Galatea

I have spoken about Galatea in other reviews but had yet to post a proper review for it. I wore Opulence Leather yesterday and figured today was Glatea's turn . So for starters it's the smell of leather. Front and center as the main note. Like huffing wholegrain leather jackets and the caustic chemicals that make them leatherlicious. If you have sat in the Montreal Forum or Verdun Auditorium when Judas Priest, Sabbath or Ozzy came to town..this might be calling your name. It might be your own home town's Metal concert of yesteryear in a venue that didn't have a corporate name in it but your town's pride instead. If you go nuts walking into a western tack shop or motorcycle apparel store. If that brand new king ranch or Long Horn leather interior makes you feel all cozy and comfy this might be your thing. I would recommend this if you want to try your first leather based scent. For one thing it's got a fruity note that's a tad tart. The leather is all there but I can maybe make out the rose and moss in with the fruit but it breaks down into a fruity leather scent for me. The other notes might be in there but I get what I need from it. I have to mention that like opulence leather this also has a very slight body sweat note to it until the drydown. I suspect its some of the animalic leather..but it's subdued yet worth mentioning. It's masculine yet light and playful. It's got a bad boy vibe with a let me cook you something charm. Like those motorcycle riding chefs that peel panties like potatoes. It's a masculine yet approachable man with no misplaced pride and an open nature. Don't get me wrong the notes make it unisex but the girl wearing it might not cook you anything but she'll ride the hell out of your...uh...bike!! She's that cool ballsy aunt or older cousin you had as a kid. The one who drove stick and didn't take crap from guys trolling after her. That strong confident woman in a woman's world like Carla Gugino in that series JETT. In the end we are nothing without or mothers and wives. Society should be matriarchal but that's another forum...and I digress. It's the emotion stirred up in the imagery of this scent. In hopes I did not offend and apologies if I have. I recommend this because the wife meter didn't go crazy for Opulence Leather yesterday morning yet this morning said this smelled better and fruitier. To be clear she loves her leather jackets too but not shooting it on as a scent. The other great reason for trying this as a first is it's price point. If you hate it donate it and you won't be out much coin. I also feel it's the most gentle and pleasing of my leather frags that include opulence leather and toscano Leather clones. I feel the latter ones need a deeper tolerance to leather especially Toscano. This is a lot of bang for the buck if you're into it. It's one of my best cheapskate buys and values at about22$ cad. I know it's a clone and haven't smelled what it emulates or feel the need to. It's my fave of the 3.

This is it...Finally...a leather I can wear!!! I'm not going to sit here and front like this "Galatea" isn't 80% the same as "Amber&Leather"...it is, but it's so much MORE!! AND BETTER!!!!! The "Leather" note is not nearly as strong in this fragrance and it's wearable with more than 2 sprays!! Two sprays of "Amber&Leather" will make you vomit. I'm wearing four sprays of "Galatea" (inner elbows, 2x to chest) with "Phlur - Vanilla Skin" (extrait concentration) layered on top of the rest of me...and it's PERFECT!! I can clearly smell the floral-leather of "Galatea" and the beautiful cashmere-vanillic aura of "Vanilla Skin". The extrait version of "Vanilla Skin" is just perfect to match up with "Galatea" so that the same level of projection is there. "Galatea" goes on STRONG in its Leather note when first sprayed, but the leather note actually calms down a LOT after about 30-40 minutes! Then you get this beautiful bouquet of florals, creamy vanilla and what I can only describe as the same "Green" note from "CH - Men", that grassy kinda herbal note...but its not as strong as in "CH - Men". I'll update with lasting power once this day is through and I know whether "Galatea" lasts all day. Even if it doesn't last all day...this is worlds better than "Amber&Leather"!!! I would rather have to reapply the fragrance...than be made sick by how overly strong and oppressive it is (A&L). I don't think I'm ever wearing "Amber & Leather" again...this is already SOOOOO MUCH better!!! EDIT: Yuuup...I could still clearly smell a nice scent-bubble of Galatea and Vanilla when I got home from work. "Amber & Leather" is already in the donation bin...."Galatea" is the only Leather frag for me! 2 Weeks Later.... Um...yeah, this fragrance is perfection. I've got a backup bottled scheduled and I may order two because it's such a great low price. This is the FIRST leather fragrance that I can wear that has balanced scent notes and that doesn't leave me with a harsh sickening leather slick all over my skin. When "Galatea" dries down...I can smell all of the floral notes, the woods peeking through, and I can feel and smell the smooth creaminess of the Vanilla. As long as you don't double spray in the same spot, you get the perfect amount of everything...and it LASTS!! This is so expertly made, I am only keeping one of my other "Leather" fragrances with it. "Galatea" has surpassed them all and met every single one my requirements!! Amazing...simply Amazing!

