Crème D'Nude

This totally smells like Warm Vanilla Sugar, but less plastic, and with a smoother drydown. I like it, it's a really good everyday scent if you like vanilla. The caramel is definitely there but it's not as syrupy as the caramel in something like Viva La Juicy Gold Couture. The musk just adds creaminess, body, and warmth to the scent, and it's not a super fresh white laundry musk or anything, but it's not Egyptian musk either. It almost smells like a lotion. There is a waxiness to the smell, which is oddly enough also present in Warm Vanilla Sugar. I don't smell the suede at all, and I'm glad, because I don't usually like the bitterness of a real suede note. I was actually afraid of ordering this because people said it was "dirty", which is usually not a good sign for me, but I don't get that at all. The sillage is not huge, but it does have moderate lasting power. I'm starting to really like this. Edit: I actually smell the suede now. It's not sharp, it's sort of subtle. I think this is where people get the "dirty" note. It makes the perfume more skin-like and really sexy! It's almost like human pheromones. It does give the perfume some darkness and depth.

Creme D'Nude is truly suede-like, I can't get enough. It's the smoothest musky scent I've ever tried, the equivalent to sliding your freshly shaved legs across silk sheets. Pure magic. The caramel makes it sweet and sensual, the musk and suede makes you crave it. The neroli is very minimal, I can barely detect it. My obsession with this started at the mall, where I sprayed it on my hand at a MAC counter, not expecting much, and I was holding my hand to my face all day until I got home... when I decided I needed a full bottle immediately. At first it seemed generic and sweet, but wearing it is a whole other level. It's so worth trying. It lasts about 3 hours until it dries down into, quite surprisingly, a clean-ish musk... linen-y and almost a little soapy. At that point I just re-apply to bring back the magic of Creme D'Nude. This could almost replace my long-running signature scent.

This is my all time favorite fragrance, it is the sexiest, easiest and most versatile scent I've ever stumbled upon. It feels like a warm hug. I've been wearing it since 2017 and it's getting really hard to find in Europe. Despite the fact that I have 3 backups, I am desperately trying to find something similar for years. I feel like none of the suggestions here or on any other forums come close (except maybe BBW Warm Vanilla Sugar, but it lacks the suede and it last about 10 minutes on the skin). If you love Creme d'Nude as much as I do, I'll save you all the trouble and suggest you try ELDO's Clean Suede (be patient until the lemon tea note wears off, 15-30 minutes) + Cuir de Nuit by Yves Rocher. The combo projects better, lasts longer and is a bit sweeter in the drydown. By no means it replaces Mac, but it's the closest I've got so far.

Vanilla,Caramel musk...beautiful. I have re purchased this because i love it and it has been one that i throw on if i am rushing and don't know which perfume to spray or i am out and about and fancy that cosy smell and i get compliments with it. i can't remember how long it lasts but i would say you can get 5 hours out of it and i can occasionally get a whiff of it but i think others smell it. The dry down is just gorgeous. When you first spray it, you might think it is really strong and sweet but once it settles, it is just delicious. I didn't want to believe it but Creme d'nude definitely comes in my top 5/10 (i am re jigging my list due to new purchases). Right up my street and maybe similar to Prada candy. I have come to realise that i enjoy simpler perfumes, ones that are not rammed with too many different notes.

I have Warm Vanilla Sugar EDP and EDT versions and i understand those who said this is similar to Creme d'Nude. But hear me out, this is a gem.. opening is not the best but after 2-3 minutes this perfume reveals the mix of caramel, suede, vanilla beauty and i am telling you it's beautiful and sexy. This is safe to say best cheapie suede scent. Warm Vanilla Sugar doesn't smell leathery unlike Creme d'Nude. I got my second bottle and i will be repurchasing. Longevity is not that great but considering this price and how captivating this scent is, i am totally ok with that. I also think color of the bottle and name of this scent suits this perfume quite well. If you love suede like me please go check this, you will be happy with the purchase.

This is a warm oriental vanilla; quite like a chai latte with a generous pump of bourbon vanilla. A unique feminine gourmand that is a perfect day fragrance and also has a bit of a lived in quality, having that lactonic-latte hit. This fragrance is unavailable in the UK, I’m pretty sure it is discontinued; I bought this online, likely double what I paid for the two bottles of this I got in my early twenties when it was released. I’m sure I was paying £35 per 30ml bottle, but I know prices on designer perfume have sky rocketed since 2016. Haven’t found a fragrance quite like this; only similar fragrances that are stronger and more suited to “evening time”. I always found this a very sultry perfume and got quite a few compliments on this!

I smelled a sample of this a long time ago and I could never stop thinking about it. I stopped myself from buying it because I thought it was too feminine for me to wear (which is stupid because I wear ladies' perfume all the time). Well, I finally pulled the trigger and I'm glad I did. I love this stuff...no matter how ladylike it is. Creme d'Nude is a sheer, creamy musk that is perfect to wear when you don't feel like wearing much. It most certainly sits close to the skin, but it is there. I can definitely smell it. Despite the caramel/vanilla, the sweetness is very mild. You won't get a toothache from this stuff. This is the epitome of cozy, a little sexy even. This is one of my new favorites.

