شروع عطر یک حس کثیف حیوانی بسیار ضعیف هست که رایحه درخت سدر به همراه بوی گیاهی لاوندر اون رو همراهی می کنند. لاوندر حالتی تند گون داره در اینجا . این لحظه رو میتونم فضایی آشنا با تام فورد اکستریم رو احساس کنم . البته خیلی زود از این فضا دور میشید و شاید چند دقیقه ای بتونید این فضا رو تجربه کنید اگر لالیک شیر رو تست کرده باشید تو اون عطر یه بوی چوبی مشخص وجود داره که کار چوب سدر هست تو این عطر هم میتونید همچون بویی رو احساس کنید اما متفاوت تر دلیل اینکه اسم عطر ها رو میارم اینکه شما رو حداقل با فضای هر لحظه عطر آشنا کنم از قلب عطر یه بوی بسیار ضعیف رو میتونید احساس کنید که نشون میده این عطراز پدرش چیزهایی رو به ارث برده هر چه قدر رو پوستتون بشینه این حس که عطر داره شبیه نسخه پلاتینیوم میشه برای شما محسوس تر میشه بعد از حدودا 5 دقیقه کم کم عطر سبک تر میشه و از پس بوی چوب سدر ، لاوندر حالت تندی خودش رو بیشتر نمایش میده بازم یادآوری میکنم تندی عطر که با چوب سدر ترکیب شده قوی نیست که بخواد شامه شما رو اذیت کنه ولی بعد از حدود 10 دقیقه یه بوی مرکباتی ملس از پس ترکیبات عطر خودشو نشان خواهد داد که کار رو جالبتر میکنه ویه رایحه چوبی میوه ای رو تحویل شما میده بعد از این هر چقدر عطر رو به حلو میره ، به نسخه پلاتینیوم شبیه تر میشه و حالت چوبی و گیاهی تندگونش رو از دست میده ولی تا آخرش اون حس چوبی رو حس خواهید کرد گرچه ضعیف اما خوبه کار قابل توجه چوبی و میوه ای محسوب میشه که شباهت بسیاری با عطر قبلی پلاتینویم داره ولی تو این عطر اصلا اون حس گلی تمیز رو حس نکردم پخش بو متوسط ماندگاری بالا مناسب هر مکانی میتونه باشه بهترین زمان برای استفاده پائیز هست بعدش بهار

My first reaction was "Oh, it's just a generic mens fragra... WHOA" This is a slightly unique take on the broad musk/wood/citrus dna you tend to see in 2010's men's perfumery (which basically all mainstream fragrances of that era fall in. Think fresh mens fragrance sauvage edt, versace pour homme...) but it's got that Loewe thing to it. No idea how to describe it. All their stuff that I tried (7, 7 cobalt, solo vulcan) have it. I'd say it's some sort of nutmeg-ish funk that sets it apart. solo vulcan is almost unvearable because of it imo. I really like this one though, it's minimal, familiar and pleasant yet extremely complex. It made me addicted to smelling my arm. It does last a good amount of time and it projects just enough for a freshie. If you are into unique fashion but don't really push boundaries (aka tend to keep your fit socially acceptable), you will probably like this. This frag gets compared to TDH a lot, they go in the same direction but they do not smell that similar. But this is just so much better in my opinion. More basic yet more unique at the same time... weird. TLDR: A generic freshie on first smell that turns incredibly complex while staying pleasant and likable. Inoffensive yet not for everyone. Better than Terre de Hermes, though they are not that similar

During a recent holiday in Spain, I stumbled upon Solo Cedro by Loewe rather by chance (BTW, I just realized at that time that this is a Spanish brand heheheh). I had several Loewe fragrances on my wishlist, and while visiting a local perfumery, I took the opportunity to sample all the options available (not the whole line, it has to be said). Out of the entire selection, Solo Cedro stood out to me the most, even if I was looking for 7 Cobalt or Paula’s Ibiza... Perhaps this isn’t entirely surprising — my long-time signature scent is TDH EDT, so I naturally gravitate towards compositions that blend woods and citrus. It’s not a groundbreaking perfume, nor does it aim to reinvent the genre. One could say it follows a well-trodden path, but it does so with refinement and confidence. The scent is undeniably pleasant, and the perceived quality is excellent. Another good point is the price: I paid approximately €50 for the 50 ml bottle, which is quite reasonable given the quality. I also appreciate the minimalist design of the bottle — simple and elegant.