My Galatea is a batch from September 2024, I bought it in November. It is currently half a year old... and will wait another 6-7 months for its debut. It was pennies, $16... pure experiment. I did the same with several other clones of PdM fragrances that Maison Alhambra introduced to the market. They are maturing for now. I have the originals, I have Godolphin... and if someone thinks that a frag for 15 dollars will be suitable for use immediately after purchase... they simply have no idea. about perfumes, inspired fragrances or clones. Everyone would like to pay pennies for a fragrance that is twenty times more expensive. My Galatea is constantly developing, with each month new notes appear, new surprises. It is more and more similar to OG, but to know all this... it is not enough to spend 10, 15 or 20 dollars, but you also need to have some knowledge that will help us in the best possible preparation of a given perfume for use... even if they are the cheapest clones on the globe. Not all attempts end in success, but it is always worth a try... especially since we pay so little. Clones from Maison Alhambra are from 8 to 12 months of maturation in a cool, dark place. For the first three months, 5 -10 sprays once a month, so that the liquid begins to mix and maturate. And it's similar with, for example, fragrances from Paris Corner. A regular experiment, quite often we meet with a nice surprise. These are the basics.

Longevity is good as it easily lasts 6 hours on skin, and the sillage leaves a lasting impression. For me, Galatea feels like a scent that’s perfect for special occasions and/or cooler weather. It’s versatile enough to wear year-round but truly shines in intimate settings or evenings out. Maison Alhambra has done an incredible job with Galatea. It’s an affordable masterpiece that feels much more expensive than it is. If you’re a fan of warm, amber-forward fragrances with a touch of elegance, this one is a must-try

A few months after my last comment. My Galataea is 13 months old. Fruity leather, with a delicate touch of rose and iris... which appear after 2-3 hours. A vanilla note at the end. The leather is still noticeable until the very end, but it's not a strong, dangerously polarizing scent... although I wouldn't wear it in the office. Fragrances with leather, incense, and strong oud accents... these aren't safe choices for every occasion, but Galatea is delicate enough, not overbearing, and doesn't impose itself on those around you. Longevity, close to the skin, is about 6-7 hours, but projection (always calm and subdued) is a maximum of 2-3 hours. Quite good for something I paid $15 for. A good scent for a few beers with friends, in casual situations. Pleasant and delicate, thanks to which the leather accord isn't so intense as to offend or put anyone off. Check this out before you start looking into expensive leather fragrances. There's one downside: Maison Alhambra needs a year in a dark, cool place. This is essential for a full and honest assessment of this perfume.

I'm not sure what happened to this but holy shit it got really good. The intense leather opening initially has calmed down quite a bit and it's more fruity upfront with a leather back. Really blended itself well as it sat since Oct 7th, now it is November 26th and it is amazing. For the $16 I paid I am really shocked at how good this is. I initially didn't like it, just smelled like leather and some sad fruits. Let it sit in the purgatory for a couple of months while spraying it a few times ever now and then and it has really sorted itself out on it's quest to get back in my good graces. I would recommend this if you enjoy the fruity leather type scents but be sure to give it some time to sit and think about what it wants to be in life and give it some space to grow into what it has the potential to be. Can for sure smell the fruits, leather, rose, vetiver and jasmine. Overall a unique smell at a terrific price. I am amazed at how good these ME dupes can be once they get some air into the bottle and settle in a bit.

