Vanilla Seduction

Vanilla Seduction opens in a rich oriental-spicy register, led by plum that feels sugared, boozy, and liquor-strong. The sweetness is mature and exacting, immediately framed by patchouli, which lends the composition edge, control, and a more refined profile. Sugar and caramel are present, but never loose or glossy; they are structured, expansive, and tightly composed. Florals remain in the background, more supportive than expressive, while musk sharpens the edges of the ambery current. The effect is intense, well-projected, and distinctly commanding. As it develops, tonka, amber, and plum create a dense, opulent accord with real presence. The patchouli stays green and lightly earthy, but is guided by musk and amber rather than stifled by them. The drydown is rich, spiced, and deeply luxurious, with vanilla acting more as an aristocratic undercurrent than an obvious gourmand note.

This one is a very "smart" and mature vanilla imo. It has a dry, almost papery muskiness that makes it more of a "skin-but-better" vanilla rather than a "bakery" vanilla. It's good to let it maturate I feel , because at first it gave me an impression of "disappearing" (while I felt it was there), so seems that I experienced a bit of anosmia to the musks used in that bottle. After a while however the dry down has shown itself: once that flash-off happens and the juice meets the oxygen, the "papery" musk and woods come to life and are exactly what make it a really sophisticated perfume. I live in a humid and cool climate where vanillas can feel cloying, but I really enjoy wearing this one, also as a "base" to fresher toppers.

A sweet, woody, rich vanilla. This is 50% similar to Vanilla 28 - but this is much much stronger, darker and more sophisticated. Also doesn’t have the boozy quality of 28. I cannot believe this is an Arab fragrance, it’s great straight out the bottle. No need to sit in a cupboard for weeks like typical Arabian perfumes. There is something here that reminds me of Mon Guerlain intense. They don’t necessarily smell the same but that classic, timeless vibe and Guerlain vanilla quality is here

At first test, it was intense and a little funky but tha lasted a couple seconds. Other notes came in and it was rich and dark. The vanilla is present but to me it’s blended with the amber, patchouli, and musk. It’s sweet but not overtly. Definitely not gourmand. I usually find that a lot of vanilla fragrances are too much vanilla (eg Vanilla Voyage) so I layer them but this has all the complexity I’m looking for.

I adore this scent. Tested side by side with kayali's and they are 1:1 to my nose after the drydown. I get a gorgeous sweet perfumy vanilla; I would describe it as a perfume version of vanilla extract used in culinary. I can feel the plum note on the opening and I also get a lot of brown sugar. It is stunning, alluring and chic. I like to wear mostly on formal ocasions but it can be used casually too.

I never smelled Kayali Vanilla 28, therefore my review is not about similarities. This is cosy, feminine vanilla perfume that makes you feel safe. Safe, like you feel safe in a company of an older female friend, your mom’s best friend or any other auntie who surrounds you with unconditional love and support. 10/10

This vanilla parfym its the queen of all vanillas for me who tried a lot of vanilla fragrances .Let me tell you that vanilla seduction and MFK Grand soir are like 70% similar . This one its so dark sweet seductively varm and rich but light in the same time its like a touch

Love it! For the first spray it’s just like Eshal but the dry down brings out the darkness and the plum I love so much in fragrances. The only thing I wish that it would project more .

I cannot tell the difference between this and Kayali Vanilla 28. I have both, and they are identical. This one might just last longer, though.

Beautiful smell. Like a warm and familiar hug. It also lingers forever. Definitely a safe blid buy and absolutely worth the money.

IDENTICAL to V28 to my nose. I love it.

Another Arabic one i tried. Have to say better than lataffa velvet rose. Its a nice smell very vanilla creamy slightly woody brown sugar scent. My boyfriend likes it. A nice intimate perfume for a cosy night out buy a nice fireside pub. Defo cold weather perfume autumnal. I like it but not in love with it. Your body needs to really warm up for this to project though. After a while I smelt like sweet almond cake. It lasts on clothes well. Really clings on. Wore it last night and can still smell it on my clothing and slightly on my body. It's a sexy one for sure but only if your other half likes vanilla notes.

Never smelt v28 and have no immediate need to. This is a very grown non vanilla, vanilla fragrance to me. Although the vanilla is the star of the show the depth to this for the price point is pretty incredible (to my nose) it smells sophisticated and not at all juvenile. I won’t reach for it every day but on rainy days or even post evening shower just a small spritz before bed seems to get me into a relaxed cosy mood. It doesn’t smell high end but it also doesn’t smell cheap. It starts of quite heavy and almost dark? But after a while the brown sugar and caramel creep in.

I only got this last week so I will update once it sits a bit more but for now this is the weakest V28 dupe that I have. No wonder some reviews here say it's smoother, it's actually weaker and softer which comes out as smoother. It just doesn't project enough, it doesn't compete with other V28 inspirations like the Elysia Vanilla, Eshal, Vanilla Addictione etc. Scent-wise it's definitely very close to V28, a bit fruitier, less woody but for now it's way too soft. Will come back for an update.

Is it in the same family as V28? Yes! But wouldn't call this a dupe. The opening is harsh synthetic smoky plum followed by vanillic Carmel sugar. The drydown is a woody vanilla. It's a weak scent right out of the box granted it needs maturation. It's oki. The best 1:1 dupe of V28 is Elysia Vanilla hands down.

VERY similar to Eshal, but smoother and no overpowering rose. I think I finally get the hype with this one because Eshal was not it for me. This is perfect for fall winter and cold spring days. Any time you want to smell like dark woods and brown sugar this is the one.

UPDATE: I can’t get pass the drydown. That leathery/animalic note is killing me. I prefer Eshal. What a shame, I was waiting for this to be the ultimate Vanilla 28 DNA in my collection. This is similar to Vanilla 28 and Eshal Vanilla, specifically when you first spray it. As it dries down, it becomes its own thing but still having the same dna. It’s beautiful! I really like it. It feels very sophisticated. It does have this kind of leathery note in the drydown which sits very close to the skin, but it’s not noticeable in the air. It’s a good perfume!
