Alright, just got this in the mail a couple hours ago so this review will be off scent only and I'll update it once I get more wears in. The opening is CITRUSY, I think I get a lot of this rindy yuzu, lemon, and orange combination. As that starts to fade quickly you get hit with this menthol like mint. Now I don't mean that in a bad way, but it definitely takes a star show in the opening. That sort of fades away once it gets into the mid, and I like to describe both the mid and dry down as salty oceanic air. There's a good mixture of oakmoss, salt, algae, and the sea notes. It comes off as a VERY unique freshy that not only maintains that salty oceanic quality to it, but also has a unique sweetness that combines with the rest of the notes to come off very natural. Again, will be back to update on performance but as of right now, projection is strong and i'm fully confident this will be a great performer in the soon to be Spring & Summer heat. EDIT: Alright as for performance, on MY SKIN I get a good 6-7 hours where I get wafts it does last around that 10 hour mark as a skin scent. But I don't really like to consider that in the performance category. It does project for the first two hours and then I'd say it's pretty average/moderate for the rest of the duration. Same goes for the sillage. Overall great fragrance, and although the performance is less than what I wanted, for a freshie it is still amazing!

I did a blind buy, and once it arrived, I was taken aback. The fragrance opened as if with a bloody orange cocktail, laced with the softness of just-cut strawberries spilling into the air like a whispered secret at sunset. No more than three tiny sprays, and the room was drowning with its presence-the kind of fragrance wrapping itself around one in almost intoxicating style. I felt dizzy, like the world had stopped to drown in its sweetness. My colleagues , classmates and customers fell in love, too-into the fruity spell of its sweetness that lingers but never allows anyone to own it. This is much more than a fragrance; it's just like standing at the shore after a Sex on the Beach cocktail , feeling the spray of salt water upon your skin, with Dolce & Gabbana Light Blue hints in the air, summer memory yet to be lived.

Sex Sea is a fragrance that I initially underestimated in favor of Black Sea. I tried it again and it definitely hit the mark. The citrus opening reminds me of a cheerful aperitif on the beach, where you are carefree, happy, and then arrive at a pleasant meeting diving into the sea together. The evolution of Sex Sea reminds me of the intimate, salty smell of the sea on the skin warmed by the sun, I really perceive the intense sensation of breathing with full nostrils the dry and warm skin of a person close to me on the shoreline . I find it very sensual, and it couldn't have had a more appropriate name. I also appreciate it because the Marine notes are excellently accompanied by the other elements, without being too predominant, as unfortunately sometimes happens with some fragrances of this family.

Sex-Sea surprised me a lot. It opens with a very aromatic mix of pink pepper, grapefruit, yuzu, mint, and salty marine air. Fresh, spicy, citrusy, green, and marine — but at the same time there’s a noticeable powdery smoothness underneath that makes the composition feel unique. As it dries down, it becomes more aromatic and ocean-like, with cedar, soft patchouli, subtle white florals, and warm salty skin vibes. It gives me images of surfing, beach bars, white sand, citrus cocktails, ocean breeze, and relaxing by the sea. Not a typical tropical summer scent — more aromatic, marine, and refined. Very well blended and completely unisex. I really enjoy the smell itself and find something about it addictive, even if it’s not fully my personal vibe for wearing often.

Man, this opening is strange at first impressions! Let it dry, try it at least twice, and get slammed with a beautifully developing interesting aquatic-fresh-citric-fruity fragrance for even night-time. Smells very citrus-forward in the opening, but what really got me is the mid->drydown. Somehow a sudden fruitiness pops, and I'll attribute that to the fig. So enveloping and sexy, this really wasn't sexy at first for me, but I get it now. This is not redundant to own with Black Sea - the latter is darker and rather salty-powdery-DARK throughout its life on skin. Definitely one I'll be picking up for the next year's warm weather.

This fragrance is a captivating blend of woods, citruses, and marine notes with just enough edge to keep it interesting. It feels like walking along a lush, green coastline, the air mixing salty sea breeze, fresh water, and a touch of citrus. Performance is outstanding for a summer scent: lasting all day, subtle yet present, like a quiet companion that lifts your mood. I can’t quite give it a perfect score, because perfection doesn’t really exist. But what I can say is this: I didn’t choose this fragrance, it chose me.

