Pure Extreme by M. Micallef আমার খুবই প্রিয় একটা পারফিউম। এই পারফিউমটিকে নিয়ে তেমন একটা hype দেখি না। তবে আমার কাছে মনে হয় এই পারফিউমটি অত্যন্ত Classy ও Elegant একটি ফ্লোরাল পারফিউম। 🌸 Pure Extreme by M. This is like a great dupe of Chloe, or rather a beautiful interpretation of Chloe. A little softer around the edges thanks to the added musk. Not as amber heavy and has a fluffy quality which must be the white musk that is creating that pillowy, weightless effect. I love Chloe but I like the note profile of this more. It is a sparkling bouquet of roses, with creamy gardenia, and a sweet jasmine that are all beautifully supported by amber, woods, and musk. The whole composition is just gorgeous. Sometimes Chloe is a little too rich and heavy, especially in warmer weather. I made the mistake of wearing it once in the summer and the weight of it, along with the freesia which turned sharp in the heat, started to bug me. Since this is so much softer, though not weaker, I think it can be used year-round. I also tried Pure Extreme Nectar also from this brand, which is similar to this, but the gardenia is switched out for magnolia. It is very pretty too, if a little youthful, but the roses blended with the gardenia and jasmine really takes this to another level of sophistication that is lacking there. While I only have a travel sprayer of this right now, I am seriously considering a bottle. Just love it!

I have Pure Extreme and the nectar version. I also have original formula Chloe. Here I will compare the three. Pure Extreme- This is a very fresh and dewy rose over a clean white floral musk. It is misty and airy. Nectar is more about the rose. It more floral forward and less about the clean, laundry musk. I would describe this as fluffy instead of airy; light in character but denser than the original. The differences are subtle. Nectar lasts longer. Chloe has a slightly bitter skankiness to its musk, very similar to the musk in Narciso Rodriguez’s For Her line. Chloe is also distinctly “rose soapy”, where I would characterize Pure Extreme as “linen clean”. Pure Extreme is my favorite despite the others performing better. It is my ideal rose profile which for me, outweighs longevity. This is the tried and true, good for any occassion, fits like my favorite pair of jeans workhorse of my collection.

The ultimate clean scent. This is such a pretty (pretty is the perfect word to describe it!!) musky and rosy scent that will last all day! It starts off heavy on the rose (and almost reminded me of Oud Satin Mood, which is way too heavy for me), but dried down into that beautiful woodsy musk with just a touch of rose. I kept smelling my wrist all day long. It’s a little heavy and I think that’s because of the quality of ingredients, so use a light hand if you are going into the office.

I love the scent so much. Reminded me of the 2010 version of Chloe EDP but better. Beautiful and soft rose scent with some woodiness on the drydown. Love wearing this before bed as it has that calming scent that helps me fall asleep. I'm a heavy sprayer so it is a shame that it only last around an hour or two on my skin and sits very close to the skin most of the time in warmer weather. But I think it performed pretty good in cooler temperature.

Wow... another masterpiece from the House of M. Micallef. I love this one so much. It is clean, feminine, and sophisticated. I can pick out rose, and musk, and the rest of the notes are perfectly blended. It gives me a sense of euphoria reminding me of my childhood when I visited our uber-rich neighbor and friend.

The most feminine scent I have ever tried. I always get complements when I wear it. Beautiful and calming.

This is another treasure I discovered recently. This is the most gentle, clean, airy, weightless and ultra feminine fragrance I have experienced so far. It is genius and simple! When I close my eyes and sniff my skin I see bouquet of fresh roses and gardenias that fill up whole room with sweet, smooth, rich aroma...then a little bit of jasmine kicks in and this all lingers on a base of gentle musk and amber... The notes smell so real...so heavenly...so sophisticated and versatile I am obsessed I want to sniff this all the time and bath in this It is PERFECT in any weather! Any time, any occasion! This is true French chic vibe! This is way more superior in scent composition than Chloe... Performance, unfortunately needs some improvement, it lasts around 2-3 hours on skin. It does not project far, sits closer to skin which I don’t mind at all.

Imo this smells like a softer version of Mith Nude (Fragrance Notes: Bergamot, Musk, Moss, Tonka Bean, Vetiver, Lily of the Valley, Violet Leaf, Peony, Peach, Pear). Sisters not twins but def related to my nose. Pure Extreme is a musky, soft pretty fragrance and one I could see wearing to the office or bed. Fresh & clean musk with a hint of florals. I’m usually a gardenia hater + I’m picky when it comes to rose but the blend on this is gorgeous. This and Royal Muska are my favs from this brand, I was not thrilled with some of the other ones that get more hype on social media. This is an underrated gem from the house!

