Glacier Bella

I smelled this first on my friend in last winter, and I thought "well, it's a cute scent, but that's it". Then everytime on those days, when I wanted a sophisticated moderately sweet fruity fragrance, I was thinking "shoot, it would be nice, if I had Glacier bella today". I couldn't get this scent out of my head so I ordered a full bottle. And I love it! This is the optimal feminine sweetness you can wear in every season. Simple, soft, silky vanilla with a hint of pear, and there must be some amber, which deepens the scent to a calming, slightly powdery state. For me, bergamott is not recognisable, maybe in the first 10 secs, it's good, beacuse I don't like citrusy scents. I've used a decant of JPG La belle Le parfum, and it's not comperable, this is muchmuchmuch better! Better blended, more exciting, less forced deepness in this. And in longevity Glacier Bella performs a 100 times better. And 25 Euros for 100 ml? Come on...

I have this and la belle on each arm. When I sprayed this one at first la belle did come to mind so I grabbed it not knowing they were suppose to be dupes. After spraying it and letting them both sit they have not been the same. La belle is stronger with more of a real pear that's baked, more like a warm pear cobbler. Where this is more of a sugared candy vanilla pear with no signs of carbs or anything else with it like a candy. If you like one I think you'd like the other. They're not dupes. They're both very nice. You'd probably wear them on the same occasions and get the same vibe. The difference is do you want a pear cobbler or sugar covered vanilla pear candy for dessert. I'm not a fan of pear cobblers but there's something really nice about la belle. La belle is fresher, and this one is warmer.

I cannot stress this enough: LET. IT. SIT. As with so many of these Arabian perfumes, it needs to macerate, but your patience will be rewarded! A fantastic dupe of La Belle, sweet syrupy pears with a warm woody depth, it’s one of my favourites. Longevity is about 6 hours or so. I love this one so much.

I got this today, and immediately after I got nostalgic. Took me a minute to remember but this is 90% replica of the Lancôme Miracle Forever perfume! I love it!! It so so soft and powdery whilst also having that citrusy bergamot note being dominant in the best possible way.

This is so good! No idea how it compares to the OG, but in its own it is stunning right at the get go. Hoping it gets more longevity and sillage with time. It’s syrup pear with that bergamot to make it sultry/a little masculine edge. This is an instant love for me!

I love this! Reminds me of a honey and wine poached pear dessert that my mom used to make. Simple, sweet, a little syrupy with the vanilla. I find that this lasts for several hours and you cant beat it for the price!

I wear it today after months and I love this scent. It's playful and gives me a scent bubble. For the price, I just spray extra in between.

The bottle and packaging on this is lovely ❤️ *An important note before reading on further* I say this this with the upmost confidence, If you want a GOOD dude for La belle Le Parfum, THIS one is NOT going to be it. If you're wanting a cheaper alternative for the OG, you will be disappointed. I can't stress this enough. Now on to all of my comparisons and thoughts. Comparing this to the OG, there are so many DISTINCT differences, I could smell the differences right away without even comparing them side by side. The citrus in this feels WAY more subtle compared to the OG. In this one, it's almost non existent. You just get a slight pinch of something resembling citrus. While in the OG, it reminds me of a sparkly 7UP or Sprite. That citrus aspect lasts MUCH longer in the OG than it does here. The pear in this, feels like a juicy canned pear put in a VERY light syrup. While in the OG, the pear feels like it's been cooked down, or stewed. It feels so much more dense, rich, and syrupy sweet. The overall scent profile here is quite light and fresh. With the OG, it has so much more depth, intensity, and character. This version is so light, you could absolutely use this in spring and summer. I do not see this holding up in colder months due to it's poor projection, scent profile and longevity. This is listed as an EDP, but it's definitely performs more like an EDT. This one, doesn't project well on MY SKIN, at all. It sits so close to my skin the entire time. And, I can't smell anything past two to three hours. Even with so much OVER spraying...... This is a very linear fragrance, it really doesn't change from the moment you spray it. While the OG on the other hand, actually feels and performs like an EDP. It actually lasts on skin and on clothing. AND it actually project's. I would keep the OG version for fall, or cooler days altogether. Considering just how different these two are in scent profile. Another thing I'm noticing, this one feels much more musky, while the OG feels like there's a note of suede or something extra. This version lacks that note all together. These are so different that it's honestly not redundant to own both. But I would highly suggest just getting the real thing, because this just doesn't even compare to the OG. While I feel like these are in the same scent family, they are so where near in the same league. This fragrance is like the Temu version of the OG. Or, it's like a diet version of your favorite drink, it's nice, but it's just not the same. This is not a bad fragrance per say, but it's definitely not a good clone/dupe. I think if you want a sweet fragrance, that is still somehow light and not headache inducing, then I think this would be ideal. (I want to point out something now since I'm comparing the two fragrances. My bottle isn't new whatsoever. I've had it since mid November, so this has had a chance to macerate for MANY months now, and it STILL lacks in so many aspects compared to the OG) But if you've never tried the OG I would not suggest this clone to give you an idea of that fragrance. Just try to find something better, or try save up for the real thing.