A very dry bitter green aquatic. It will have to grow on me. Edit: After spending a while with this, I've concluded that this is one of the few fragrances that just flat out does not smell good to me sniffing from the bottle. It has an acrid bitter, nauseatingly aquatic vibe, when smelled directly. But Ive also come to realize this stuff smells really pleasant, and quite charming once atomized into the air. Kind of a soft sweet but briney aquatic woody thing. As someone who isnt really into strong aquatics at all, I'd give Sex Sea an 8.5 out of 10. If I were to wear aquatics regularly, I'd want it to be this.

A marine fragrance that opens with an explosion of fresh and citrus notes, which are also felt well during the very long evolution and duration of this perfume. Among other things, I also feel sweet notes, almost vanilla, on a pleasant marine background. The scent is very fresh, pleasant and above all pleasing, that is, it tends to please most of the people you are going to meet. An excellent combination of fresh, marine, citrus and sweet notes, as well as flowery. Sparkling, jaunty, to be used in abundance during the hot season!

This is a beautiful fragrance meant specifically for summer. It is a beautiful ozonic, citrus, young, fun, fruity, fresh, complex, and appealing fragrance. Although pricey it is most definitely worth its money. I’ve worn this to school, parties, and it has received nothing but amazing compliments. People have even described the smell as “delicious, sexy, and mouth watering.” I’d say it isn’t fit for every occasion but if you are young and looking for an amazing high quality summer fragrance that is fun, this is the one for you.

Lots of camphor-like, minty and earthy notes. Dirty, sweet and zesty notes (kinda gives house cleaning agent) for that chypre/fougere opening. Salty, marine-like from the salt, algae and ambergris in the middle. Like sitting coast side with good friends just enjoy spritzers and laughing subtly. Towards the end is when the fig and Cedarwood start to stand on their own to me. Definitely great for nights out. Very alluring and curious fragrance. Smells sweeter with Summer Hammer as a layering choice.

The opening is a real citrus cocktail, but it is both aromatic and naturally sweet from the citrusfruits. As we move to the base and it dries down, the marine notes appear and from there it dominates the rest. From here the scent turns masculine, while the opening is completely unisex. perfect fragrance for spring and summer. If black sea is too dark or too much, I can recommend this one from the sea collection the most. Super long lasting!

Sex Sea starts with a mix of different citrus fruits, floral and ozonic. Best from LP. You need to give time to grow on you, performance is also good. Only the downside is price. This can be worn all year around. Scent: 8/10 Silage: 8/10 [ 3+ Feet radius] Longevity: 7.5/10 [ 3+ Hrs afterwards it evaporates to minute skin scent] Bottle: 8/10 Price: 7/10

This is the best i've smelled so far. it has that combination of woody, green, marine, fig, with all the green and citrus on top. it's fruity and woody at the same time, lasts well with peppery notes that stand out enough. i love the patchouli in this, as well as the cedar, and the salt and ambergris are so intoxicating.

My final indulgence before a no-buy—and I regret nothing. Smooth, sweet, and addictive. There’s a warm aquatic sensuality to this that wraps around you like silk. Balanced and beautifully blended, it doesn’t shout—it simmers. I wasn’t expecting it to hit this hard, but it does. A luxury escape in a bottle.

Mint along with a plethora of other citruses and salty marine notes. Added creaminess gives a sweet gourmand-ish vibe though Sex Sea is an aquatic/marine freshie which can be donned all year day and night. Predatory performance and a certified compliment grabber. A showstopper!

Black Sea if you added citrus and mint to it. Very appealing and easy to wear. A way stronger version of Torino22. (And a way better one)

