Lomani Essential

This has 10 of the same ingredients as Mugler A*Men, Pure Cuir, & Bracelet de Force & other unique ingredients as licorice also of a similar vein to Mugler B*Men & A*Men Pure Tonka. There are only so many with licorice, which has an amazing aroma from tea, if you've tried that, you know that's what your reminded of, others with it are Lolita Lempicka au Masculin & Dior Fahrenheit Le Parfum. The other unique ingredient is lilac, which is featured in an Armand Basi & a Reminisence. I also find it like nothing else growing on me slowly, prominent with sugar & lavender notes. This has moderate longevity & sillage & may require extra skin / clothes' sprays for stronger effect. The vanilla, lilac, & sandal vibe this conveys is pleasant given the economical price this is available at. I kind of wish they used fig & teak than fruits or woods; you could probably layer this with Lomani Gold or Code & other ones of similar strength, but Lomani Virtual & Body & Soul intrigue me more next but a good 1st from house to try... Bought this because of the good reviews, and grabbed a bottle as soon as a batch became available online. For those who love things from the sweet-powdery side of fragrances this one is a fantastic find. Was very encouraged by the mention of the prominent licorice below as I am a huge fan of anise/licorice men's scents from Lolita Lempicka. It's of course more synthetic than they are but still very nice. If all of the above describes something you'd enjoy, this one is (not very much) money very well spent.

This is pure madness and a crime against capitalism for the price. Got it for 800 rupees in India, which is like $10 and it lasts at least 4 hours in the humid, scorching, Goa weather. No time or place you can't wear this. It's THAT good. Almost 80% similar to Dior Homme Intense, which is probably less powdery. The licorice here is stronger. This along with Body and Soul (which is a good clone of spicebomb), are unbelievable scents for the price.

Cheap and well worth it! Total blind buy and I'm glad I purchased it. Dry down is a sweet, powdery beautiful scent and very good lasting power.

I was expecting so much more from this. It's not bad, but from the notes i wanted more... And i've learned i hate Licorice. Only bought it because @bigtide12 gave it a nice comment. This fragrance, on my skin, open with a super sweet smells, with licorice and some dirty patchouli. The sweet is not come from vanilla, but more like sugar and it's remind me of mugler A*men. The patchouli keep going till the dry down, the sweetness from the sugar begin to wear off on the dry down and sweet from tonka bean came up. Yes it has powdery vibe too. Sillage: 8/10 Projection: 9/10 (it will fill the room( Longevity: 8/10 For me, the opening was bit annoying cuz it overly sweet. Is it clone of DHI? I never smelling that one, but I can tell you, the opening was closely like A*men.

This is an awesome fragrance . not sharp not overpowering but a soothing and sophisticated scent . sandalwood is the most prominent note . It's having a warm and woody aroma and it also possesses a decent sillage (about 1.5-2 foot even after 3-4 hours)and longevity of about 6+ hours . And the most anticipated trait - It gets compliments !!. Furthermore it's a cheap scent only about 15 dollars(or even less ) and it's somewhat akin to Dior Homme Intense . Just give it a try ... fragrance : 8/10 sillage : 7/10 longevity : 8/10

I went to a Macy’s and tested Dior Homme 2 days before the package for this arrived and it brought back all of the same sensations and smells that I remembered. After the first two wears I kind of went nose blind to it. It used to smell so strong, and then suddenly I became incapable of picking it up except for small whiffs here and there. I think I need to chill out and only wear deodorant for a week since I might have sensory overload after buying like 7 different fragrances recently.

If you want Dior Homme Intense but don't want to spend $70 get this. This is a VERY good DHI clone that is VERY much slept on in the fragrance community. It has the smell and the same lasting power. Give it a try, you have nothing to lose as it is only about $20.

it's really nice per se (for men) but it works wonders when layered with " Tea Rose " (for women) . An excellent concoction of sandalwood and rose . both of these have huge longevity rendering this heavenly aroma to linger on for eons !

Opening is very harsh has a strong licorice almost rooty smell dies down after 40 mins but still there smells better in the dry down to me but that licorice is love hate for me i will still wear it though

Although it doesn't smell exactly like Dior homme but it does have a similar vibe as DH.This stuff is very potent and boy does it last and project. worth the price tag all day.

This perfume is so sweet that gives you a headache. Not good at all, synthetic crap. I like other Lomani perfumes such as AB spirit silver, gold and millionaire. But this one is utter crap. It smells like Thallium Yves de Sistelle for men.

I really like this one, but it has a quality that many people may not like, especially the younger crowd. In particular, the dry lilac comes across as an old type of scent, perhaps something by Pinaud, but I don't remember which one specifically. The licorice comes and goes and the other notes play supporting roles but are not weak. It's not too sweet but it's definitely got more than a little bit of sweetness to it. Longevity and projection are at least very good. However, if you want something close to DHI (at a fairly low price) I would suggest something like Classic for Men by Bath & Body Works instead.

Wow. This stuff is so spectacular. I am the one who always love to get so unique aromas, which are not being widely used. I do not use, what every other single wearing. So sweet, so warm and opulent. Bottle is so beautiful , aroma is so red as bottle. Little reminders of DHI.This fragrance and brand is a big slap on the face of all other branded jerks, who's giving us so expensive diluted waters. All expensive brands have no depth, no character and soul. I prefer this cheap stuff over so nasty expensive dull waters.

A successful blind buy for me. Lomani Essential is a moderately sweet and powdery fragrance. It does remind me of DHI but I don't consider it a clone. The notes of licorice, vanilla, patchouli, lavender and tonka stand out for me. The scent is nice, projects moderately and longevity for me is about 4 hours. The quality of the juice is decent considering the good price and I would recommend it to those who enjoy powdery type fragrances. Ratings Sillage: 7/10 Longevity: 7.1/10 Scent: 7.5/10

I can't say that this smells like Dior Homme Intense. To me this smells like a better quality version of what Playboy were trying to do with their Vegas scent. It has the same licorishy vanilla feel to me. Overall scent and performance is better than Playboy Vegas though. This one improves greatly in the dry down also.

This is an amazing scent which is very unique however it doesn't last long but for the price of 700₹or usd12 it's a steal... you can re apply several times during the day and keep smelling good. Highly recommended.

Blind Buy for the hubby based on reviews. Well worth it. He smells unreal and gets complimented everywhere we go.
