Narissa Rose Musc For Her

To me, Narissa Rose Musc For Her by Maison Alhambra is a fabulous beauty that stands on its own merits. As I look at Narissa Rose Musc’s notes listed, side by side with the original, I find it utterly humorous that there are so many folks saying that there is no commonality between the two scents whatsoever. 😜 The top is not pepper heavy at all (some serious note skewing going on in the votes) the plum is absolutely gorgeous, rich, velvety and blends perfectly with the soft bergamot as the fragrance opens. As the musk, tuberose and rose bloom into full glory, the fragrance becomes richer, sultry and absolutely gorgeous! I tend to lean heavily away from musks as I never seemed to have found any that I fully enjoy, but this Musk note is fabulous, it’s not headache inducing, oppressive or overwhelming to my senses in any way, yet it’s remarkably present and perfectly balanced with the plum and decadent florals. Vanilla ties the entire fragrance together with its rich, warm underpinning presence. Narissa Rose Musc is a lovely fragrance for its very small price. I blind bought it out of mere curiosity and for its positive recommendations. I find it elegant, and that it casts a wonderful trail of fragrance in your wake. Its sillage is easily arms length or more and does not become a personal scent until worn for several hours. It can be worn casually, dressy and is suitable for most any season, but I would avoid wearing it in oppressive summer heat and humidity. It might not be office appropriate unless sprayed very lightly. For the price of a Venti foofie coffee and a pastry on the side, you can get a lovely fragrance, and it won’t go to your hips. 🤩💫

Rose musc does not smell like musc noir rose, it has an amber note and is missing that famous musc note from narssiso Rodriguez but it is a beautiful stand alone perfume. The fruity top notes resemble euphoria and the longevity is impressive! It's well worth the 20$ price tag : ) Update: rose musc lasted 8+ hours on skin and dried down soft and musky/powdery.. It lasted 24 hours on clothes and kept the fruity, and soft woody opening notes... I'm loving this bright versatile perfume : )

I just received this perfume. I loved it from jump. I own the OG, but I find this softer.This is day 1 of owning and wearing it, so we'll see where this scent journey takes me, but for now, I am quite pleased.

Very soft pleasant smell but not a dupe for Narciso Rodriguez Rose noir musk at all. For the price it's worth it.

Maison Alhambra has been reliable for me in the dupe department. Disclaimer: I’ve never smelled the original Narciso version, this review stands alone. I find this to be a very pleasant citrus, woody-musk. An almost a laundry-like musk carries the whole, accompanied by light florals and maybe just a touch of vanilla. I can’t identify any plum or rose in this at all. Which makes sense as those notes aren’t in the official note breakdown from Lattafa. I’ll put that here- Top: Bergamot, Orange Blossom Mid: Ambra, Musk Bottom: Patchouli, Vanilla I’d say these notes are a fair representation of this fragrance, barring any patchouli. It’s an enjoyable wear, when I want that fluffy “clean clothes” feeling. The citrus top notes fade a bit, but it’s fairly linear, and really sticks to both skin and fabric for me. I find this to be long lasting. Well worth the $20 price tag, this has been a nice addition to my collection.

This is a beautiful fragrance and perfect for this time of year! It’s just starting to get cool out and autumn is coming! It’s cozy and warm but it’s still soft and feminine. I’m not quite ready to bring all my spicy fall scents out yet! I can really pick up the plum and pink pepper! I’ve had this for a while so I’m not quite sure it’s fully matured, but I don’t get a lot of vanilla. I mostly get a warm musk in the base. There is just a tiny bit of that alcohol smell left so perhaps it needs a bit longer, but it’s a very pretty scent as it is now! I’ll update my review the next time I wear it if anything changes!

Every time I wear this I get a complement. It's a floral musk. Long lasting and perfect for any time any day.

This fragrance is interesting. For me its smells like heavy smoky/musky rose going night out sexy perfume. Some people say that (because of musk) its smells clean (like after shower type scent) I personally don't see it at all, for me its heavy, sexy but serious smoky rose/musky going night out perfume. Its nice but I gifted it to mom because she more into this type scent profile perfumes and I remember I tested the original Narcizo Rodriguez musc noir perfume (musc noir rose) and I loved it a lot and all in all, I need to buy the original EDT version now.

It has literally nothing in common with NR, no idea why would they make the bottle and name so similar only to put a completely different scent inside. It's not even a bad dupe, notes are completely different. It doesn't smell actively bad, but there's also nothing interesting about the scent. It's like some deodorants that are supposed to be fragrance free, but still have some weak, non-descript smell.

It is neither a clone of Musc Noir nor Musc Noir Rose by Narciso Rodriguez. It’s as the previous comment said, a woody rose scent. It’s quite pleasant though!

To my nose this doesn't smell anything like the original at all, but is still a nice everyday perfume to wear anywhere really.

This completely disappears on me within 5 minutes. So weird that others love it and comment that it lasts a long time.

I think this is made from inferior ingredients, and do I think the notes are an exact match to Musc Noir Rose as claimed above? Absolutely not. Where's the rose? Where's that rich NR musc DNA? I'm so sad I bought a ton of these dupes without grokking that they just don't even begin to measure up. This, like all the others, lasts about an hour on my skin, and is pathetically whimpy. If MR Musc Noir Rose smelled anything like this, I'd never buy it. I'm probably going to de-stash this one, it's such a disappointment.

I have the OG and I don't think this shares the same warm "vibe" as NR and there's a citrusy sweet note in the dry down that takes a 180 degree direction from the Narciso Rodriguez perfume. It is a fruity floral more fruity than floral. Also It has a good longevity, one of the best finds to me in 2024....easy to reach, good sillage (I am oversprayer), love it.

At first i was really in love with it because of the plum but as it is settling down the tuberose is taking over! It's a tuberose bomb! But i wanted the plum note to stay... Maturation can sometimes change a fragrance for better or worse.