Like others, got it off amazon for $15 or so; really was just curious but have had good luck with a few of the maison alhambras chosen with intention, with only one 'stinker' (Lava - awful cleaning solution) so what the heck - was a blind buy. I must have gotten a better blend or the bottle must have been sitting a while because after the first spritz that smelt off, the next day's spray was way, way better. Leather hits you like a ton of bricks on the opening which persists throughout but softens as it rests on the skin. But the associated fruity and floral accord which to me smells like a powdery rose stays around on the drydown and makes it a very pleasant scent, at least to me. The blending on this one is way better than I expected. Seems to last about 6 hours, which tbh is how long most scents last on me. Not sure yet about sillage. Haven't smelled the PDM original in a while and am going to have to do a comparison, but very much like this one, actually more than expected. Masculine and tanned leather-forward.

This fragrance is nothing short of astonishing. It smells sophisticated and elegant. The blended notes appear to be made one for the other! The opening is fresh and airy, with Cypress and Thyme amplifying the greenish vibe. the evolution is rather quick and here the leather note is sustained by a very elegant and almost powdery rose. The latter seats back and the woodsy cedar and vetiver accord come into play. The light unobtrusive vanilla note helps the powdery atmosphere envelope you. The silage is pretty consistent, irradiating strong for at least two hours, before sitting to a more subtle bubble surrounding you. Performance is quite good, in coolish weather, lasting 5-6 hours on skin. Good 8 hours on fabric. This is a manly jus to be warn in formal venues. A gem at a ridiculously low price

I adore this, it’s super green but also has this “clean” yet almost smoky smell to it that I love so much (i think it’s the leather, i’ve never smelled a leather perfume and this is an excellent introduction)! It would add a very strong, yet beautiful base to other perfumes for layering, though I like it on its own (and I’m a woman lol). I will say it’s a little bit linear, like the scent didn’t change much for me as I wore it, but the scent is amazing and well-blended so I don’t think it’s an issue, just something to note. Update: this lasted over twelve hours on me?? I put it on while I slept and I still smell it a little on my arm 😭 this is such a great deal!

Opens fairly pungent. The dry down is where this scent comes alive. Fruity leather with a touch of florals. Slightly similar to Godolphin. Different dry down. (Godolphin is classier, and you’d expect that for the price). Not similar to Ombre Leather - smells different on skin and more so in the air. Galatea has its own DNA, and for the price it’s a steal. As reviewers below have said, it’s not massive on the projection, but I get a good 8-9 hours of wear off 3-4 sprays with a nice scent bubble round me. If you like your leather scents with a slight touch of sweetness, you can’t go wrong here.

I got this a few months ago along with other Alhambras This is a great leather-floral-fruitty scent, not as pungent as Tuscan Leather or La Yuqawam, it is smoother, the florals come out more in this one... But if you like those mentioned above or Ombre Leather, you will like this! One thing I want to mention is that it did not smell great for the first 2 weeks, this one had to sit in order to get better. Longevity was great, but it is not a good projector (it is more classy in that regard), but it has an arm's length projection for about 3-4 hours Take care!

This smells like pear and leather. For those that say it smells like toscano leather that's not correct. Toscano has raspberry and Galatea has pear and the difference is very noticeable. I let this macerate for a few months and man this stuff is so good. If you like leather then you'll like this. 9.5/10

I got a bottle of this last week, it was strong from the get go, like real strong, my friend's first comment was "are you a living leather belt?" when he smelled it, but he then agreed that it's actually a nice smell. 10/10 would turn into a leather belt again.