The fragrance is simply brilliant. The price tag isn’t exactly welcoming, but I suppose it’s justified by the quality of the contents. A spicy, woody and citrusy wonder, though a bit on the heavier side, so it might be a little “too much” in really hot weather. Very good sillage and longevity, it’s not exactly a room filler but it does leave a scent trail. I got a tester of this by sheer luck, call it fate, and it's now one of my favourites. @Richard79 I mean this in the nicest way possible, it’s probably you. Maybe try taking a shower and brushing your teeth, the smell of faeces may just go away. Fragrance is a finishing touch, not a substitute for soap and water.

This smells almost identical to the first Solo but with some more woods and man does this smell pleasant! It's very woodsy but you still get that Solo backbone which is nicely done. This is slightly sweeter too which I didn't expect before trying this but it's a very good sweet tone. It's like a sweet wood! This is definitely worth it if you're just sitting on fence and not sure if you want to get it or not. I thought it would be a little redundant but it's not in any way. It's like golden honey and cedar mixed with Solo. I like this quite a bit! It's definitely a good all around fragrance for any guy ages 20 and over. I give this a 9.4/10

The best of the Solo line! There is the similar DNA but gone are the fruity, cloying, strange note experiments of some of the others. This is a beautifully constructed woody/spicy scent with the soul of a gentleman. Just modern enough so that most anyone could easily wear it, yet a world apart from the industro-generics so often peddled these days. For reference, perhaps similar in feel to Guerlain Ideal EDT, a bit more spice and less tonka. Performs moderately, as a genteel scent ought to, and thus might be “ideal” for office or date. Good stuff from Loewe.

Impulse buy and I am not regretting it! I wore this to the office and all I got was compliments! Here are some of the compliments I got from my colleagues: - ‘Your aftershave smells so pleasant!’ - ‘Your perfume smells divine, it’s not too strong, not too weak’ - ‘Oh your perfume is very uplifting!’ - ‘Whatever it is you’re wearing, it makes you look so regal!’ I love this. The notes are perfectly blended. The sillage is outstanding. The longevity is to die for!

Good designer casual fragrance, it does a bit everything if you want something casual and elegant for an everyday wearing and it's not generic. Hard to dislike. Very close to the original Solo but without that soapy-aldehydic tone, and with an added note of creamy cedar. It performs a bit less though. It's really good for spring summer and fall, a bit flat for winter I think it would go unnoticed in a too cold environment.

This is such a beautiful fragrance! Performs great and has the perfect sillage for casual wear. It is a really elegant fragrance I must say. The mandarin, cedar combo shines through. The pink pepper in the opening is also really nice and the lavender makes it smooth and elegant. Really would recommend this! Definitely worth every penny! This perfume is also pretty unique so you don't smell like everyone else ;)

Fabulous composition. The notes go very well together. I adore the freshness with sweet heart. Lavender adds flowery gentleness, nutmeg is earthy and spicy. Still the cedar is main note: woody, soft and seductive. Perfect for confident man who wears elegance as casual. Sillage moderate, longevity almost all day! ((Not too masculine for occasional spritz when the girl just wants to feel stronger. ;-))

I need help from the community. Please remind me what is the inspiration, I smelled this in the 2000’s ... and I want a long lasting version. This is signature worthy. It kinda reminds me of rituals ritual of mehr or happy buddha. Super cool and simple composition. There is a minty quality in the drydown, nice clean cedarwood accord. 4-5 hrs longevity max. on my skin. Medium projection.

WTF is this outdated picture here??? The New Solo CEDRO has the new elongated flacon, and not this old abomination!!! What a farce this website is! Other than that, I love the new version in the new (long) bottle! Just not sure if the ingredients are reliable on here if the they can't even make the picture to match!

Insanely underrated, the blend is top notch with great components. Starts off with a lovely mandarin peel kind of smell and developers really nicely into the woods that gives it a dry sophisticated kind of feel. Similar to Terre d'Hermes but more unique, perfect for a daily signature scent.

Ive tried this, its woody/spicy with a touch of lavender, quite soft but long lasting. has a familiar scent but cant put my mind to what it reminds me of Id give it a 5/5 for scent 5/5 for longevity 3/5 for projection only real downside is the price, £57 for 50ml id recommend it though :)

I got a sample of this and..........Yes I like it very much. Woody, spicy and lasts a good long time. My wife loved it on me too so it`s a winner in my book. It`s the first Loewe I`ve tried and it has made me want to try others. Try it, you won`t be disappointed.

