citrusy, it feels quite generic but pleasant. I've smelled this million times before. Nice for warm weather daytime.

I was skeptical that there could be a true sport flanker for such an earthy, pine-tar-redolent patchouli bomb like Esencia, but it's quite true - the patchouli heart of Esencia is somehow represented by some of the accords in this blend. I imagine it's the combination of the pepper and musk, with a botanical assist from the geranium. The result is a very effective "sport" scent - by which I mean this suits active use or casual use in warm weather. After it's strong citrus-pepper-patch-like opening it becomes a dry floral that maintains some light sweetness from the amber that will increase in projection with either body temp, atmospheric temp, or both.

Es una versión "fresca" de "Esencia Loewe". La verdad sea dicha, NO está nada mal. Recomendable en verano para seguidores de esta fragancia, entre los que me encuentro. It ́s a "fresh" versión of the original "Esencia Loewe". Truth to be said, It ́s a good eau de toilette. Recommended in summer time if you ́re a follower of the original scent.

This is practically a watered down Esencia, but in a good way. So the sport name makes sense. Pepper and verbana is the highlight of this fragrance and gives the entire thing a Green Irish Tweed vibe. A great one for the heat. As always, Loewe delivers excellent quality.

Refined and masculine with good staying power. There is enough mandarin and pepper in the heart and amber and musk in the drydown to convince you that your purchase has been worth every penny. The bottle and golden cap are classy and elegant too... Thumbs up!

Just don't understand why is this fragrance isn't blowing up, it's super sexy, fresh and very mature. If you're looking to for something different I suggest exploring this one and lewes Solo this are my favorite for day or night