So this is basically like a cheaper, lower quality La Yuqawam Homme. It also costs 1/6 of that. It misses the raspberry and changes that for a generic fruity note.

Herbal tea, fruit, leather. 7/10 Some might not like this for the herbal notes, but I think that makes it unique. Never smelled any cologne like this before.

I bought with teriaq intense and armaf king,in my opinion this was the best, though it is my first leather perfume, really joyful leather perfume.

#552 in my "Tour de Fragrance" Got this before it was in the database. I can add my endorsement to this outstanding PDM Godolphin clone.

Yeah well recommended, ‘like’ an ombré leather wrapped in fruit. 9/10 I’d say. Beast

If you like strong leather sents and want to smell like a grown as man get this

Tuscan leather with a more synthetic touch a Well done Clone of Goldophin. First impressions out of the box: It starts like a fire starter, very green and vetiver. The Roses are definitely there. Very moss and spicy, a blast for sure but not for my likings. Later on it smells like a moss forest after it rains, but still very harsh. I can smell something sweet, like 10% on it, not many Leather or Vanilla??? That's inexistent... it can't be leather or Vanilla, if this had leather and Vanilla probably would be good. It smells like a knockoff of Terres D'Hermes with extra Spices, a Candy sweet and a lot of Roses. Beast mode for sure. It is indeed strong and projects like crazy. Sillage also very strong. It may give other people headaches. Bottle and box are Wonderful. The scent isn't for me. Again I must have a bad batch otherwise this isn't even worth the 15$. Overall 4 / 10 as of First impression. After some Maceration: Sooo.... after a month I have shaked the F.. out of the bottle. And now I get some of the Candy Fruity, Vanilla notes.. and finally a bit of leather too. Very little though, like 5%. This is very similar to a woman Mature Perfume, lot of Spice, Vetiver(30%) and Roses(40%). It started to smell better, but still has an unpleasant amount of Green Spice mixed with Vetiver and incense that still annoys me (around 20%). I definitely can't decide if I keep it or send it back. It is very very strong after a month the jacket I sprayed on still smells like this, I feel the spices and Rose with that vetiver touch. If you want to picture it. It smells like a Harcore Lady, from a Motorcycle Club/Country on a beach vacation drinking a lot of cheap cocktails 🍸 some Badass Woman with confidence, and probably beats the sh.t out of you if you look to long into her. Overall 6/10 for me. 1/2 Months Later: Update on this. Straight into it. I don't like it, there is still that Rose, Vetiver greenery that just doesn't click, but I can admit it is well done, now after a month+ even the opening is smoother, I get more of that Candy sugary smell, some Rose, vanilla but still a harsh Spice, like safran plastic, probably what they say it's leather, but here is just an imitation. There are still a lot of that incense and Vetiver, although well mixed it's still a Harsh Background, that tries to have some sweet on it. It does smell unique and Expensive. Now it's more Like an Old Massion full of moss and old Rose gardens, that is luxurious and you would like to have.. but hides a bunch of Old family / Mafia crimes. Kinda that vibe. I also come to realize every golden bottle from lattafa leans to Feminine and that may also be why I don't like it. Too much of the Rose, Vetiver, Candy, toned down "safran leather" that doesn't link. And I think it would be Amazing for a Strong Lady that wants to show Power, a Man can pull this off too specially if you like Tuscan Leather. This gives you a More Candy, Floral take on that. A well done creation but very niche. Wonderful Price though. 6.5/10 after 1/2 Months.