I have a Micallef mini labelled only PURE. I suppose it is the same as this PURE EXTREME. It is a lovely soft, clean & slightly powdery perfume. Reminiscent of the pleasure of slipping into a bed with all freshly-laundered linen. Projection seems quite good.

Safe blind buy! Smells innocent, pretty, and quite airy. Beautiful rose, floral, and musk combination. Definitely office-friendly and great for those who don’t like heavy hitters.

This is what Chloe Chloe would smell like if it smelled good.

I blind bought this, it's a light, watery feeling musk with some sweetness added. Very inoffensive, very generic, but pretty nonetheless. It kept reminding me of something until i finally got it, it has the same musk as Juliette Has a Gun. I have Pear Inc but i saw in the "smells like" section people have mentioned other JHAG fragrances so perhaps it's the same musk peeking out from the house. Pear Inc is ironically a lot more potent than this one (although I just opened it) and it's less casual feeling. It's not my favourite off first sniff but ill give it a little bit before fully deciding on how I feel. There's nothing extreme about this but perhaps they were going for a play on words. I dont honestly recommend... the best from this house so far is Note Vanille (either original EDP or nectar.. both are beautiful) and ive probably tried 6-7 from this house and it's a bit overhyped from my own experience, allbeit they arent the most expensive niche house either.

Not a lot to add that other reviews have not already covered. This is a bouquet of roses on a bed of clean, laundry-like white musk. It’s sweet, pretty and inoffensive. Versatile too, I can imagine wearing this in all but the hottest weather. Performance is above average, and I suggest going light on the trigger and spraying away from your face (scent might get cloying). I’m not familiar with Chloe but I don’t doubt that I have smelled this scent before.

So frustrating. Pure Extreme contains all the things I love. Yet somehow, the result is weak and forgettable. The rose and musk are both washed out and barely there, gardenia and jasmine try to take center stage but put on a meek performance. As it dries down, it's pleasant, but forgettable. Poor longevity and sillage.

super sweet. no dark side. is ok

I was gifted this one in 2016 but I did not like it much so it just stayed on my shelf. It does remind me of the Chloe perfume but I like Chloe sooooooo much more. Pure Extreme is quite musky and I actually love musk. But this one is borderline sweaty. You know the kind of sweat you get on a hot summer day which you try to cover with sweet perfume but it only gets worse.

This is the perfect skin scent to me. It smells like sun kissed skin. Not in the way you smell after the beach, there’s zero sunscreen smell to this. Sun kissed in the way that you’ve been outside working in your garden all day. It’s not too hot, just warm and sunny enough that you come inside with a nice sun kissed glow to your skin. You take a shower with the softest floral soap and then wrap yourself in a clean towel and put on a fresh pair of pajamas. You’re sitting on your couch and you can still smell the warmth of the sun on your skin mixed with the lightest touch of your soft floral soap.

This is such a beautiful and elegant perfume masterpiece (created with only 6 listed accords) but I find that performance is terrible unless I overspray. I will have to spray at least 10 times for me to smell anything after 5 minutes, unfortunately. And even then, projection is intimate. I have a backup of this that is in a limited edition art collection bottle since I love the smell.

Hairspray opening with florals. It does smell an awful lot like Chloe, but with added musk and a touch of something from the early 90s. Possibly the slightest hint of L by Gwen Stefani in the very background. The drydown is just identical to Chloe. Pure Extreme is a lovely fragrance on its own but I bet the Chloe would be cheaper - and it certainly lasts a lot longer!!!

This is a beautiful perfume. The rose on me doesn’t come through for a while, but when it does it is even nicer. It is blended so well using only a few ingredients and is a very classy and calming perfume. It deserves to be much better known than it is. It is now on my want list.

I would love to smell this fragrance without the rose, or with something more 'neutral' like peony, etc. Rose just takes over on my skin. Otherwise, it is really very very pretty, inoffensive, and appropriate for any occasion / space. Beautiful.

Nice, office friendly, whenever, whatever you are wearing. I think this might qualify as one of the safest blind buys for rose note lovers. Compliments Delina Exclusif, but Delina is a monster, while this is so nice and well behaved.

A pure scent. Opens with a pretty rose and clean musk smell, dries down to a skin scent of clean linens. I like the opening. But it fades very quick and barely detectable unless i put my nose to my skin.

Silky Musky Rose Clean musk, soft rose, with a silky feel thanks to probably the gardenia's clean cool tenderness. Light sweetnees to the scent, that enhances it's femininity. Beautiful, loveable.

This is really pretty and high quality perfume. Longevity is good 10 hours. Projection arm length and it's good, otherwise it will cause headache. Good steamy summer perfume.

It smells good (laundry musk and crispy rose), but I seriously don't understand why bother creating an exact copy of Chloe.
