Léonie Intense

I was a bit worried when purchasing this (even if it's so cheap), because people were saying you can't really feel the lavender, and that's the reason why I fell in love with Libre EDP and Libre Intense in the first place (but didn't want to play that price tag! And also I couldn't really choose one whenever I tried them both in-store, so I figured getting a dupe first would help, but if the dupe isn't good...). So I was trying to manage my expectations, and for whatttttt? This smells EXACTLY like Libre Intense, to the t. The thing is, even if the smell is there, it has no sillage after an hour (unlike the OG). Longevity-wise, it lasts the same as Libre Intense on my skin, which isn't necessarily a compliment, around 6 hours (Libre EDP lasts longer on my skin for some reason, and I tried a decant of Leonie EDP and it also lasted longer than the Intense version). I'm hoping that after I let it macerate for a few weeks, the sillage gets a bit better, but I don't mind reapplying this all winter. I did only get a 30 ml bottle, because I was not sure if I wanted to commit to a full 100 ml one, so it's definitely getting used! Overall, for the price this good because the smell is there. Will update once I let it macerate for a few weeks to see if the sillage improves, which would make this the perfect dupe in my opinion.

In my testing part of this olfactory journey, Libre’ was my number one favorite sample I put my nose on. I was looking for a signature scent, never intended to decide I wanna smell different everyday. The Leonies were in my first big fragrance haul at my birthday. I have already reviewed the og Leonie, but they co-exist. Regular Leonie took time to perform, but Intense didn’t. Now, have both improved, heck yeah. Both their juices have darkened, og to a golden amber when it came almost clear. Intense is a deep dark golden amber whereas it came the color the og is now. This scent profile is as close to a signature scent as I will come. Lavender and vanilla are just my comfort. I layer atop a lavender oil for bedtime. I always get compliments when I wear this one, always. This is a fantastic alternative to save some money. 10/10

I adore this scent!! I’ve had this for a while now and fall and winter is when it really shines in my opinion! I have the original Libre and also love it but it is a bit “soft” for me! I got it when it first came out and the intense wasn’t introduced yet. Had I waited for that, probably would’ve preferred that. I like a more intense fragrance! So when this came along, I snatched it up!! It’s gorgeous and bougie !! And $20!!! What more can a gal ask for!! I will keep this around for a while! 1/9- layer this with this original Leone! So good!!

I have the original and this is 1:1 dupe for Libre Intense. If you get this one, you don’t need the original. This is one of my favorite perfumes and I will not repurchase the original YSL Libre, as there is no need. This is a fragrance by Lattafa/MA is so well made and classy, i’m so glad there are affordable high quality perfumes available with the economy the way it is. Who has $100 to spend on one bottle of perfume these days? No one will know it’s not the OG.

At first this was too strong for me, all I could smell was a loud, overpowering amber. But I sprayed it on a hoodie and in time it started to grow on me. With time this becomes a beautiful amber, sugar, vanilla kinda deal. Idk what the perfume it's duping smells like, but this is gorgeous if you like strong amber and will give it some time to grow on you. I'm now in love with this perfume lol It's eternal on clothing, y'all

I love this perfume and wear it often. My 3 year old granddaughter told me yesterday that i smelled good and she has never said that before, so that's good enough for me. This is long lasting and a great buy. Even though I have downsized about 30 perfumes, I am considering strongly buying a back up bc I don't ever want to be without this one.

I love it.. I never smelled the one it's compared to, but I do like it, so I am sure I would like the YSL one as well. I layer it with my miim miic94; it's supposed to be like key 28, and man, it's an amazing combo. It lasts on my skin so that to me is a plus. I like that it's different than what I am used to in a good way.

I own the OG/YSL Libre Intense, as well as this dupe. It is spot on, and lasts longer on me personally than the OG. LOVE, love it. I could drink this stuff. lol It's the first perfume that has prompted me to buy a back up bottle. If you've tested the OG but don't like the price, go for it. You won't be sorry!

Near enough identical to Libre Intense, Maison Alhambra rarely gets it wrong. Vanilla, orange blossom, amber, a hint of lavender, it’s warm and feminine. She’s strong, projects really well, and lasts.

Currently running out of it in my opinion it's very close if not exactly the same as the inspiration of one

Lovely, a little masculine to begin with but on the dry down it softens and smells exactly like Libre Intense. Strong, long lasting, gorgeous!