The fragrance is my signature. It's fresh with w woody dry down. Lasts forever! I can spray this on a morning and then still smell it on my clothes when I'm doing the laundry. You can get this online now for around £50 (100ml) at this price, it's a steal!

it starts with cedar and musk,the cedar is quite natural and intensive but the musk gives it an animalic feeling,after a while it becomes a bit soapy(lavender) spicy and very little sweet. p.s. woody note also smells like sandalwood in this one !

Signature fragrance material. Solid performance, godlike opening, dry down is not as good as the opening but it is still good. Good that it is underlooked, hopefully it stays that way.

I was quite looking forward to this, unfortunately Cedro just fell short for me. The opening does have a pronounced woody musk but as soon as that's gone, and we are talking a matter of minutes here, it dries down to a very similar accord of the solo line. It's that resinous balmy smell which is quite artificial and reminds me of bandages, quite an odd medicinal smell with hints of fresh lavender on the top. Sounds awful from the description but I actually like it a lot, and own Solo Platinum which is just 'that' throughout without trying to be woody or anything that it's not. I guess over all this is slightly lighter and fresher than Platinum but too much like the original to be that noteworthy. I just deem it a pointless flanker, shame really because the wood grain on the bottle cap looks great. Longevity is similar to platinum pretty good and clings well to clothes (not like that's saying much.)

(cedar)wood accord is secure & masculine ------------------------------------------------------------ یه کار خوب، شیک چوبی( سدری) و گرفته که نت ها در اون، تو چارچوب تعریف شده یی تا اخر عمر عطر میمونن و خیلی بال بال نمیزنن که حس نشاط و فرش و تیزی رو تو طول کار به رخ بکشن و این یه جورایی برای من حس جذابی رو ایجاد میکنه جوری که واقعا نمیتونم به سادگی از کنارش رد شم بی آنکه لذت بالایی ازش نبرم.. فضای کلی کار تلخ و در ابتدا کمی تند هست اما خیلی زود لاوندر، تندی روایح مرکباتی رو ملایم میکنه یه کوچولو از تلخی رو کم و خیلی اروم تو بطن کار یه شیرینی خیلی خیلی ملایم میده بیرون و روایح چوبی این گفتمان رو اداره میکنه.. در کل اما این کار یه تلخی شیک و گرفته و باکلاسی رو داره با ماندگاری خیلی خوب (تقریبا 10 ساعت) و پخش تقریبا خوب و مناسب که در نهایت از کارهایی مردانه و جدی و دوست داشتنی برای من هست

A very mature, masculine, sophisticated woody spicy fragrance, the mandarin is more sweet that citrusy, still this is beautifully blended. Decent price. Average performance. What I like about this one is the quality and how niche the scent profile feels for a designer house. You can wear this at work or during more formal events during the day, but it can be your daily if your looks are elevated, like business casual, to me it is signature smell worthy in that case. I blind bought this and I don't regret this at all. But I think it is not for everyone, so if you can, please get a sample. On a side note, the bottle does not look like that anymore, it is a long colored glass and has a wood cap. Hopefully the juice is the same.

Solo Loewe Cedro is a woody, aromatic and spicy fragrance. The opening is very similar to that of the classic Solo Loewe, with that smell of tangerine and spices, in fact during much of the development of the fragrance they smell similar with the difference that this version is more woody due to the note of cedar and also a little less sweet. It is a good fragrance, for those who already know and like the Loewe Solo line it is a recommended fragrance, because the smell is pleasant, masculine and elegant. Its longevity on skin with me was 8 hours. with a regular aromatic sillage.

This is a pleasant fresh, spicy, woody/citrusy manly scent for mild warm weather, day and night. Dominant notes are strong cedar (beautiful cedar note), strong mandarin, intensive pink pepper, noticeable lavender l, musk, mild nutmeg. Beautiful scent with great versatility. At the late drydown feels classic masculine scent, slightly soapy. It's not new or unique but manly scents are a rarity nowadays.

This is a fresh, warm-weather woody fragrance. At the beginning the pepper is pleasant and gives space quickly to lavender, while all throughout the mandarin and cedar combo persists, evolving in the way the duo present some itself but always there. Probably my favourite from the brand, something I would reach for if I wanted to wear cedar and amber during the summer. Unisex in my opinion.

The bottle is beautiful and solid. I hate to say all i think it's a bit of a 1million dupe, it's more refined, but two different people commented how unusual it was for me to be wearing PR1m. Longevity I thought was fairly poor too, got about 3 hours, and then it had gone. Definitely get a sample before blind buying, I was disappointed.

Very nice. Soft, woody and a bit smokey. Not overly sweet. I imagine a gentleman wearing it. He is confident and the protector type. The kind of guy women feel safe with. A good scent for cuddling. Really sensual.

