Dad's Garden Chamomile And Honeysuckle

I have a hard time finding floral perfumes that aren't heavy, sultry, and/or earthy which I dislike. This perfume is beautiful, and perfect for spring and summer. I absolutely love it! If you're looking for a pretty and very feminine perfume without smelling synthetic this is a great one. I'm no good at describing notes, but I think it leans a bit sweet which I love too! 💐

This is exactly what it's name says. I get no other florals and no citruses. It's a perfect, clean impression of both honeysuckle and chamomile. They blend beautifully while remaining distinct. Very, very, light for Lush, this could easily be used as body spray. (It's certainly lighter than a lot of their body sprays.)

This is a very comfortable, soothing scent to be in. Yet its not boring. Be aware, the first few minutes bring up the cat pee edge of chamomile but this smooths down after a while, allowing for the honeysuckle / white florals to come through. Something very innocent about this scent, like a summer meadow in your childhood. Its heading to winter as I am writing this, will be lovely to revisit this scent in the spring / warmer weather.

On me this smells very natural, realistic and light. For people saying the opening is giving urine, just get through the first 5 minutes and then you'll arrive at a girl next door and effortless vibe. It has no throw unfortunately and you'd have to hug me to smell anything

It’s like standing in a hot and humid, green and dewy flower garden while the sun beams down on you. Then you piss all over it. Then the piss dries and you are left with straight chamomile for the remainder of fragrance with hints of the green stem. One of the few fragrances I actively dislike, that piss vibe is hard to ignore, and I typically really like chamomile as a note. 2/10 I have now unintentionally and unfortunately completed the list of “fragrances that smell like things that come out of my body.”

This is my least favourite of the Volume 3 range. It is a very sickly sweet floral. Screeches at me when I smell it. Not for me. If you love Honeysuckle definitely try this! Don't let my opinion put you off.

I was so hopeful of this because of the chamomile but this is a super indolic, a bit pissy jasmine scent with insane strength

I love this scent. It was a blind buy for me and I was really anxious because it is a bit pricey, but it worked out! While I also love Demeter’s Honeysuckle, this is not it. Demeter’s is a bright, light honeysuckle. This perfume also smells like honeysuckle, but a beautiful, deep, syrupy honeysuckle, with a dash of chamomile to ground it. Would it smell ‘sickly sweet’ to some, like a commenter mentioned below, but also smell beautifully syrupy to me? Sure, why not! It all depends on what you like. For what it’s worth, my husband who does not like florals smelled this on me immediately after I sprayed it and loved it, asked me right away what it was! The longevity and sillage is not bad, people will definitely smell this as you walk by!

This is really beautiful, hazy, ashy, soft green and sweet scent. Yes it’s sweet, not synthetic sweet, It’s a realistic chamomile and honeysuckle sweet, but nothing offputting. The green edge and hazy-ness balance it out. It also has a bit floral milky, some nameless wild flowers that give soft milky scent. It’s serene and very comforting to wear in summer. Updated on June 21, 2022: The astringent, almost clinical edge from chamomile gives a sense of cleanliness, it cuts through the heat. I’m saddened to learn that this has been discontinued.

I requested a sample of this from the Lush UK website and they were awesome and set me a squirt of it on a card. It wasn't ...too unpleasant (at least on the card), but it is definitely WHITE FLORAL. I really didn't pick up any chamomile, which what I was hoping would be more dominant. Sweetish. But not for me. So glad I asked for a sample before I paid! I'll stick with Lush's Black Pearl and Demeter's Chamomile Tea for my chamomile scent needs.

i smelled this once in store and it was actual genuine piss. not even a hint of floral just straight PISS i had to leave the storw and wash it off of my wrist. i simply couldnt do it. i never have reactions like that to bad scents but it was just that bad. and i love lush too ):

Cheery pretty Springtime floral. Prominent lavender and chamomile gives way to white florals and waxy-plasticky-fruity 'Lush' smell. The drydown smells like something from my childhood but I couldn't say what. Nice and happy.

-Seems innocuous enough at first: green, tart, fresh scent... then the chamomile hits hard. -There's this off-putting a cat piss vibe to it. Big NOPE. (-)

I don't get any pee just a gorgeous dry herbal garden 😍 lavender honeysuckle so pure natural and warm

Reminds me of an indolic honeysuckle if that makes sense and lasts long.