A work of Art that needs time to Emerge! Ok... I have commented about this a lot of times... and I'm here again.. because. The whole Aging, Maturation/Maceration is REAL ! This was disgusting when I bought, all over the place, extremely Nose burning, Smelled only like Roses, Vetiver and a far hidden Sweet/shy vanilla?!? Now I have put this for sale many times I wanted to get rid of the bottle, I have used it like 3 or 4 times mostly only for testing. And it's different, it's like all the Negative parts I had about this fragrance started to invert... Now it smells like Candy Fruits, with a hint of Rose, A Green Herbaceous Woody/Leather and a subtle Vanilla.. That non Pleasant Harshness is almost gone... I bought this like 3 months ago. And maybe with some more time it will change.. I literally hated this so much and almost in vain. Like I dont like it still, but now it smells decent. Now Projection, this is very long lasting, a small Beast inside a Bottle waiting to explode. Sillage is also strong, not overly strong but maybe because it is so unique it gets noticed a lot. I still wouldn't wear it, but I can admire how it's done. Not Blind Buy safe, Not easy to pull off. 100% Mature scent, very Nice. You gotta love Green Spiced/Herbaceous scents with Rose. And a Sickening Candy Fruit Sweet on Top, and the Leather here is on the Woody/Oud side, not a Ombre Leather nor fahrenheit leather, its a really under tone similar to leather but not quite there. I could say now with all the Sweetness that emerged that is seems more Feminine leaning even. This Fragrance seems to be like a Crazy Toxic Ex that changes faces with time.. One day Exploding and hating on you, next day being nice and All Sweet..? Not for the Faint Heart 😅 Edit: Now smells even better... After using around 10ml. It's settling down to a wonderful mix of fruity sweetness, with a soft leather, still a bit green spicy and a touch of Rose. The opening is now the Best part. I can say now it's wearable and actually good, niche. Not a daily wear for me. The green spiceness that appears in the dry down is still a bit too harsh for me. But comparing to what this was in the beginning now it's pleasant. Still 7/10

I am not a huge leather fragrance fan. Had TF Tuscan Leather many years ago and gave 1/2 the 1.7oz bottle away. But I was buying the Maison Alhambra PDM clone line and saw Galatea for $16.50 on Amazon I purchased it. When I got it, the production date was 13 months ago. After a month of maturation, Galatea is awesome, especially for $18 including tax and shipping! In the air smells like TF Tuscan Leather. Close up, smells very rich and niche. I like it better than TF Ombre Leather and TF Tuscan Leather. I have not smelled Goldolphin, so cannot compare. I expect as this fragrance ages, it will improve further. Even though leather scents are not exactly my jam, Galatea is a banger. As with the other PDM clones in this line, let it macerate. My bottle, after a month of maceration... the overall quality of the scent is above designer and just below a well-done niche. I am a light sprayer, 1-2 sprays on stomach and chest, under 2-layers of clothing. I do not want crazy projection and risk being offensive or announcing that I am there. On skin lasts 8+ hours, 12+ hours on clothes. When I wear Galatea, I can smell the fragrance for 8+ hours. I was actually surprised when I saw a 4.02 rating. I think the negative reaction is because it is being judged when first getting it. Almost all UAE clones/dupes smell off after first sprays. I would highly recommend Galatea to anyone that likes leather fragrances, with the caveat they are willing to let the fragrance mature. * 9 months later update: Much smoother. As mentioned, I do not prefer leather fragrances, but this is a banger. From the opening to the dry down, smells niche, well-blended, with no hint of anything synthetic or off-putting. It will be interesting to experience how much more the fragrance will evolve. Some reviews here say give a year for full maturation. May report back and edit later this fall when I try wearing again.

If you appreciate the strength and grit of a well-worn leather jacket, you’ll understand exactly what this scent is about. But here’s where it gets interesting. After spraying it a few times, I put the bottle away—dark, cool place, two weeks. When I came back to it, the entire composition had settled. The air introduced into the bottle had allowed some of the volatile top notes to calm down, letting the deeper, heavier elements take the lead. As it rested, the leather grew rounder, the woods gained depth, and the amber smoothed out the rough edges. The result? A scent that went from raw power to refined dominance. It’s the kind of fragrance that doesn’t ask for attention—it commands it.