It reminds me of Versace Man Eau Fraiche. Not sure how close they are as I haven't sniffed that one in a long time. This one is woodier I think, while the Versace is fresher.

To me, this feels quite similar to the original Solo. The construction is solid, timeless, and unmistakably masculine, with a level of versatility that was very much appreciated in its era. In today’s perfumery landscape, it doesn’t really align with current trends or the direction the industry has taken, but it still serves as a reference point for how fragrances like this were worn and enjoyed in the early 2000s. Scents in this style put me in the same mindset I had when wearing fragrances like Polo Black or those from the older Polo era. There’s a strong sense of nostalgia there. That said, this version introduces a spiciness that I just can't enjoy — a nuance that adds complexity, but also changes the overall experience for me. Ultimately, this one doesn’t quite resonate with my personal taste. I think that comes down to a specific “cooking-spice” character that I also notice in the original Solo — likely tied to notes like the anise + caraway from the og. While I can appreciate their role in the composition, they detract from the enjoyment I’m looking for when wearing a Solo-style fragrance, especially in the situations where I’d typically reach for this profile. I still prefer the original over the Cedro flanker, but I do think there’s value in experiencing both. In fact, trying Solo and its flankers feels almost like a rite of passage for anyone deeply interested in fragrances — a way to understand a certain era, style, and approach to masculine perfumery. To me, and from memory, Solo was quite a standout in its time.

the initial spray is to die for, i tend to only wear unisex or female-leaning fragrances, but the way this starts out as spicy, woody, smokey, but still fresh. yummmmmm. unfortunately it settles in with an artificial musky smell that just makes me sneeze. so close!

Quite good, because it’s bitter. It reminds me of something drugstore, but it speaks for itself with quality and darkness.

"Solo" in Spanish means "alone" or "only", and the latter seems to be the right fit in the name of Solo Cedro. Despite clearly hinting at a cedar-first fragrance, I found Solo Cedro a pointless-first concoction which we've smelt plenty of times by now. It opens in the most basic, typical men's blue fragrance with heavy emphasis on the synthetic part, of course. Some juicy mandarin manages to push through first, along with petitgrain support that makes things vibrant and citrusy with a gentle bitterness on the side. Progressively, herbaceous and aromatic qualities introduce themselves - lavender, hay-ish and dry maté, spiciness derived from warm nutmeg and rosy pink pepper... It's not outstanding in any way. There's some sweetness that holds hands with the herbaceous attribute, hinting at basil, but it never quite convinces me of it and the sweetness is ultimately covered by the amberwood. As for the cedar itself, what do you expect? It's just very dry (in both senses of the word), airy, and incredibly stale woodiness built on an already lackluster synthetic structure. Seriously, it's anything but a new concept. It's no wonder performance didn't impress either. Longevity managed about 8 hours on my skin (in fairly good testing conditions, that is), while projection was there only for the first 2 hours, with the usual intensive first half an hour that these profiles offer. After that, mellow pushing power up until it turns into a skin scent, 2-3 hours in. But you know very well by now that if there's something that these extremely mass-appealing fragrances benefit from, it's ease of wear. Sports, daily driver, just putting something on to simply smell "nice"; it's basically what it is made for, which is another reason why I simply don't gravitate towards it. Playing it safe for extra versatility, but in exchange loosing any bit of character or distinctiveness is on the other side of the spectrum of my fragrance philosophy. I don't generally keep reviews this short, but there's really not much I could elaborate on regarding Solo Cedro, the same way the fragrance itself doesn't elaborate on its scent profile. It's "solo" boring and pointless; not worth your time since there's so many other similar interpretations of this DNA out there. It's not the worst take for sure, but it's another entry on a severely overused DNA. And even though it's far from the most expensive either (circling $70-$100), it's still hard to recommend. That's how pointless it is. Presentation: 6.5/10 Scent: 3.5/10 Longevity: 7/10 Projection: 4/10 Versatility: 9.5/10 Value for Money: 3/10 Overall: 5.5/10

If this would have had smoke or incense, if would have been a nice elegant offering. But as it stands, it feels too generic, boring and a bit too sweet. Maybe even some leather could have saved this one. The late dry down is very nice and woody, but I dislike having to wait 3 hours for a fragrance to blossom.

Smells like varnished wood. Don't blind buy.