It's an absolutely deliciously sweet fragrance. Like super duper sweet. The opening has this harsh green scent and it's the same note that comes in perfumes that usually are packaged in green bottles or packaging. It's a strong note that's very nauseating to me and reminds me (of anyone knows it) of Milton Lloyd's Colour Me Green from the late 2000s and early 2010s which made me sick. That green note is here and can be cloying or violently nauseating for some. Does anyone know what that note or ingredient is called? Thank goodness it dissipates after a an hour and gives way to this super sweet pear and vanilla that lasts forever on clothes (not even exaggerating) and the pear is more of a desert pear than the pear from the fruit n veg section. Update 19th Feb 26: I'm not sure whether I've grown accustomed to that green note that makes me sick or maturation has taken place but I'm not as affected by it. Still don't like it but glad it doesn't last too long. This fragrance has strong silage and projection.

Updated Review : I blind bought this for €14 and oh my God, it is beautiful. It is sweet, Syrupy and feminine...I have bought alot of new fragrances over the past few months and my husband complimented me on this fragrance !!!! When it first arrived, he said he didn't like it! but a few weeks have passed and I decided to wear it, as I love it and he said...wow you smell delicious 😋 To me, it smells like a blend of Black Opium and La vie est belle... I actually cannot believe how affordable this is..I highly recommend ladies.

Right out of the box, I didn't dig this for me. It hasn't Matured/macerated. I sprayed it on hub's neck. Yummmmmm. On me, I prefer sweeter scents like Delina and Armani Si. On my hub I like Tom Ford Lost Cherry and Bitter Peach. This is very Manly to me. But scent is subjective. I'll revisit in a few months after Maturation. Edit: 3 months later, this is NOT a unisex cologne. Way more feminine. I like this. Very spring summer fresh pear fragrance. I wouldn't think most men would like this. It's nice.

It is a great dupe for La Belle, sweet pear, vanilla and patchouli. When I just bought it, the patchouli was STRONG but after having it for almost a year I can say yes it is well blended like La Belle....It is also very similar to Police to be good vibes for her. I prefer Police to be good vibes because the patchouli isn't as prominent and it is not as thick. Much better for summer or warmer climates. If you want a closer dupe to La Belle, go for Glacier Bella.

Super sweet pear scent, but canned pears in syrup rather than a fresh and juicy pear. A little bit cloying for my tastes as it dries down, which is shame because at the initial spray there's a slightly smoky vanilla note that would improve the whole perfume if it lasted longer than 15 seconds

This is absolutely amazing. A great dupe for La belle. I've had for a few months now and at first the longevity was not great about 4 hours max. But after 3 months it lasts easily 6 to 8 hours on skin and over 24 hours on clothes.

I think this is close to the original but is less complex. I think it benefits from some layering, where the original stands nicely on its own. I did get an immediate compliment when I put it on and left the house.

The pear shines above the other notes. Sweet and syrupy, with a background of vanilla-smoke. Very sexy, feminine, and alluring. Like it.

I bought this on a whim after seeing it on Amazon and it supposedly being a dupe for La Belle Le Parfum. At first I was slightly underwhelmed as it wasn't as sweet, sultry and intoxicating as LBLP. It still has the sticky pear and vanilla but it's slightly fresher, so I'm guessing it's more similar to the original La Belle (which I haven't tested). It also reminded me a lot of a body mist I had about 6 years ago from Superdrug from their Layering Lab range called Oriental. I've only had this a week and now I really like it. Its a lot stronger and lasts for about 5-6 hours before I need to respray. I really enjoy it now. Like a lot of Arabian perfumes I think this needs to macerate before it reaches its full potential. But I do think it's worth a try if you're looking for a warm sweet scent that's wearable for all seasons.