Like others in this line from Maison Alhambra, I have let it sit for over a year now. It still smells very similar to when I first got it. It opens with a strong, realistic leather and reminds me of an old leather jacket or baseball glove. That lasts about an hour and then the orris begins to come out and the fruitier notes and some of that rose begin to blossom. It's subtle, still overpowered by that heavy leather, but I can see where they were going with it. I've tried tuscan leather and ombre leather, and I think it's a little somewhere in between. I haven't tried the PDM original, so Im not sure how well it compares there. Kalos took 8 months to really develop, and Hercules took six. But those developed into very nice, smooth fragrances that are among my favorite clones. I'm putting this back on the shelf for a bit longer in hopes that it will continue to develop, but if not, well it was only $15.

It smells like some like some green fruit salad thats not acidic at all, with some very muted green tobacco and jasmine type leather thats also very muted, maybe my batch needs to sit for an longer time but the smell is not very pungent and quite weak i would say , 0 sillage . Also my hand burns for some reason when i spray it on . Its not even worth an 7/10 from me . Its very inoffensive and not arabic at all . For the dupe warriors this IS NOT an godolphin dupe bruh they missed it by an mile

The opening, although very synthetic, is promising. The leather note is synthetic but realistic, and I agree that it is reminiscent of a plastic version of Tuscan Leather. If the durability were better, it would be a 100% recommended purchase. But for £8 and a neat presentation, it's a bargain that leaves no room for complaint. At the price of a bar of chocolate in a supermarket, it's a great gift option for friends who haven't started their collection yet.

I blind bought this entire line based off my positive experience from Hercules. To me Galatea is a direct upgrade over Rare Carbon. Outside of that I don't think it's going to win any awards. Considering the low retail price I'm pretty happy with it. If you want a better leather frag than this then you're going to be paying a lot more. Also the bottle design for this range is pretty decent considering it's a budget line.

Just got this as a blind buy today. I don't get leather for some reason or my idea of leather is different... the opening is green and nice and after 10-15 minutes it becomes ambery and even a bit smoky. I get a hint of rose and after the green notes fade it feels very similar to Hamidi Black Oud. No clue about the longevity yet but sillage seems weak.

Never smelled PdM Godolphin, but this reminds me of a lighter, fresher version of Tuscan Leather. The alcohol blast fades after 30 seconds to reveal a very pleasant leather that smells like it's been saturated for years by cigarette smoke. Banger for the price. 10/10

1:1 Godolphin after a year of maceration. Insane work. I'm into fruity leather mixes, and this does it for me even though it is quite the sophisticated, leather-prominent bottle. Better than TF leather lines both for the price and the notes combo. Loving it.

Leathery, fruity, ambery, long lasting, good quality?? YES. For 20 USD this scent can not go wrong with you. A leather liking person would definitely appreciate this scent.

Blind bought it as it was for 7€ only but I don't get the hype. No performance whatsoever plus IDENTICAL to CK Euphoria Liquid Gold which I own and which is a female fragrance. I compared them side by side and they are 💯 identical. This one has much worse longevity though. I don't see this on a man - it's very unisex leaning much more towards women. . All in all very underwhelming. I'm SELLING MY BOTTLE FOR ONLY 10€ PLUS PORTO. I'M BASED IN EUROPE.