Seriously enjoying this one from the Shadescents line. Resembles Elizabeth & James Nirvana Bourbon, but Creme de Nude is much more subtle. When I wear EJ Bourbon, I kind of feel clubbed over the head by the woods. CdN's woodiness is toned way down and the feminine musk is dialed up. The vanilla is dry and the caramel, smokey. Far less syrupy than Prada Candy. A plus for me. The amber/musk dry down is fabulous. Lasts 4-6 hours on my skin. This scent is a layering wonder. Works well with overt florals to add depth and complexity and it rounds out strident chypres to soften the edges. Now, if only MAC would expand the line to bath & body.

I have my favorite Glade scent, the Sheer Vanilla Embrace candle, in my bedroom and even when it’s not burning, I’ll often get a waft of cuddly vanilla musk when I’m near it. MAC’s Crème D’Nude is the closest perfume I have found to the Glade fragrance and I absolutely love it. It’s one of the best vanilla musks in my opinion. I sometimes find Coty’s Vanilla Musk too cloying. And neroli can be a tricky note in fragrances for me, but the neroli in Crème D’Nude is blended beautifully and gives it just enough floral touch. Overall, it’s a great casual, cuddly fragrance for fall, winter, and evenings relaxing at home.

Prada Candy + blonde suede + Molecule 01. It's unlike anything else I have, and something I definitely pull primarily for cozy 'snuggle' activities. No one else can smell it on me unless they are *close* but it is the softest most angelic suede ever - and for that reason alone, it's a great part of my collection. It's not heavy in any way, and I love it. Just like Velvet Teddy, I think this is a gem, but not worth a crazy resale price. Looks like MAC found some stock in the back warehouse, so you can get it on their website, Nordstrom, and Macy's right now. Worth picking up for a good price!

Someone on here said it smells like “a chic lady’s suede handbag with makeup and an open pack of cigarettes inside” and I don’t think it can get any more accurate than that. A lovely, classy skin scent, probably most fitting for the 30+ crowd in the fall. I really love the way these notes play together. I’ve always loved neroli and caramel, and I’m really starting to fall in love with suede, I think it rounds out the musk beautifully so it’s not “too much”. Well done concoction here, shame it’s discontinued.

sprayed this one in a mac store once and left, after about twenty minutes i ran back and bought a bottle, then got nervous about using it so bought another, then heard it was going away so i bought another. then my mom smelt it on me and bought it. it’s so warm and cozy, very vanilla very musk, arguably not the most unique scent but combined so beautifully im sure a similar dupe exists but i am so obsessed with this exact formula im glad i have multiple

If you like classic Bare Vanilla by VS, you’ll like this fragrance. It’s smells exactly like it to me, but with more depth. Sweet & vanilla on initial spray then dries down to a lightly sweet & skin musk scent that sits on the skin like a cozy cashmere sweater. I love it and I think it perfect for this transitional time of year & into early fall. Once it gets cold I’ll trade it for the sexy older sister Eilish for something more spicy vanilla. TGTGIGI

I am shocked by the comparisons and bad reviews... for me, this is a quite strong, warm, somewhat smoky, and definitely vanilla compliment-getter. I used to wear this a lot back when it first came out. It is perfect for a chilly fall day or evening. Warm, cozy, comfort in a bottle. I hate leather in fragrances and I don't really detect it here. This is a 10/10.

I love this one! I bought it because I wanted a good perfume for autumn and it was cheap. I must say it makes a perfect scent for the autumn time, it’s very smoky but also sweet so it has nice balance. However I have noticed that some people think it smells like straight up cigarettes, so I don’t wear it as often anymore. But personally I really enjoy it.

A very creamy great scent. Long lasting enough (around 7 hours on my skin and way better on clothing) and definitely a compliment taker. I loveeee this scent. And now i can't find it anywhere. So i hope mac doesn't discontinued this. İf that's so i'm gonna be very depressed, very soon. Cause my last bottle is almost ended.

I have never received so many compliments as I do when I wear this one. When I first tried this I had a sample and sprayed it in my car, when I went back in my car the next day it developed into the nicest smell I have ever smelled in my whole life. I wear this almost everyday. It’s never sickening just amazing.

MAC Creme D’nude was a blind buy and I am so glad I purchased it. I have been on a hunt for a similar discontinued scent by KKW called Nude Lips, and this is so similar. Nude Lips is just a tad bit sweeter. This perfume is warm, sweet, and with a hint of floral. It’s a subtle perfume, and not too overwhelming.

Sweet woody and musky. It does remind me slightly of Lacoste pour femme but less floral and a bit more subtle. The opening is caramel and vanilla but it dries down with less in your face sugar and more woody musk with a coating of sweetness. Inoffensive and could be a dumb reach for cooler weather days.

Sweet, musky leather on my skin. Not as sweet as Velvet Teddy but has strong suede notes and is more masculine but not a strong leather scent IMO. Sillage moderate and longevity weak. I don’t love it as much VT but it is a great scent for cold weather. Definitely unique. Can be a unisex fragrance.
