Luxe Blanc

First impressions after having this for a few days; Right out of the gate this is a little more heavy than Tribeca, which is more airy with a bigger dose of ambroxan imo. Tribeca's notes are super blended together with the amber, caramel & ambroxan just slightly elevated, especially at first. Luxe Blanc goes right into the very intense woody, nutty & cocoa notes. That's what I get right away and then it softens but stays the center of the fragrance for the most part. The ambroxan(and other notes) come in around mid way and play supporting roles. Keep in mind this is a freshly sprayed bottle. It isn't quite there yet with it's blend. It'll most likely change and get even better as it ages a bit. Overall, Maison Alhambra did an outstanding job here. It does smell like Tribeca and I think it'll only get closer to it with time. Seems to perform nicely as well. Very pleased with this so far. I'll be back with a more in-depth review in a few months. Edited to add: The bottles look much more quality in person. These aren't fancy bottles but they are sturdy & well made. ;) Final review: This does smell very much like Tribeca. But where Tribeca is more Amber Caramel forward, this version is giving a more prominent cocoa powder & woods to my nose. Love them both. Luxe Blanc is super overlooked imo. The scent is darkly delicious. Think rainy dark fall day at a cozy cafe/bakery. Performance is outstanding also. This is one that goes hard, then continues to softly cling & linger until next day even. Highly recommend this. It's a fragrance I'd repurchase.

I just got this and sprayed it out preparatory to storing it and yes, definite Baccarat Rouge 540 vibes here. It smells incredible! I can't wait to see how the hazelnut and cocoa evolve in this. It smells quite luxe. No real assessment here, just a first impression. I'll update further but in my experience it takes a good 3 months or so for Maison Al Hambras to become wearable. Update: I've now had it 7 months and projection's low-moderate but longevity is about 10 hours though a skin scent after a few. It's really nice, the hazelnut is detectable and jasmine though cocoa is subdued. A really nice fall/winter fragrance. I'm pretty happy with this and it should continue to develop. The bottle design is absolutely retardusz though, I mean you can't hold it in your hand. Idiocy!

95% accuracy to the original, nice caramel chocolatey fragrance with great longevity and average projection. This is almost identical to Tribeca but the remaining 5% is like BR540 extrait in the dry down, (slightly more musky and has an almond-like accord) . Overall great if you love Bond No9 Tribeca as this is practically the same thing. Only time I would justify getting the original over this is if money is not at all a problem since i think the original projects slightly better and has more of that cocoa and caramel.

Just got this perfume and sprayed it in the box. First impression: BR450. Nooooo! Hope the hazelnut and cocoa will come through once the fragrance settles. Will try again in a few days/weeks to update my review. Update: So one month later, after the BR540 opening, the jasmine comes through adding a nice floral touch. I really like it! I don't get much sweetness though, and still no sign of the caramel, cocoa, and hazelnut.

I can't compare to the OG but this is so comforting, its sweet, calming, cozy despite of not being on the notes I perceive as a lactonic scent. Absolutely love this one, projection is moderate and stays on my skin for 5-6 hours and on the clothes for a couple of days. I get little woomfs of it throughout the day. This is a love for me

Don’t smell like BR540.. only common thing is that it had that metallic note at starts but then it’s not to sweet airy fresh nutty cacao something with prominent jasmine love how it dries on skin. Wasn’t sure at start couldn’t understand if I like it love it or what and decided that I love it! Should get better with time for sure

This is a beautiful perfume, very close to Tribeca. Long lasting and arms length projection. No idea why it is rated so low.

Im not a fan of the bulky bottle but the juice is good. I get the cocoa and cedar and a tiny bit of hazelnuts and caramel. The jasmine isn't there for me but whst I wish wasn't there was the heavy ambroxan. It always makes my mouth dry and it is the longest lasting if thr pyramid. Other than the ambroxan its a lovely fragrance. 7/10 for scent and aame for longevity. Village is strong firdt hour then becomes a bubble.not bad for the price. Its not one to one with Tribeca but itd pretty close

Very interesting scent! Does smell similar to cloud intense but grown and matured a little too much. I like everything in this except the hazelnut note in here. The hazelnut note is one of my least favorite scents to wear. It’s weird because I love love smelling it but I don’t want to wear it. I feel like people would really enjoy it tho, especially a more mature refined person lol

Hmmm. I'm going to give it some more time and more testing. More cold weather maybe? I sprayed it in the box and I smelled the wet box and a little sweet floral. So I sprayed it on skin and it still kind of smells like a wet box and flowers. TBD: January 2026 and it's the same. Wet cardboard. Decluttered

So beautiful. I have never smelt the inspiration but I’m very happy with this purchase. Smells great and preforms really good. Worth every penny. I’ll definitely be repurchasing this one!

This smells like urine. I have allowed this to macerate for months and that urine smell never went away. I'm not sure if it's the combination of the hazelnut and cocoa, but it gives off a very unpleasant smell. I ultimately threw the whole bottle away.

This is one of my stronger perfumes, and I own hundreds of perfumes. So strong to the point that if I spray too much I can make myself feel a little sick, 3 sprays is plenty, and I can normally go nose blind pretty easily. It smells like the notes, it’s a little caramel and chocolatey gourmand, a kiss white floral, a bit cedar woody, and a lot musky and ambrox. More of a cold weather scent, sweet unisex. So, I’m the type of person that smells pickles with some perfumes, and sometimes my nose will go back and forth in whether there is a pickley note in a perfume or not. Sometimes this has a pickley quality to me, sometimes it doesn’t. I have the same problem with Noble Blush and Liam from Lattafa. But at least it isn’t all the time like Sam Edelman Signature and Thank U, Next. I should mention that I dont go nose blind to anbrox easily, if you do, you might not think this is strong at all.

I have never tried tribeca nor am I ever Likley to given the prices of bond number 9s. But I absolutely love this as it is so much so I bought a second bottle. I don't get br40 from this like others have mentioned. I just find it very pleasant it's got great longevity and good sillage. I have hundreds of perfumes and this has shot up as one of my favourites.. I am also enjoying the nightlife and emerald. And have journey on the way. I've found them all for 15 pounds each it's a no brainier..

Straight out of the box, it smells like 80% BR540, 20% creamy spring-time vanilla. It's a smoother BR540. Will await maturation. 1-Week Update: Smells the same. Will update again later. 7-Month Update: Smells more like 50% creamy spring-time vanilla with 50% BR540 now. Quite nice.

I totally agree with Strawberrystar comment, it is Br450 sickly sweet it is Lattafa Ana abiyedh Rouge filled in different bottle. I don’t like at all it makes me nauseous. Do not blind be being deceived by the price point unless you like Br540 DNA. Regret buying

Can anyone explain why this smells nothing like nuts and caramel and exactly like br540? Is it the jasmine/ambroxan? Lame.
