Jorge di Profumo Aqua

I've seen surprisingly few people talk about this version compared to Jorge di Profumo. Acqua di Gio is such an easy to like DNA, and this one replicates it perfectly, it's impossible to distinguish from the original when you smell it on someone else. The performance is nothing crazy, but at least on my skin it lasts a good 5-6 hours, with a surprisingly decent projection in the first hour or so before it exists only within a personal bubble until it becomes a skin scent and fades by the last hour. It's so nice and versatile, perfect for warm weather, an easy grab for work/school, hanging out with friends or maybe something slightly formal, if you're young and use this for dating your smell might remind her of her dad (this is a good thing or a bad thing depending on who you ask). You can get it for so cheap and get so much use out of it that there's no reason not to get it if you like this DNA. I also feel this makes the OG obsolete, unless you like the idea of wearing Armani over Alhambra, otherwise the performance and smell are so similar there's just no point in spending 3 or 4 times more on AdG.

Nose Note #772 It feels like this DNA is easy to copy, it has been around for 25+ years. All the dupes I've smelled, even the cheapest noname brands were really not bad. This one is just the better representation of the best of them. This and Aqua de Classic from Fragrance World are the best. FW is slightly stronger and less linear. This one is practically the same the moment you spray it on and onwards. It feels smoother than FW though, noticeably smoother. But in the air all you can smell is the perfectly familiar AdG DNA. Performance is average of slightly below average. 2 hours of presence (at the very best) and 1 hour of reminiscence is all you can ask for with a freshy really, whether it's a designer or a UAE dupe. It does stay on clothes for long through as a faint scent like you've washed your clothes with a AdG scent conditioner. 8.9/10, overall, it's a perfect substitution

AdG Edt alternative. Smells really close I'll say 85-90%. Really cheap. But it's not that lasting, I think 2-4 hours. Also weaker than the og itself. The og can last decently half a day or so 4-6 hours. Og testers are inexpensive too. There are 200/30l of og available too. But this is too cheap but light weight like a Fraiche de AdG

its a more diluted version of jorge di profumo. i got both and it really does feel like it. i'd buy this only if regular profumo is too strong for you, or you want to layer with something else

Let it macerate for a month and it’ll be perfect. Thought it smelled like cleaner at first but now I adore it

I let it macerate for a month before using it regularly and have been doing so for the past week. Jorge Di Aqua is a very good clone of ADG without a doubt. The opening is lemony and dries down to an aquatic/marine scent like the ADG, then softens into a powdery note before fading. The longevity is nothing to boast about, and sillage even less so; however, it's really cheap and a great value for your money. Expect it to last 3-5 hours, depending on your activities and weather exposure. If you have a penchant for an aquatic/marine perfume, this will definitely do the job.

The fragrance opens with a strong, distinctly citrusy note, especially lemon. I wish I could have detected more of the jasmine and saffron notes. As for the middle notes, you'll notice a beautiful blend of marine mineral and spicy herbal notes, after which the fragrance begins to fade. Regarding the base notes, I wish the opening or even the middle notes would disappear so I could fully appreciate the fragrance and share my experience with you. Unfortunately, it seems to diminish after about four hours of use.

العطر بدايته قوية و حامضية بإمتياز و خاصة الليم ، كنت أتمنى أن أشعر بمزيج البرتقال و الياسمين أكثر من ذلك. أما بالنسبة لوسط العطر فإنك سوف تشعر بمزيج جميل من النوتات البحرية و المعدنية و العشبية الحارة و عندها يذهب العطر إلى بداية الزوال . أما بالنسبة لقاعدة العطر فكنت أتمنى أن يظل بنفس قوة البداية أو حتى الوسط لكي أستمتع بها و أنقل لكم تجربتي و لكنه يكون قد تلاشى بعد ٤ ساعات من وضعه للأسف الشديد.

It is what it is. This is a short lived version, quite screeching in the opening, a biting metallic lemon-lime that quickly disappears. In a matter of 15 min it turns into a very nice fragrance but very close to skin. I’m surprised this is an Eau de Parfum, performs like a Cologne. If you can find it for less than $20, go for it. But it isn’t a must have.

I find Jorge di Profumo Aqua to be too synthethic for my nose, the fragrance opens with a screechy and off-putting metallic lemon scent which even made me a little bit dizzy the first time i used it. As the perfume dries down it begins ressembling the OG AdG, awkwardly since i keep smelling the faint remains of that metallic lemon scent, i can feel the AdG DNA in it though. I know the OG AdG pretty well, i tried Jorge di Profumo Aqua just out of curiosity, i’d say it sort of emulates it but feels too citric and much less marine, the graceful blend between the notes that makes the OG AdG so pleasant to smell is also absent in Jorge di Profumo Aqua. As a standalone fragrance, i’d give it a 6/10. As a dupe, i’d say it’s somewhat 65-70% similar.

So I got mine, and u can definitely tell its trying to become adg, however its doing a pretty bad job at it, its not even 70% close id say maybe only 60%. So idk if i should let it sit because smell wise its dissapointing.

Not as sharp and metallic as Bentley Silverlake. But not my style.