Imagine Tuscan Leather but instead the smoky raspberry is replaced by an airy fruity element. Longevity and projection was very weak on this for me. I personally prefer the darker smoky raspberry in combination with leather than a bright fruity note. Score: 1/5

Este perfume no me recuerda para nada al goldolphin, recuerdo haber olido el goldolphin y enamorarme de el, procedi a buscar alguna opcion mas economica y me encontre este perfume, la verdad fue una compra a ciegas, ya que por su precio($20), no me parecia tan arriesgado, cuando me llego y pude oler este supuesto dupe, no senti ningun tipo de nota en comun al goldolphin, la salida es algo picante, pero rápidamente cambia, en el secado empiezado a oler algo parecido a la lechuga y para terminar ya en piel queda con un olor a pegamento, no lo recomiendo para nada 0/10

Mine leaves a sticky residue for about 20 minutes where I spray it, which is quite annoying. The scent is decent overall. The leather note is nice, but the fruity note is the strongest, and I'm not a big fan of that. It's a good fragrance, though, and it definitely needs maceration—I couldn't wear it during the first two months.

Leather is dominant, but its combination with other notes creates unpleasant smell. I don't have Godolphine or its clones, but I have a clone of tuscan leather which smells much better. Surely , don't recommend this.

What the actual F is this? Smells like utter garbage. Like burnt plastic. Hopefully I received a fake one because otherwise it makes no sense this rates 4.03 currently. My rating is 1.0. Stay away.

This smells absolutely awful. Burnt plastic or a burnt tyre smell. Happy I only bought a 10ml sample, but if you are bothered by synthetic smells, please don’t touch this with a 10 foot pole.

The opening legit smells like dirt to my nose. The dry down smells like an elderly gentleman's leather couch. Not a fan at all. Overall 2/10

Convincingly green, plus leather. I'm surprised UAE made such an herbal perfume, even if it is inspired by a western perfume. I believe this needs to sit for half a year, though. It doesn't smell resolved, yet. The mate and/or thyme stands out too much. This PdM inspired line by Alhambra has been selling for 10-15 USD equivalent online in Europe over the past several weeks. Has the line been axed and they are clearing stocks? Great value!

I had mine for about 8 months. I did the initial sprays and it was terrible 8 months ago. I tried it today a damn! It gives me a spicy leather for a few hours then turns sweet and into a vanilla type of concoction lol! I leave for work at 3:45 am and come home between 1-3:30pm and it last me all day. I’ve only been wearing it about a week. But the ladies like it, and I agree.

Underrated. I actually prefer this to Tuscani Leather (Alhambra's clone of Tuscan Leather lol). Galatea is a more fresher, fruitier version of the Tuscan Leather DNA. The performance is about 3-5 hours with strong silage for the first 1-2 hours. I bought a backup of most of the Tom Ford clones from Alhambra. I also bought a backup of Galatea.

Leather and rose. Thats what kicked me....also some wooden fixatives and sweet backbone ROSE/VANILIN -makes it longer lasting. Actually ROSE is stronger than LEATHER- after some time. Its appealing also for my girlfriend, because of rose. Its not tha kind of LEATHER into your face. But really expensive smell...also let it macerate.

This stuff is amazing. It's like fruity, sparkling champagne leather. You smell like a million bucks. I liked it so much that I got Godolphin thinking it was a clone of Godolphin. This is not a clone of Godolphin. Galatea does it's own thing I have never smelled anything like it. It's really nice.

La compré a ciegas al principio no me gustó para a nada me pareció horrible ahí la dejé empolvado después a los meses la use se me hizo más rica no se porque? Pero eso sí en la salida el primer olfato se siente como pasta para lustre de zapatos 🤣 después se vuelve rica al secado

Like the last commented said. This blasts me in the nose hard with a super spicy kick. I get horseradish. Perhaps the most recent batch was contaminated or faulty. Sad because the other reviewers speak of some rose, and I was hopeful for that but alas, no show

obviously needs maturation but this smells 100% like a new vinyl inner tube and absolutely nothing else.l. gives off a mean Ace Hardware vibe. no fruit no aromatics just straight vinyl inner tube.

This is a mashup of leather and Fuel for Life Homme Diesel - the raspberry being pronounced in both. It's fine for what it is, takes lots of sprays, I give it a solid 7.5 on a scale of 1-10.

Got it today, nothing special, will leave it to age, now smelling just like fruits and flowers.
