kind of obsessed with this right now, somehow lush/rich without being overpowering, kind of deconstructed (in a positive sense, like I feel I can easily pick out each of the notes listed/described and detect how they all blend together...I don't find any one ingredient getting lost in the others) also oddly human...? in a way I wouldn't expect nor typically gravitate towards (as in, it doesn't contain any musks or animalic notes that are traditionally used to mimic "skin" or pheromones, yet it still somehow kind of gives me the same vibe...I suspect this might be attributed to the sandalwood or osmanthus) but in a pleasantly subtle way, I like how it brings an intimate/sensual quality to the scent without being too funky or souring the fruitiness of the peach or freshness of the chypre notes

If you like LVNEA's chypre offering Serpentine, but wish it wasn't quite so chypre-y, this is for you! It smells better on more skin types and is a "safer" bet than Serpetine which has more oakmoss. Over-ripe peaches mingle perfectly with patchouli, vetiver, and oakmoss to create a hit that pleases almost everyone. No, you cannot smell the patchouli as a distinct note, so don't be afraid. This scent manages to be classy, fun, and down-to-business all at once. I've tried 25+ LVNEA offerings, and I'd have to say this is my fave. Chelsea lightens up the distinct dark vibe of house LVNEA.

This review is for the botanical perfume oil version. I'm a Chelsea Wolfe fan. I love this collaboration and have been wearing it daily since I got it. This smells like an overripe peach in the dirt. The peach is more sharp than sweet, sitting in a bed of earthy patchouli, vetiver, and oakmoss. It reminds me of what a beautiful, mysterious witch living in the forest would wear. The type of witch who could brew you a potion for your ailments and then make passionate love to you under the full moon.

When I found out Chelsea Wolfe had a perfume collab I simply HAD to try it. Beautiful beautiful combo of ripe creamy peach with a vintage chypre. Dries down to a gorgeous jasmine and peach.

Super vintage-smelling chypre. Peach is borderline overripe, and the florals are spattered with wet earth and woods. Dark, dirty, and sublime.

Allspice, acetone, white peach flesh, candy peach rings, patchouli, dead leaves, skim milk. Very spicy open for me with a chemical moment then a sudden shift to hyper realistic peach. After a minute, a wet wood gothic patchouli takes over mingling absurdly with a peach candy background. Instead of jasmine, I get a strange lactonic note -- an effervescent metallic dairy, like mixing powdered milk with Gerolsteiner mineral water. High fantasy goth GF peaches and cream.

Overripe peaches being stamped deeper and deeper into the hallowed earth by a toilworn boot. It is the byproduct of a malefic ritual- carnal, bitter, with the darkest undercurrent of beauty. Pêche Obscène descends into her drydown by ligatures of Vetiver strangulating fruity flesh like eldritch tendrils binding you to hell. ...A wet, mossy, jasmine/stone fruit opening; and this ends at a similarly dry destination as Vetiverissimo by Fzotic.

EDP review: An unusual earthy peach. Unfortunately, it gets overtaken by jasmine on my skin... I don't mind jasmine but I hoped for more of moss, patchouli and peach. Update: Oil review: less jasmine than EDP, I like it more. But still La serpentine is better, in my opinion

i just adore chelsea wolfe so ofc i needed a sample of this (in edp form). a super sharp, and almost cologne-y opening that really isn't to my taste (reminds me of the opening of shade by lush if it didn't make me unwell?), but then it dries down into a gorgeous overripe peach... and then beautiful soft earthy jasmine and patchouli... cannot wait to wear this more and see how it does, but my first reaction is that it's really lovely and i don't think i've smelled anything like it! definitely my favourite of the samples i purchased from lvnea, alongside the GORGEOUS apothecary rose solid perfume, but then again the other two smell crazy in a bad way on me so there's that. edit: my mum says she smells straight up patchouli when i wear this so. beware if you're a patchouli hater, it could pull very strong

Peche Obscene from Lvnea, in collaboration with musician Chelsea Wolfe is glorious-- but what I mean is glorious in the way that something monstrous and magnificent stalks the dead zone of night, by stealth and in the dark. This is peach, irradiated and ashen and grown over with moss and broken bird’s nests and salted against curses, curls of ferric iron to both ward away and contain within. A peach more lore and legend than it ever had life, a peach whose shadow looms uneasily far beyond its ruined flesh. Juices corrupt with the grave dirt of vetiver and patchouli and oozing with osmanthus’ strange leathery/jammy incense, Peche Obscene is an undead lich of a peach, and it is absolutely, terrifyingly, bewitching in the way that all delicious forbidden things are.

lvnea's DNA reminds me of faint animal piss on dewy grass and soil in a pnw forest; maybe not the exact smell but that's the vibe it gives off. take that into consideration (or don't, it's up to you). i purchased a sample of the oil version in store as the parfum did not entice me. i can't tell if this is too jasmine-forward for me yet. still on the hunt for my hg dirty peach

I hate using this term and adding an aesthetic to everything, but this is dark academia. Wear this perfume when you are reading any Emily Brönte book on a cool, winter's day and you will feel complete.
