Femme Noblesse

The best dupe for my beloved discontinued Boudoir by Westwood, and a gorgeous perfume in its own right, I love Femme Noblesse. I have both perfumes and can barely tell the difference. Perhaps Boudoir lasts longer, and smells a little stronger. But this is a wonderful, cheap and easily available alternative! An underrated floriental gem. I wear Femme Noblesse in the day and break out my Boudoir for a special night. So delighted to have found it!

This perfume has been repackaged and reformulated again. Top notes: orange (blossom?) and basil Middle notes: ylang ylang and cinnamon Base notes: honey and tonka I still use it sometimes, in winter, but I find it too powdery in this new version. It smells better on skin, I don't like much the smell of it on clothes. Available in Europe through LR representatives.

I didn't smell Boudoir Vivienne Westwood. But it reminded me No:5. It may be harsh at the opening. But it few minutes later it smoothes and turn in to a strong, noble scent (I dont think its a "sexy" scent) I really like it. Especially if I consider the price. I can easyly wear on cool days and evenings.

This perfume is nothing else than LR Iris Berben with a twist. Most probably they ended the deal with the actress but didn't want to discontinue the perfume, so just re-branded it. They replaced cedar wood with sandalwood, or something.

Strong floral oriental. Love the fragrance. Identical to Boudoir Vivienne Westwood for women.

Yesterday I wore an old favourite of mine, Boudoir by Vivienne Westwood. And today I'm wearing this cheapy Femme Noblesse. Not for the first time. I had it for about a month now. I had Boudoir since the early 2000s. I have also owned and worn Nebras by Al rehab which is like a cleaner, simpler, rosier spin on Boudoir. But it was obviously not the same. If Femme Noblesse was poured into an empty bottle of Boudoir I wouldn't have been able to tell the difference. There is that recognizable concoction of rose, cinnamon, orange blossom, honey, sandalwood and carnation. (There is a spicy carnation note in this, although it's not listed.) If I have to nitpick I could say that maybe Femme Noblesse is less complex. But now I'm nitpicking knowing exactly what I'm wearing. This is not a pale copy but a good quality fragrance that smells more expensive than it is. Overall, Femme Noblesse is a beautiful, old school spicy, bubblegummy floral. Heady and seductive. Mature. I'm so happy I discovered it thanks to Fragrantica. It satisfies my craving for the discontinued Boudoir while being cheaper and easier to get a hold of.

Wow! I love it. It's like a very expensive lipstick smell. So potent but yet so delicate. I sniffed this amazing scent rarely in Albania and I wanted to know what it was. 2 days ago, I sniffed it on a very classy woman in her fifties and I asked her and here we go. I bought it yesterday and I sprayed it last night and today at work. It's a warm powdery with a small hint of spice... It's delicate, romantic but still without feelings... a perfume that a good witch would wear. I love the balance of the notes here, you can't notice them devided but the blend is magical. The silliage is wow, soft and deep! I love it so much I think i will wear only this scent for the entire week!

FACT: It is created / composed by LR, who owns the exclusive rights to this parfume in every way, but their contract with Iris Berben boosted their sales, and gave Iris royalties of the sales. Since LRs star contract with Iris Berben ended (expired) a few years ago, this parfume got its name 'Iris Berben' changed to 'Femme Noblesse', and has therefore a nice price. It is in the same category as always (D4). The ingredients and the composition is IDENTICAL.

Hate it. It is similar to Mummina, they both smell like outdoor WC.