I fell in love with Libre Intense after receiving a sample. I hadn’t expected to enjoy it since I found the original Libre just okay. Instead, I wanted a full bottle immediately. Like the original, I personally found the intense version a cool-weather fragrance, and it was nearing the end of winter. I also wanted to rein in my spending. I had a decent collection that needed more attention, rather than more competition. I was surprised and excited to discover this well-reviewed dupe. Twenty dollars felt like a nominal amount to spend on a gamble. If I loved it as much as the OG, I’d consider it a cracking deal. If it were a dud, I’d only be out the twenty, and surely I could find someone to gift it to. So far, I’m not overly impressed. It’s not terrible, but it smells closer to the original Libre, rather than its intense flanker. It never fully transitions into the luxuriously creamy, vanilla/floral that I enjoy so much from the intense original. Every couple of weeks, I lightly spritz it to test my nose and its maceration. I’m sure I’m expecting too much too soon. If winter weren't nearly at an end here in the Pacific Northwest, I’d be tempted to spend some $$$ on the real thing. As it is, I can hold off until fall, giving this one time to macerate. I’ll then retry and decide if this can compete with the real deal or if it remains a sad impression.

Smells like a softer sweeter version of Libre Intense, it's definitely missing Libre's sparkle and it doesn't last on the skin or clothing but a few minutes then the scent fades. I enjoy these impressions as they are fun but for longevity and intensity this one missed the mark. It's worth it to save your money and get the original if you can.

The opening was really good but in the dry-down all I could smell was amber. If you like that, then it is a safe blind buy! :)

Idk why but I smell smoke There’s something off

I've let this macerate for 5 months at this point and it still has that screetchy opening, as soon as i spray it on my skin it gets very funky and even more screetchy 😪. I LOVE Libre intense so I hoped this was a good dupe, but I will be decluttering this im afraid. Dont know if its just this bottle or Maison alhambra in general, but I tried a few of their Perfumes and so far they were all misses 🫥

Very weak smell. Have to put my nose directly to my clothing to be able to smell it. It has a sillage of about 3 inches after an hour wear. Good thing it was only $18. It performs like an $18 Libreish body mist. Perhaps a year of "maceration" will help it. But I think I'm just going to return it and get the real thing. All of the commenter's but one below that are saying they have the original and this one and this is a "1:1 dupe" and such for some reason do not have the real one added to their "perfumes I have" or "perfumes I had" list. All but one forgot to add their $200 YSL Libre perfume to their collections. This leads me to believe they don't have this one AND Libre Intense or they would have Libre AND/OR Libre Intense in the "Perfume I Have" section and are just either bots for Lattafa, or they are just saying things. This is so weak. Don't waste your $ on this get the real thing. Edit: after buying the real YSL Libre Intense I MUST emphasize it does smell exactly the same, but Leonie will not project or last. Like I said, this one is like a Libre Intense body mist. 2 hours? Gone from clothes. 1 hour on skin it's gone and has that plastic smell that all Lattafas (and the umbrella brands) have in the dry down. But if you do not mind respraying every 3 hours get this. But at the end of the day you'll end up paying the same because you will run through this one very fast and have to buy another one and end up spending just as much as you'd spend on Libre because it lasts so long and doesn't need topped off every 3 hours.

I gave it time.. but it did nothing. Super boring, basic, smells cheap, never smelled the original but if the original smells the same, then wow. Nothing intense about it, it barely lasts 30min on skin, dont expect any sillage, id barely even call it a skin scent. Very disappeared and surprised by the high grade here. I bought it because of the reviews on fragrantica, disappointed really.

First impression... Definitely had that gooooood Libre DNA. I don’t smell too much of a difference between her and YSL Libre at the moment. I will update after a good maceration period ... to be continued UPDATE: yes, it’s for sure for the Libre DNA. It’s much more dense than Libre, but I’ve never smelled the Libre Intense. There’s a good amount of cinnamon and the sharp white florals are much less in this one. I think this one would be best in the fall/winter, but it’s still light enough to be worn at any time of the year, day or night. I wear this once per week

The best $17 ever spent!! From the first spray on... beautiful, sophisticated , youthful! Long lasting...a must have!