Reminds me of 4711 Eau de cologne

For my senses this is another Iso E Super bomb like TDH and Encre Noir, but in this case cedar is obviously the ever present main player. Opens up with a blast of citruses and a bit of lavender, giving a refreshing fruity top with a woody background. After a few minutes the citruses come back a bit and enters a somehow incensy-astringent (but not smokey) chord that pars up with the cedar note. Although benzoin and nutmeg are listed I don't get any of those. This cedar and the aromatic-incensy chord combo remains through the entire drydown, which gave the scent a life of 4 hours approx. Synthetic and quite linear, definitely not worth the price. For a cedar-aromatic-peppery and clean fragance I'd recommend L'Occitane Eau de Cade way over this one. --------------------------------------------------- Para mis sentidos esta es otra bomba de Iso E Super como TDH y Encre Noir, pero en este caso el cedro es obviamente, el siempre presente actor principal. Abre con una descarga de cítricos y un poco de lavanda, dando una entrada frutal refrescante con un fondo amaderado. Después de unos minutos los cítricos se retraen un poco y entra un acorde compuesto de alguna manera por incienso y cierta nota astringente (pero no ahumado) que se equipara con la nota de cedro. Aunque el benjuí y la nuez moscada se enumeran no capto ninguno de los dos. Este combo entre el cedro y el acorde de incienso aromático persiste a través de todas las etapas, dando al aroma una duración de 4 horas aprox. Sintético y bastante lineal, sin duda no vale la pena el precio. Para una fragancia basada en cedro, aromático, picante y limpio preferiría recomendar a L'Occitane Eau de Cade muy por sobre éste.

I think that this fragrance is honorable but by the minimum. Indeed, the note of cedar is very nice and well built, development and drying is not too bad. What I did not like and is very common in many of the latest fragrances by Loewe, especially more pronounced in the sport versions and also feels something similar in other brands such as Dior, Chanel, Armani, is that according to citrus dyes, fresh, clean and almost terpene character is very bold, I feel very synthetic and accompanying fragrance throughout its development, tiring and almost hate me so repetitive and boring, not because it is wrong. In addition, the starting price of these fragrances, I think they are too expensive for the quality they offer and quality niche at all. I feel tipical designer fragance. Rating: 4

This is a great fragance. My husband used to wear it because I gifted it to him and if it wasn't because we have two children together I would make another one ;). This is a very masculine fragance and it lasts all day. I love to smell it in the morning on him and when he leaves for work it leaves the scent in the air and I absolutely love it. Very long lasting despite being an EDT and it is a gem that needs to be appreciated more. The bottle is simple but it has a wood -probably cedar- engraved with pyrography at the bottom where it says that it is made in Spain (I love Spanish perfumery, so underrated) All I can smell is cedar and nutmeg, and the initial citrusy blast!

The long bottles with the wooden caps are the recent bottles Loewe is using. And that is a shame because the original design of Cedro when it was released, is the same as Solo Loewe and Solo Loewe Platinum. A square bottle with black Aluminium cap and a label sign. In the case of Cedro in wood like above picture. I just hope only the bottle has changed, not the juice. I have only a sample and it is very nice fresh Summer fragrance. I only wish I had bought a full bottle instead of Solo Platinum. That one is a weak shadow of Solo Loewe. It is now on my list for coming Spring/Summer.

Lavanda & Cedro combinados a la perfección. Al menos en mi, eso es lo que perdura por HORAS, solo con dos sprays. El perfume es denso a mi parecer, es cierto lo que dice un comentario abajo, es muy fresco, pero de manera seca. La calidad se siente increíble, muy natural, muy bien logrado, no creo sea genérico pero sí entra en una categoría "masculina" tradicional. Es un gran perfume, gran duración, calidad increíble y precio súper accesible. Definitivamente en mucho calor sería difícil de aplicar, tal vez solo con una aplicación de spray. 10/10

Amazing scent. My favourite amongst the Solo line. The whole line is unique and it’s a “secret” weapon in my scent armoury! The perfumers are nothing less than craftsmen/women and rock stars. A refreshing and sophisticated fragrance in the surrounding sea of scent mediocrity. 2021 Update. What on Earth have they done to the bottle? It’s now horrible. I hope the formulation has remained the same!

It is, at last, widely available in Spain. I already tested it and I found it very similar to the original Solo, maybe too much. I expected something very different, much more woody... I cannot find the sense of this scent. I still prefer Platinum or Absoluto better than this one. However, great projection and longevity. 6,5/10

So nice. Fresh in a dry way. The cedar wood really is the star of the show, but the other elements keeps it fresh, wearable and elegant. Perfect for everyday wear. I’m going to wear this in the spring the most, might be too deep for the real high heat - but perfect for the transitional seasons. New staple in my collection