Very similar to Torino 21 i love it

Wrapping up my journey through the Lorenzo Pazzaglia sea series with Sex Sea, a fragrance often described as simple yet irresistibly magnetic, so I wanted to see what it really evokes. The opening comes in bright and energetic with a burst of citrus and mint. Bergamot, orange, mandarin, and pink grapefruit all come through clearly, but it is not just a straightforward fresh opening. There is also a subtle herbal edge with a slightly bitter green tone from absinthe that gives it more character. Lorenzo’s love for aromatic herbs is definitely present here. After about 20 to 30 minutes, the scent starts to settle and open up. Myrtle comes forward, similar to what you get in Black Sea, bringing a slightly camphorous feel. At the same time, there is a juicy sweetness from fig along with soft salty notes. At this point it does remind me of Black Sea, but it actually leans closer to Artik Sea to my nose because of how the myrtle and fig interact. The main difference is that this one opens much more citrus forward and feels less immediately salty. As it dries down over the next couple of hours, it becomes warmer and more grounded. You get a base of salty ambergris and algae with an earthy touch of patchouli. It keeps that marine identity but feels smoother and more approachable overall. I really enjoyed Sex Sea. It sits nicely between Black Sea and Artik Sea, taking some of the depth and herbal character from one and blending it with the brighter, fruitier aspects of the other. If you like Black Sea but wish it had more citrus to balance the saltiness, or if you have tried Artik Sea and wanted something a little less overwhelming and more focused, this is definitely worth checking out. I have really enjoyed the house of Lorenzo Pazzaglia as a whole. Everything I have tried has performed well and nothing felt like a miss. Sex Sea was a great way to wrap up the lineup for me. P.S. Here is a quick comparison of the sea fragrances I have tried if you are trying to decide which one to get: Black Sea – Dark, salty, and herbal with a camphorous edge; think Megamare DNA with more depth. Artik Sea – More experimental, with lots of notes, a citrus-heavy opening, sour fig in the mid, and a complex, musky base. Sex Sea – The most balanced and approachable; bright citrus, soft sweetness, and a clean salty drydown. Dream Sea – Smoother and more ylang-ylang/floral through the mid, drying down to a musky, ambergris-vanilla base. You really cannot go wrong with any of them, it just depends on what direction you want to go in. Thanks for reading.

Some people have compared it to Torino21, but I disagree. While Torino21 gives off a fresh and clean vibe, I find Sex Sea to be more of a fruity and sweet scent suited for a party atmosphere. The opening is fresh and pleasant, then the fig note becomes quite prominent. Despite having a complex composition, it remains well-balanced, allowing each note to be noticeable without overwhelming the senses. It’s a stylish, vibrant, and sweet summer fragrance. Due to its sweetness, it leans unisex but slightly tilts towards the feminine side. The longevity is strong, and it has a noticeable presence, but overly sweet perfumes aren’t my preference. For that reason, I don’t think it justifies its price.

If you own or have ever smelled Torino 21, they are pretty similar. So much so that owning both would seem pretty redundant. I own T21, and don't think Sex Sea adds anything unique to the mint/fresh/summer aquatic category. That being said, I really like T21, and this shares all the same virtues. The drydown isn’t exactly the same, a bit less screechy, but honestly I’m wearing both and they’re real close. As nuclear as LP scents tend to be, I’d say T21 wins on longevity and projection. Sex Sea is a little more muted, but still a beast. Scent 8/10 Projection 8/10 Longevity 7/10

Testing a sample of this fragrance on cloudly, rainy and chilly day. It is refreshing, plesant spring, autum, summer scent. To be honest none of above mentioned ingredients stand out, you can not tell wich citrusy fruit you can in particular, but overall definitily you can tell it is citrucy scent. Also if you try Black Sea parfume from this collection it is better when it comes to standing out, when Sex-Sea is already know scent and i don't belive i will get many compliments for it. Sillage is hughe and longevity is to be tested....

A Nice fun fragrance. Bit of a Flirty clean scent. I get an image of a desirable woman States a bit who is single or at least ready to mingle and has a high confidence. To my nose this leans more feminine because of the sweetness but can be pulled off by both men or women. I wouldn’t mind smelling this on someone else and thinking its interesting and fun. Given the wearer is attractive, this would match the scent profile for me and makes me immediately realise why its called sex-sea, a wordplay on “sexy” 9/10

Seafoam green, the fragrance. Watery citruses touched by fresh mint, backdropped by a sturdy core of mossy woods. A little fruity, herbal, soapy florals, the faintest hint of absinth in the opening. Marine but not super salty like Black Sea. Moderately strong projection for 3-4hr, longevity 10-12hr. In the same wheelhouse as Aqua Sextius, but this has a thicker body while the eucalyptus in Aqua Sextius gives it a more uplifting and chlorinated smell.

this smells like Torino21 layered with lorenzos artiik sea. i own torino21, and its my signature fragrance, compared to both, i still prefer the linear scent of torino21, while sex sea turns to a different vibe during the drydown . good perfomance but i feel redundant buying this fragrance

i tried black sea and dream sea and i like this way more its fresh and nice ،but give it like 2 weeks after first use to get the notes mixing

Really salty on me. For my nose it's very close to Mancera French Riviera.

how i imagine the garnish section at a tiki bar smells: citrus wedges, sprigs of mint, spilled rum, sugarcubes. the fruits are not identifiable to me beyond being tropical. it does smell like a cocktail, the sweet fruit smells cut with a not-too-sharp boozy smell. no marine notes in sight, at least not on me. not super sexy, well-suited to extroverted men.

like most of LP's work, sex sea has crazy sillage and longevity. it's aquatic, masculine-leaning, has a bit of a spicy element to it as well. reminds me of taking a walk outside after a summer rainstorm when it's still a bit dark and foggy.

Nice but not unique enough for me. I don’t think it distinguishes itself from a lot of similar smelling perfumes that give citrus-ozone-seaspray.

the last con in the Pros-Cons says: - Redundant if owning Torino21 Who TF thinks this is similar to (the wonderful) Torino21 ??!

By looking at the notes and Youtube reviewers saying this is perfect for summer. I was fooled. A failed blind buy. What this scent does have is very realistic, high quality ingredients and powerful performance! My problem with this is that it straight up smells like a green outdoors herb garden, which is a beautiful thing to smell during the summer, but not really on a person. Not blind buy safe! 10/10 performance. The scent profile is just not for me. Too green and outdoorsy.

Unluckily for me that blend works out as an complete AirWick toilet air freshner with ocean breeze scent. There is part of clean lemon during second hour, but no figs, no salt, no algae, no myrtle, nothing that could distinguish itself from common household scent - nowhere near any natural ingredients - pretty synthetic batch. 145 Euro for 50 ml is nonsense. Drydown gets powdery ambergris emergency brake but that wont salvage whats left. Disappointment.

Unfortunately, on my skin at least, the mint is overpowering & it comes off smelling like toothpaste. Definitely sample before purchase, not blind buy safe.

Very good Sea collection made Pazzaglia. Recommend to test all his Sea fragrances. But recommend to test it on skin. There is not so much aquatic notes, as you can think. It's not like Megamare, but in such direction. I think it's underrated fragrances of this designer. Black sea - the most iconic in his collection and first fragrance you need to taste. It's the central star of Sea line. Arctic sea it's more cold variation. Dream sea it's more sweet variation. White floral, rose, peppery vanilla scent. Sex sea it's a more sharp, peppery, mossy variation Van Sea it's a combination black+arctic sea+ vanilla. More green, sweet vanilla variation. Recommend to buy all Sea samples to test. It's, i think, great perfumes. Underrated. It's impossible to choose one of them. Every variation it's unique, independent. Recommend to test.

Sampling this one and black sea, I think I prefer this one slightly more, however this is probably because black sea really falls under the niche category whereas this one is more appealing, this one has some saltiness with sweetness and some mint as well as green herbal notes, it's pretty easy to wear and not challenging at all, if you are someone who enjoys green scents with some aquatic sweetness and saltiness then you'll love this, performance has been amazing as with most stuff from LP, definitely a highly concentrated oil perfume. it's unique enough and the performance is just as good where I'd say it's worth the price, but as always sample first

I have just tested this fragrance (maybe not in the ideal conditions for which it was created - 22 degrees room temperature) and it starts really nice a bit marine, a bit spicy and citrusy, however after around 1h it transforms into something similar to Felce Azzura - musky shower gel; I will park this one for a warmer and sunnier day as I guess it's not meant to be used in temperatures below 25 degrees - I assume it will simply not develop to its full potential. Edit 1 : there is no musky note - nor a creamy note like in the shower gel, I do get some salt, some good dose of Myrtle - still to be sniffed in different conditions for updates

I really like this one, A juicy citrus bomb Ideal for summer, on the dry down it becomes a darker scent on my skin, and smells woody with a slight salty peppery scent but remains slightly sweet but the citrus is much more toned down now.. this has decent longevity and has survived the washing machine which I could still smell it on my clothes, I am intrigued to try more Lorenzo Pazzaglia fragrances, but for this one I will buy a full bottle love it.

To my nose, this is very similar to Van Sea which is the only other LP fragrance I own. Other than being a bit more fruity, I believe it's a bit redundant to own both as the differences aren't enough to justify the price tag. Makes me hesitant to purchase any others in the line for that reason. Nonetheless, it's a very nice fragrance and a lovely addition to any collection not only for the scent profile but it also performs extremely well.
